Hi there! I’m April. I’m 31 years old and from Canada. I’ve been diagnosed with BPD, ADHD, autism, cPTSD as well as a couple physical disabilities. I’m married and have an amazing mastiff named Kumi.

I created this blog to share reminders that I needed and still do often need on my recovery journey.

Please know that I am not a medical professional. I'm not even someone who works in peer support. While I aim to offer resources, and support, I cannot do it any official means and I don't know everything. Please take everything with a grain of salt since different things work for different people, and as much as I do my best to be informed, I don't know everything and get things wrong sometimes.

I also cannot answer asks asking "do I have BPD" or any other disorder.

Disclaimer: I am in no way a medical professional. I am also aware we see Luo Binghe through oddly-tinted glasses due to Shen Yuan’s perspective. I am not diagnosing Luo Binghe with BPD, but as I was reading through SVSSS, I noticed a lot of symptoms. Additionally, I am looking at Luo Bing-mei.

First off: What is Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)? Borderline Personality Disorder is a disorder that - as the name suggests - affects a person's personality and their interactions with others. One of the pages from Mayo Clinic states it “includes a pattern of unstable, intense relationships, as well as impulsiveness and an unhealthy way of seeing themselves.” (Mayo Clinic Staff, January 31 2024).

What causes BPD? While there have not been concrete reasons found yet, “studies suggest that genetic, environmental, and social factors may increase the risk of developing it.” (National Institute of Mental Health, April 2024). If family members have it, you may be at a higher risk of developing it. Childhood trauma, such as experiencing continuous abandonment and hardship, may be a factor.

While researching for this essay, I wound up finding a reddit post that talked about specific examples where Luo Binghe exhibited symptoms of BPD. The post will be linked at the end (with my other sources), they did the hard work for me.

So, what are the symptoms of BPD? Glad you asked!

A strong fear of abandonment. This includes going to extreme measures so you're not separated or rejected, even if these fears are made up.

Luo Binghe has shown an intense fear of Shen Qingqiu leaving him. Whenever Shen Qingqiu seems even the slightest bit annoyed with Luo Binghe, he breaks into tears. Shen Qingqiu could be serious or not, but Luo Binghe always interprets it as “He will leave me”.

A pattern of unstable, intense relationships, such as believing someone is perfect one moment and then suddenly believing the person doesn't care enough or is cruel.

Luo Binghe has very few friends, with only Mobei-Jun and Sha Hualing, and they are his subordinates. While he is close with Shen Qingqiu, he goes from seemingly hating him to loving and adoring him. Plus, he needs constant reassurance that Shen Qingqiu still loves him.

While I would not say Luo Binghe’s self image is reliant on Shen Qingqiu’s opinion, it does seem that way sometimes.

Periods of stress-related paranoia and loss of contact with reality. These periods can last from a few minutes to a few hours.

While these sorts of periods have never been explicitly mentioned, the scene with Xin Mo could be interpreted as such. Yes, it was an evil sword, but I see Xin Mo as just…making the feelings worse

Impulsive and risky behavior, such as gambling, dangerous driving, unsafe sex, spending sprees, binge eating, drug misuse, or sabotaging success by suddenly quitting a good job or ending a positive relationship.

This is one of the symptoms that I do not remember Luo Binghe showing. Please tell me if he does.

Threats of suicide or self-injury, often in response to fears of separation or rejection. Quick changes in how you see yourself. This includes shifting goals and values, as well as seeing yourself as bad or as if you don't exist. Ongoing feelings of emptiness.

While Luo Binghe does not explicitly threaten suicide/self harm (that I remember), he does exhibit behavior similar to that. He has an attitude of “I will do anything to keep Shizun by my side” Additionally, his self worth seems to hinge of Shen Qingqiu’s opinion at times. He also allows Shen Qingqiu to harm him during the abyss scene without defending himself when he could have.

Wide mood swings that last from a few hours to a few days. These mood swings can include periods of being very happy, irritable or anxious, or feeling shame. Inappropriate, strong anger, such as losing your temper often, being sarcastic or bitter, or physically fighting.

