He shoves them into an overnight bag with no intention to actually spend the night in Arizona. What he wants is to get Neil in these clothes and back home. He noticed Kevin packing his own bag just as frantically.

Aaron scowled and Andrew stepped closer looking at his twin with a frown that he hoped conveyed that if Aaron was unnecessarily rough with Neil while removing the stitches then that would be bad. Aaron rolled his eyes.

"I have the same face as Andrew. A face that I am constantly reminded you like." Aaron says putting a hand on Neil's head to hold him still.

"You look nothing like him." Neil says with a huff and Andrew can see him roll his eyes despite them being closed.
