#4 inch STP packer

I’ve got a question about packing- so I know some packers can be used as dildos as well (at least that’s what my high school trans friends said) so my question is- can *every* dildo be used as a packer? Or is it like- some packers are dildos but not all dildos are packers. I’m messing around with my gender identity and just trying to have fun with it. I’d like to wear my 9 inch sparkly pink n blue dildo out but im not sure if there’s a difference in the way packers lay in the underwear vs dildos. Sorry if this is convoluted ahsjfjsk I always talk too much
hey yeah this is a good question. this gets somewhat detailed and has a lot involving sex and masturbation for ftms so putting the rest under the cut.
so packing as an actuon is generally divided into two catagories, soft and hard packing.
usually when people talk about packing they mean soft packing. If packing in general is the action of inserting an object into your pants to create the illusion of a penis- soft packing would be creating the illustion of a soft or flaccid penis. this is for everyday use. this type is usually unoticable and can aid with passing or just be affirming for a person. This can be a sexual act but it’s most often a nonsexual act. When you look for packers, they’re usually made for soft packing. So they will be of a soft material and usually smaller. You can’t really penetrate with them because they are 1) much softer than a dildo and b) usually don’t have a lot of usable length. They’re not designed to have penetrative sex with. It’s also why people use socks or another soft object. You are simulating a flaccid penis.
The other type is hard packing. You are simulating an erect penis. So generally, you would use a dildo for this. However. because you are purposely putting an object that resembles an erect penis into your pants, it will look like you have an erect penis in your pants. There aren’t a lot of packers sold for this specific purpose, so you would usually just use a dildo. This is pretty much exclusivly for sexual use. Not always ‘i am going to have sex’ but if you are going to go somewhere purposely looking like you have a very noticable and very large erection, that more often than not will be for some sort of sexual purpose, whether it be exhibitionism/humilation, crusing or signaling to others you want to have sex or whatever else you may want to with it. I’m sure there are exceptions. but that’s the basic idea.
essentially if the object resembles a flaccid penis in softness, shape and size, that’s soft packing. if the object resembles an erect penis in softness, shape and size, thats hard packing.
What your friends were describing could be a few things. the first is often refered to as a 2-in-1 or 3-in-1 (or however many features it has) prosthetic. These are pretty special in a few ways. They are 1) usually on a spectrum from pretty realistic to ‘holy shit that’s not an actual penis attached to your body??’ 2) extremely expensive 3) handmade and often made to order 4) a very niche market and often seen as less of a sex toy or gender affirmation object and more of a.. bottom surgery replacement. they are very cool and very intense. There’s differences between different brands but generally it is one object that performs a variety of different functions based on how you wear it and different inserts. For example, someone may buy a prosthetic that claims to be capable of four whole things! Packing, Peeing, Sex and Masturbation. Packing: You put it in your pants. Depending on things you may use a harness or an adhesive to attach the prosthetic to your skin (which can look pretty seamless and last for days at a time which is pretty awesome) Peeing: You may use a stp (stand-to-pee) harness for this part but a prosthetic with stp capabilities is indeed hollow and acts as a funnel so you can indeed pee standing up. Sex/Masturbation: These often come with stiff inserts you put inside of the hollow stp cavity. These make the penis erect and sometimes have a stimulation area at the back of them so the part that presses agaist your genetalia can be stimulated during motions of thrusting/jerking. Some can even ejaculate! it’s pretty neat. But those are generally the things people talk about when talking about packers you can use as dildos. There are many variations of prosthetics that can and cannot do different things, I only really described one function. There are also bendable dildos and dual density dildos- but listen to me. silicone is great, but it can only do so many things. Things it cannot do is shrink in volume or change firmness. So while you could pack with a bendable dual density dildo, it will look more like you have a bent erection or at best a semi than it will a flaccid penis. If that’s what you’re going for, that’s great. But prothetics tend to go the route of a removable stiff insert for a reason.
I hope this made some sense. tldr. good luck and do whatever you want forever! however. packing with a 9 inch hard dildo is going to look like you have a 9 inch hard penis. do with that what you will.

