Hmmm the 2p Baltics...

Where do I start?!

You’d be hard-pressed to find a salty, more mischievous and sarcastic bunch

They may work under Viktor but they know full well they are important to the process and abuse this fact regularly

But its to be said that they have a pretty good relationship with Viktor, so some playing around is tolerated

The pranks these three pulls are ingenious and its a mystery how they execute them so well 

Nobody would expect these three to work together at all, let alone so well

You've got Old Man ™ 2p Estonia 

Enigma 2p Lituania

And smol ball of seething chaos 2p Latvia

Let start with our favorite oldie

Now 2p Estonia, or Egor, isn’t that old physically

He swings hard and gets into a fair amount of fights

Unlike his 1p he is absolutely clueless when it comes to technology

This man uses a flip phone because even iPhones are just too confusing

He’s better for muscle when it comes to being useful

He likes to tell you that the scars he has are from amazing fights from long ago

Most of them are, but a few really notable ones are come from him being clumsy

There is a reason he is no longer allowed to have a butterfly knife

He has a dog, a mutt he’s named Toomas

This is the fourth dog named Toomas

Nobody knows why his name is Toomas

He wears black because that's what the cool kids wear

This is exclusively why he wears black

He’s pretty impressionable but actually likes few people

No ones quite sure how to get Egor to like you, but once it happens you’ll know it

Onto the mystery in a box 2p Lituania

He uses the name Tomas the most, but he tends to use two other names depending on who he’s talking to

Everyone is pretty sure there is a system to the names he uses

If he uses Matas, he seems not to like who he’s talking to and sees them as beneath him

If he uses Leonas, he also doesn’t like who he’s talking to, but in this case, he might be a bit intimidated and wants to seem stronger than he looks.

Tomas is what he uses with Viktor and the rest of the Baltics, so they assume this name means he trust them

He really really hopes Egor’s dog isn’t named after him

He’s guarded about what he likes and shares few things with those around him

He’s the leader of the group and the one thing he likes to share is how the Baltics could be a better team in comparison to the 2p Axis and 2p Allies

He will never ever say it, but he takes heavy inspiration from Allen and Luciano on their leadership skills

Allen is strong and quick on his feet, making the Allies great at Blitz attacks and ambushes

Luciano is calculating and calm, able to strategically plan everything in advance, leading the Axis to be the best at the long game

Tomas has molded the Baltics into a tiny mix of the two, where they can do a small to medium job quickly and efficiently with few hiccups

He appreciates praise and it certainly acts as an ego boost

He makes a point to be different from Toyls (1p Lithuania) in as many ways as possible

He definitely sees him as weak

And finally, the incarnation of chaos himself

Raimonds is so salty

He’s short and he hates it and if you even dare start to mention it you’ll regret it

You won’t get hurt, he can’t really physically hurt anyone, but he’ll chew your ear off with all his yelling and complaining

His actions are reminiscent of a child with an attitude problem

But only when he’s really angry

Most of the time, he’s not angry, but snarky, sarcastic, and off the walls

He works like the Energizer Bunny; he goes hard for a short amount of time, then completely burns out

He has a hard time concentrating on one thing and if he sees something really cool, he’ll change course and do that instead

Its a pain sometimes, but Tomas has learned how to direct him on a specific path

If Raimonds puts his mind to it, he’ll follow through 100% and often does a really good job 

Positive reinforcement works well on him, and he eats up praise and even goes above and beyond to get an extra compliment

There is one thing he likes and no one knows what it is

Its anime

He’s a weeb

He once tried talking to Kuro about it but freaked out and embarrassed himself

He's watched everything

And I mean everything

including things no one should ever see 

These three are polar opposites, but they create a dream team that surprises

Viktor is proud of them and enjoys the confusion from other nations

They are a small family and look out for each other, no matter how chaotic or confusing they might be

He despises R.u.s.s.i.a and A.m.e.r.i.c.a, and causes 2p!R.u.s.s.i.a lots of trouble, here and there, with intention. This sets a vicious circle in the “family”. Also an alcoholic who sleep around, and has self-harm problems. Even though, he’s a telepathist of natural creatures, and only devotes himself to R.o.m.u.v.a. Poland is a little bit afraid of him. 2p!E.s.t.o.n.i.a：Egor Von Bock Can’t distinguish good and evil. Though he does everything logically right, things always end up with dire consequences. Has a liberal and tolerant mind, yet never helpful. Atheist. Very suspicious, for acting like an Android. It’s true that his eyes are electric products, but no other firm facts support such suspicion. 2p!L.a.t.v.i.a：Raimonds Galante He seems talkative, bright and very attractive. ᴡʜᴀᴛ ᴛʏᴘᴇ ᴏꜰ ʏᴀɴᴅᴇʀᴇ ᴡᴏᴜʟᴅ ᴛʜᴇʏ ʙᴇ?

