So I was thinking about Yandere Batfamily x MaleGojo reader like a reference from Gojo of JJK the same figure and the same goofy personality and charming personality like he was not their family or blood relative or anything they just fell really hard for M! Gojo reader for his personality and eyes like they even kidnapped him and they all fell for him since M! You were a model. A symbol of beauty that people paid money to use to promote their products. People adored you thanks to your eyes, a blue so intense that even the rarest sapphire looked like a common one compared to your eyes. Well, it was thanks to your eyes that you were a model, they seemed to attract people. You were proud of your eyes and your face, you knew they were the reason why you were famous and you made sure to never ruin it. You were proud of being a male model. At least, that's what you felt before you went to Gotham.

You were in the car with your agent, Katelyn, who was still talking about things you weren't allowed to do in Gotham, which made you incredibly bored since that's what she all talked about ever since you accepted the job and was told to go to Gotham with Katelyn.

One thing that stuck to you from her annoying nagging, especially since she wouldn't stop talking, was that you weren't allowed to be near the billionaire Bruce Wayne, even though he was the one who hired you to be the star for his new products At least, that's what you remembered since you tuned out Katelyn's voice after 20 minutes of her talking.

You weren't sure why you weren't allowed near the billionaire but you didn't really care, from the photos you searched online of him you didn't see anything interesting so you decided that he wasn't worth your time. The only reason you chose to do this was the pay.

When you finally arrived at the hotel you immediately demanded a cocktail while waiting for Katelyn to check the two of you in the hotel.

As you waited near the bar in the hotel, you saw a few individuals who were trying to subtly stare at you, to which you didn't care since you were used to people staring. But, as you also looked at them with no shame whatsoever, you noticed that they were all wearing or using a Wayne product.

The oldest individual in the group was a man with pitch black hair and who was sitting on one of the many sofas in the lobby. For a few seconds, you could've mistaken him for the younger version of Bruce Wayne when he was, maybe, 25 or 26 years old. His wrist was decorated with a chunky watch that had seen increased sales after Bruce Wayne promoted it, which was probably how the man had heard of it. If you were to guess, the watch was probably one of the limited edition that not many people bought since only 10 were released of the special line. You knew that because you cried when you found out the watch was sold out and you weren't able to buy it.

The second oldest, another black haired man, who was leaning on a wall near the first man, with a weird white streak in his hair but was built like a soldier, especially with how muscular his arms were even though he was wearing a jacket, probably a leather one but you weren't sure since he was a bit far away. 

You did know it was a Wayne jacket because you just saw that same leather jacket and design on the magazine you were reading on the plane while ignoring Katelyn and told her to order one since you wanted it.

Another man was next to the watch guy, which you almost didn't see until he suddenly appeared to try and grab a cup of coffee out of the watch guy’s hands. 

You did see he was using a laptop, which made you a bit confused since you could see a W and also a D, but from some bits of Katelyn's lecture about Gotham’s rich people that you were listening to, you don't remember anything about the Wayne and Drake’s companies merging or a collaboration. 

As you continued to stare at them while sipping on the cocktail you finally received, you noticed a kid, maybe a teen but you didn't really care, who was talking on the phone the entire time with an angry scowl on his face that made you wonder what angered such a young person. 

Strangely enough, you did know who the kid/teen was. He was Damian Wayne, also nicknamed ‘Wayne’s poodle’ after you heard of his obsession with animals and how many he has in his Manor. 

You gave him a quick glance, a bit surprised that he was the one openly staring at you before smiling at him, trying not to laugh when he looked away with a visible blush on his face. 

After seeing Damian Wayne in the lobby, you were quick to assume that the other three men you looked at before were the other children of Bruce Wayne. 

You set the cocktail on the bar and walked away to Katelyn, glad she was done and grabbed the key to your room before walking off, not caring about them being at your hotel. 

You took the elevator to your room and came face to face with a blonde girl and an black haired asian. You politely smiled at them and stepped to the side so they could exit the elevator before entering it, quickly pressing the button to close it since you could feel the black haired girl stare on you the whole time. 

While waiting in the elevator, you did wonder who all the people in the lobby were before shrugging and going back to playing on your phone, not caring about them anymore since they weren't important. 

As you waited for the elevator to arrive at your floor, you suddenly felt it stop a few floors before yours, and when you looked up you saw an African American kid staring at you, his mouth slightly open. 

You looked at him and chuckled softly at how surprised he was at seeing you, finding him cute since he kept stealing glances at you the whole time you were in the elevator. 

You smiled when he glanced at you once again and finally said. 

"Y'know if you were just going to stare, a picture will last longer dearest." You giggled, smiling softly as his skin went a dark shade of red.

"I- I wasn't staring-!" He stammered, the slight quiver in his voice giving him away.

"Mhm, so the wall behind me was just soooo interesting you had to keep looking right?" You smirked, raising an eyebrow at him as you crossed your arms.

The boy stared blankly at you for a solid few seconds. "....yes." He replied in a completely serious voice, which prompted a flurry of laughter from yourself. 

You walked out the elevator when it finally reached your floor and winked at him when he looked at you, continuing to walk to your hotel room and finally changing, after entering the room, after hours of being on an airplane with Katelyn.

After adjusting to Gotham’s nightlife and also enjoying the city without any rogue attack, you finally walked in the WE building to do the photoshoot about whatever product you needed to advertise. 

Did you care about the product? No but you just wanted to be paid so you didn't care. 

As you walked inside the building with Katelyn next to you, needing her to know where to go and also to give the makeup crew a list of the makeup products that you were allergic to and a bag with substitutes if they didn't have any in hand. 

You entered the elevator, completely ignoring Katelyn and her instructions and just waited to arrive on the floor where the photoshoot or whatever you needed to do was, playing a stupid game on your phone while waiting. 

When you finally reached the floor, you followed Katelyn without saying anything, a small smirk on your face as you saw many people looking your way and staring. 

You entered the photoshoot and ignored the other model, already annoyed since she wasn't as good as you but you could manage since your beauty was enough to make this session perfect. 

As you entered your makeup station you completely disregarded the fact that the Bruce Wayne was standing near the station, not caring if he was staring since you knew why he was staring. I mean, who could blame you? 

You were perfect and a symbol of beauty that so many people wanted for their own pleasure. 

During the photoshoot you could hear people talking about the poses and what to edit in between photos, making you annoyed since you wanted everything to be perfect and your co-model was getting reprimanded most of the time. 

You also noticed how Bruce kept staring at you the whole time you were in the photoshoot, making you wonder if he was interested in you before shrugging and going back to sippin on some water since you were on break after your co-model Mercy Jacques, yes he wants people to use both names, kept messing up and even destroyed a prop. 

Time passed slowly while your annoyance kept growing before you finally gave up when Mercy Jacques accidentally dropped a heavy prop on your leg while doing a weird pose, making you incredibly angry when he didn't even apologize. 

You got up and wanted to punch the man, not caring if it would create a scandal. No one could treat you like an inferior model when you were one of the best in the whole country. 

As you prepared to punch him, someone suddenly grabbed your arm and held you from behind, completely stopping you from even trying to hit Mercy Jacques, making you even more angry. 

"Calm down sweetheart, anger isn't a good look on you," a voice whispered against your ear, the person's gentle breathing making a shiver run down your spine. 

You picked up the sound of movement and felt the hands clutching your waist loosen as the person came to stand by your side. 

It was Bruce motherfucking Wayne. 

"Mercy Jacques, I'm afraid we can no longer work with you. Please see yourself out." He said simply, the taught smile on his face was much too sinister for your liking.

You pulled away from his arms after Mercy Jacques was escorted out the room before looking at Bruce, a small smirk on your face before quickly acting like a damsel in distress from the prop that fell on your leg, a bruise was already forming which helped your act. 

Were you doing this to get pity and also to make sure Mercy Jacques’s reputation would be in shambles? Also yes, you already knew Katelyn was making sure he would never find a job in Gotham. 

She was good at ruining people's lives, that's why you kept her around even though her voice was incredibly annoying. 