PACKERS AND PACKING INFORMATION AND REVIEWS:
Cw: prosthetic male genitalia/penises for informational purposes only
I’m going to start this by first introducing myself so hello I’m Jackson I’m a plus size ftm trans teenager and I’m going to go over the best and easiest way to pack as a trans dude
You may be asking what a packer is? Well a packer is a gender affirming tool that creates or mimics a bulge or a penis which may seem like it’s a thing meant for adults but actually it’s very useful for everyone it helps with dysphoria or even just helps if your wanting to appear more masculine
Another thing that will be mentioned are STPs; STP stands for stand to pee device which do make it possible to as said stand to pee which can go from looking realistic or just being a cup with a tube
so I will be ranking my favorite packers/STPs/packing alternatives and will include where to find and price ranges and packing ability’s. If you have any questions either message me or comment them down below! Starting off strong with number one my favorite packer is
1. STP FREELY:
This is my favorite STP packer it’s 3.5 inches long and is a SOFT packer with a wide brim cup with a lip so no worry about spills or anything made with a skin safe soft silicone , definitely more of an affordable packer + STP it ranges from 45-50$ and it comes in 5 different skin tones! there is a XL Version of this packer that is 5 inches that I have not tried that is 50$ (you can also buy the XL rod which turns this into a pack and play “toy” for around 16$) and both xl and regular come with the option of being circumcised or non circumcised which I think is a neat feature! This packer also requires a harness ! I recommend the cake bandit packing harness it’s comfortable and not too tight. you can find both of these on TransGuySupply.com
Packing ability:9/10 definitely my favorite packer I’ve owned packs very well
Looks:9/10 nice weight, decently realistic but there are definitely better packers on the market but overall a wonderful packer
Stp ability: 10/10 very easy to get used too, big cup with a lip and semi realistic urethra hole
Can’t stress how much I love this packer will buy again
2. EZ bulge:
Here’s a cheap simple packing option for people who want to try out packing as it’s a foam insert made of a thicker foam material that you put In your boxers, these usually range from 5-10$ which isn’t bad the only downside is that they are stiff and if your bigger like me it will rub against your thighs and become uncomfortable and there’s definitely pros and cons for this packer like it’s latex or silicone free but it is kind of stiff and hard to position you can get this packer from transguysupply.com or Etsy!
Packing ability: 7/10 it works but is kind of uncomfortable and if not positioned right can look funny
Looks: 6/10definitely a more discrete option if you don’t get one with a dick imprint
3.HOMEMADE SOCK PACKERS
Omg I can’t express how much these save my life if I’m dyphoric these are a simple, cheap and easy way to pack I can’t express how much I use these on a daily basis, there are plenty of videos on YouTube on how to make these (kade cooks has a good tutorial on YouTube btw)
Packing ability:5/10 definitely a easy packing tool but can look kinda wonky if not made right and may take some trial and error
Looks: 2/10 definitely not a good looking packer but gets the job done
4.FOAM INSERT PACKER
Similar to the EZ bulge this is another foam packer insert but definitely is more comfortable, it’s a thin foam works well with most of the packing jockstraps, briefs, or boxers it’s about 5$ usually. I had one for a couple months then it started falling apart as the first layer of thin fabric came off of back but was a cheap and easy packer and is way more discrete option you can find this packer on transguysupply.com
Packing ability: definitely a solid 6/10 it works well but can fold or bunch up easily if you have bigger thighs
Looks:5/10 decently discrete looks similar to a bra cup
5.PACKER GEAR STP
this was my first ever STP or packer in general and can I say how much I hate this packer very small cup with no lip so spills are a big problem, it is almost physically impossible to use this as a packer this is the stiffest packer I’ve ever had IT WILL MAKE YOU LOOK LIKE YOUR HARD, the urethra and hole of this packer is massive and it’s unrealistic you will piss a stream the size of a no.2 pencil. One of its cons though is that it is the cheapest stp packer I know it’s 15$ and comes in two different skin colors, it is around 4.5 inches and can be found on transguysupply.com
Packing ability: 0/10 it’s trash
Looks: 5/10 it definitely tried to look realistic
Stp ability: 5/10 definitely not the best on the market but for how affordable it is it’s not too bad minus the firm cheap silicone and small cup
6. ANY FEMALE CAMPING URINAL
Such a honorable mention this fuckin thing well these can be found in most camping places, Amazon or anywhere online really. I can’t say I hate them but I can’t say I like them either but definitely work, they look mad dumb honestly and make me dysphoric lowkey but they work as STPs but unlike the other two options on this list this can’t be used as at a urinal but they don’t spill and are easily found and can be used by people who aren’t FtM or transmasc and usually range about 5-20$ online
Packing ability:0/10
Looks:0/10 mad Fucking ugly
Stp ability:10/10 definitely does the job
And that’s the end of my review folks I hope this can help out other trans people

STP Tips from your trans big brother
Hey ya'll. I thought I should share some STP tips I have learned over the last couple of months I learned while trying to use my own STP.
