i dont consider myself a 'fashion guru' by any means but one thing i will say is guys you dont need to know the specific brand an item you like is - you need to know what the item is called. very rarely does a brand matter, but knowing that pair of pants is called 'cargo' vs 'boot cut' or the names of dress styles is going to help you find clothes you like WAAAYYYY faster than brand shopping

Sometimes I felt like she was in the room with me. As I laid there, motionless and unfeeling on my bedroom floor… Listening to the ceiling fan drone overhead, the gentle breeze is just enough to leave me shivering.

But that’s when I felt her, sitting with me. My head in her lap. Her hand rubbing my shoulder. The other stroking my hair. I tell her that I really need her right now. She says she knows. She knows because I know. That’s how it’s always been.

She says she’ll take care of things, and suddenly this feeling of love and comfort washes over me, my eyes fluttering to a close as I feel myself slip away. The room is dark, darker, but she is bright, burning and warm and safe.