As you faked being incredibly hurt, you used Bruce’s closeness to lean onto him, secretly using the opportunity to feel the chest of the man and being a bit surprised at how muscular the man actually was. 

Unfortunately for you, you didn't see how dark Bruce’s eyes got when you leaned on him and acted all hurt, 

You pulled away when you heard Katelyn call for you and noticed her close to Bruce so you pulled away from him, a bit reluctant since you were still touching his chest and body with no shame whatsoever. 

You turned to her and just made a motion with your hand to make her cut the session so you could go back to the hotel and relax in a nice bath and turned around to go to the makeup station so they could clean your face. 

You barely managed to take even a step before you suddenly felt Bruce’s hand wrapping around and grabbing your wrist, which made you think of another body part he could wrap his hands around. 

You looked at him with a half surprised half whatever dirty thing you could think about his hands before realizing he was talking and you completely ignored what he was saying to focus on his hands and how good they must feel on your body. 

When you finally clocked in to listen to what he was saying, you just heard the last part. 

“So, what do you think sweetheart?” he said, his voice was a deep baritone, the type of sound that would have anyone on their knees within seconds of meeting this man, which, in all honesty you would do everything if he called you that in that same voice. 

Unfortunately, you couldn't just admit that you weren't listening to the richest man you knew, the man who hired you as his model so you just put on your best fake smile. 

“That sounds amazing Bruce, can I call you Bruce?” you asked, a bit confused and almost panicked when the man stared at you in silence. 

You almost cried when he finally laughed because you were scared as fuck that you somehow offended him by calling him by his first name and he was gonna kill you. 

“I’ll pick you up at 7 at your hotel” was the last thing he said to you before walking off after patting your shoulder, making you almost kneel down since god damn his voice and smile was too much. 

You waited until he was far away before immediately turning to Katelyn, who you knew was near and probably heard everything. 

You quickly walked up to the poor innocent woman and grabbed her from her shoulders, your eyes staring right into her soul and seeing her deepest and darkest secrets before asking in a desperate tone “what the fuck did I just agree to?” 

To which the woman sighed, already knowing you got distracted by the man and how hot he was in your eyes before finally telling you what you agreed to do. “You just agreed to go to dinner with Bruce Wayne, the man I told you to not interact with because of the type of scandals he might cause you if the two of you are seen together.” her voice sounded so annoyed but also resigned at the fact that you never listen to her.

You stayed silent when she started her usual rant about you needing to be more careful and knowing when to listen before noticing you were just looking into whatever was in front of you with a dreamy look on your face. 

“OI Romeo! Stop day-dreaming and go get the makeup off! Your date is in 2 hours and I know you will go no matter what so at least let me pick the suit” 

You immediately nodded and hugged her, kissing her on the forehead before running off to the makeup station in heels, making Katelyn wonder how you could do that since she couldn't even walk with normal heels.

It was almost 7 pm and you were finally finishing putting on some makeup, making sure your suit was the right colors so it could make you look gorgeous for this date. 

Did you care that he was probably gonna use you as a one night stand? No, you were gonna use him to have a pleasurable night and also to make your friends back home jealous. 

When it was finally 7 you quickly went to the lobby of the hotel, stopping when you noticed the same people in the lobby when you first arrived, who were all staring directly at you. (Except Damian) 

It almost felt like you were standing nude before the people in the hotel, my body bare for their piercing gazes to lay upon. I've always felt absolutely secure in my body and looks, you knew you were hot and felt pride in knowing that. But their unwavering eyes still made you feel insecure, like they were scrutinizing every tiny detail about your appearance, making you feel like you were being criticized by your parents when you weren't the best at a photoshoot. 

You shivered and quickly pulled your eyes away from them, trying your best to simply ignore the gazes that you could feel still stabbing into my back.

You smiled in relief when you saw Bruce arrive in a Lamborghini and you hurriedly ran outside, continuing to feel their gaze on your back as you reached the car at the same time Bruce was walking out of it. 

You smiled at the older man and thanked him when he opened the door for you, sneakily glancing back to the hotel and seeing all those people staring at both you and Bruce. 

You swiftly sat in the car and looked inside, amazed at how amazing the car was and didn't notice how Bruce looked back at the lobby of the hotel and smirked before walking around the car and driving off with you. 

In the car you didn't say much and just looked at the road, sometimes stealing glances at Bruce and admiring his body in his suit, especially how his pants were perfect since they were tight enough to show his bulge. 

God you so wanted to see him without those pants. You wanted to see all his body without his suit, wanting to feel how strong he actually was and if the rumors that you heard from other models about him being a god in bed were true. 

You finally stopped imagining Bruce naked when he pulled up at one of the fanciest restaurants in Gotham where it's impossible to get a reservation there. Katelyn tried and you watched her cry when she failed, a smile on your face as you watched her tears ruin her makeup, enjoying her pain. 

You got out of the car and gracefully grabbed Bruce’s hand, especially since you were wearing very high heels that made Katelyn make a weird face at how narrow the heel was but you didn't care. 

The heels made the outfit perfect and also helped you be at the same height as Bruce, you refused to let that man have the upper hand with his height if you change it.

You walked inside the restaurant while holding onto Bruce’s arm, the classic fake smile on your face for any photographers who were near the restaurant and for the staff, even winking at the waiter who led you two to a secluded table.

You thanked the older man, who didn't look a day over 30, when he slightly pulled the chair out to help you sit down before pushing it near the table. 

You were a bit surprised he got a reservation at this restaurant before scolding yourself mentally because he's a billionaire, he probably threw some money and got a reservation. You were now wondering who lost their reservation tonight to make space for Bruce Wayne. 

As you sat down you smiled at the older man, knowing that he invited you here to flaunt his new catch and how he only wanted you because you were pretty and young. 

Did you care? No, you were used to it and you were gonna use everything you had to go to bed with him and get paid for your silence afterwards. That's what always happened when a rich person was attracted to you and by now you started to use it for your own gain. 

You were used to rich and powerful people being attracted and using their wealth to have you for a while, they only wanted a pretty thing and not you. You just knew that if you slept with them then you would get more modeling contracts and more publicity.

You think you were 11 when it started. 

The exact date was hazy in your mind, you just knew that after spending an hour or two with a photographer, alone, that your parents told you was famous for not giving any models a break during photo shoots, was now giving you special treatment and kept touching you in weird places during the photoshoot. 

You can still remember the agonizing pain in your arms from struggling against the man’s grip on your wrists to keep you still, the strain in your throat as you kept begging, pleading and downright crying while asking him to stop and to let you go back to your parents; you can still smell his horrible breath on your face when he told you to shut up before kissing you. 

You were 12 when it developed into a weekly occurrence.

You could remember everything even though you wished you couldn't, you could still feel that man’s touch and hearing his laughter as your body was being used for his own pleasure against your own will. 

12 years old and being forced into acts even adults would feel ill at the idea of. At the time you were rising in fame thanks to a few small roles in some shows and movies and alongside your modeling gigs that kept pouring in. 

You were 14 when you told your parents for the first time. 

You remembered the confusion and feeling ashamed when you told them about what happened, not understanding why they just told you that you did a good job and that doing that meant that the producer liked you and was going to give you more opportunities to make the world see your beauty. 

You never understood why they didn't help you. Why your mother just looked at you with no emotion in her eyes as you cried when you told her what that man did before telling you to stop crying and that you had a photoshoot with that same man in two hours.

You could still feel the pats on your back that your father gave you when he saw how many modeling gigs you had been offered by that man and just told you to keep it up. 

You were 15 when you began to give up on finding any help. 

You slowly stopped telling your parents and just let the photographers, stylists and directors do what they wanted when you realized that your parents didn't care about you and just cared about the money you were making for them.

You were 16 when you stopped believing in finding help altogether.

You stopped trying to understand and just gave in the pressure that everyone kept putting on you. You created a mask from the pieces of your broken self and just kept going.

You stopped fighting, you stopped pleading for them to stop and just used their greed and lust for you as a way to advance in life. You knew it was wrong but you didn't care, no one ever taught you or told you what was right and what was wrong.

You were 17 when you learnt how to pretend you liked it.