Quick trigger warning: I will be showing actual pictures of the STPs I use and they are prosthetic penises so they will look like a penis. If you're uncomfortable with that, please keep scrolling.
So I use a STP Freely and the XL version of it from Tansguy supply Is pictured here:
This one is the uncut version. The shaft is about 4 inches long from the top, 3 inches from the bottom, inside the cup is 3.5 inches, and outside is 4 inches.
This is the Freely XL cut version. The shaft is 5 inches from the top,4.5 inches from the bottom, inside the cup is 3.5 inches, and the outer cup is 4 inches.
Tips for beginners
I'm going to be upfront and say that I'm still learning myself. I have peed with a few times successfully at home. I have not taken it in public yet nor have I used the STP boxers I got yet. . However, I have learned a lot from my trial and error and I want to pass those onto y'all.
To start with, try to find your urethra. I know it can be hard for some due to dysphoria but if you can, try to find it. Knowing where it is can be a big help. When you do find it, try to place the STP in a position where you will being peeing into the shaft rather then the funnel. The shaft is what your aiming for, the funnel is there to catch any pee that doesn't go down the shaft. If your position is too high, it'll spill over the top and the sides, if too low it'll spill from the back. Try to control how fast you're peeing. If you pee too fast, it'll fill up and spill. On some of them, you can cut the hole in which the peeing goes through bigger. The Freely XL has a bigger pee hole so if you pee fast, the XL might help.
I highly recommend starting in the shower naked because you'll pee on yourself and it's a pain to have to keep changing your pants and underwear. Make sure the water is off so you can feel where you're spilling from. Plus it's easier to clean up the mess since you just have to turn on the water. Once you feel confident in peeing the shower, you can move to the toilet naked. You should have a towel down in case you pee on yourself and the floor. Once you got it naked. Try it with boxers. Try to have ones that open in the front so you can poke the shaft through. Again, once you got it with boxers, try wearing both boxers and pants.
Once you're ready to go in public, try to wear dark pants in case you make a mess. Dark pants are the best at hiding wet spots. Also drink lots of water because it will dilute your pee and make it smell less like pee. In public you can start in a stall and work your way up to a urinal.
Packing with STP
STPs can be harder to pack with since they are stiffer than soft packers so they can hold their shape when you need to pee. There's a few ways to pack. I'll add a picture of the different packing ways but I'll also explain them. These apply to both soft packers and STPs.
Packing down is where you take the shaft of the STP and put it down over the balls. This way makes the biggest bulge so unless you're trying to make it really noticeable, i don't recommend this one.
Packing up is where you take the shaft and put it straight up. This way makes the bulge more manageable, but it can be a bit uncomfortable depending on what pants you're wearing.
Packing left/right is taking the shaft and putting it along your hip. I have never done this style, so I can't say if it's good or not.
You can use normal underwear with STPs, but they have to be tight to keep the packing position. I recommend get STP underwear because they have an o-right to keep the STP in place.
Cleaning
You want to keep STPs clean since you can get a UTI from it, and it can start to smell bad fast. If you're able, give it a quick rinse in the sink. If not, use toilet paper to get the outside and possibly the inside of it dry. You can put it on the top rack of your dishwasher or boil it to sanitize it. You can also use hot water and mild soap to clean it.
