NIALL HORAN Flicker World Tour Commemorative Plaque

“This tour plaque takes a different approach to ticket layout by using them to spell out Niall Horan's initials. This was a printed laser cut element that was popped on top of the background. The "Niall Horan" at the top and the "Flicker World Tour" were silkscreened on the plexiglass in a silver ink.”

box squats 10/10/8/6 - after warmup sets @ 70% of max

curtsy lunges w/ dumbells (switching out step ups for this)

hip thrusts 10/10/8/6 continuing to add weight. adding a pause & pulse

back extensions 3x10

assisted pistol squat 

hamstring curl 3x10

YTP’s for rotator cuff work 3x8

Warm up and mobility work before the session. I might warm up with some goblet squats. Then ill need to end with 10 minutes more cardio than I usually do. This is a quad leg focused workout but with my focus wanting to be on posterior chain work, I'm taking out step ups because I don't want my quads to poke out anymore lololol. I might switch them for lateral lunges instead of curtsy. Or maybe a complex of both. 

My goal for tomorrow is to make sure i eat. And to press my weight on the barbell. Drink a gallon of water, as usual. And do something else for my own personal development. I have a new book it’d like to read. Journal. meditate. Etc. Plus my to do list is a million miles long this time of year. Not getting over stressed is vital. Along with proper sleep and nutrition.