You convinced both yourself and others that it was okay, the way you'd been treated for your adolescence. If you had no problem with it and tricked yourself into believing it was what you wanted, it wasn't wrong. 

And it worked. 

You pretended to enjoy it. You pretended to adore the fame and money you got from what you did. You pretended to smile happily at your parents as they told you there was another meeting you had with the director later that day. You pretended to look forward to those meetings. 

You pretended so much you forgot how not to. Your personality, likes, interests, everything about you was completely fake. But the world is easily swayed by fakeness if it's decorated with rhinestones and glittery gowns.

Like a mannequin in a boutique window, beautifully dressed in high-end clothing, with jewelry adorning the delicate neck of the faceless creature. Thousands of eyes gaze upon the mannequin, almost as if they're awaiting its demise.

As the night progressed you noticed how Bruce never made any comments about your body or what you could do for him, making you a bit frustrated since you knew he was attracted to you. 

You saw how he looked at you, you felt his eyes linger down when you walked beside him. You weren't oblivious of it. You knew what he wanted but you hated how he kept asking you questions about your life and hobbies. 

Why was he actually so interested in you?! He’s just another old man wanting to flaunt to his rich friends that he fucked a model so why is he doing all this?! 

You kept drinking wine and starting to act drunk, thinking that maybe he was one of those old men that would use you when you were intoxicated and then manipulate you into thinking that you also wanted it. 

Plus, no one knows it thanks to your influence in the media, but you weren't a lightweight. You trained yourself to act drunk after two glasses of wine so that people would never know that you were an easy person. 

After the waiter brought the check and left you were fuming and got too tired to act like you were interested in him after a whole dinner with him not insinuating anything that you should do for him. 

You got up, the chair screeching as it suddenly moved, and glared at him, too angry to keep acting like your stupid ass self that is too focused on their fame and ego to care about others. 

“...how many mind games are you going to play” - you pointed a finger right to his face, your voice shaky from frustration and anger -“huh? How many TİLL YOU SLEEP WİTH ME?! I know what you want! Everyone I ever met that wanted to go to dinner with me always wanted the same thing! Answer me!! And don't you dare waste my time!”

You kept glaring at him before feeling a tiny prick on your neck and before you could look you started to feel drowsy, like when your parents used to give you a glass of water that tasted weird when you were younger.

You pointed a finger at him before mumbling out a “you sick fucker, you could've told me you wanted to do it with me sleeping” and then collapsing on the floor, your fall being stopped by Bruce. 

Bruce: he has always been interested in you after he saw you at your first big runway after you turned 18 and was finally free of your parents control. 

He saw you walking on the big stage, your hair all messy in the wildest haircut possible that he guessed you did, complete with a wild outfit and the wildest makeup he ever saw. 

He forgot what the theme of the show was because he only remembered you and how, even while wearing rags and looking like you just went through the most heartbreaking breakup, you looked like the most beautiful man he ever saw in his life. 

After that day he just kept going to whatever event you were also in and enjoyed watching you from afar, he even had a full room in the Manor ready for you after he heard you talk about the perfect bedroom to relax but also have stuff to do so you could still be productive. 

Next to that same room there was the room filled with almost every photo, magazine clips and whatever he could find about you plastered on the walls. 

He slowly became more obsessed with each day that passed that he wasn't with you, his love for you growing into an unhealthy obsession that he actually sent people to spy and take care of you in your company while also finding out everything about your past as a child model. 

He did ruin the lives of every director, photographer and almost every person in the modeling industry who used you in a sexual manner after he did some digging since he needed to know everything about you, wanting to be the perfect husband for you when he will finally marry you. 

Even though he never talked to you and was double your age, he didn't care. He wanted you.

Richard/Dick: he was the first one who got influenced by Bruce’s obsession with you after just 3 months since he was living at the Manor during that time because there was a case that he couldn't crack and was using the batcomputer to find some more clues. 

He accidentally walked in on Bruce admiring one of the many runways that the older man registered and just watched from the doorway as the TV played in the background, staring at how beautiful you looked while walking, staring directly into the camera and in Dick’s soul. 

After that day he started to research on his own and eventually stumbled into Bruce’s obsession room about you and didn't feel disgusted or weirded out when he saw all the photos and magazines photos about you and didn’t feel connected to Bruce when he realised that he and the old man shared an obsession. 

No, he felt jealous at how it was Bruce that first found you and not him. Bruce had the privilege of having you for himself before he found you and he hated that. 

But he also managed to one up Bruce by being the first of the two to get a photo with you after disguising himself as a waiter during a gala, especially because he knew the man flew to the city where the gala was held just to see you, even if you were with an old guy who looked like he could be your grandfather. 

Did he rub it in Bruce’s face right after, especially when he knew the man was there and especially when he knew that the man still didn't approach you because he didn't know every single thing about you? Yes, yes he did and he did it with pride since he managed to one up Bruce. 

He also killed the man before going back to Gotham with his old man,making sure that old bastard suffered through every moment and felt everything, especially when Dick started to slowly break his fingers, making sure he broke them so much that the man would never be able to use them even after surgery and therapy. 

Plus he wouldn’t need to use them given that Dick killed him at the end by strangling him as he insulted him, making sure the man could see his face filled with joy as he was strangling him.

Jason: he found out about this when he was at the Manor with Tim and Duke since the three were working on the same case given that Duke found some thugs using weird alien technology while robbing a bank that unfortunately got destroyed during the fight. 

Tim got involved because he saw a gang fight that were using similar weapons thanks to Duke’s descriptions and to Barbara given the fact that she provided video evidence that perfectly showed the weapons during the fight. Unfortunately, Tim couldn’t retrieve the weapons because the gangsters spread out during the chase but he managed to capture a few for questioning where he found out that the next shipment of those weapons was gonna happen in a few nights in some part of Crime Alley, to which he asked Jason for help. 

That day the three were at the Manor to see if they could find more information via the remnants of the weapons Duke brought from the first fight and were witnesses of Dick taunting Bruce with the photo while wearing a shirt with the photo of him and you right in the middle of it. 

Thanks to it and the fact that Bruce looked so angry and and on the bring of punching Dick in the face that the three got to work on finding out what was happening and immediately falling in love with you during their research. (They also stopped the thugs)

Jason, at first, was surprised at how long you’ve been working in the modelling industry before starting to dig about your past and when he found out about what your parents and what all those directors and photographers did to you he was enraged since he knew what it felt like having adults you trusted use you. 

He quickly went to Bruce and just told him that he wouldn't be available for a few days before leaving and after he came back the news started to talk about all those people missing and some who were found dead with a letter written with all their crimes, alongside a usb filled with video evidence of their crimes that immediately got uploaded to the internet after an hour of getting found thanks to Tim. 

He did hurt your parents and almost killed them but spared them, unsure if you actually hated them so he just made sure they would be stuck in the hospital for a long while. 

Tim: (you already know how Tim and Duke know about you so I'll skip it). 

Tim was surprised when he found out about you because of how obsessed Dick and Bruce were about you. But he also did his own research where he then shared it with Duke since the guy was also curious about you and he couldn't hide it from him. 

As he studied you and your past, like everyone else, he found himself more interested in how you stayed so strong after everything that happened. 

He also helped Jason in his revenge week and made sure all the evidence about those people wouldn't get deleted by hackers or the modelling industry. 

He didn't understand why he felt so close to you but after a bit of research and also with Duke continuing to point out how similar you and Tim were he started to understand.

After a year he finally met you thanks to a gala he went to with Bruce without the others since they already ‘met’ you by being creeps. 

That gala was the start of his obsession with you. 

You were ethereal and wearing one of the most beautiful white suits that he ever saw, he actually thought you were an angel at first as you slowly walked down the stairs in 4 inch heels thanks to Barbara’s telling him via comms. 

After a bit of him watching you from away he finally mustered enough courage to walk up to you and ask for your autograph and you were so nice to him. 

Like you didn't ignore him or act annoyed, you actually talked with him as you signed what he wanted and joked a bit about some runways you did that he loved. 

And after that day he was hooked, he couldn't get enough of you that he actually beg Bruce, on his knees, to send him to any gala if you were gonna be there, even though you didn't really go to many galas unless it was something that made you interested, which was difficult to understand and use for their own gain. 

