What's Toya thinking about today?
It's... Emu's older brother??
For context: one of my favorite, I guess series, of PRSK fanfic that I've read revolves around Toya's older brothers (he has bio siblings for anyone who doesn't know, we just don't know what they look or sound like, nor do we have any names for them). It's fun and I like seeing their dynamic. Iirc, one (or both) of them calls Toya "Little Maestro."
And one of them, don't ask which I don't remember, just so happens, to be exes with Shousuke Otori, Emu's second eldest brother.

I HATE MORAL OCD. well i shouldnt say hate thats a strong word. and i dont want to sound like i hate people WITH moral ocd because i dont of course. i just hate having it. but i shouldnt think that, i do like having morals, its just stressful to be thinking about them so constantly and scrutinizing every little thing i do or think. but really thats the least i could do so i should at least try, right? just because i suffer fromā€” no, struggle with moral ocd doesnā€™t mean i should just stop thinking about things all together, thats not what im saying and i should make that clear, but i

Iā€™m seeing a bunch of posts that make me think most USAmericans donā€™t know about The No Surprises Act.
It was passed in 2021 (thank you Biden) and essentially states that if you donā€™t have insurance or your insurance doesnā€™t cover a service you need (or want) you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of care. (If your insurance does cover the service, you should be able to estimate the cost of care based on your deductible and co-pay.)
As a healthcare provider who does not accept any insurance, I am very careful to not violate The No Surprises Act. Why? Because for every penny more than $400 that the Good Faith Estimate was ā€œoffā€ (or if it wasnā€™t provided), you are entitled to a refund for that amount.
Yā€™all. Ask for a Good Faith Estimate. Get it in writing. Compare it to what you are paying. If you are not provided an estimate or if itā€™s wrong by more than $400, demand a refund.

I really think they need to start teaching kids in schools that most blind people can see a little bit, most deaf people can hear a little bit, and most wheelchair users can walk a little bit. And they are still disabled.