That's all the tips I know and learned from others. Good luck and happy pissing!
With love, Miles, your trans big brother.

Axolom Prince STP Packer Review: FTM Packer
Hey, Here is a new review.
While we start packing for the bottom part, we start finding small-size packing gears or FTM STP Packer. We remember we brought a 3.75-inch STP packer from Peecock. Remember, we shared a review regarding Peecock GenX. We provided a few articles regarding Chest binders, Chest Bind Tape, Clitoris Pumps, and Packing underwears. Some Trans guys want to know which Axolom STPs should we buy. How to…

I’ve been thinking of packing but I have no idea where to start?? Do you have any advice?
Absolutely I do! Been meaning to make a packer masterpost for a while now. Information and potential NSFW pictures under the cut.
1) Before buying a packer, because they can be extremely expensive, figure out why exactly you want one and what you want it to achieve.
If you just want it for a bulge but don’t want the weight or feel of a dick, then you can get foam underwear inserts that give you a bulge. I’ve also considered just making inserts out of a bra pad since they’re functionally the same thing. In that vein (lol) There are tons of resources online for making your own packer, whether that just be stuffing a rolled up sock down your underwear, or hand sewing a semi-realistic dick
If you’re getting a packer for a bulge and so you can have a dick, then I would suggest the archer or Mr. Limpy (Mr. Limpy is the smallest one I’ve been able to find) However, although Mr. Limpy is cheaper and smaller, it’s not made of silicone which means it’s not necessarily safe for skin contact (You just have to put it in a packing pouch. More on that later.) and it won’t last as long.
If you’re getting a packer to use as an actual dick (meaning using it to pee and potentially have fun in the bedroom), then you’re going to want to look into an STP, or Stand-To-Pee device. I personally don’t use these, but they’re usually in the higher price range.
If you want something that you can pack with and have fun with, then you’re going to want to get a pack-n-play device. They’re packers that come with an insertable rod so you can get it up and get it down if you know what I mean. Typically these are longer and thicker, since a cis dick grows when it’s hard and a packer does not. These are also a little higher on the price range and I’ve never gotten one so I can’t give too much advice there.
2) Size matters. 4 inches is a lot bigger than you think it is. A lot of packers have a large and a small size; For example, the Archer (or it's uncircumcised alternative, Pierre) comes in a small and a large. The small is 4 inches long along the shaft, and the large is 5.25 inches along the shaft. The average flaccid penis in a cis male is 3.75 inches, so even if you go with the small, that's longer than the average.
This is a link to the archer. The Pierre can be found on the same site. I personally use the Archer, but because I’m very lanky and skinny, having any sort of over-defined bulge makes it look like I have a boner. Which is not the goal for me personally. I actually had to cut the testicles off and just have the dick part in order to pack comfortably.
3) Once you actually buy/make your packer, the hard part is keeping it in place and/or positioning it correctly. There are a couple options here, ranging from putting your packer in a sock and safety pinning it in place with your underwear, to underwear specifically made for packing, to harnesses that you wear to hold the packer in place, to packers that actually adhere to your skin (which are typically on the more expensive side of the price scale)
When it comes to actually positioning your packer, remember that cis guys also have to position their dicks so they don’t look like they have a boner, and they can be a very good resource (If you have a cis guy that you feel comfortable asking). I have found that experimenting is helpful, some overall advice though:
-The higher up on your pubic bone you place the packer, the more prominent the bulge will be, and vice versa. The lower you place it, the less prominent. What I prefer is packing with the archer mostly between my legs, which produces a realistic bulge for me.
-There’s nothing wrong with looking at references. I know that for me, having to try to visualize what a cis guys bulge looks like just didn’t work, so I had to look up some references. Be prepared for what you see tho.
That’s all the advice I have for that! Feel free to ask more specific questions if you have them, I’m always happy to help!

Emisil Goldfinger 2nd Gen 4-in-1 Packer
Hello, I have a Goldfinger 2nd Gen 4-in-1 packer color S01, only worn once. Comes with erection rod. Floating testicles. Incredibly realistic, very easy to clean. It can be worn with harness underwear or only with adhesive. Can be used as an STP and used to play.
