‘Recently witnessed a 30 rd. mag dump shoot-off between a pair of full auto and binary trigger operators. ‘Binary trigger won out. Do you have any knowledge and/or preferences in any particular binary model or brand?
Thank you for asking. I do not have any experience with binary triggers beyond using my buddy's AR15 and 10/22's with them installed. I know both were Franklin Armory, I do not know what models. I shot him a message so I can follow this back up with those models later. With that said they were fun to shoot, the select fire on them worked great in each mode as one would hope. I often see people compare binary triggers to, and with bump stocks, there is no comparison. I am from a pre-bump stock time, our bump fire device was a belt loop on our jeans, but I digress. There is no comparison between the two. Bump firing has a learning curve where as binary triggers have none. Bump firing, in every form I have ever seen it done or done it in makes your aimed fire less accurate and your hold on your firearm less than optimal. The binary triggers that I used did not have that failing. You held the rifle just like you would with a stock trigger, for the most part, your manual of arms was the same with the exception of a select fire mode switch added. We shot 20, 30 , and 60 round mags out of the AR and 10, 25, and a 110 round GSG mag that I still kind of want out of the 10/22. There was not one stoppage caused by the trigger sets, I found that quite amazing for the hundreds and hundreds of rounds we put out, often in a rapid pace. Had we been using bump fire, my experience tells me, would would have suffered stoppages due to the erratic pace of the bump fire devices. I hope that helps. Personal side note on my I don't own any: I grew up using bolt actions and lever actions, we only had two semi-auto rifles, an AR7 and a Remington Mohawk 10C, man those were fun shooters. When I joined the Army we were still using M16A1's (Semi-auto and full-auto fire modes.), I would not get an M16A2 (Burst fire Baby!) until late 1992 when I left Fort Bragg. In my opinion Fort Bragg wanted to keep hold of the "full-auto" mode a s long as they could. I rarely used full auto except to burn off ammo, and one time during the Gulf war. In full auto, even the smaller 5.56 climbs off target fast, so I never really thought of it as a real world life fire option. I prefer to make every shot count, M60's, M249's and M240B's were for suppression not M16's. Then came burst fire, The burst cam may be the greatest addition to an AR platform that has ever been created, you got the best of both worlds. Although most of my time in I carried an M21/M1A or an M40 when I did use an M16 variation it was almost always in semi-auto.

The Wicked Implement Post
Tumblr media
I’m gonna talk about the new exotic stasis scout, Wicked Implement, ad nauseam over the next however many paragraphs.
I’m talkin’ stats, buildcrafting, and hard numbers. Real nerd stuff. Keep reading if you’re into that.
Tumblr media
Wicked Implement: Exotic Stasis Scout Rifle
There’s been a lot of hearsay and unnecessary hate hitting this gun and I’m here to say that almost all of it is BS. Let’s get this out of the way: it’s not meta-defining, it’s not over powered, it’s not cuckoo crazy...
...it’s reliable and consistent.
To really get across what I mean, let’s talk numbers:
Stats:
Impact: 62
Range: 62
Stability: 63
Handling: 44
Reload Speed: 41
Aim Assist: 65
Zoom: 20
AE: 65
RPM: 180
Mag: 15
RD: 94
Implement’s stats stand above most others in it’s archetype. Only an Adept Hung Jury or Harrowed DoC can get close. It’s our first exotic 180 in D2 so this shouldn’t be too surprising. It does mean that stat-boosting buffs feel particularly nice (On Your Mark, Hedrons, etc.).
So it shoots like a normal 180. What makes it special?
Remember, exotic primaries deal 40% more damage over their legendary counterparts. This means in most mid-high level content you’ll be 2-3 shotting minors with no buffs from a distance. Not bad. And it plays directly into the exotic perk.
Creeping Attrition, Tithing Harvest, and the Catalyst:
Implement's exotic perk, Creeping Attrition, states: “Rapidly landing precision hits causes targets to become slowed.” Like I said, not flashy or crazy; simple and consistent. So how does it work?
It takes 3 precision hits to proc Creeping Attrition.
The buff will last 3 seconds. Every precision hit will reset the timer (timer not shown in game).
When Creeping Attrition is active, it takes 3 precision hits to freeze on all combatants. Every precision hit within those 3 slows for 4 seconds (6 w/Durance). Note: in PVP: x20 stacks of slow per crit (5 crits to freeze with perk active), same timer.
