i’m gonna be real here and say that when love in the air started, i thought it was  a silly little show with a lot of sex scenes and some questionable things because mame is good at it. however, nothing prepared me for the absolute devastation i was going to endure in the second half of the show. phayurain got the flavor but prapaisky? you best believe they are going down as the most complex, interesting and otherworldly couple out there. they gave everything they were supposed to give.

it is actually so fucked up that whenever the weather warms up and things are getting greener i DEEPLY feel nostalgic for reading the warrior cats books and want to read them again because when i first read them i was stuck on my aunts farm at 8 years old and she let me rent something from the library when she visited. and because i used to play outside all day every day pretending to be a warrior cat so it was always best when it was summer because the grass wasn't dead .. and now i'm 22 and i still think about that UGH and i used to read those books for years and years because i could only get one like every 4 months. my copy of the third book in the fourth series still has the dog ear'd page i put in it when i was 13 because i never finished it <3 something something bc ur childhood self didn't die you just got older

ok not to pull a 2012 hipster "i liked this before it was cool" move but it's wild that i actually can't use "i've been listening to lemon demon since i was in 7th grade" as a flex anymore because that statement now indicates nothing about how early in the timeline this was. because now there is a new wave of older teenagers who were ALSO listening to lemon demon in 7th grade but they were doing this in like. 2020. i NOW have to specify that MY seventh grade lemon demon listening experience occurred in 2013. because i was in 7th grade in 2013. makes me feel ancient