Viktor is one of the more serious yanderes to have, and he’s not the best at showing his feelings to his s/o.

 I see him more as a possessive type with a hint of obsession mixed in. He does not see the point of needing friends, and the only thing his s/o should need is him. 

That being said, if you insist on having friends, he’ll be okay with it, as long as they know that you’re taken. 

If they overstep his line he made, you’ll have one less friend, and Russian police will have one more missing persons report.

 He probably doesn’t/ didn’t understand his love for his s/o and that made him want to find out everything them. With every new thing he learns, his obsession grows.  

ꜱᴛᴀʟᴋɪɴɢ?

Viktor might stalk his s/o a bit. Probably in the beginning of his obsession he could be caught following his s/o around, just to learn their interests.

He’ll eventually stop once he learns all that he can. Being as powerful as he is, he has a lot of eyes on you throughout your town.

 He does send some of his men to watch over you a lot of the time.

He does this to make sure you’re safe, he knows that he has a lot of enemies, and if they catch wind on his liking to his s/o, that could be bad news.

He isn’t a creep though. He won’t have any cameras in your house and won’t watch you while you are undressing/ in the shower.

ᴋɪᴅɴᴀᴘᴘɪɴɢ?

most likely. He understands he’s not the most... friendly or nice person around. He’ll approach his s/o, and depending on how they react, he’ll just give up trying to court them normally. 

Now, if they DO react in a good way, he might try courting them. Prepare to have a big scary boyfriend following you around. 

If his s/o catches on to his more darker thoughts, he’ll know there's no way of covering up the missing people or threats. So time for some good kidnapping.

Although if his s/o develops Stockholm syndrome, it’ll be a lot like beauty and the beast. He trusts you to stay in his palace and honestly it’s a pretty normal relationship at that point.

If his s/o ever needs anything, one of the Baltics will get it for them.

ʜᴏᴡ ᴍᴜᴄʜ ꜰʀᴇᴇᴅᴏᴍ ᴅᴏ ᴛʜᴇʏ ɢɪᴠᴇ?

If he did kidnap you:

Honestly, a lot for a normal yandere.

He’ll allow you electronics after he makes sure their is no way of contacting help.

Unless he knows his s/o won’t go for help or they already developed Stockholm syndrome. Then he’ll allow some contact with your old friends or family. Just don’t betray his trust.

The only thing he requires you to do is eat with him (which is mostly in the dining hall) and occasionally spend time with him.

Which can differ from letting him watch you do your hobbies like paint or read to actually doing something with him. 

Other than that, you’ll be free to do whatever.

He most likely has a room dedicated to your hobbies, and he has a huge library, so feel free to explore.

If he did not kidnap you:

He’s more on edge with who you are with.

Not that he doesn’t trust you, he just doesn’t trust other people.

Will be a bit more paranoid, and will want to know who you are with, when you will back and where will you be.

But he’s good with manipulating you into thinking that he’s just protecting you. 

Might tap your phone if he’s suspicious of your friends/family. 

Other than that he’s a pretty good boyfriend.

Before I get into these headcanons, I’ve got to do add in some world building to set the stage.

In the region of Omnes Simul lies many kingdoms. Each one built with its own unique culture and ruling style. Many wars have been fought in the name of control and greed leaving some lands scarred and undesirable. Other lands flourished and even blossomed from their conquests.

The northern most kingdom is the frozen land of *Poteryannaya Dusha. It is composed of many large iron mountains that are held hostage by General Winter. His harsh control prevents crops from growing and forcing the people to look for other means of substance. Their strongest trades being in minerals and furs.

The ruler of this land is Viktor, and he is the Tsar of this icy paradise. He is known to his people for ruling logically and harshly. Criminals operate in the shadows for fear that should they be found Viktor will have them thrown into the sunken iron mines. While those that follow his laws have known prosperity and safety.

To ensure that Viktor is considering all his options he in lists the use of his council. It is made up of his two sisters and the Baltic trio. Each one bringing a different viewpoint to consider. When the council is not in session, the Baltics go back to their duties as generals, while his sisters return to the *printsessa roles.

The crown came sooner than Viktor had wanted. At the age of seventeen, he and his sisters watched as their parents slowly rotted from the inside out. Those moments were hard as he also dealt with the full weight of being the Tsar. As time went on and as they finally passed, Viktor felt numbness overtake him that never melted.

Due to his workaholic tendencies, Viktor is forced by his sisters to go out on a hunting trip once every few months. They control the kingdom for a week while he blows off steam by relying on his most basic instincts.