The 2nd Exotic Perk, Tithing Harvest, will create a stasis shard for precision final blows while Creeping Attrition is active. This shard will track aggressively to the player from any distance. Picking up this shard will refill the magazine. There is a small cooldown after generating the shard (unsure on timer, ~3 seconds).
The catalyst will allow you to overflow the magazine by picking up stasis shards. These shards can be from any source and will overflow the mag 5 bullets per shard up to 30.
Buildcrafting:
Buildcrafting this gun is fairly straightforward. Mostly owing to the simplicity of its perks and how it functions. Thankfully this works to its advantage; creating a solid workhorse that is versatile as much as it is useful. Out of the box it can stun 2 champion types with no assistance (slow for Overloads and Freeze/Shatter for Unstops) but it can also freeze stun Barrier Champs (as long as you don’t miss a crit!).
The obvious setup is going to be any aspect that generates shards (Tectonic, Grim, and Glacial Harvest on Titan, Hunter, and Warlock respectively) and Whisper of Rime and Conduction to generate overshield and pickup shards. But there are a few unique interactions you should watch out for:
Grim Harvest on Hunters creates stasis shards when defeating Stasis debuffed enemies. This will stack with Creeping Attrition’s shard creating 2 on kill. Throw in Whisper of Refraction and now we’re regenerating dodge energy on Creeping Attrition kills too. I bring this up specifically to talk about Mask of Bakris. Bakris will give 4 stacks of Arc and Stasis weapon Surge. This equates to 25% damage buff in PvE and 6% in PvP. That is enough to 3 crit T6 and below in PvP at .67 seconds. Not that a lot of folk run less than T6 these days but the bonus damage will catch people out. Bakris buff lasts 11 seconds. Once over, you begin regenerating dodge energy.
Warlocks also have quite a bit of interaction with Implement. Freezing with Implement will create shards with Glacial Harvest, of course, and shattering that enemy can proc Iceflare Bolts. But the slow from Creeping Attrition crits also stacks with the Bleak Watcher turret. Freezing enemies more quickly. Whisper of Rending should be a mandatory pick with running anything with coldsnaps. A bonus 42% damage to frozen enemies is huge. Especially when you’re freezing enemies from across the map with the same gun. It’s the safest weapon in the game. A soloists dream.
Stasis Titan can synergize with almost anything. Right now I’m gonna talk about the Lancecap. Constant lances, constant crystals, constant shards. Outside of that, it’s more of the same. Safe slows and freezes. You could realistically pair it with nearly any subclass without worry. Use an Incandescent Trace Rifle for 90% of a strike with solar Syntho-Hammers but break out implement to freeze or stun a troublesome enemy before getting right back into the loop. That’s what I mean by reliable.
The Problems:
The regard and general opinions of the Destiny Community at-large doesn’t hold much value for me. Especially when they reach a toxic low point like they have recently. Usually from hanging out in the same burnout afflicted echo chambers that they sit in day in and day out. But there can sometimes be a little bit of truth lost in the nuance. Wicked Implement is not making waves and for good reason. There are simply other tools that can do what it does. Some more effectively. Some more efficiently. It’s an unpopular frame of an unpopular archetype. Not every gun can be game breaking or Quicksilver.
The Conclusion:
I’m a big fan of Wicked Implement. And not just because it’s our first Exotic 180. It is simple, effective, easy to understand, and easy to implement (lol) in any build. There are flashier options, sure. But it will always be a good scout and good scouts will always be useful. Pair it with your favorite fusion or wave-frame, and a god-rolled rocket, and you’re set. You don’t really need much else. AND there’s already been talks of possible buffs in the future. Get in on the ground floor. With Strand being reined back in and possible Stasis buffs, I think folk who get good with this thing now are gonna be a menace in the future. Especially if we get some good Stasis artifact perks in a coming season.
Gun good Please use :)

"LOOT WORTH $14,000 PENALTY IS 14 DAYS," Toronto Star. May 15, 1934. Page 3. --- Man Stole Clubbag Which Contained Valuable Stock Certificate --- Pleading guilty to theft of a club-bag containing a certificate worth $14,000 and some clothing, Bernard Brady in men's court this morning was given 14 days in jail.
Detective Ewing told the court that accused had entered the basement of J. K. McCutcheon's apartment on Sherbourne St., and had stolen the bag with the certificate and clothing.
"The certificate wasn't worth much?" suggested the magistrate.
