Meant to share these the other day but these are my day one pictures for the six week challenge group I'm doing with some friends. I have finally settled on doing Core de force for this one. 22 minute hard core was just too hard for me right now. I apologize if my handwriting is a little messy. It is what it is. Lol. 🔥 Today, I completed a 8-week program called #22minhardcorps. It challenged me with 3-levels of workout regimens. There are core, cardio, and resistance workouts. 🔥 On the note I am sharing with you, I have progressed significantly. I conducted: Push-ups Squat thrusts Pull-ups Jumping jacks Forearm planks 🔥 On July 1 and July 29, I performed a fitness test, I finished each exercise within a minute. Some exercises I stopped or put a leg down with so many seconds remaining. All in all, this shows my progress results within 8 weeks. I have gotten slimmer and stronger. I think it's best for me to show number proof rather than photos of my body. I showed up daily and got to work. 🔥 Will you show up for you? (i.e. you have only FOUR weeks each round to kick it in gear, make the most of each week and show up every day!) 2) You must have a BeachBody on Demand Membership (new members sign up here: http://bit.ly/KimOnDemand). 3) This challenge is open to any and all workout programs. Sometimes I have to remind myself of this. The last week has been well a shit show if I'm being honest. I've acted like a bitch to those that mean the most to me, I've been selfish, and I've neglected my journey and myself in doing so. Today starts a six week push for myself and it seems I need a little motivation now more than ever. I feel like total shit right now.