But he made sure to brag about it since he had video footage thanks to Barbara.

HELIOTROPES | THE SEGMENTS

KAPPA | 5 YO | THE BABY

dottore’s youngest segment, in the mindset of his 5 yr old self—before he was outcasted from his hometown while he was still living in a harsh environment with his parents who tried to keep him locked inside, stifling all of his curiosities. he is rather quiet most of the time, only enjoys physical touch if he initiates it and just wants to spend all of his time outside exploring but the thought of it makes him anxious because he’s stuck in the mindset that his parents put him in. he was created because iota was unable to see the aranara anymore. he thoroughly believes his soulmate will show up one day and is very eager to meet them. he still doesn’t fully understand why the other kids in the village & the adults were so awful to him.

IOTA | 10 YO | POST-VILLAGE

the second youngest. he was created right after he was chased out from his hometown, scar fresh across his face and emotional wounds still very very fresh in his heart and mind. he is extremely closed off and cold to anybody new, at least at first. he craves love and affection but at the same time he’s incredibly hostile when offered it because of what happened with his parents. his favorite thing to do is explore, which he can now do freely without his parents monitoring and restricting his every move. he’s particularly interested in old khaenriahn technology regardless of how dangerous it might be (hint hint). he’s very sensitive regarding the topic of soulmates—kappa was too young to really understand why he was being treated so poorly by the other kids and adults but iota is very well aware.

GAMMA | 15 YO | PRE-AKADEMIYA

the oldest of the young segments. he was created after he was accepted into sumeru’s akademiya but before he officially enrolled. at this point, he had been on his own for nearly five whole years and while he had learned how to take care of himself, he is awful with social interaction and doesn’t know what to expect going into the akademiya—all he knows is he is adamant on finally getting the chance to research khaenriahn society and technology. automatons are still his main interest, but he’s also beginning to dabble in elemental research. he doesn’t talk much about his research/interests, he’s not really comfortable with it. he’s less sensitive than iota when it comes to the topic of having a soulmate but he hasn’t given up hope yet, he’s still certain that they’ll eventually show up.

ZETA | 20 YO | AKADEMIYA

the first of the adult segments! zeta has around three and a half years under his belt at the akademiya and plenty of experience dealing with other students and the professors/sages. he hates everyone around him but he’s come to realize that social connections are really all that matter in sumeru city and if he wants the proper resources for his research, he has to get in with the right people and make them like him. butttt he’s at the point where there’s only so much longer he’ll be able to fake it all before he snaps, he’s already becoming a bit colder and more standoffish. he was created approximately one year before the sohreh incident. soulmates are a taboo subject, he has realized now that even if his soulmate is born, there’s more than a twenty year age gap and he doesn’t want to think about that.

THETA | 25 YO | POST-AKADEMIYA

yes, this is webttore. he was created a few years after being cast out from the akademiya but before pierro brought him into the fatui. he is on his own again but he’s far more unstable this time. he’s given up on trying to blend in with everyone else & controlling his emotions. his only focus is his research and he lets no morals stand in the way of progress. he’s rash and unpredictable and has very intense mood swings—he can go from pleased to highly irritable in a second. the other segments describe theta as having been created at the lowest point in their lives. the delta segment particularly cannot stand him. if soulmates were taboo with zeta, they’re even more taboo with theta.

DELTA | 30 YO | FATUI RECRUIT

hateful, aggressive, antagonistic, just not as flamboyant as theta. this segment was created in the mindset from right after pierro brought him into the fatui. he’s come to learn, again, that if he wants to advance the ranks and obtain the freedom & resources to do whatever he wants, he’s going to have to have at least some semblance of self-control. despite this, he is by far the most violent of all the segments—having to force himself to restrain all of his urges makes him eager to lash out when someone displeases him. if there is a trail of mangled bodies, you can safely assume that delta will be found at the end of it. he is the most antagonistic toward the theta segment, solely because he is the closest in mentality to him and does not want to be associated with him. he usually looks after the iota segment. at this point, he has convinced himself that soulmates are a weakness anyway but they’re still a rather sore topic.

RHO | 35 YO | HARBINGER PROMOTION

driven. that’s really the only word to describe rho. he was created in the mindset of dottore post-harbinger promotion. he is tunnel-visioned on success in whatever project he is focusing on. failure is simply not an option to rho. because of his propensity to obsess and hyperfixate until a goal is completed, rho is typically the one that dottore sends after rouge underlings or bold enemies—nothing escapes him. rho took in the gamma segment to assist with his research. soulmates are no longer a sore topic for rho but he would still rather not think about it.

Are your requests open?

Not at the moment! Please do not send me a request when my requests are closed. I ALWAYS delete them, just to be fair. You are always welcome to send me questions and feedback on my writing or ideas for future chapters for my multifics, but please no new requests. Just because I am fulfilling requests, does not mean my requests are open! 

Can I request a part 2 even when your requests are closed?

This is where it gets dicey. The simple answer is: no. HOWEVER, you can pop into my inbox and let me know that you really liked a specific story and ask if I'm going to have a part two (respectfully!) and you might convince me. Almost all of my multi-parters have come from requests, and I'm always looking for new multi-chapter fics to write :)

When do you open for requests?

I close my requests when my inbox reaches 20, and then I reopen it again when I get it back down to 5. You can check the status of my requests at the top of this post. Events have separate rules and guidelines, which are always explained in the post. If I have an event going on, it'll be tagged in the announcement section at the top of this post!

What should I include in my request?

Reader gender (if you dont specify I'll just do non-gendered), characters you want (try to limit it to 3 or 4, or else I might pick and choose from the list and omit some characters), the scenario you want, you can also clarify if you want a headcanon list or a short fic!

Edit to add: Just a friendly reminder, the more characters you add to a request, the more overwhelming it is for me (and more likely it is to get deleted! 3 characters really is the sweet spot!)

What requests do you accept?

Just about anything. I do occasionally post NSFW, but it’s always tagged and marked. I have a few hard no’s, though:

Relationship situations for minors/large age gaps, pedophilia, grooming, incest, noncon (that’s not a cohesive list, but you get the gist).

Do you write for polys?

Maybe! Polys are hard for me to write. I struggle making the relationship balance equal and keeping people in character while also doing justice to a well-written relationship w/o being too corny. But! If you send it in, I'll at least give it a shot :)

Who can I request?

Just about anyone from One Piece, and I'll do my best given the scenario. Some people I will definitely always write for and take almost any request you send are:

Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, Ace, Law, Kidd, Shanks, and Buggy

Everyone else is hit or miss on if I can imagine their scenarios, but I'll do my best. Some people who I really struggle writing are: Crocodile, Doffy, Izou (And I will not write for Gol Roger ever because I hate him 💕)

How detailed should my request be?

Try to keep it a healthy medium! If there are important aspects you want to be included in your story, let me know :) But try to avoid giving me a play-by-play. That level of detail makes me feel trapped and it's hard to take a creative spin on it. If you have a story you are imagining in your head and you want someone to write it...well, have you considered being a writer? :)

I have more than one request...

Try to limit your requests to 1 or 2, please! We want room for other people to have their ideas to come to light. If you have two ideas, you need to submit two separate messages. Please do not put two story ideas together in a request, or I will just write one :)

Do you take commissions? How can I support you?

I don't take commissions yet, and I'm struggling with doing that, so we will see. When they do appear, they'll appear on my Ko-fi account (where you can also support me through donations if you so feel inclined!)

Most of my blog is writing, but here's how I tag certain things in case you want to blacklist or follow them:

Hello, I've read TLND and it was definitely good. I've seen the way you portrayed the characters and the characterization you've chosen for them. In this fic, I see how the age gap can be seen as a power imbalance between Alec and Magnus. The way you portrayed the discrimination the world can show between them is pretty commendable. The things Magnus would face and Alec would not.