"Just $14.000," retorted the officer. "We found it in his pocket when we picked him up."
"I just walked in, saw the bag. and took it, and walked out again," admitted Brady.
His arrest on a theft charge came as a result of police finding the stock certificate in his pocket when he was picked up on a vagrancy charge.
Pleading guilty to having lottery tickets, Sang Lee, an elderly Chinese, was fined $20 and costs or 30 days.
On a charge of criminal negligence, Walter Dixon was further remanded until June 2. Bail was set at $2,000.
A charge of theft of a bicycle against Murchie Beaton was dismissed, although he admitted he had a ride on it.
The complainant, a youth, said he went in to get an ice-cream cone leaving his bicycle outside. When he came back. he said, it was on the other side of the road and broken.
A charge of malicious damage against Benny Fox was adjourned until May 22.
Besides swearing so loudly that he kept the neighbors awake for blocks away, Claude Oliver, who had been drinking, then jumped out of his second-storey window and completed his trip to the ground by sliding down an eaves-pipe, testified P.C. Kelso in early court to-day. He didn't even get a scratch.
"At 2 a.m. to-day we received 25 complaints inside of 20 minutes," he said. "They said they could hear his roars for blocks. I went over and he, evidently thinking someone was going to beat him up, jumped out the window."
"We'll hand him to the doctor," decided Magistrate Tinker, remanding him until May 22 for a mental examination.
"I want three months," begged William Greenfield, a bedraggled vagrant with no home and no place to go. "All right.," agreed the mag- istrate. "One doilar or three months."
"I had five teeth out yesterday," explained John Thompson, denying a drunk charge. He was remanded until Friday.
Second offenders, Archibald McLean and George Moore, pleading guilty, were assessed $10 or 10 days.
Found sleeping in a office building, on Parliament St., this morning, Emilo Thebeault and Lucien Carlarneav, two youths from Cornwall, didn't even know how they got there, according to an officer who found them. They pleaded guilty to a vagrancy charge and were put in the care of Captain Bunton of the Salvation Army, who will help them on their way back to Cornwall.
Caught trespassing in railway yards, Carol Calderone, Raymond Beauchamp and Armos Beauchamp were fined $2 or two days each. It was $10 or 10 days for Fred Cates, also a trespasser.
Didn't Mean To Do Wrong Taking a friend home in his automobile late at night William Gordon Michael get lost on Paton Rd. and was arrested for reckless driving, it was stated in traffic court.
"He was swerving all over the road," P. C. Hawker stated. Michael pleaded guilty to the charge and paid a $25 fine.
Attracted by a din issuing from a house on Spadina Ave., P. C. Knox entered and found nine in a room drinking, a gallon jar of wine three parts empty, and a number of empty bottles.
Pleading guilty to a charge of consuming as a result, Ernest Tamage pleaded that "he didn't mean to do wrong."
"He hasn't been working. W. в. Horkins, defence counsel, stated. "All he has is $10."
The court took that and warned the accused to keep away from wine.
Finding 12 quarts of beer hidden in the basement of a Gerrard St. home, P. C. French charged the occupant, William Clarry, with having liquor illegally.
The accused's plea of guilty was accepted and a $105 fine with a three-month option was imposed.
Two were remanded to May 22 on reckless names driving charges. Their are Walter P. Challis and Vernor McCallum. Bail of $500 each was accepted.

kapag naaalala ko yung panahon na halos di ako mapirmi sa bahay, sobrang namimiss ko. tipong twice a week na lang ako nakakauwi sa bahay kse kung kani kanino akong friends nakikitulog. yawa.haha. pero i reallyyyy missed those days. free spirited and i can go whenever i want kahit magwalwal pa ko sa kalsada ng tagaytay sa gabi may mga friends naman na aampon sakin. tipong from pasay to tagaytay aabsent ako sa work para lang makagala sa mendez. mga midnight kalokohan sa seven eleven. i really had a good time naman in 20's like mag 27 na ko this year and just having those thought made me happy. ngayon walang kasawaang bills na, stay at home kahit rd, luto dito, luto doon, alaga, laba, linis, work, repeat. it's kinda draining but i understand my season now. i know it's time for a broader responsibilities, more matured decisions in life. nahihirapan sa werk pero nakakapag ipon. more realistic goals and dreams coming into reality. kahit na sabihin pa ng old self ko na this is not the life that i want, kokotongan ko lang siya and sasabihin kong it was all worth it. kahit gaano pa ka gaga yung mga desisyon ko sa buhay, i know i'm where im meant to be.