Nothing wrong with it, it was just a little shorter than expected. I was trying to replace a 5.5 inch shaft prosthetic and Emisil's shaft is about 4 inches long (with testicles, 5.5 inches).
Bought for $360 (plus tax and shipping, about $400) but I can sell for $250 with free shipping to anyone in the U.S.

Trans Guy Tips #2: Packing/STPing
Note; This was made with the EZP STP packer by Transthetics in mind. If you have a different packer or STP, these tips may or may not work.
1. When picking out a packer and/or STP, decide what your main wants are. Do you want bigger or smaller, do you want something more usable as an STP or more usable as a packer? Personally, for all my needs I found the EZP STP packer/STP device by Transthetics perfect, however for someone who needs a bit more size to their packer to cure their dysphoria, it may not be the best due to it being a bit compact, only 3 inches of the actual shaft. However as an STP and as a packer and in general, the EZP is the best bang for your buck if you need something both realistic and usable functionally. Also if you have had bottom surgery or bottom growth from T, a different packer is best, I’ve heard of ones made specifically for that that are much better for that situation.
2. When STPing, start out in the shower/bath completely nude and then when you’ve mastered that, move on to the toilet, and then finally, if you ever want to, move onto urinal/men’s bathroom use. I was kind of an idiot and started out at the toilet, and I did have an accident once, however that was only due to rushing because I really had to go. Moving on to my next tip with that;
3. Only STP when you are fully awake, and when you have to pee but you don’t have to go so bad that you rush. If you rush, or you’re half awake/not thinking about what you’re doing, there *will* be an accident. Every time. Take your time, and be patient, and most of the time you will be okay.
4. When STPing, position your package farther back than you think you need to. If you position it too far forward, it will all leak out the back. Same goes with squeezing it. Don’t squeeze the cup, or press it hard against yourself. Rather, push it loosely against yourself and hold the cup, while always pointing the shaft down and being mindful to aim correctly. I had almost no problems with aiming, it’s not as scary as you think. Always make sure you’re pulling the shaft down though so the flow of gravity removes any urine quicker. Also you can usually pee fine, but just in case try not to pee too fast because I’ve heard some people have had spills that way from the device overflowing. After you finish, shake your shaft a little bit like a cis guy would, and discreetly flip the cup of the stp up a little (by kind of pushing on the bottom of the testicles) to empty any extra urine that may have collected in the base. Always make sure to have both seat and underseat of the toilet up though, and wipe any spill on the seat after using because, y’know, it’s just polite. Also for me, I found STPing way easier by squatting/spreading my legs a little. This may be due to my extra weight I’ve gained, but I’m unsure. It seems to help some people though.
5. You don’t *have* to wash your STP after every use, however it is very good to give it a good thorough wash with soap and water after every day to avoid it soaking in any odour.
6. When using it as a packer, please please please do NOT pack down (aka with shaft folded over the testicles)> Most packers pack like this so it’s a common mistake with the EZP, but the EZP is not designed for this. Pack upwards, or up and to the side instead. You’ll notice if you pack down, not only will you have random “boners” from it popping upwards in your pants, but it will also deform the packer over time and mess up its function as an STP.
7. A little tip to making it pack/STP more securely, is wear briefs with a pouch where you can pull the shaft out to STP. Make sure the briefs are tight enough to hold it well in your underwear, but not too tight that it is uncomfortable. Position the head of your shaft right under the waistband while packing, which will hold the shaft in place and provide a better looking bulge.
8. When it comes to NSFW “play”, yes you can use the EZP if you are creative. If you have a dildo or some sort of rod-like object, you can insert it carefully into the (clean and washed!!) packer, (as long as it’s not too big that it deforms it or otherwise damages the packer, be careful) and then cover the whole thing with a condom (or sealless plastic baggies, that’s my diy condom if you can’t buy em) and use! The packer is a little short, but it’s thick and it’s not too bad as an insertable device.
Overall, just be careful and have fun!

Packing advice?
