I’m so happy with this gradient it’s soooooo smooth. This shawl is a real challenge to knit both because of the structure of this yarn and the actual pattern itself is written in a way that’s really frustrating, but at least it’s beautiful enough to only be slightly extremely annoying.

#knitting #knitblr #lace rot #wip #lace shawl #project: shawl 10 #i'm officially into the Slog Zone. every row takes between 15 and 30 minutes and they're only going to get longer from here.#When this chart ends it'll be 580 ish stitches per row and i'm NOT excited for it <3 #I also had to rechart both the current chart and the last chart in stitchfiddle just to make them like. visible.#like i had to print them out across two different pieces of paper make them visible the last chart is just shy of 100 stitches wide #thankfully this one is really to understand once i got in the groove i didn't even have to look at the chart #but because of how the chart is like. laid out? it's really hard to understand from just looking at the page i had to knit it.#also sorry for the scrunkly photo but this boy is already too big for my 50 inch needles. He's going to be scrunched until i cast off lmao.
