Hi all! I'm planning on starting a TTRPG campaign for a setting I made called Shadow Protocol. Right now, we have three players and I'm looking for two more.

If you're a fan of: • Alien • Blade Runner • Citizen Sleeper • Ghost in the Shell • The Hainish Cycle • Murderbot • Signalis • SOMA

You'll probably enjoy it! We don't have a set meeting time yet (though currently, we're all in American time zones I think). I also haven't decided what system we're going to use, though it's between Carbon 2185 and Neon City Overdrive. We'll be using Roll20 to meet.

Bonus Material! I had never drawn Gale before this comic happened, so I spent a very long time on panel 1 re-drawing her hairdo several times. Still might use these, since she changes her look to suit her mood/musical performances. I kinda like the first one most myself!

It’s been a hot sec since I read this, but I remember loving it and haven’t been able to find it! I believe it was on Ao3, It might have been omega verse but I’m not positive, it was an AU where Voldemort won during the first wizarding war and Harry was sort of kept on as a super powerful right hand man/enforcer. There’s an arranged marriage between Draco and Harry. I remember a party for Beltane. Thank you so much for looking!

carbon 2185 is a reskin of 5E, no doubt. even down to just reiterating the same descriptions for equipment that's in the PHB:

but also, like, that super futuristic polymer "rope" is barely a shoestring with that weight limit and strength check, i want a little more thought into a reskin than just a copy/paste here

750lbs is barely a third the typical strain limit on a dynamic climbing rope, barely a tenth the limit on static hauling lines today, let alone two hundred years in the future

there's no way DC 17 STR (aka a below average strength elderly character with an age penalty to their body attributes has a chance of making) is reasonable. show me DC 25 at least. or better yet, let's respect the rope and make it a DC 30 ("impossible") to just superman it