Again, Luo Binghe goes from very happy to very angry quickly. He lashes out at Shen Qingqiu, like when he forced him to drink his blood.

Overall, Luo Binghe exhibits a lot of BPD symptoms. However, since the story is not set from his point of view - nor is he real - we cannot diagnose him or look at his own internal motivations. If you have any thoughts, please let me know!

Happy Halloween!  

I have loved Halloween for as long as I can remember. I love candy and I love dressing up. 

I cosplay year-round, so I really love dressing up. 

Fun Fact: Since I do cosplay, I tend to do pun Halloween costumes. This year, I was a Bear-ista and a Seal of Approval.  

Having BPD is truly trick and treat, and here's how:  

Tricks

Having extreme emotions all the time is so overwhelming.  

Fluctuating between feeling everything and nothing is also overwhelming.  

The pressure is felt when you have anger or sadness.  

Having those "obsessive" thoughts that won't go away until a negative action happens (trying not to text someone and texts them)  

The bottomless pit, feeling like you are a burden to everyone around you.  

The fear of abandonment running your relationship.  

Treats

Creativity, so much creativity  

Being empathic and understanding  

Loving so deeply  

Resilience 

Extreme Loyalty 

Bold and spontaneous  

Really Passionate  

Insightful  

Infectious excitement  

Deeply values relationships  

Expressive individuality 

I won't lie; the bad days are really rough. 

Like really, really rough. And the tricks of BPD can make things so complicated and hard to deal with. Sometimes, the tricks make me feel like a complete burden, and it makes me wish that I wasn't alive. 

But the treats of BPD, which, can be hard to see, like a needle in a haystack.  

I am proud of myself because the treats of BPD are the best parts of me. I treasure all of the tricks that I turned into treats. 

Mental health conditions are so hard to cope with. Some days are really hard; others are not. Being able to go through life day-by-day living with a mental health condition, just like physical health or a Chronic illness, is one of the Strongest and bravest things someone can go through. 

So, in light of this Spooky holiday... 

Celebrate yourself and ask yourself, "What are your own trick-or-treats of your condition?"

Sanity.cian He's one of the characters I like the most Hellcrew

Do you have any interesting facts about him? Cian?

I mean, I'm working on an entire novel about him xD so yes I have many, many, countless facts about Cian! If you want more specific things just feel free to ask but I'll give you a general summary of some more basic things:

Cian is Killian's first biological child. Killian had turned 13 only one month before Cian was born.

They met for the first time when Cian was 13 and Killian was 26, after Cian ran away to find Killian.

Cian was born and raised in Dublin, a few days before his 13th birthday was when he ran away and got on a ship across the Atlantic, sailing directly to Boston so he could meet Killian.

Due to Cian and Killian being so close in age (only 13 years difference) and Cian already in his teens when they met, it made it impossible for him and Killian to ever form an actual father-son relationship, let alone even see each other as such. This has caused an entire host of issues and is a massive can of worms on it's own.

Cian was VERY determined to join the mob and follow in his father, to be his 'legacy.' Killian could see there was no stopping him and saw the potential Cian had, and took him under his wing. Cian was initiated into the mob only about two and a half months after turning 13. He loved the brutal process and fuckery of it.

Cian had already killed 4 people prior to coming to America. The first person he killed was when he was 9 and he became a hitman at 10.

Killian mentored Cian to take over the mob after his passing which Cian did, still only 13 at the time.

Cian was known to be more brutal and ruthless than Killian ever was, but it earned Cian the respect he needed in the mob being so young.

Cian had his first child a few months before turning 14, he was determined to follow in his father's footsteps a bit too much. However, his Daddy issues are so godawful that it weirdly looped into him being a good father; he's actually good with kids in general.

Do not take that as something that redeems him, the man is pure evil.

Cian got married 4 times. Every wife he had died under suspicious circumstances. (He. He killed them. Yeah.)

When Cian was 29 (and recently 'lost' his last wife), he met Devlin. The two fell in love and are still together very happily.

