Tiny, brass compact rouge case containing Pum-Kin rouge. Pum-Kin was a cosmetic line of Darnee perfumers which was a business unit of the Owl Drug Company. Case probably made by August Goertz and Sons of Newark New Jersey between 1928 and 1932.

MILK OF ROSES is made thus: Put two ounces of rose-water, a teaspoonful of oil of almonds, and twelve drops of oil of tartar, into a bottle, and shake the whole till well mixed.