this is my first attempt at sci fi and its an au for my dnd characters lmao.
The pin pricks of stars blurred together as Babylon's speeder cut through the clear ink of space away from his home, The Jackalope, a well loved but sturdy clunker of a station that drifted had filled its place in the Capital Belt for decades, and towards the long abandoned station that drifted aimlessly just beyond the Capital's pull.
Babylon would return eventually but his curiosity was going to kill him if he didn't follow this lead through. His sisters had said it was a bad idea, that Sanctuary was a death trap, but if it got him one step closer to finaly finding out the truth of his existence then whatever he had to deal with would be worth it.
Docking his speeder was easy, mostly because Sanctuary was big enough that he could just land on one of the loading platforms instead of worrying about proper procedure.
The lights buzzed on as he climbed out of the speeder, bathing the open docking chamber in blotchy yellow light.
Probably an old automated procedure, Babylon reasoned to himself. Whatever, it saved him from having to waste battery on the flashlights built into his helmet.
While still tethered to his speeder he fussed with the controls of his mag boots, bracing himself on one of his speeder's wings as he found the right settings to let him walk instead of float.
The bay had already been long picked over by other explorers, everything that could be pulled up and carried off had been, but the doors to the airlock, despite their being heavy damage along their faces from where others had failed to cut through them, still stood firm in their place. A busted scanner panel beside them still blinking slowly. Babylon regarded it for a moment and sighed before taking off his helmet.
The vacuum of space stung, it always did, but whatever he was seemed to be made to handle it. The lack of air wasn't much of a problem either, thankfully. Still it was a struggle to get high enough for the panel to see his face, whoever was responsible for this station had been Annoyingly tall, which did mesh well with everything else he knew about his birth family, which was that they were annoying, and tall.
Usually it took a few moments of morphing his face to trick a scanner into letting him pass, but this one folded after just a second, the old doors shuddering open with a groan that was silenced by the empty vacuum of space.
Weak, the software must be ancient to fail that quickly. Babylon grinned to himself as he got his helmet back on, hopefully all the biometric shit in this hell hole will be that easy to fuck with.
Getting through the airlock and into the station itself wasn't difficult, and that was concerning. Airlocks on this type of station either needed a full AI controlling them or a lot of input from whoever was trying to get through, plus someone on the other side to help out if it's needed.
As far as Babylon knew, he was the only person on this ship, yet the interior locks were initiated and opened without his input. He tried to connect to the comms and even found the right channel, but his tentative hello was met only with static.
He paused before finalizing the sequence. Sanctuary was suspected to be an old experimental station, or it had been before it was abandoned, so maybe this weird airlock system was just a form of automation that never caught on? He told himself that as he let the outer doors slide shut, trapping himself in this airlock as it pressurized before the main door whirred and groaned in protest of having to slide on long unused rails.
People who managed to get into Sanctuary rarely came back, but those that did all talked about two things.
The first nearly stole Babylon's breath as he drifted into the lobby. The entire room was verdant. Every inch flourishing with thick grey green plant growth. Every wall had moss and weeds spreading from the cracks in the plates, vines climbed twisting trees and crawled along the floor. Shrubs and flowers and strange little ferns sprouted from the thick bed of rich soil that spilled accross much of the floor.
Babylon's mag boots weren't strong enough to reach through the thick earth, leaving him to drift in zero g and having to pull himself along by the untamed branches as he explored. He'd never been in a jungle, or a forest, or any type of planetary terrain really, so this was completely unlike anything he'd ever seen outside of videos and shows about planets.
The second thing survivors tended to mention was the feeling of being watched. A constant nagging that they had Somethings attention.
Babylon certainly felt that. Even with no cameras visible, and no signs of non plant life, Something was watching him.
"Hey, Like, the silent treatment is cool and everything but maybe we can talk?" He tried, the comms buzzing as he spoke, still only static answered,
He tried again, a different tongue weighing the words, this one being the one his sisters spoke, then another, the one he learned from the rich johns who would visit the Jackalope sometimes, and another, this final one being the one he never used but had always known.
"What would you like to talk about?" came the response, not through the comms, but from the green surrounding him,
He nearly launched himself out of his skin at the sudden voice, it was strange and artificial yet rough around the edges like a persons',
"Oh crap. Hey, Hi! I'm Babs, and uh, what language are we speaking?" He asked, "And uh, who are you?"