Cian has BPD and NPD (so does Devlin and it's a huge part of why they work together so well - they're both extremely clingy and need it for emotional security, as well as sharing in their self grandiose delusions - it's not "I'm the best" as much as it is "we're the best") [do not demonize cluster B, I don't tolerate this I just want to be clear, Cian's personality disorders are NOT what makes him a bad person /serious]

Cian has bulimia

Cian was abused by Lucien from ages 13-18, he never told anyone then and still refuses to. He fears that it will make people think less of him.

Cian died by hanging himself at 31 and is therefore age locked at 31. He has permanent bruising around his neck from it.

Personality:

Ren Fujita, also known as キット・アクアティック is a rich U.A Class 1-A student amongst the other other U.A students, Ren is known for being the laid-back, cool, fun-loving ,slothful, and kind-hearted stoner and fratboy.

Ren is a laid-back, go-with-the-flow, friendly, and fun-loving guy who is willing to be friends with everyone, even if they acknowledge them as a horrible human. While not the smartest , they can be friends to people regardless of personality, ranging from disgusting and rude to pushy and selfish. They care about their friends and their wellbeing, wanting everyone to get along and not understanding why people go by "winner takes all". They don't understand metaphors, taking them in a literal approach. They can at times be forgetful, whether it's what they were talking about or what they're supposed to be doing. Their most prominent trait is their ability to keep their cool even in life-threatening situations.

They call everyone “dude” , “dudette” , “bro” , “bruh”, “dudeman” , “man”, And “my guy” a lot and seems to use “like” in their sentences a lot .

Also despite how calm and laid-back Ren is, he's not only not a pushover (not a welcome mat) , but when pissed Ren is terrifyingly intimidating (especially if the situation was from provoking them) and if it's from provoking them, whether that be from messing with their loved ones, it's the silent kind of anger and will get overwhelmed and even anxious when under a lot of pressure!

But despite all of that Ren is known for being so unheeded, so gullible, and so ignorant to the point that they would tend to say and do out of pocket things without thinking twice (thinking there's nothing wrong with it and/or is in the right) and would often even find undermine their own trauma without taking it seriously or actually vent, because they genuinely lack awareness on how fucked up it all is !!

Background:

Ren Fujita had two parents named Nene Fujita (their mom) and Dajii Fujita (their dad) not only do none of them love each other but while Nene is more of the helicopter parent both Nene and Dajii are very emotionally neglectful toward their kids, Ren Fujita and Naoki Fujita (they're still in contact with their parents sense half of them still loves them)!!!

An anthropomorphic piranha like merman (can turn into a merman when in water) very greedy ,materialistic, money driven , withdrawn ,emotionally unavailable, psychologically abusive, mentally abusive 1,is a workaholic , is a perfectionist, and emotionally abusive father that's an extremely rich Billionaire that owns a huge company called “Fujita Victory Tech.” A company that makes very advanced gadgets and weapons for pro heroes and villains (a company that would make Mei Hatsume have a run for her money) ,because Dajii is very tech savvy and good with robotics (Dajii is kind of a nerd)

▪︎ Naoki Fujita [Step brother/ older brother]

Naoki has a quirk similar to their mom and is currently a young freelance detective in training at a law private school. He's also known for being a perfectionist, germaphobic, a workaholic (just like his dad, Dajii), is very tech savvy and good with robotics (just like his dad), has an interest in murder mystery and has a good healthy sibling relationship with Ren

▪ Jomichii Fujita [Ren's twin sister]

Her quirk was also water manipulation, she was the golden child of her family, her mom and dad's favorite and she was known for being yet another U.A student that goes by the name by “Mighty Duck”, Jomichii was known for being cooky ,fun-loving, a loose canon, weird , energetic ,bubbly, silly , and had a knack for both baking and painting. But she died when Stain got to hurt and she died from her wounds in the hospital do to her diabetes .

Naoki ,Ren, and Dajii Fujita's traumatized from the incident and to the point that Dajii's personality got worse ever since that day .