If you mean as for what to buy, I pack with Mr. Limpy more than anything. It’s just so comfortable and super easy to pack with. I’ll use my freetom if I want an STP but I’d say 95% of the time I’m going with one of the Mr. Limpys.
As for how to pack, always always always use either packing underwear or some sort of pouch! Just don’t have it sitting in regular underwear because it can fall out and the last thing you want is for your dick to fall out of your pants onto the floor in front of people. Which, has unfortunately happened to so many people. Also, average size (flaccid) is usually around 3 inches so keep that in mind with the packer size get. The ones that are around 4” I find to be the easiest and most comfortable to pack with, but for pack and plays you sometimes can’t get around that because for sex you’ll usually want something slightly larger — which is why you should expect to have a collection of dicks over time. You’re never going to find one that’s exactly what you want for everything. Another thing to keep in mind is pack & plays as well as STPs tend to be a little firmer, which can make them slightly more difficult to pack with.
Positioning is dependent on which packer you get and what feels most comfortable to you, but at first it’s going to feel a little weird and SUPER obvious...but I promise it’s not as obvious as you think. That’s just because you’re not used to having something there. The more you get used to it the better it’ll feel! Hope this helps some!

FtM Passing Tips Master List
Notes:
-All prices are in USD. There are free online calculators to change USD to Euros, Canadian Dollars, etc.
- These are from personal experience, YouTubers like Kalvin Garrah and Chase Ross, and research.
GC2B is a great place to get binders. For my gf and I, it’s one of the only places we trust.
Price: ~$30
Classic Packy aka Mr.Limpy from FtM Essentials. Cheapest packer money can buy.
Price: $12
These are more expensive than a classic packer, but I personally really want one: an STP (Stand To Pee). An STP is a packer that you can pee out of while standing. You can use public urinals and others would be none the wiser.
Price: ~$80
For Packing: You can buy packing underwear from many different sites. Fair warning: Packing underwear with rings can break some packers. Be cautious. If you can’t buy packing underwear briefs are tight enough to hold your packer in place
Price: Vary.
Boxers: American Eagle and Calvin Klein are good brands. I honestly LOVE TomboyX. They’re gender neutral underwear in many lengths and patterns. They’re super soft and pretty affordable.
Price: Vary
Equate Hair Re-Growth Treatment for Men. Apply to the areas you want hair on according to the directions, like your face, legs, arms, chest, and stomach. I’m planning on getting this for myself tbh.
Price: $25 on Amazon as of 12-4-18
Around Christmas time is the perfect time to buy cologne, men's deodorant, body wash, etc. Wal-Mart sells gift sets with one or all three of these for relatively cheap.
Price: $10-$30
Haircuts are an obvious one. What works for most people is short on the sides (you could do a 3-2-1-0 fade) and long on top. When getting it cut ask them to square off the sides as that is typically a more masculine thing.
If you can’t cut your hair beanies and snapbacks can be great for hiding your hair in. But be cautious, sometimes, it can bring out the feminine shape of your face.
Voice: Don’t force it! It will not sound natural and be a dead give away. Those posts saying to tilt your head only work for about 1 minute. Try stretching your neck, it can help. Also, try consciously lowering your voice little by little, eventually it will come naturally. Also, don’t talk super fast or be flamboyant. Try being more monotone.
Clothes: If you can’t bind, baggy clothes can help hide your figure. Hoodies too. Dark shirts are better than light shirts. Bigger pants. Skinny jeans will not help, especially if you pack (it might look like you have a boner 24/7) Baseball shirts can help your shoulders look broader. Patterned shirts can also help hide your chest.
-Finding Your Mens Pant Size: Pant sizes in men’s go by inches. It’s the inches around your waist and the length of your legs. For example, my pant size is 28”- 29”.
Binding: If you can’t get a binder, layering sports bras will help. You can layer NO MORE THAN 2!! As everyone says, do not use ace bandages! There is a company that makes binding bandages that are safe for trans people. I don’t know much else about them though.
-Binder Rules: Don’t sleep in a binder. Don’t wear for longer than 8 hours. Stretch often. Make sure you can take a deep breath. If you want to exercise or swim in a binder, you can (contrary to popular belief), just make sure that binder is one size bigger than your normal size. If you can’t fit it over your head and shoulders easily, it’s too small. Don’t force it on.
