I'm INCREDIBLY curious as to what the pink shimmer that was inside of Mephone thinks about its time there. Were they Aware they were trapped inside a phone? Did they experience things from his point of view? How interconnected WERE they? God. I kinda hope they weren't conscious that whole time because I'm not sure the Shimmers have therapy services up there. Either way, it's INCREDIBLY interesting.

On a similar note, I really do wonder what Mephone himself thinks of the Shimmer. I mean, they literally were 2 organisms living with and working together. He was BUILT to hold that energy. Are there any side effects now that that energy is gone? (ASIDE FROM THE OBVIOUS LOL).

I dunno I think it's really interesting to think about. Both of these... Living, sentient creatures were forced to act as one being for their entire lives. Mephone, until now, has not had to live without that constant presence of another being. Even if he was unaware of them, they were still... There. And he was still there for them. I really like imagining them BOTH suffering effects from being without each other. I mean, the Pink Shimmer doesn't have their own shell anymore... Mephone WAS their vessel.

I think it's even more interesting if you examine how the Shimmers are naturally communal. The Shimmers are essentially a hyper-intelligent bee colony in which many of them share bodies and act as one! They are USED to being paired up with others, and even the Green Shimmer isn't just one, but two Shimmers inhabiting one body. The Pink Shimmer, in this case, may have just seen Mephone as it's sibling Shimmer. Working alongside him as one being! And, while they seemed perfectly happy with returning to their flock, I wonder if they were confused after some time, at why they were missing the presence of their sibling, who they'd been with all their life?

Luna had let the night before settle without causing any more trouble. She'd made the decision to talk to Cami while still at the festival but she thought she might benefit from sleeping before the conversation actually happened in case her fight or flight kicked in and the alcohol made her say something she'd regret. So she texted her in the morning and thankfully Cami was open to talking. "Hey," Luna spoke softly when she saw her. It's genuinely so upsetting to see people say Mephone's story is done. No, no. It's Not. It's OK to not like Mephone or his story, but to say it's over is. Silly. He literally just got a new start, we've seen his trauma, we've seen him try and change, and we've seen him loose fucking everything and get incredibly close to death again-- Now it is time to see him heal. His story is not over just because his trauma is????

Mephones narrative is incredibly important as it showcases how irrationally and cruelly trauma can make people act and how people, when hurt, often end up hurting other people. Mephone isn't a perfect victim, and that's GOOD!!! It's such a good perspective to show!!!! Because people in that position don't often get that visibility. But showing how a victim of trauma who has acted cruelly and hurt others can heal and grow is equally as important as showing their struggle, and Mephone hasn't really gotten that yet?

I've also seen a few people complain that Mephone shouldn't get to see the contestants ever again, and I think that's a bit far. He was genuinely friends with a lot of the season 3 contestants like I totally see most of the season 2 contestants not wanting to see him AND THATS TOTALLY VALID, but ??? Mephone wasn't horrible at Every Second of the Day and I feel like a lot of people took the ending of him leaving to mean the contestants hate him, when pickle literally says he forgives him. They SHOULD stay away from each other for awhile, but that doesn't mean Mephone has to give up the genuine friendships he made with Bot, Floory, or some of the others. You know?

Granted, this is all the ramblings of someone whose favourite characters are Meeplers, and Mephone4 happens to one of those. And I'm also someone who deeply cares for his narrative, and wants to see him and 3GS be okay and heal. But I do genuinely understand people who want to leave their ending up to interpretation, I just don't think thats ideal. Oh woe, I'm rambling. Have a super good day/night admin -2G Anon

if i’m like at the perfect level of high where im still on the climb or riding a mid level high out, i usually am super chaotic switch/ler-leaning

however

if i get really high, usually hit this point by evening LOL, that’s the point where i cross over the switch line into lee land 😅😅😂
