Spring is coming | food diary 2018/03/04

~baked potatos and sauteed veggies + rucola for dinner~
Every end of autumn we have lots of wild gooses who get together in our area and fly south to winter in Africa. When they finally return it‘s a clear sign that spring is just around the corner 🌷🐝🌿 Oh i‘m so happy to see (and hear!) my goose fellas again!

Plus, today i was able to motivate my partner to join me for a walk at the lake. It was still partly frozen and the colors of water and ice looked so pretty! I think he enjoyed our walk at least a bit, too. His depression is still hitting hard on him and the meds he got don‘t seem to help yet. (The only things we notice are the goddamn side effects!) I hope he starts to feels better soon! But i‘m really proud of him that he went for the walk with me ❤️He‘s rarely leaving the house at all atm. But it’s all about trying and baby steps, isn‘t it? 😌

i’m fine with today. had to eat at class since my teacher bought us super high calorie bubble tea and fruit teas, plus chocolate crepe cake. drank 3/4 of the fruit tea and ate a slice of cake, not a good experience tho since they weren’t really my favourite foods, but at least i didn’t binge when i got home after eating such high calorie stuff. i have this idea if i had to eat out with my family or friends i would choose a dish that i don’t like so i don’t eat all of them! eg. steak? i really don’t have a passion for meat lol my binge-foods are carbs like pasta and bread