Posture and Walking: For your posture, slouching is good. Widen your stride and walk slower. Be more assertive with your actions. Women’s elbows are more flexible than men’s so women tend to swing their arms around more, don’t do that. When holding things, keep your arms to your side. Also, men have a certain bounce to their step and tend to not sway their hips. Just observe guys as they walk and try to imitate it.
Sitting: Man spread. Don’t cross your legs and don’t let your knees touch.
Shark Week: On your “shark week” don’t wear boxers (unless you use tampons). They do not work with pads. Wear briefs instead. Another option is to wear briefs or womens underwear with a pad on under boxers.
If you can’t afford a packer there are a few amazing DIY’s on Youtube by Chase Ross and HeyIt’sGrayson.
One tip to relieve dysphoria is to take off your shirt from behind and over your head. Like all those hot guys in movies.
T and Surgery Costs
Testosterone: $12-$26 per dose. Price Per Month: >$24-$120< depending on how often you get the shot. If you’re diagnosed with gender dysphoria by a medical care provider, insurance should cover the cost.
-Testosterone should be given every 2-4 weeks. Could be more or less.
Top Surgery: The price can range from $3,500 - $9,000 USD. May or may not include consultation fees. A down payment is normally required to secure a surgery date. This down payment can range from $500- $2,000 USD
Bottom Surgery: FtM Bottom Surgery can be more than $50,000 USD
-There are two different types of bottom surgery: Phalloplasty and Metoidioplasty.
Phalloplasty uses a skin graft to create a penis (usually from your arm). It’s done when your clit growth isn’t big enough to work with.
“Phalloplasty surgery can provide a sensate penis, with erotic and/or tactile sensation, as well as rigidity for sexual intercourse (usually with a penile implant) and the ability to stand to urinate.”
Metoidioplasty works off your clit growth if it’s big enough. From what I know, it is just used to make your clitoris growth bigger.
“Metoidioplasty it to increase the size of the clitoris.”
If you’re diagnosed, insurance will pay for most or all of the cost of bottom and top surgery and testosterone.

Jack 2in1 Pack n Play Prosthetic Review
This is my first review! I decided to do a review because I have tried a few prosthetics and packing underwear now and have some thoughts, and thought it might be helpful to share.
So here it goes!
I just got the Jack 2in1 prosthetic.
It is basically a stroker for trans men, and a packer. The reason why I say stroker for transmen and not all men, is because it was definitely made for transmen specifically because the hole is about 1/2 inch diameter, which is perfect for transmen who have growth.
I’ve tried a stroker before made for both transmen and cis men called “the pill” and it was pretty good, but it eventually broke after around 10 uses. And the hole was really big which made it kind of hard to use, and hard to get the suction to work. So I found myself wondering what a smaller hole could do.
I found the Jack 2in1 on the Rodeoh site when I was looking for some packing underwear, which I will also write a review on, my thoughts about good packing underwear.
I have been unhappy with my packers in the past because of different reasons. I recently got the Mr. Limpy small 3.5 inch packer, which was working great, in comparison to my last few packers because it was easier to pack with and looked more realistic in my pants, not super bulky. The packers I have used in the past that are bigger than 4 inches look very bulky and are hard to pack with. I personally don’t like having a huge bulk in my pants as I find it distracting.
So the Mr. Limpy was working great along with the boxer briefs I had from Rodeoh that were for packing/stp. I like the combo of those because the packer hangs perfectly where I want it to, creating the perfect bulge.
I only had one pair of the briefs and I eventually got tired of the briefs as I don’t really like briefs and I prefer boxers. So I decided to buy just packing boxers from rodeoh. The Mr. Limpy fit differently in the packing boxers as opposed to the stp/packing briefs. I found that it didn’t hang as low as I wanted, possibly because the stp ones hang lower so you can actually use it to pee.