So, the age gap being a power imbalance topic. I am happy that you've added it. But in canon too, I see the age gap thing. In books, Alec is barely 18 when he gets into his first relationship, I'm not saying that he's not supposed to have a relationship at 18 but what I'm trying to say is he doesn't know anything about it. Magnus is approximately 340, let's say, and the difference between them is huge. But the more the years, the more the imbalance is not what I'm trying to say either. Magnus is the right person who behaves most gently and is very cautious and careful in the beginning. He ensures if Alec is comfortable and seeks consent. He never forces Alec to do anything.

I see the impact of "too much age gap" on girls when dating older men at a very young age. I see how movies and shows are criticized for encouraging the idea of teen girls dating men who are 10-20 years older than them which is absolutely valid. I too do not accept it. It does indeed give out a wrong message. Am I saying that a 10 year gap is in not correct? No, surely not. When a woman is proper adult and knows how to make decision for herself, then I think an age gap doesn't really play a massive role.

Now, a relationship between two men and the relationship between a woman and a man is different. Certain things faced by women due to the age difference are not faced by men at all when in the same relationship and vice versa.

Okay, what I really wanted to ask is if it is proper when a teenager is approached by a much older person even though the teen is really in love with them and this person's intentions are genuine? Can we call it a power imbalance even though there is none? Can we term it as wrong? Should we? when no problems have arisen due to it and never will. Should we treat it differently according to the gender involved? Should we say it is wrong when it happens between a man and a woman? Should we be okay when it is with two people of the same gender? Should we be against it even though both of them are happy and in love? Even if is pure?

So sorry for such a long ask. And, I've asked you this because you are a person who has lots of knowledge about social issues.

Ah, this is a great question.

The age gap is definitely a big factor in TLND - especially in timeline 01. You see that it has less relevance in the second and third timelines because yes as people are older and mature, age gaps make little sense as long as it's been consenting adults.

In the books too, I think CC showed the impact of the age gap quite nicely. The whole debacle (and the breakup that follows) with Alec feeling insecure about his relationship and getting help from Camille and trying to take Magnus' immortality away, all of it is influenced by the fact that he is very young and he is inexperienced and he was struggling with how to save and protect his first relationship.

Now about your question. I think the most important thing to understand here is that power imbalances are caused by so many factors - not just age and gender. For example, one of the other factors that influenced their dynamic in TLND is the fact that Alec was rich and Magnus was a student on a scholarship. There is also the fact that Alec is white and Magnus is a person of colour (and a foreigner too). In other words, the more imbalances one has in a relationship, the more the more power one person can have over the other - intentionally or not.

I think we ALWAYS need to be cautious when a teenager is approached by an older person. I personally find men who date teenagers (even a 25-year-old mandating a 19-year-old girl) to be a bit odd. Why can't you find someone your own age? Why is it that you need to be with someone who is a teenager? What is it about you that keeps the mature women away? Of course, as you said, some of these relationships are consenting and don't have abuse or exploitation. But practicing caution is always important.

If the love is genuine and everyone is happy, then it's their business. We can make our opinion known, but at the end of the day, remember adults are responsible for their own actions (and consequences). So, if we see a teenager (over 18!) being in a relationship with an adult, whether it's healthy and happy or not, all we can do is let our opinion known and then let them deal with it.

I did want to highlight that these things are a little different when they're between men. You see a lot of young men dating much older men in the gay community. It's a very common practice. It's important to understand that a lot of things that are frowned upon in heterosexual relationships, even things like intimate partner abuse, are normalized in queer relationships. It is quite concerning and definitely a problem. Again, I repeat, as long as these relationships are consensual and they're both adults, there is nothing we can do about it. It's up to the person to communicate how they feel in that relationship and be introspective about their choices and their dynamic with their partner.

"Can we call it a power imbalance even though there is none?" - About this, absolutely. Would you only call someone gay if they have gay sex? No, right. In the same way, a power imbalance is there even if that power is not exploited or exercised. Power imbalances are not necessarily bad. But just because someone isn't using their power to their advantage, it doesn't mean it doesn't exist. So, it doesn't matter if a couple is healthy and happy, the power imbalance still exists.

Addressing One Thing About The Fanbase

I feel like this isn't talked about enough and it's one of many reasons why I've even made this blog and why I'm in the works of making my Mobox87 rant video, "Filling up the gaps" as to go into further details on topics that previous Mobox87 rant videos don't fully dive into discussing. Such as the topic of talking about Mobox87's fandom which is going to be a 4 part segment in my future video but it might be a 5 part considering the issue I wanna talk about.

Now during the time I have been away from this blog. I've been busy in the works of remaking the FNAF Affinity AU on my new blog that has steadily grown. I did come across a drawing request sent into my dm's that is just repulsive for a ship between Brandy and Alfred which I did call out.

I should mention that back then Mobox87 used to do art requests in her QandA and OC ships were one of her popular demands.

Now don't get me wrong, I'm fine with drawing characters being shipped together since I did accept a request to draw Renata x William in my ask/submission box.

So I'm completely fine with ship requests but don't expect me to do them all the time since I won't deny that there's some I'm not a fan of, such as Brandy x Alfred cause there wasn't any development between them for me to like it nor do I see any kind of romance between Alfred and Brandy ever happening in my remake of the story especially since the original story had changed and tossed that idea away.

Ironically enough, this obsession with Brandy wouldn't be the first time I've seen Mobox87's own fans going crazy over in a sexual manner.

Considering Arion the kid was one of these fans who'd prey on users on Amino for having the character set on their profile.

Now what could be the reason why these fans of Mobox87 are obsessed with such a character in such a sexual manner?

Well that's because Mobox87 made NSFW at a young age during the peak of her career online and has exposed her minor audience to all of her explicit art work without a warning and advertised her Tumblr where she got away with it.

About that Medicare for All slogan

So I've been seeing 'Medicare for All' slogans again, and while I fully believe in universal health care I think they need to revise that slogan. Right now I also see a lot of people sneering because older Americans aren't glomming onto that slogan. 

They really should, IMHO, be making that slogan "EXPANDED or REFORMED Medicare for all" to get people on board. Because as it is, it can be really costly, and many seniors and disabled people are not able to afford healthcare even with it. Those thinking it's a panacea as it is, without reform? Well, let's have a peek and see.  

1. Background: Medicare is a program mostly for seniors and disabled people receiving SSDI. 

There are two basic ways to get Medicare: be over a certain age (right now 67) and receive Social Security Retirement. OR, be younger than 67, disabled and receive Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI). Disabled people who receive only SSI are not eligible for Medicare. 

Original Medicare functions like a PPO. For those outside the States, you can go to any doctor that accepts Medicare and there are little to no prior authorizations required. This makes it easier for people to obtain quality care because they can go anywhere, more or less, and aren't trapped in a narrow provider network. 

BUT: 

2. Medicare is fucking confusing. 

There's Part A (hospital), Part B (outpatient), Part D (drug coverage), Part C (Advantage plans) and several other moving parts, each with their own fee schedules and rules. 

3. Medicare isn't free. 

Part A is free for most, but if you don't qualify for that, it can cost up to $506/month. 

Part A also has a deductible of $1600 every single inpatient hospital stay. For those outside the USA, the deductible is the amount you have to pay out of pocket before the insurance will pay anything at all. 

If someone is in the hospital for a while, they start paying copayments that begin at $400/day, starting on the 61st day. If they need to be in skilled nursing facilities for surgery/injury recovery, copayments of $200/day kick in after the 20th day.

Part B (outpatient) has a premium which, as of 2023, is $164.90 per month, as well as a once-yearly deductible of $226. 

Medicare is an 80/20 scheme, which means they cover 80% of the bill and you get the rest. That might not sound too bad until you look at what medical care in the USA costs. A simple MRI might be billed at $3000. 20% of that is yours. Still sound reasonably priced? 4. Medicare doesn't cover everything. 

Dental, optical and many other things are notoriously not covered by Medicare. That's why you will find people on Medicare buying separate coverage for these things - which means they're paying additional premiums every month. 

