hi! I know you always say, you don't have to ask, anything is possible. But I'm still curious about the answer to this question, and I think others might have an idea. Doctors say we need to sleep 7-9 hours for our health. So can we choose not to sleep at all? Or can we assume that "1 hour of sleep is enough for my body"? Thank you in advance for the answer. :) <3
Hi^^
Thanks for the question
I rarely sleep 7-9 hours, but I am always more energetic than ever. My brain functions in insane ways, which indeed makes me feel like a "superhuman." This is also due to my ADHD (and no, I will not manifest my neurodiversity away)
Each individual is unique in their own way, so to say that doctors are 100% correct would be wrong. Their research and knowledge are also based on the law of assumption/theories, and as time goes by, those old research papers and the knowledge about the human body / brain gets debunked.
The same thing goes for scientists etc etc. There is no ONE ultimate truth, because there is only YOUR truth in your own reality.
"According to the new theory, the brain doesn’t create our conscious experience, at least not through computations. The reason that we have conscious experience is because of the process of physical measurement."
Here is an article too (click on the text)֊ STUDIES OF BRAIN ACTIVITY AREN’T AS USEFUL AS SCIENTISTS THOUGHT
So, you don't have to rely on external factors or even on science. Don't forget that the law of assumption is spiritual law, just like the other 12 universal laws or the law of gravity.
So if someone believes that sleeping only 1 hour will lead to serious health issues, then the placebo will work, and they will end up with health issues, but if you believe that sleeping 1 hour will make you feel more than energetic then the placebo will work for your body and that specific 1 hour will be enough for you ♡

2. The principle of Correspondence.
“As above, so below; as below, so above.” —The Kybalion “We’ve all heard this quote before, but maybe you never knew it was Hermes who first coined it. It’s closely related to the first principle of mentalism and states that what we hold in our thoughts and mind will become our reality. It explains the many planes of existence, including those of lower and higher vibrational frequencies and how…

The Ultimate Guide to Mastering the 12 Universal Laws
No matter if you're skeptical or an apologist of the 12 Universal Laws can be used to make positive changes within your own life. These laws are based upon spiritual principles, such as Ho'oponopono, and hermetic philosophical theories that date back to ancient Egypt. The Law of Polarity is an illustration of the Universal Law. It states that everything has two poles. This includes hatred and love or night and day. The Law of Attraction Every person has a part of their life they want to alter. It could be your relationship or job, or your financial situation There are a few steps you can follow to manifest what you desire. Like attracts like, which is the most well-known universal law. That means that whatever that you concentrate on, will get. To apply this law, you'll be a happy person who is focused on nourishing your soul emotions such as gratitude, love, and abundance. It's therefore important to know all 12 universal law to be in sync with them. The Law of Vibration The law of physics is inviolable and explains that everything is energy. This includes our thoughts, beliefs, as well as our feelings. If we emit higher frequencies it attracts experiences that resonate with the same frequency. It's similar to the way quantum physicists explain atoms interacting at an atomic scale even across space and time. Following this law implies that you focus on your thoughts and feelings in order to maintain a high vibration and this in turn leads to your life experiences that you wish to experience. This law also recognizes that you aren't just the body you are in and that your positive energy has the power to manifest your highest desires in the physical world. The Law of Cause and Effect The Law of Cause and Effect states that for every action that is taken, there will be an equal and opposite reaction. It's a little like Newton's Third Law, however with more of a spiritual twist. It's also linked to the law of karma. It states that you reap the seeds you have sown. It means that good deeds are rewarded while bad ones will be punished, even though it's not always obvious. The beauty of this law, Kumar explains, is that you have the ability to select your triggers and bring about the changes you wish to be able to see in your life. The Law of Compensation
youtube
A very close relative to the Law of Sowing and Reaping It is believed that whatever effort, energy or love you put into the Universe will return to you as a reward. It is not only limited to financial matters, but also actions like kindness toward strangers which can have far-reaching implications for the planet as well as our fellow humans. Imagine the universe as an accountant who tracks everything that you think, feel or speak. It is crucial to guard your thoughts and words as this will influence the reality you live in! The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy The law states that everything changes from one form to the next. It's like water turning into an ice cube rain, steam, or snow. Energy will never go away; it just shifts into a new shape. The most frequent natural transformation on Earth is due to cosmic rays which result in carbon-14 and the radioactive decaying of nuclides that were created at the beginning of our Solar System. These include the elements thorium, uranium, potassium-40 and thorium. On a personal level this law states that lower energies can be transformed into higher ones, by changing your energy, and changing your negative feelings to positive ones. This can be accomplished through self-reflection that is constructive and actively choosing to behave in ways that inspire you. The Law of Gender The Law of Gender doesn't refer to sex in the way we think of it, but rather the opposite energies that are present in us: one nurtures and the other that is driving. Kaiser states that harmony between these energies can help us to become more authentic. If you're naturally goal-oriented and assertive try to balance this out by balancing the ability to feel empathy and trust. Relax into the natural rhythm of life and develop a deep sense of interconnection with all living creatures. Harmonize your masculine and female aspects so that they are no longer at odds but harmoniously. The Law of Rhythm The Universe is governed by a periodic ups-and-downs. As the tides rise and flow, the seasons change and the days become nights and vice versa. This is also true of our personal and professional life experiences. Knowing this law will assist you in releasing your any resistance you may encounter during difficult times and be aware that the hardships will not last forever. It also teaches you to appreciate the highs, and to be prepared for the downs. You shouldn't be surprised by the good times. They always come. Be sure to stay clear of anxiety-related extremes such as excessive excitement or excessive depression. Watch the video here