I wanted to see how the jack 2in1 stroker would work as a packer so I tried putting them in the packing boxers, with the balls at the very bottom and the shaft pointing up. I found that it worked perfectly. The jack 2in1 is only 3 inches which is kind of small but I found that with packing it works really well, you personally know it’s there but it doesn’t create a huge bulge in your pants. And it’s exciting that you can use it with someone else or by yourself on the go, and you don’t just have a limp soft thing that is kind of useless or only for peeing, in your pants.
As a stroker I think it works really well with the suction and sensation, and the realism, even though it is really small, I find it helps with dysphoria more than say a big blue thing like the pill.
So I think it’s perfect for a packer and a personal stroker.
As just a stroker and not packing, it’s a little small looking, and using it with someone else it’s definitely small. But for packing it’s really perfect. And you can’t use it to penetrate, but that wasn’t to be expected.
I’m going to do a review of packing underwear next, and I’m going to add pictures to this post soon. I am ordering the a pair of truhk boxers stp/packer from rodeoh to see how they compare to the other packing/stp underwear I have.

Photo
a few things about this photo:
1. it’s the first photo i’ve taken in over 2 years where i felt 100% confident in how masculine i looked, felt, & presented.
2. even though i never had a strong desire to use an stp/packer, i ended up blowing nearly $200 on one when i was 18. now, with me being 20, i finally started using this stp/packer & i’m wearing it under my boxers in this photo.
3. the stp/packer that i spent nearly $200 on was a FreeTom 4-in-1, 6.5 inch prosthetic. i can use this prosthetic for packing, peeing, & intimacy. if you’ve ever seen one in person, they’re usually much bulkier than the average flaccid penis & they are not easy to pack with, yet i’m doing so easily.
there are a lot of small & large steps i still need to take to feel as confident as i do in this moment, but i also like to appreciate & share these moments i come across along the way of my transitioning. 😊

Here is the link you requested for the blush packer, it is quite skinny though so keep that in mind.
Also just in case you were looking for an stp, here is a link to one that is only £30:
Just some advice for any transmasculine/men and enby out there who need it; if you are struggling to find a pack and play or just a packer that works for you try going on to a sex shop website and search for ‘soft dildos’ there are plenty that can be used as packers but aren’t targeted towards trans/enby people so don’t come up on a normal search for packers.
For example, lovehoney has a product called the BLUSH Super flexible realistic that has a posable 'spine’ that can be shaped to any direction which can be used as a pack and play or just a packer and is only £14.99.
There are plenty of these types of products out there if you haven’t found one for you. They are just harder to find than those labeled as packers.

via FTM Garage Sale so don't reply on Tumblr, click on the link above. "Everything must go! I've amassed a number of packers, STPs, and strokers over time and need to sell them. These prices are very flexible; I mostly just need them gone.
From left to right and top to bottom: 1) Gendercat GenderExtender with 1/2 inch fascination sleeve, $20. 2) Lovesmiths Toys stroker, also 1/2 inch, $20. These are both great toys but too small for me, sadly. 3) Total Package packer, 3 inches, $85. Has a small crack in the silicone on the back. I will post a picture if anyone wants it. Great prosthetic, but a bit small for me (I'm 5'9" and quite stocky). 4) Small Pierre packer in cashew color, $30. Also great but too small for me personally. I also have a Joey Junior packing pouch that I'll include if I can find it. 5) Jack packer/stroker in cashew color, $40. This one, is too big for me to use as a stroker. I'm like the goddamn Goldilocks of strokers. But it's a great toy and a nice packer, if a bit on the small side in terms of packers. 6) Rodeoh realistic STP, 6 inches, defective, $50. The defect is a small freckle which I will show in detail if desired. 7) Rodeoh realistic STP, 4 inches, $50. These are both great STPs but don't pack well for my weird anatomy. 8) Jimmy STP in color C002, unpainted, uncut, $70. I'm not a fan of this one, but it might be awesome for someone else. I'm the Goldilocks of STPs. 9) Freetom Sleek 4-in-1 in Caucasian color, plus erection rod, $65. This one is defective as well. It has a small thing, dimpled spot that doesn't affect the function. It's a great item, but I don't need a 4-in-1. Message me here on LJ or email chefhenry96 (at) gmail (dot) com if you want to buy something."