Ren's motivation for becoming a pro hero:

To help and save people that are in a tough situation themselves (to help people that are in a position similar to them) ,in need of help

(Also because Ren Fujita sees heroes as cool)!!

Ren Fujita headcanons:

▪︎Ren's favorite snacks is pocky sticks, senbei, choco pie, jagarico, Konpeitō, umaibõ, mochi, and Dorayaki . While their favorite foods are Ramen Noodles, Sushi, Okonomiyaki, Yakitori, sukiyaki, tofu, and Shabu-shabu

▪︎Ren legs turned into a mermaid tail when they were first born (it turned back to normal hours later)

▪︎The only time Ren feels any ounce of fear Is when their phobia is involved , when they're under too much pressure , when they themselves are in genuine danger, or their friends or family us in danger

▪︎ Ren has Arachnophobia: Fear of spiders, Belonephobia: Fear of pins and needles, Catagelophobia: Fear of being ridiculed, and Hypochondria: Fear of illness

▪︎Ren has a fear of illness because they used to have a twin sister named Jomichii that was killed by a villian a few years back (Ren may not know this yet but it was Stain who killed her) and if they were to ever find out they would've thrown their usual demeanor out the window and flip their lid

▪︎Ren is ambidextrous

▪︎It's rare for Ren to hate anyone but if they do than the person they don't like must of did something extremely terrible to them

▪︎The reason why Ren's twin ,Jomichii died from illness is because one day while heading back home alone Stain got to her and cut her up badly. She was diabetic so while in the hospital that wounds too to long to heal, the wounds got an infection, she got sick from the infections ,and she died (it happened 5 yrs ago)

▪Ren has been secretly trying to look into his twin sisters death for years (including now) and still has found nothing important of the sorts

▪︎Ren is a vegan and strictly has a vegan diet

▪︎Similar to Ed from Edd Ed and Eddy, Ren would get overstimulated pissy and sour if they accidentally get a pebble in their shoe (like their usual demeanor gets thrown out the window )

▪︎Ren Fujita and Jisu Shugamee are besties, and similar to Denki Kiminari and Minoru Mineta they're also the comedy relief duo, just less perverted

▪︎In S2 ep 27 - 33 ,Selkie inspires Ren to end up pursuing being a ocean and/or sea rescue type of pro hero

▪︎ Initially, Iida and Ren’s personalities are night and day. Iida’s strict, rule-following nature contrasts sharply with Ren’s laid-back approach to life. Ren often frustrates Iida by not adhering strictly to schedules or protocols. Over time, Iida realizes that despite Ren’s relaxed attitude, they’re dependable in battle and care deeply for their friends. They find a middle ground, with Iida becoming more tolerant of Ren’s quirks, while Ren respects Iida’s leadership skills, in fact, Iida might start seeing Ren not just as a classmate but as someone who understands a very specific kind of pain—one that shaped both of their lives. While Iida and Ren remain different in terms of personality, their bond would likely evolve into a strong sense of kinship based on mutual respect, shared loss, and personal growth.

Ok it's time to come forward with my evidence and claims. In August or September of 2021 I met my accuser- let's call him Elm. We grew close rather quickly and became romantically involved. One day he asked if he could add his best friend into a group chat with just the 3 of us, I said yes. It didn't take me long at all to realize that his supposed best friend was actually his boyfriend, I had a talk with his boyfriend first who claimed Elm told him that I was the best friend. After explaining that Elm and I had been romantic for about 1-2 months his boyfriend despite having a hurt tone claimed that they were in an open relationship. These discussions all happened over discord call so I don't have screenshots for it. When ai confronted Elm about it because he never told me about his bf or the open relationship, Elm couldn't give me an answer to why he just kept dodging the questions. So when two people are in an open relationship and one wants to date someone else and doesn't tell that person about the open relationship, that isn't an actual open relationship - its cheating.