The Ultimate Guide to Mastering the 12 Universal Laws
The 12 Universal Laws are a powerful tool that can help you create positive changes in your life, no matter if you're an apologist or believer. These laws are based on spiritual principles such as Ho'oponopono, and hermetic philosophical beliefs dating back to ancient Egypt. The Law of Polarity is an illustration of the Universal Law. It states that all things have two poles. This includes hatred and love or evening and day. The Law of Attraction Every person has something they'd like to change within their lives. It is possible to manifest your goals, whether it is an affair, job or financial circumstance. The most famous of all universal laws, the Law of Attraction is used for manifestation. It explains like attracts like. That means that whatever you pay attention to, you will get. To apply this law, you'll have to be a positive person who focuses on soul-enriching feelings such as the joy of gratitude, love, and happiness. It is therefore essential to be aware of the 12 universal laws to work in harmony with them. The Law of Vibration This law is inviolable and states that all energy emits a sound. It includes thoughts, ideas and emotions. We attract experiences that resonate with the same frequency as we emit higher frequency. This is similar to the way quantum physicists explain atoms interacting at an atomic scale even across time and space. The law of attraction states that you are focusing on your thoughts and feelings to maintain a high frequency and this in turn leads to the life experiences you desire. It's about recognizing that you are not simply your physical body and that your positive energy might have the power to shape the world around you, manifesting your most profound desires to the physical world. The Law of Cause and Effect In accordance with the Law of Cause and Effect each action results in the same and opposite reaction. It's like Newton's Third Law but with an extra spiritual twist. It's also connected to the law of karma, in that you reap what you sow. This means that good actions will be rewarded, while poor ones will be punished although in this particular instance, it may not always be obvious. The great thing about this law, Kumar explains, is you can decide what causes you want to focus on and create the effects you want to observe in your life. The Law of Compensation This law is a close cousin to the Law of Sowing and Reaping. It says that you'll get back what you put into the Universe including love, energy or effort. It's not just about money, but can also include kindness toward strangers that impacts the entire world of our planet and the people all around us. Consider the universe as a cosmic accounting system and keeping track of all the things you say, do or think. It is essential to be aware of your words and thoughts because they can influence your life. The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy This law says that everything changes or changing from one form to another. It's similar to water changing into an ice cube, rain, steam, or snow. The energy never goes away but it changes shape. The most frequent natural transformation that occurs on Earth is caused by cosmic rays that produce carbon-14, as well as the radioactive decay of nuclides which were created at the beginning of our Solar System. These include potassium-40, uranium and thorium. The law states that at a personal level, lower energies can be transmuted to higher energies by altering your vibration and turning negative emotions into positive emotions. This can be achieved through constructive self-reflection and by consciously choosing to act in ways that inspire you. The Law of Gender The Law of Gender isn't about sexual relations as we know it. It's more about two competing energy sources in us - one that nurtures and one that creates. Kaiser suggests that finding harmony between these energies will allow us to become more authentic. If you're naturally goal-oriented and assertive be sure to balance that with compassion and intuition. Be in tune with the natural flow of life, and develop a sense of deep interconnection with all living things. Like a masterful conductor, connect the symphony that is your feminine and masculine aspects--no longer at odds but in perfect harmony.
youtube
The Law of Rhythm The Universe is controlled by rhythmic ups-and-downs. As the tides move and flow, seasons change and days turn into nights as do our personal and professional life experiences. This law can assist you let go of your resistance during difficult times and also realize that the difficulties won't last forever. It will also help you to appreciate the highs while being prepared for the lows. You shouldn't be shocked by the great times. They will come. Beware of extreme mental states including over-excitement and over-depression. Source: YouTube

