Kinda sad how my standards for 21st-century music are so low that I often hear a song and my reaction goes like this:

"Wtf, this is AMAZING! I didn't know anyone was making this music this good anymore!?!! Have I just found my new favorite band???!?"

(I then check the release date and see it's from the 60s/70s/80s)

"Oh... I see, okay. In that case, it's actually just kind of average for that time period. It's a bop, but nothing out of the ordinary for its era."

Timothy malpractice rand,,,, none of his science or medical experiments are anywhere near ethical. They both left ethics at the door like several hours ago……….. rolan just letting rand poke around inside him, tear open his stomach, expose his ribs and break open the bones to get to his heart and lungs. Pulling on the veins and nerves and tendons and muscles to see what he can make twitch and spasm and pull. And rolan feels so out of control, so out of himself, so deep in Rand’s hands that he barely even notices any of it. It doesn’t hurt, but it’s an indescribable eldritch feeling and he clicks and clicks and clicks and clicks and clicks and clicks and it’s hard to tell whose really losing their sanity

AUGH YESSSSS and because of how different his body is and functions, rand needs a knife to make way through the flesh, through the ribcage, the bones are too hard and slippery for him to pull just w his hands, but when he can, he'll tear the skin and tissues and muscles with his hands, and sometimes with his teeth, sinking them into rolan, giving into some primal instinct he didnt even know he had. Rand follows the course of his veins, holds them between his fingers and presses them, sometimes pulls them and tears them and watch as rolan's skin gets paler, his eyes fluttering and rolling as he gets too close to unconsciousness. it happens, rolan passes out multiple times, but rand tries to keep him awake as much as he can, its a lot more interesting that way, to watch how he responds to each of his movements. its so similar yet so different from what rand experienced dissecting small animals in biology class, it makes him even more invested, even more curious to explore how rolan works.

they find any reason to hate on lucas it’s insane literally no one has said anything about anyone’s else hair in the show (except will for his bowl cut) johnathan’s hair in season 4 is hideous yet no one said anything about that, dustin grew is hair out more in season 5 yet no one said anything about that, but when it comes to a black person and their hair it always has to be “neat”, even, and sleek

talk about a “fresh cut” when that literally IS a fresh cut THE SHAPE IS THE STYLE the hair on the sides of his head is LITERALLY one of the ways to do a box hairstyle