I pulled back a bit after this staying friends but becoming more platonic after Elm seemingly lost interest once I called him out on the cheating. There is one thing about Elm that always bugged me, the fact he would claimed his original characters or "muses" as he called them "tool control". (This was mentioned on call) When I asked if he had D.I.D he out right denied it but it seemed that whenever I would explain that something he was doing upset me that's when his Muses would "take over" and they always tried to make him blameless. For some context I have bpd and tend to split (I call it an episode) when I notice I'm being treated poorly, this can lead to rather explosive anger- Elm know this and would continue to do the behaviors that I asked him not to. I have one major instance of his main muse taking control

I was primarily upset because we had planned to hang out on call that day and Elm left barely 5 minutes in to hang out with a friend who randomly asked. )I blocked out names for their privacy because I know if I didn't they would raise hell. ) As you can see I'm trying to address a problematic pattern of behavior and he uses this muse to try and make me into the bad guy. He would purposely do something he knew would cause me to split, tell me to communicate if something upset me, then shame me and get pissed at me when I did. I had let him know multiple times that if I told him that an action he did was causing episodes then I would prefer it if he could refrain from repeating those actions as much as possible- he said he would but then would continue to do those same actions. This Azlute character only seemed to come out when I would call Elm out on how shitty he was treating me, and then would try to make me the one in the wrong for bringing it up. After this incident we muted each other and spent time apart to calm down after we settled we tried to remain friendly- but not fully friends. After a bit of not talking I had gone through a bit of a upsetting event with another friend and reached out to Elm this is the exchange. (I blocked out irrelevant messages prior)

Notic ehow he said "That's doesn't mean we have to be enemies,thought. I dont want to fight anymore .i consider you...an aquatance."

This interaction was 7 months ago we hadn't talked since. His words completely contradict his recent actions, if he didn't want to fight or be enemies why bring up these allegations? If he had such a big issue with me why wait til the allegations were made to block me? It makes honestly little sense to me

Moving on from Elm, next up we have Crimsons rather rude behavior. I did not blur her username out because these are public comments made on one of my posts. Keep in mind this woman is 31 years old (according to her Tumblr bio) and yet is behaving like a chronically online middle schooler.

First up I was already banned and blocked why would you still need evidence? Unless Elm had no evidence when the claims were made and the mods of the server decided to believe him, despite that went against our usual process.

"There's nothing you could possibly say that could change what you've done and said." If that's the case why prevent me from even attempting to plead my innocence?

"The only reason I've said anything is because I'm not involved." Yet you're being extremely rude and aggressive, and also involving yourself??

Once again based off her own words they did not have evidence when the claims were made.

I understand not posting the evidence to the public, I never asked for that I asked to see the evidence. When I gave another option to dm me the evidence she blocked me. This is the type of people running the server, people who will condemn you without evidence, who refuse to let you defend yourself, who refuse to even offer an explanation to what's going on. If the mods had just don't the mature Nad professional thing and discussed the issue with me,went through the claims, and let me defend myself none of this would have happened.

My original post was to try and reach the mods in the only option I had left to figure out what was actually going on. They banned and blocked me with zero explanation, I was left completely confused and blindsided. People are saying I'm immature but yet these mods are the reason I've had to go to extremes. I just want the evidence so I can defend myself. I'm not satin you have to believe me, I'm just saying you should jump to guilty until proven innocent.

I've had at least one person say "Well you should have just handled it privately" Well one can't handle it privately when all the mods decided to block me. I understand Elm made me out to be manipulative and when in an episode I can come across that way. Even still someone should have done the mature thing and been like "Maybe we should get Ry's side of the story and go from there".

Mods shouldn't be acting like children in this way. Especially for such an old dying Fandom such as portal 2. I feel that over time some of them lost touch with the world outside of the internet, the more they witnessed younger people struggling to separate fiction and reality, the less grounded they were. I think all of them need to step back and reflect and ask "Is this really how we should run this server?" A server that has over 100 people where only maybe 15 are ever active,a server that will have months of dead silence. Maybe it's time to move on, and to grow up.

Tuy nhiên, giá quặng sắt kỳ hạn tháng 11 trên Sàn giao dịch Singapore tăng 1% lên 99,70 USD/tấn.