5. We haven't even gotten to prescriptions yet. 

So prescription coverage for Medicare is under Part D. You have to choose a prescription drug plan to administer your benefits and they are all different. Some might cost you nothing. Some might cost you a lot every month, so if you're keeping count, that's your fourth monthly premium after Part B, vision and dental. Some change their formulary every year. Those commercials about Medicare open enrollment? That's the period in the fall when people on Medicare have to sift through the formularies and see if their PDP is going to cover their meds next year. Some people do qualify for Extra Help from Medicare which covers the premiums and brings down the coinsurance for meds, but not everyone. 

Oh, and the meds are tiered. Tier 1 are the most basic/common meds that will cost you nothing or very little. Tier 4 are meds that are barely covered, perhaps 30%. 

Wait, there's more! There's a 'donut hole' or coverage cap built into plans. Essentially, when your med costs reach $4660 for the year, the coverage gap begins. Right now you pay no more than 25% of the drug costs, but it used to be a complete gap. This continues until you reach $7400 in drug costs, at which time you enter the 'catastrophic' tier where meds usually cost a lot less. And it resets annually. 

Think this is a hard cap to reach? Remember, common meds for things like cardiac conditions and headaches can cost $1000 each per month. Take a few of them and you're up to that $4460 real quick. 

This is why you may have read or heard stories about seniors taking bus trips to Canada to buy meds. It's honestly cheaper sometimes to take a trip across the border than navigate this shit. 

6. This is why a lot of people get pressed into an HMO. 

In order to navigate a lot of the above, a lot of people get pressed into optional Medicare Advantage plans, technically Part C. These are mostly HMOs run by major insurance companies. They offer the promise of consolidating benefits, eliminating the copays and drug coverage web - at the cost of pressing you back into an HMO with referrals and prior authorizations, as well as their limited network.  OR people get a 'Medigap' supplement that covers the costs that Medicare doesn't, while allowing them to remain with original (PPO style) Medicare. Those typically cost more than the Part C plans.

7. Some people do get help, but it may be hard to navigate. 

Some people have secondary insurance they can keep through a job or spouse. That might have premiums attached to it.  Some states have Medicare Savings Programs to help people pay the costs. But not all.

Some people earn little enough for SSDI or retirement that they also qualify for Medicaid as a secondary insurance. Medicaid generally picks up that which Medicare doesn't - such as that 20% coinsurance and the deductible. Medi-Medis are often pressured into joining HMOs as well, which really don't benefit them. 

Medicare also has some programs like Extra Help and such, which they can help you apply for. But this is a lot for people to navigate.  So- this is why Medicare for All might not thrill people the way you think it might. REFORMED Medicare for All on the other hand might make the same people jump right on board.

So, from your blog, I know you dislike ships between underage and adults (e.g : Gojo/Yuuji, Sukuna/Yuuji, etc), right? But does it mean you also dislike age gap ships or if the underage characters are aged up, maybe? Like, what if in a fanfic, Yuuji is in early 20s and Gojo in his late 30s, it's not weird, right? (My own parents have 20 years age gaps, my mum met my dad when she was 22, and he was 42).

So, I want to give you this fic rec called "Dogs of War" by pseudonyme, with Yuuji in early 20s and Gojo in late 30s. It's so amazing! The story and characters are great! I was not a Gojo/Yuuji shipper until I read this fic (Still I'm a SatoSugu fan and shipper but I also multishipper, so 🤭).No OOC at all. There are bromance moments between Gojo and Geto (they're besties that know each other best). It's slow burn but so worth it ...Oh yeah, in this fic Megumi is 6 years old and so cute. Please read them if you have the time and sorry if you still don't like them...

Before I start, let me say: thank you for this ask! And please read my whole response. I'm not here to pass judgement, I only respond with my genuine opinions to participate in the discussion.

As a general rule, I don't like aged-up characters/ships. People age characters because they saw something in a minor that would be inappropriate to express about a minor - in this case, they saw an adult x minor relationship, knew it was wrong, and so aged the minor so it's morally "acceptable". I also have a very complicated relationship with all JJK ships so adult x minor has no chance.

However, I believe in keeping an open mind so I read chapter 1 of the fic. Here's why it will never convince me:

the fic itself is so far removed from the jjk world that it bears no resemblance to the actual storyline (obviously, it's fanfiction).

the characters are so changed that they are essentially no longer the characters of jjk - specifically, they no longer have the dynamics of the characters.

Let me explain:

A major reason why adult x minor is wrong is the power imbalance. An adult has inherent control over a child; they are not equals and so cannot enter equally into a relationship. This is especially true of JJK where all adult characters are mentors to the children, and especially true of Gojo who is their schoolteacher. This fic removes that imbalance by having them meet as adults with no connection to each other. Numerical age gaps are rarely the issue, maturity gaps are the problem (although I will say that dating someone in their late 30s is not advisable until you are at least 25!!).

Therefore, if you read this fic and enjoyed it, you are not necessarily a gojo/yuji shipper. You enjoyed their dynamic as two full-grown adults placed into a different world. Arguably they have a different dynamic to canon because the circumstances are different. For one thing, I feel bad for Yuji because he doesn't have Megumi as a friend in this universe! An AU like this does not apply to the actual media because everything has been changed. No matter what happens in this fic, it does not change Gojo & Yuji's canon dynamic nor the fact that they are teacher & student.

I would like to ask as a genuine question - do you truly ship canon JJK Gojo & Yuji? Or do you just like them because you liked how they interacted in this fic? I'm not here to judge you, I'm truly curious.

Having said all that, I honestly think I wouldn't ship them even if they were the exact same age in canon because JJK ships work best if they seem to be encouraged by the narrative - for example, satosugu and itafushi are both framed as destined pairs; one cannot survive without the other. Gojo & Yuji don't have that: they are friends but they aren't being pushed together by the story itself. I don't always choose ships by this rule but since JJK is driven by that kind of thing, it's hard to ignore!

The Rules

Dating in my 40s comes with challenges I didn't have in my 20s: namely the role that age plays in dating dynamics.

My ex-wife Anna was 8 years older than me and we were married 17 years. The woman who recently broke things off with me was two years older than me. I've never been obsessed with youth as a marker of attraction. I'm far more drawn to who a person is.

That does mean there have been a handful of times where I've struck up a conversation with someone who turned out to be younger than the half-your-age-plus-seven rule. For me, that's 29. But I've found I don't usually mesh well with women that young.

But then there's the time I met a woman who's fun to talk to and into the same things as me and it turns out she's 25! She likes older guys. She's coming onto me. I had to tell her I couldn't. But the devil on my shoulder kept asking "Why not?" And part of me was like "Yeah, why not?"

I mean, Cougars and Silver Foxes are totally normalized now, right? So, is the age gap inherently exploitative? I got the sense that the older guys she had been with had also been complete pieces of shit. I just kept thinking about how I didn't want to be the next old, piece of shit who fucks up her life even more.

It was all too much. I couldn't handle the ethical implications, so I just walk away instead.

Fast forward a bit and now I'm talking to a bartender at a bar I frequent. I bum cigs from her, I share weed with her. We chat on smoke breaks and really gel. Eventually, she asks for my number so I can hook her up with weed.

She's 30.

We've been texting daily for about two weeks. I don't have the same anxiety about the ethical implications, but it still feels really weird. We talked about it already, so it's out in the open. She seems to accept my weirdness and likes talking to me. And I like her quite a bit. So, I'm entering this relationship cautiously. I just don't want to fuck things up.

Girls Who Code

There is a massive gender gap in technology, and Girls Who Code is actively seeking to end that—and they're on track to close the gap in new entry-level tech jobs by 2030! Girls Who Code also focuses on historically underrepresented groups, not just gender diversity; half of the girls they serve are from those groups, including those who are Black, Latinx, or from low-income backgrounds. Through clubs, college programs, and summer immersions, GWC reaches girls of all ages (elementary school through college) and all knowledge levels (beginner to advanced) to teach them coding, expose them to tech jobs, and provide a community with other women in tech. Room to Read

Room to Read focuses on literacy and education for children, particularly girls, in historically low-income communities around the world. Waterkeeper Alliance

You put your phone in the pocket of your jacket and grab your keys from the counter before heading out and locking the door behind you. A smile etched onto your face when you saw your friend dressed in an all black outfit, just like you and waved shyly at him.

“Hi.”

“Hey, how’re you ?”

