tw. i'm so sick of feeling this miserable every single day. it feels like this is a never ending cycle that i can't break out of. it's literally the same old shit every other day and i just want this to end. i've been having thoughts to end it for over 10 years ("chronic suicidality/suicidal ideation") but it's been really bad recently, there's actually ideas in my head how i would get rid of a lot of my stuff first as well as social media accounts and how i'd do it. i hate myself so much. there's always been this thing going around that says "the average life expectancy of people w/ bpd is 27" and as a 27y/o i honestly get it. it's such a painful experience alongside all of the other shit i'm diagnosed with. i just wanna be normal.. and i'm tired of constantly feeling lonely, unlovable, worthless, useless etc. getting triggered by the smallest little things. always feeling like i'm never ever good enough for anyone ever. the one thing that kept me doing what i love being taken away from me. friends (or rather my bpd) making me feel like i'm not special, replaceable and worthless. i really want this all to end.
