Maybe a hot take, I don't know, I don't really look at Splat content anymore aside from art

But I've been thinking about this recently, I think it's kind of sad that I can't... Find myself to care about Deep Cut much compared to OTH and the Squid Sisters. The last 2 are strong bands and I have a hard-ish time picking which one I like more, but Deep Cut is just... the third thing. I don't think it helps that they kind of lose their own identity in their own game. There's DLC of the other 2 hubs + Splatfest songs featuring them (OTH and SS) too, while in the last 2 games, it was only the band that represented their respective game (if that makes sense).

I don't hate the DLC maps and collab songs by all means (I enjoy them a lot), it's just I kind of think they might've jumped the "collab" train a bit too early and now (to me) they just kind of seem like a group who likes treasure hunting(?) and hate bands outside of Splatsville (in a hater type of way). I know there's more content about them like in the Art Book and reviews, etc. But you need to go out of your way to consume them, meanwhile, the other 2 bands are strong enough on their own without needing to go outside of the game to... understand?? get into them?? I don't know if that makes sense.

Maybe it doesn't help that Deep Cut's story in S3's story mode isn't really... That good? It kind of feels shoehorned in? Though to be fair, it's been a while since I played it, but I remember OTH's appearance in OE and the SS in S2 story mode way more than Deep Cut in RoTM.

Maybe its nostalgia speaking and/or that I had more time with SS and OTH compared to Deep Cut, but I just find it hard to get invested into them too deeply. Maybe they need an OE type of DLC /j

also ok maybe had a weird little freak moment yesterday :/ i was with lydia and needed to eat my godawful shitass sushi before going to the library so anyway who do i spot but the roommate with some random guy naturally and im like lydia pause i need to be a stalker but so casually for just like a sec. What would the two of you argue about?

I don't think Sasuke is a man who openly states what is bothering him because he lets the feeling simmer before he tells you. He only tells you if it's serious or if it's been bugging him. Personally, I think Sasuke don't gaf what you do unless you get yourself hurt on a mission, then he starts arguing with you because he's concerned for your safety. What I think you would argue to him about is his annoying little habits he just can't seem to get out of doing. Just the little simple things like leaving things where they are supposed to be, because Sasuke is a really clean person because of how he grew up. So there probably won't be much for you to argue to him about him. If I'm being so serious right now, you would probably argue with him about not giving you any attention-

Who would be 'pouting' the longest?

I'm sure depending on the situation it would vary between the two of you and depending on what Sasuke and you actually argued about would be the determining factor. Although, I don't Sasuke would date anyone like himself, he would go for someone who can balance his stoicism out, it would be his energetic pretty girlfriend who will be pouting the longest because you are dramatic at times.

Who apologises first/ Silent treatment/ Making up

I'm gonna have to say Sasuke on this one. He seriously doesn't want to mess things up with you because your his family and he can't go through the pain of losing you. Butttt, depending on what the two of you had argued about, it could be you apologising, you would usually apologise to him after accidently yelling or arguing about something incontrollable like Sasuke missions. It start off as a competition on who couldn't talk to each other but then Sasuke couldn't hold it for too long, he needed to hear you soft voice speaking to him, Sasuke needed your voice to talk to him because that's what makes him feel just a little bit happier everyday. You would usually want to stop the silent treatment but when Sasuke wasn't talking to you it truly made you nervous because sometimes he could just say the meanest things to you without thinking what he's saying. As for making up? You would be doing some mundane tasks in the bathroom, kitchen, bedroom or anywhere and Sasuke would come up behind you just to wrap his arm around your waist and place his chin on your shoulder and mumble a soft, 'I'm sorry' in your ear even if he was right and you were wrong. As for the other way around, you would walk up behind Sasuke and you would hold the hem of his shirt with your head hung low, waiting for Sasuke to say something, but he doesn't. So then, you would apologise first and he would turn around with a sigh, planting a soft kiss to your forehead while mumbling the same words of, 'I'm sorry' back to you.

I woke up and the first thing i could see is the fact i shifted to one of my recent drs and my room looked teww cute!! it was a mixture of sanrio characters, y2k, etc and if i could best describe it, it would be something you would see if you typed "gyaru-themed bedroom" on pinterest.

Also, my room smelt like lavender (which is a classic signature scent i script for pratically all my DRs rooms) and yea, after pratically a whole hour of sobbing and getting emotional over shifting for the first time, i decided to head out to grab myself some brunch.

LEMME TELL YALL, life feels like a breath of fresh air when you don't have strict parents telling u that u can't go here and there. In my dr, my parents are rlly lenient and just let me do whatevs and all i gotta do it text em to let em know that i'm doing alright.

After grabbing some brunch, i went to do some shopping and guess the btch who don't gotta check the price tags anymore because she scripted herself some UNLIMITED FUNDZZZ 🤭 it feels so good knowing that i can grab whatever clothes i wanted and i didn't even have to worry about checking my debit card afterwards because i would still have sm funds.

thank you for sharing your thoughts with me! i must admit that i mostly agree with you, gojohime ship makes no sense to me whatsoever and i’ve talked about this before. like you said the only vibe they give off is that of quarreling siblings AHAHAH when gege said that she hates him i didn’t interpret “hate” in the literal sense of the word, i don’t think she harbors malicious feelings towards him but more like having very low tolerance for his antics and personality in general like she truly can’t stand him bc he is quite annoying and arrogant which is understandable if we also add the constant mocking on satoru’s end, but at the same time she trusts and relies on him on a professional level, and she is cooperative with his requests when there is danger imposing. i think satoru trusts her too, after all if he didn’t he wouldn’t have discussed the plausibility of a mole with her and asked her to investigate (which she did). but that’s all, there’s not even a tiny hint of romance there but what do i know. which doesn’t mean ppl can’t ship characters that aren’t romantically compatible in canon, ofc they can! but there are healthy ways of enjoying things without being toxic and forcing the fruit of your imagination to others as a fact

im immediately inclined to say clocky or toby the second i see time and fire mentions. so ticciwork. my clocky is often a bit messy so she'd be pissed and angry and upset over the sort of war she's found herself in, especially as she sees toby just falling deeper into it. 'my god, was i oblivious?' when she finally realizes toby will always, always put Slenderman before her. frustrating. 'hell stays hungry for a world so weak' natalie is hungry for a good world, but she thinks everyone is too weak for goodness, meanwhile toby is hungry for power so he can make everyone else seem weak. etc. 'they only want you to bleed' they being slendy, operator, zalgo, etc etc etc... power, being a pawn, fighting, using humans as toys in a battlefield, etc etc.. yeah

i genuinely think nina is a really good influence on so many of the creeps. like theyre all assholes, traumatized, refuse to believe in the good in the world, etc etc. but nina is traumatized and still kickin. she comes in like ^_^ hello chat. and i think that, while its still important to feel the shitty feelings, it's really grounding to see someone whos just so .. able to be happy. idk. someone who SEEKS joy, rather than expects it to fall into their lap, and blames the world when it doesnt