“Good. Nervous.”

He put his arm around you and rubbed your shoulder. “Don’t be, my son’s a good boy.”

“I’m sure he is. I just get a little nervous around dogs.” The elevator opened so you both walked in and clicked the lobby button so you could get out of the building. Tonight was going to be your first time at Jungkook’s place, you’d quickly became friends after your first meeting, and you’d been talking for a few weeks. Whenever you hung out, it was either at your apartment, or small parks and places he knew. You really wanted this to go well, so you’d gotten a really cute outfit, even though you were a bit nervous about wearing it out, you still opted for it after a sudden hit of confidence. You had a skin tight black Calvin Klein shirt, low rise black jeans and chunky black sneakers, all that covered by an oversized black jean jacket. While waiting for the elevator to stop, you fiddled with your hoop earring, pulling and twisting at it, when you felt Jungkook’s hand on yours, stopping your movements.

“You’re gonna hurt yourself.” You quickly pulled your hand away and looked down, embarrassed.

“Right…”

The elevator dinged, and your eyes almost came out of your skull when you reached the black Mercedes car. It was definitely not something you could afford, or had ever been in. The tattooed man opened the door and winked at you before closing it and doing a cute walk back to his side of the car.

You put your seatbelt on and giggled when he sat down behind the wheel and turned on the LED lights a bright pink.

“I like your car, it’s cool.”

“Yeah, I’m thinking of getting a motorcycle, though.” He said, waiting for your opinion.

“They’re so dangerous.” The way his face fell physically made your heart ache, so you quickly continued. “But it would be pretty amazing, you’d look really cool. Plus, I know you’re careful.”

“Yeah, you’ve got to be with these things.”

The rest of the ride was filled with laughter and singing, mainly his, because you didn’t dare to try and sing in front of him. Turns out his apartment is a lot further away from yours than you thought, you noticed it is closer to your university though. Jungkook even offered to pick you up sometimes, so you wouldn’t have to take the bus, and you had accepted, only after making him promise it didn’t bother him. Once you were in front of Jungkook’s apartment door, he slowly turned to you and took your hands in his, bringing heat to your face.

“Okay. This is it. My humble little home.”

“Humble little home, huh ?” You teased.

“Yep.” He unlocked the door and let you walk in first. When he stepped behind, he looked around and took notice of his Doberman staring at you from his bedroom’s door frame.

He let out a laugh and called him over. “Bam ! Come here !” The dog happily hurried to his owner’s legs with wiggly tail and ears. “Okay, this…” He turned Bam’s head so he could get a good look at you. “Is my friend, ___. She’s real nice, so don’t scare her off.” You smiled and kneeled so you could let the dog sniff you. Ban walked to you and nudged your knee with his nose before raising his head and rubbing it against your tummy. “Hi Bam.” He barked softly at you, making you gasp and scratch behind his ear. “You’re such a nice boy, aren’t you ?”

“So… let me show you around.” Jungkook took a hold of your hand and guided you to the living area. “This is the living room. I guess…” The apartment made you laugh, it looked like a student apartment, light walls empty of any decorations, an empty hanger racks next to the couch, which was way too large to belong to a student. However, there was also workout gear right next to the television, which also looked really expensive. “The kitchen. We can cook something, or order out. Whatever you want.”

“Oh. Whatever’s best for you, I’m not complicated or anything.” You shrugged anxiously.

“___. Do you want to order out ? If not, I’ll cook something for you, I’m pretty good.”

“I swear, I don’t care.” As long as it doesn’t inconvenience him, you’d eat whatever.

“We’ll order out then.” He settled.

“Great.” Thank god you brought your wallet with you.

You ended up ordering two servings of spicy tteokbokki along with a bottle of iced tea to share. While waiting for it to happen, Jungkook had decided to put on Criminal Minds, only because he knew how much you liked it, he’d never seen it before, so you were really excited to show him the first seasons. You were sitting on the couch, knees to your chin and Jungkook’s arm around your body. You didn’t know it, but the singer kept taking peaks at your face, admiring you enjoying your favorite show. He found it funny that the show was about such awful things, but you listened to it so intently, and had even called it your comfort show. You looked so happy, so calm, Jungkook wished he could only ever see you like this, and never have you feel down, like you had the day you’d first met.

The doorbell rang, startling you, Jungkook took his arm off you and jumped over the couch to get to the door. While he was thanking the delivery man, you took a few bills from your wallet that was in your jacket and set them down on the table. Jungkook dropped the hot boxes in front of you, and quickly went to get glasses for you. When he came back he realized the money on the table wasn’t his so he handed it back to you.

“No, it’s for the food.”

“___, it’s my treat.” You shook your head, insisting he took your money. “It’s fine, I swear.” You ignored him and started opening the two boxes, putting one on your right for him, and filling his glass with the cold drink before starting with your own. He sighed in defeat and left the money where it was, and thanked you before sitting back down and digging in. He raised his glass to yours and tilted it with a smile. You did the same with yours and clinked them together, smiling cheekily. “Cheers.”

You clenched your eyes at the light the sun was letting in and spread your arms on the bed, feeling around for the teddy bear you usually slept with. Confused as to why you couldn’t find it, you slowly opened your eyes and frowned when you realized the bed you were resting in wasn’t yours. You sat up and took a look around the room, admiring the many Marvel figurines on the shelves. You remembered dinner with Jungkook last night, and cleaning up, as well as watching more episodes of your favorite crime show. But you didn’t remember coming in his bedroom. You stood up, ruffling your jeans to get comfortable in them, before slowly heading for bathroom. Your hair was a mess, so you wet your hands and tried to tame it with some water. When you deemed it was enough, you went to the living room.

“Kook ?” You called out, whispering. The closer you got closer to the living area, the louder the snoring sounded.

You walked to the couch and looked down at the man sleeping. Jungkook’s hair was a mess, he was wearing shorts and a large shirt and the beanie he had on last night was now discarded on the floor. You bent down to pick it up and since you didn’t know what to do, you sat down on the other side of the couch so you wouldn’t disturb your friend’s slumber. You knew Jungkook snored, you’d seen his friends mock him in videos, and he’d even told you himself, but it was still surprising. It was loud, very loud, but it was also so endearing, the way his nose scrunched up the same way as when he smiled too hard, made you want to place soft kisses all over his face. You decided to lay down on the couch, you brought your legs up to rest them under your chin and simply waited for your friend to wake up.

Bam whined when he heard the leather of the couch move and ran up to see who it was, as soon as he recognized you, he jumped on the couch and settled next to you, accidentally waking up his dad.

“Hi.” You said softly, a dumb smile on your face from Jungkook’s hair flying in all directions.

“Good morning.” He rubbed his eyes and yawned, sitting up. He patted his lap and whistled for his dog to give him a hug, which he happily did. “Do you want to eat something ?” He turned to you.

“No, thank you. I’m just gonna go home.” Your cheeks gained some warmth, which went unseen by him as you mumbled out the rest of your sentence. “Wanted to say hello to you first.”

He quickly stood up and walked to his kitchen counter to take his car keys. “I’ll take you home.” He said while struggling to slip his shoes on.

“Thanks.” Why are you feeling disappointed when you’re the one that said you wanted to leave ? He’s just being the kind, friendly soul he’s always been, so why does that sadden you ? Maybe, it’s because you don’t want him to waste his time with you, and you hoped he’d leave you alone. Truly, it’s because you wished he would ask you to stay, and cuddle him some more like you had yesterday when you fell asleep.

“My lady.” He opened the door for you and did an exaggerated reverence when you walked past him. You laughed and leaned against the wall while waiting for him to bid goodbye to his dog and lock the door behind him. “C’mon.” He turns to you and sigh. “___, you’re gonna be cold.” He zips your jacket up, shaking his head and flicking your nose with his finger when it’s fully closed. He wraps his arm around you and leads you to the elevator.

When the car reaches your apartment complex, he brings your face closer to his with his hand on the back of your head, and presses a loving kiss to your temple. “Bye bye.”