"We are speaking High Genyt, and I am EVR-RD, Sanctuary's AI,"
"High Genyt? What race is that from?" Babylon asked, he could feel his skin crawling with excitement. High Genyt, that was the name of the language he'd always known, the one that he'd never met another speaker of.
"The Genytar," came the simple response,
"And what can you tell me about them Ardy?" This was it, Finally after years of searching he was getting dome answers,
"Ardy?"
"Yeah, EVR-RD, RD, Ardy. Its a nickname, anyways, Genytars?"
"Ardy. I like that, But yes, The Genytar are a now extinct race of hyper adaptable lifeforms from sector FY-Wilde. This station was their last ark. A series of Critical System failures resulted in a total crew wipe out about 20 orbital sweeps ago,"
"Total- Oh," Babs floated in silence for a moment, "They're all gone? or- Are the... the bodies still here?"
"Yes, they are all gone, and no, their bodies are long gone. Why do you want to know?"
"Because nobody taught me this language. They might not all be gone because I am still here, but I don't- Do I look like them? I want- I Need to know, please,"
"Are you attempting to find out if you are a Genytar?"
"Yes, Or I don't know, or like, I know that I do not know what I am and no one has been able to give me any answers. And like, I heard about this ship and that it was super weird, and that it showed up already abandoned around the same time my parents found me- I'm rambling, sorry,"
"Please do not apologize Babs. I do not believe you to be Genytar, but, I can not identify what you would be otherwise,"
"Oh," Babs sighs, "Thanks anyways,"
"What will you do now?"
"Strange question to get from an AI, but I don't know. I guess I'll just go home, try to find another clue or something,"
"Is your home part of the Capital belt?"
"Yeah?"
"Is it far?"
"Ardy, what are you getting at here?"
"There are not many people who speak Genyt. You are the first I've met since they died. And Genyt is the only language I have," there's a pause, which is strange for an AI, "I would appreciate it if you would consider returning,"
Babylon laughed, "Yeah big guy, I'll visit again,"

Alright lads!
We've done super cheap kits, we talked about how critically limiting the low price was, so now I have a new Gunblr Game-
Scenario: you're the armorer for a mid scale PMC, you need to design a standard kit, whole nine yards, for a mid level risk security job. You're not expecting trouble, but trouble has been had in the past.
-Or-
your wife/SO has gotten spooked by current events and told you they want you to build out a set of battle rattle for you both.
You have a *technically* unlimited budget.
BUT!
You need to price it out like you have a budget officer or fairly frugal wife leering over your shoulder. Anything you get in the "premium" range needs to be justified.
You're also trying to not piss off the guys you're making lug the kit around/your wife. So if you give them super budget parts, you need to justify it too.
TLDR- build the cheapest truly battle ready kit you can.
Easy mode: you and your wife. (No NODs/IR)
Hard mode: your company is expected to pull 24/7 security. (with NODs/IR)
Ultra-kill mode: your company anticipates the potential hostile actors have access to NODs. (Passive aiming/low IR signature)

It is my firm Gen Z wannabe boomer belief that my Vietnam era ALICE gear can be and is as competent as modern gear. It’s cheap as hell, durable, and works with everything I own, ie AR and pistol (holster on the way).
This is really a backup rig incase I leave my issued gear somewhere I can’t get to. Besides, in the event anything stupid happens, I’m either being activated, or there’s no need for body armor anyway as it’s guerilla time.
List of junk and what I payed for it:
-Alice pack ($25): I put weights in this bad boy and jog so it holds up
-y strap harness with pistol belt, 2x 3cap30 rd mag pouches, canteen and pouch, and one compass pouch ALL FOR ($20) as a set (Maine military supply should still sell em online)
-roommate gave me the butt pack
- quick open little IFAK deal was like ($40) but you don’t skimp on first aid
Prices will vary of course but surplus can still be cheap as everything in this picture cost me as much as that little pouch between my mags and canteen.

Mag 20 - Desecrated host
Edwin Boroughs, 30.05.2011, The oratory, Woodstock rd, Oxford.
The second part of the statement from episode 19.
