Had my bridal shower recently & I’m pretty speechless over the whole event.

My mom put together such an amazing party!! I was very overwhelmed the entire time (still hard to process that I’m loved by such a wonderful group of people). 

This is just the 1st batch of pictures; I have many more to share, but unfortunately karma is balancing out the fun I had at the shower by having my computer die a slow, painful death... so, until my new PC arrives, I won’t be able to post big photo dumps.

THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO MADE MY BRIDAL SHOWER ABSOLUTELY MAGICAL!!! I LOVE YOU ALL!!!

Busy day, much to do! Didn’t finish everything from last night, but I have a few good hours left in the day and I plan to make up for it. I’m pretty proud of my bujo last week, even if I am bummed that I broke me 22 day Duolingo streak. This has to be my favorite spread of all time, so I’ll try to do some things similar to it because it was just so refreshing and bright.

I don’t have to go to school tomorrow because of the danger of viewing the solar eclipse without glasses! I’ll probably stay home and watch it live-streamed since no one of my family has glasses either.

8.20.2017 It's been over 2 months since my depression slowly started consuming my life again, and for the first time in a long time, I finally stood up for myself. I am deciding now, to let my past teach others, and allow my brokenness to build my strength. Today, I bought myself new clothes that made me feel beautiful and like the professional I am becoming. I joined a gym, and did a yoga class on the spot because yoga used to be a giant source of joy for me. Today, I studied for my finals and cuddled with my animals. When my anxiety came knocking at my door, I breathed deeply and told myself that I would be okay. Every single day is full of choices. Today, I am deciding to only make decisions that will enrich my soul, and my future. Cheers.
