To have failed in killing Shinichi Kudo . . . he's made a huge oversight.

My video for SLICE (Short Little Iron Chef Edits), at BentoVid! The goal was to create at least a 90-second AMV within 100 hours, using a song from a list of songs only revealed at the start of the challenge. Given my slow editing, I can't believe I did it, but I did!

The next morning Andrew and Captain Neil had arrived relatively early and thus began Smith’s first ever day in New York City.

Smith is, to put it mildly, a bit overwhelmed by New York City in general.

First there had been the clothing stores that he’d been taken to one right after another after another until he finally had to accept that he would need to purchase a 2nd suitcase for all the cardigans that Nicky had insisted he ‘needed’.

He’d never seen so many different shades of gray. There had to be at least 47 shades of them as Nicky had walked him down an aisle of cardigans. “You’re a soft boy Smith, you need to embrace it. Embrace the cardigan life.”

Random question but what do you think has been the best arc of tbhk? Is it the one you enjoy the most?

The best arc was picture perfect, we got Hanako at his best (he was built for an antagonistic role and I say this with the utmost pride), good characterization for EVERYONE, and Mei! Mei's story is so good, the conclusion made me go 'oh' out loud.

My favorite/the one I enjoy the most is the Grim Reaper arc, or the clock keepers! (The one of chap 23-27, the current one is my least favorite)

Then the winter market, which was nice. He’d enjoyed all the ingredients on display and the various food stalls but having so many people talking and moving and shoving and calling out and-

Smith might have crawled under one old woman’s stall table for 10 minutes just to calm down. No one saw him do it so who is to say that it actually happened. No one except the old woman who had given him quite the look before she awkwardly patted him on the back a few times and said that he’d be ok and to take his time.

But she had promised not to tell a soul as she handed him a warm mug of apple cider and told him that he needed to buy the apples in the bag that he had wheezed into.
