The little bodega I'm working at now has mostly the same everyday clientele, sometimes even same hour every day clients, going years back. So much so than on my first week a lot of times the clients would tell me where the thing they wanted was and how much it costs.

All this to say that I've endeared myself to the old dudes who come for their daily dosis of vices by remembering their names or their orders and doing polite small talk. The bad thing about this though is that most of them are alcoholics and it takes me less than five minutes to realize that the reason for their divorce was domestic violence.

I haven't 💩 in over a week but I have also not gained any weight???? My s/o said that means I'm los!ng we!ght since all that f00d is probably adding to the total. But I can't tell because I'm full of sh*t, literally. 😃😭

I can't even celebrate the w3!ght l0ss because I'm so c0nst!pated and it hurts. 😮‍💨

I've tried everything - even rx 💩 pills and nothing. 🫥 I took 290mcg of l!nz3ss and 2 x-strength l4x and they failed me. Going to get a f!ber suppl3ment too. Might help.

Also means I'll have to do the $4lt w4ter flvsh tomorrow or Wed because that's the one thing that works. But I have to take a full tbs 😵‍💫 So that's going to be disgusting but I'll probably lose like 5lb/2.3kg+ in one go and be at a gw. 😂

Why haven't I gained? Because my thyr0!d med increased and now my thyr0!d is functioning better.
