some of the features of the house include:

an empty living room

an entire floor dedicated to a library filled solely with november 9 by colleen hoover

a very small hallway in the library with a sign that insists you "make out here"

a kitchen with an empty pantry

one bedroom with a heart shaped carpet, only one twin bed, a section of the floor made out of pink stained glass called the "PEEPHOLE", and a chest filled with bd/sm gear