Edwin flees the house at hilltop road and finds that when he tries to pray, he finds it hard to breathe. He tried to read the bible, upon trying to read Luke found Genesis instead: “Behold, thou hast driven me out this day from the face of the Earth. And from thy face shall I be hid. And I shall be a fugitive and a vagabond on the earth. It shall come to pass that everyone that findeth me shall slay me”
He returned home, passing out, and when he woke up he decided to talk to Father Singh. When talking to him, he suggests that Edwin talk about it in confession for the sin of spiritual pride. Edwin agreed and confessed, but after a pause Father Singh said his sins went deeper than that, recounting a full list of every sin Edwin had ever committed since he was 6 - and Edwin realised that whoever this was was not speaking with Father Singh’s accent. He fled, running past Father Singh as he left, and ran down the streets of Oxford, finding that they had a different layout than what he knew.
A man stepped out of the oratory and told him it was time for mass. He went inside, noting that candles covered every surface, all statues and crosses had been removed and the pews were empty. He dressed in a sickly pale yellow stole.
The pews were full when he came back of people with yellowing skin and wide smiles. The liturgy of the word began but all Edwin could hear was the sound of the bell. The same was for the second reader, who tried to read Mark Chapter 9 verses 14-19, but the volume of the bell caused Edwin to collapse. He was brought communion wafers and wine for the Liturgy of the Eucharist. He later went to get the rest of the host, but the curtain covering on the box feels stuck, and he tugs it until it comes loose. He eats a wafer and notes to texture is wrong, realising he is eating human flesh.
Edwin in his disgrace decides to never take action again, not even ending his own life. He plead guilty and plans to spend the rest of his days in prison, occasionally being visited by his old colleagues, but he can only hear the sound of the bell when they speak.
Notes: The symbology for yellow in liturgical colours is described as representing “light which in turn is a symbol of the presence of God. It is also symbolic of renewal and hope, especially in the resurrection of Jesus.”. The sickly nature of it is likely a perversion focused on the ceremony of the eucharist. Edwin is currently serving 2 life sentences at Wakefield prison. Bethany never lived at the house she claimed to live in. The stole was delivered by Breekon and Hope. Martin is still off “sick”. Tim and Sasha worked on this.
Entities: The flesh, The spiral
Names mentioned:
Edwin Burroughs
Father Singh (colleague of Edwin)
James Mann (victim of Edwin)
Christopher Bilham (victim of Edwin)
Bethany O’Connor (victim of the spiral)

The accused stole goods from a Mutual St. factory.
With a penitentiary record, Fred Greene, [pictured at top] convicted of entering two Melrose Ave. homes and stealing a variety of articles, was sent to the penitentiary again, this time for two years.
"I'm being as lenient as I can in view of your record," the court added.
Suspended sentence for two years was granted James Pogson, convicted of retaining a bicycle.
Involved in a motor accident at Bathurst St. and Davenport Rd., when Miss Grace Gregor was injured, William Myman was fined $10 or 10 days for dangerous driving and had his driving license suspended for two months. He also must pay for damages suffered by the woman.

He is on a two-year suspended sentence now. He said he had been in the R.C.A.F. a month.
Failure to remain at the scene of an accident resulted in Joseph Williams being sent to jail for 30 days. His driving license was suspended for two months. "In view of the increase in these hit-and-run accidents, I must impose a penalty that will punish the accused and also draw the attention of the motoring public to the fact that they must observe the law in this regard," said the court.
Williams was driving a car on Dundas St. at Sherbourne St. on Aug. 18 when he knocked P.C. James Keys from his bicycle. Keys received arm and back injuries. Motorcycle Officer Campbell said accused had been drinking.
TWO THROW BOTTLES ---- "A" Police Court, City Hall, Magistrate Browne. For throwing a beer bottle and smashing it on Victoria St., Albert Hawloe, who pleaded guilty, was fined $10 or five days. Bruce Sloan was caught by Constable McLellan throwing a whiskey bottle on Dalhousie St. He also pleaded guilty and was fined $10 or five days.
One month in jail was the sentence given William Marquardt, who pleaded guilty to failing to report for military training within the time limit. After the end of the term he will be turned over to the military authorities.
James Butler, enforcement officer, national selective service, said that on March 24 accused was notified to report for medical examination and did not.
[AL: Greene was 21, unemployed and claimed 'never to have worked' and was listed in his police and prison files as a Mohawk. He had been in the reformatory twice before, and had last been in Kingston Penitentiary in mid-1941. This time around he was convict #7409 and worked in the canvas shop at Kingston Penitentiary. He had only two reports against him for 'inappropriate language' and 'not working'. He was released March 1945.]