“Bye.” You open the door sheepishly and wave goodbye. You quickly walk inside the building and without looking back, climb into the elevator and soon enough, get inside your home. It’s a Saturday, so there’s not really anything you have to do, apart from cleaning a little, all of your assignments are finished, there’s no need for new groceries, you’re off work. You walk to your fridge and take a coke bottle into your hands before untwisting its cap and chugging the drink down your throat. That’s when a question stops you ; why’d you leave Jungkook’s apartment ? You’re only going to stay in bed the whole day, when you could’ve had fun with him. You decide to hop in the shower and rest in bed for the rest of the day. You use your time to your advantage, you wax your entire body, give your hair an oil bath and pamper your skin when you get out of the steaming room. One of the many sheet masks you’re putting away is said to be for combination skin and has a cute bunny draw on it, which takes your mind back to your tattooed friend. You swiftly snap a picture of it, but don’t press send and keep it in your album. Finally, you take your lip mask and spread a good glob of it on your lips before getting under your fluffy blanket to watch something on Disney+. Thank god for scholarships because if not for it, your job wouldn’t enable you to pay for everything you have, especially not your new phone, and expensive self-care products. After an afternoon watching Criminal Minds, and a very yummy dinner, you finally muster the strength to text Jungkook, selecting the picture you took earlier with a text.

Plotting

I love developing deep and rich stories for my muses. Backstories, plotlines, development. Plotting is how I do best in RP. I tend to ask for it a lot if I want to cultivate a partnership with another RPer. Consider this me wanting to invest in our muses. If you never willing to engage in plotting I may unfollow as I find it really difficult to come up with starters and replies if we never plot. This is especially important if we have muses that have familial bonds or we are trying to ship.

Please do not assume our characters have met or have any form of relationship unless it is canon. And even then I’d like to plot what kind of relationship you’re interpreting from the canon.

Godmodding & Metagaming

I consider godmodding to be: controlling my character in threads (thoughts and actions), big plot moves made without consideration or consent, and drawing conclusions about my character that haven’t been discussed with me. I do not accept godmodding. Although, I will accept NPCs and actions that need to happen to move the thread along that don’t require you to wait for a response from me to push ahead (e.g. if your muse hands me a normal bottle of water you can assume my muse has taken a sip. If the bottle of water is poisoned, however, wait for a reply or check with me ooc). Big plot beats need to be discussed before moving ahead.

Metagaming is along the same veins as godmodding. Just because there are detailed bios and hcs don’t assume your character has intimate knowledge about mine. Please ask me and plot these things out. I am happy to do meta-asks like hcs or interview questions but if your muse didn’t send it IC it means they didn’t hear the answer IC. Dash Commentary is for the most part crack and unless plotted your muse does NOT have the dash commentary knowledge in serious canon.

I do accept interlacing. For me interlacing is when your character references my version of the muse in other threads. E.g. if my muse and yours went to the zoo in a thread, yours is free to talk about what happened in that thread to other characters.

Threads

I try and keep on top of my threads. I draft things if I can’t reply to them straight away and then will typically sort through those drafts later. If you think I’ve missed something please let me know, I love a good reminder and won’t consider it nagging. It only crosses my boundary it it’s consistent pestering. I typically tell partners if I’ve dropped something. I will keep drafts for sometimes even ten months if I’ve been busy and struggling. If I have too many replies for you and it’s overwhelming I’ll contact you to check if we should drop any.

I’m happy with anything from single para to novella/multi-para length replies. Single para can be small, I don’t mind, as long as it’s more then 2 lines. You do not have to match my length when responding but short replies consistently will kill my muse and lessen my likelihood of continuing something.

I tend to queue most of my replies just so I’m not hit with a bunch of return replies at once.

Memes and asks

While I love memes and asks and I so appreciate people sending things in there are a few times I’ll delete them, those include: I’m feeling overwhelmed with what’s in my inbox, I consistently have no muse for this ask, etc.

That being said, please don’t let that discourage you from sending things. This also goes for random, unprompted asks. I appreciate you making attempts at conversing with my character.

Shipping

Chemistry is important to me, both IC and OOC. And for me shipping is both a term used for platonic and romantic ships. Platonic ships are important – best friends, family, mentors, mentees, etc. There will be no instantaneous friendships or romantic relationships on this blog. With romance I am also not okay with massive age gaps.

I can be into dynamics where something is one sided, a crush, or doesn’t work out. As long as we discuss it beforehand.

I will not EVER write something sexual with underage muses or in verses where they’re underage, mine or yours. I am open to writing cutesy things with underage muses like crushes, first relationships, holding hands, first kisses provided both muses in the relationship are the same age. But this will never be sexual. I cannot begin to express how uncomfortable that makes me.

Any ask memes involving kissing or more personable actions I would prefer if they were only sent by characters already in an established relationship or checked in with me beforehand.

Sexism remains at “alarming” levels in France in all areas, according to an official report that found the situation is getting worse, particularly for younger women.

Women are being targeted by new forms of harassment including online violence, verbal abuse on social media and pornography with “barbaric” content, it said.

The survey also detected a male “backlash” across French society to the #MeToo movement, with “macho raids” on social media seeking “to reduce women to silence or discredit them”. It stated that situations of “discrimination, violence and harassment” have reached “alarming proportions”.

The study of 2,500 people by the High Authority on Equality (HCE), a consultative body, found sexist behaviour increasing in “all spheres”, with many men believing violent and discriminatory behaviour to be acceptable. Older men often remained stuck in conservative attitudes towards male and female roles in society, while younger men occasionally displayed aggressive macho tendencies, it found.

Among the women aged 18-24 questioned, 22% said they had suffered “psychological control or excessive jealousy” by a partner and 15% had been beaten by their partner or ex-partner. This rose to 20% among women aged 50-64.

More than one-third – 37% – of French women polled said they had been subject to non-consensual sex. When the figures were broken down, the HCE found 33% of women asked had had sex when they did not want to but their partner insisted, 12% had unprotected sex at the insistence of their partner – rising to 18% in the 25-34 age group.

Of the 18- to 24-year-olds polled, 22% said they had suffered a sexual assault or rape.

Despite people being aware of the violence and discrimination since the #MeToo movement “bias and gender stereotypes, sexist cliches and everyday sexism are still commonplace”, the HCE found.

“People recognise and deplore the existence of sexism but fail to reject it in practice, a phenomenon particularly widespread among the men questioned. This gap between perception, statements and practice has tangible consequences in terms of symbolic, physical, sexual and economic violence.

“From everyday, so-called ‘ordinary’ sexism to its most violent manifestations, there is a continuum of violence, one forming the bedrock of the others,” it read.

Those questioned also spoke of a lack of confidence in official measures to combat sexism and respond “to a situation that is getting worse with new phenomenon: online violence, increased virulence on social networks, barbarity in many pornographic industry productions, and affirmation of a masculinist and antifeminist pornographic industry.

“In addition, there are clear signs that women’s fundamental rights, especially sexual and reproductive rights, are being eroded in the world.”

Elsewhere in the poll, 93% affirmed that men and women are treated differently in at least one of the aspects of their life: work, public space, school or family; 80% of women asked said they had been less well-treated or felt they had been because of their sex, while 37% of men said the same.

Fabienne El Khoury, a spokesperson for the feminist group Osez Le Féminisme, said the situation was “depressing but not surprising”.

“We see that sexism is a structural problem. It’s not just a question of discrimination in salaries and pensions or an increasing number of femicides, which are the visible part of the iceberg, but a whole mentality that needs to change,” El Khoury said.

“The only way to do that is to introduce a feminist education from a young age to combat sexist stereotypes and to address pornography that is violent, misogynistic and degrading to women but that is attracting young boys at a lower and lower age.”

The HCE president, Sylvie Pierre-Brossolette, said it was the first time such a survey had been done in France.

“We wanted to do for sexism what has been done for racism,” Pierre-Brossolette told the Guardian. “It’s not enough to protect women and punish men. If we don’t address the roots of everyday sexism and change the mentality we will never move forward. We cannot just deplore the situation we need to change it.”

She said the authorities needed to target male attitudes “from a very young age” and introduce more stringent measures to combat online sexism, violence and harassment.

“Everyday sexism leads to violent sexism,” she added.
