Noriaki is a successful gallery artist living with his "roommate" on Florida's Gulf Coast (I think the Tampa Bay area, specifically Bradenton, FL). They have a small bungalow near the water, Perfect for them, their office/studios, Jotaro's fish tanks, and Jolyne when she comes from her mother's during the holidays or for summer break. Jotaro is definitely a boat guy they have theirs parked on the side of the house and take it for a spin over at least once a month (or once a week when Jolyne is with them over the summer)

He still does missions for the SWF with Jotaro, but his day job is his art. He works in an abstract/contemporary style and his pieces are large and textural. Jotaro doesn't really get it but still supports his partner, Jolyne loves them though.

Also, he and Jotaro have matching wedding rings: platinum bands with emerald Inserts.

It's so wild to me on a CK rewatch that the writers gave Daniel a son with insane psychological insight who knew:

-His sister was a wanted child and he was an accident;

-His parents demonstrably favoured his sister over him (he's not in the family photos beside their bed for chrissake)

-His parents don't care he knows as he never gets a reaction when he points this out to their face, not even one of reassurance (seriously the heart next to his baby photos in the scrapbook says "gotta love me" - a duty then, not a joy)

-Knew his father has a violent streak he hides even from himself;

-Knew his attention is entirely conditional: you either do what he likes (eating or karate), or he'll ignore you completely unless you act out (case in point: he replaced him with some random kid he moved into the house who did do karate)

-Had "friends" whose love was also entirely conditional, but was so terrified of being alone he was willing to be a bully rather than friendless

-Resented all of this so much he has stopped trying to work for anything, what's the point

-"Anthony you make everything worse"

-Had both an eating disorder and a screen addiction about this at like 12 ("Anthony, stop drinking the butter!")

And then CK went: "Whatever, we only created this kid to show Daniel is a loser who can't parent a Real Man" and promptly forgot about him for the rest of the show

Anthony LaRusso may not be an entirely fun person, but neither is Tory but at least we as the audience get to comiserate with her

The only one we can see give Anthony any positive attention before S5 is his grandma

I bet you Lucille LaRusso is the tech savviest grandma in her whole neighbourhood because she will have shown an interest in him and now she knows how to hack the smartfridges of people she hates

Will someone please make some actual time for this boy....! Even if Daniel was consumed with mad worry and grief over Miyagi right when Anthony was born we've seen Amanda spend more time with Tory than with him and that's his mother!

Yes, he's just some gremlin but under these circumstances, who wouldn't be??

I really like the intergenerational friendships in Prodigy and Lower Decks, examples like Dal and Janeway and Mariner and T'Lyn. Wish we had more of that in the later episodes of Picard.

This fandom truly can NOT let go of stuff jeez. Like beating a dead horse and keeping jokes and meme way past their expiration date. The AMOUNT of Army I've seen quoting locals being interested in Joon after Neva Play with jokes about Namkook and how JK won't let them touch his Joonie. But it's crickets from OT7 on the latest ays episode. I'm so tired of the hypocrisy. We should stop the IU jokes but the Joon crush jokes are still the funniest shit?

I just want to know why the fear. Why are they scared to talk about Jikook? Damn, why are they afraid to joke about Jikook like they do with other ships?

lack of interest. couldn’t get myself to care about the characters as much as i did the nein. i didn’t feel interested enough in the campaign to watch the streams on thursdays anymore, and i wasn’t gonna force myself to do something i didn’t wanna do, so i didn’t.

c2 hit different, and probably came at a good place in my life for me to get attached to it. i will admit the cr hyperfixation has died down a bit since last year, but i still love the nein and beauyasha, so i’m still drawing them. i’ll just be here in my mighty nein comfort bubble for anyone who wants to join me.

For a minute his guard is down, he is ready to show her the affection he has been carefully hiding, the one we saw in their moments in the shell, the one her spirit witnessed as well. And I bet her words hit the target of all his trauma, the one place she could touch in his soul that could melt him.

And she doesn't turn her head around or try to avoid him. She yearns for that touch of his, for that tenderness she felt in the shell. She has convinced herself it was not genuine, it was because of his deal with her cousin. But what if it was real? What if he truly cares about her?

I remembered that you had responded to a tattoo question with "Sure you can get my designs tattooed" but I did not remember the last line of that post which said that we had to get permission first. I have several sheets of your chimeras saved to my phone because I want them all tattooed, they are genuinely so so cool. But I saved the pictures so long ago I couldn't remember what your @ was, and the sheets i saved didnt have your alias signed.

I love birds and lycanthropes a lot, so for my birthday last week I got this guy done on my leg. I really love its design so so much. I had to scroll through my following list to find your blog again, which I should have done before getting this tattooed. I am sorry if this is one of the designs you are not comfortable with having done. I wanted to let you know anyway that I did get this based off your art.
