Open the entrance door to the grand hall. I like the green and white color scheme. One must wonder how someone went thru the trouble of having this home built and is selling it only 2 yrs. later.

The living room is sculpted in the graceful curves of Art Nouveau style.

The bar has nice illuminated display shelving and an old fashioned style bar.

The dining room looks like a sunny space. Love the tile floor.

Large eat-in kitchen. I like the gray cabinets. Not really a fan of the floor.

Family room right outside the kitchen.

Beautiful guest powder room.

This is either a playroom or maybe the kids are homeschooled.

A shower room with laundry bins opens to the pool.

Library at the top of the stairs. This is beautiful.

The primary bedroom has pocket doors and a high arched ceiling.

There are at least 2 terraces and several doors open out to them.

It has private terraces around the perimeter of the house.

Terrace #2 is outside the ensuite.

The family really likes green, but it works. They picked nice shades of green. This tile is lovely.

More bedrooms down this narrow hall.

The secondary bedrooms aren't terribly impressive.

This one has a tower nook.

There's a nice fountain here and and a large terrace on the 2nd level. Plus, there's also a big patio to sit on, if the new owners want to use it that way.

What unusual columns. This is a lap pool with a hot tub.

The patio features a full outdoor kitchen. The lot measures 1.94 acres.

'Evenin', all...Mr. Baggins back with you, and I'm bringing some music to soothe your achin' nerves and help ease us all into a good night. We start this evening off with another of Haydn's piano concertos from that excellent set by Massimo Palumbo and the Austrian Chamber Symphony, conducted by Ernst Theis. We hear the Piano Concerto No. 2 Hob.XVIII:2.

Let's stay with Haydn for moment, but switching to Fritz Reiner conducting NOT the Chicago, but his own orchestra, "The Fritz Reiner Symphony Orchestra" in Haydn's Symphony No. 101, The "Clock" Symphony. Recorded September 1963, only two months before his death on November 15, 1963.

Now let's hear Fritz conducting The Robin Hood Dell Orchestra, with Pianist William Kapell, in Rachmaninoff's Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini. Recorded June 27, 1951. Truly the best performance of this piece ever!

Next we turn to a performance of Mozart's Symphony No. 25 in G minor, K. 183/173dB, by Lenny and The Vienna. A live concert recording from October, 1988.

Now we reach back to August 30, 1956 for this wonderful peformance by Rudolf Serkin at the piano, with the Marlboro Festival Orchestra conducted by Alexander Schneider, of Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 12, K. 414

And since I noted above that Fritz Reiner died on November 15, 1963, we'll hear another of his very last recordings, made in the days following the sessions of the Haydn "Clock" above. Here is Haydn's Symphony No. 95 in C minor, Hob.I:95.

Let's listen again to Reiner/Chicago's unsurpassed recording of Mussorgksy/Ravel's Pictures At An Exhibition, made in 1958.

Now we hear Vladimir Horowitz in his 1955 recording of the Sonata No. 3 in F-sharp minor, Op. 23 of Scriabin. This is one of Scriabin's most accesible works, quite beautiful, profound in spots. Horowitz never recorded any live performances of it, coming as it did in 1955, it coincided with Horowitz retreat from the stage from 1953-65. This was actually recorded by the RCA Engineers in Horowitz' 94th St. home!

And I thought we might hear Mme. Novaes in her wonderfully soothing performance of Chopin's 'Berceuse' (lullaby/cradle song) in D-flat Major, Op. 57, as a final selection this evening...a nice little send-off to dreamland.

Today we are joined by Major General Dennis Laich, US Army Retired - who had a distinguished 35-year career in the Army Reserve. The last 14 of those years were spent in various command positions; most recently as commander of the 94th Regional Readiness Command in Ft. Devens, MA.

Laich holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Lafayette College, and Master’s degrees from West Virginia University and St. Francis College in business administration and labor relations. He completed post-graduate studies at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and is a graduate of the Army War College.

En route to Paris on September 15th 1943, these B-17s – including 42-30383 'Brennan's Circus' – are from the 94th Bomb Group based at Bury St Edmunds (AAF-468), Suffolk.

The 94th moved from Earls Colne, Essex (AAF-353), on 13th June, losing nine B-17s that day in a raid on Kiel.

Will Packer (born April 11, 1974) is a film producer. He is the founder of Will Packer Productions and Will Packer Media. He was named the Producer of the 94th Annual Academy Awards.

He was born and raised in St. Petersburg. He graduated magna cum laude from FAMU with a BS in Electrical Engineering.

It was at FAMU that he started filmmaking with a colleague and future business partner Rob Hardy. He and Hardy produced their first film, Chocolate City for $20,000 and he helped broker a small distribution deal. He and Hardy co-founded Rainforest Films. He and Hardy’s vision was to make films that would appeal to black audiences who hadn’t seen genre films starring people like themselves.

He launched Will Packer Productions. He signed a two-year deal with Universal Television to develop new projects for the studio. He signed a three-year deal with Universal Pictures.