Master the 12 Universal Laws
If you're feeling stuck in a rut and ready for change, you can shift the way you live by understanding 12 long-lost Universal Laws. It includes the Law of Attraction and the Law of Relativity, among other things! It's not easy to accept these principles and begin a spiritual path. It's rewarding if it's implemented properly. 1. The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy The law states that energy is always changing and changing. Water, for instance, can change into ice steam, rain or snow. It isn't going to disappear off the planet. The fear of change is the reason why you resist change and perpetuates negativity in your life. This law can help you actively transmute negative energy into higher energy through conscious detachment and spiritual practice. You could, for example, make the transition from anger, resentment or despair into compassion and forgiveness over time. 2. The Divine Law The law says that everything is interconnected to everything else. The law stipulates that your behavior and thoughts could have the impact of your actions on others. It is also said that if something seems like it's pulling you toward changing, it's an excellent indicator. Pay attention to your heart instead of being scared or believing that your goals aren't possible. It knows what you are looking for. 3. The Law of Compensation A close cousin to the Law of Sowing and Reaping This law says that you receive what you put into it. This is why it's so vital to watch your words and thoughts carefully each day. Be aware that patience and time are necessary to make a change. Be wise, not judging yourself to figure out when a change will be beneficial to you. 4. The Law of Polarity The Law of Polarity states that everything in the Universe is opposite to the other: cold/hot, up/down, light/dark. This includes your relationship polarity, masculine energy, or feminine energy. The negative manifestations that you experience are usually due to a decline in positivity. So, you need to begin focusing on positive thoughts to turn the tide. This will allow you to make the positive change that you've always desired. 5. The law of Correspondence The Law of Correspondence says that what you think about in your head is manifested in the world. This is connected to the Law of Cause and Effect, which states that everything has a cause for it. It is for this reason that sustaining a change requires dedication and support. These elements can help to repair and restart after the chance to slip or fall. 6. The Law of Inspired Action This Law is a variation of the Law of Attraction that encourages individuals to take inspired action that aligns with their true desires. Inspired actions are those that bring the sense of excitement, interest, or a feeling of righteousness. Note that inspired action does not feel like an effort. If you are exercising to gain an amount of weight, this is not motivated actions. 7. The Law of Cause and Effect It is known as known as the Law of Cause and Effect, this law says that each action has a corresponding result. It also states that nothing is random and that everything serves an intention. It's also the reason why you receive what you give. In the realm of the spiritual, cause and effect are instantaneous, however in the physical, there is a lag due to the concept of space-time. 8. The Law of Attraction Like attracts like it is the Law of Attraction. This is just one of the 12 laws that regulate and shape our Universe. If you are constantly thinking that your company is likely to fail, it sends signals that can create failure in your life. It is therefore important to retrain your brain to change the way you view your life. 9. The Law of Relativity One of the fundamental principles is that everything is dependent. What you compare your life experience to will impact the way in which you view and experience it.
youtube
Relativity is the most important ever discovery, E = mc2 - where E is energy mass is m and speed of light is in the range of c. It also showed that gravity actually is how the mass of spacetime is a force that alters spacetime. 10. The Law of Gender The Law of Gender says that everything has both feminine and masculine principles. That's why electrons are made up of the female proton as well as the male electron, and each must work in tandem. This law reminds you that for every negative, there's a positive. It's your job to keep these energies in balance. This is the reason that paying attention to the signs that show you are ready for change is so vital. Watch the video here

The Ultimate Guide to Mastering the 12 Universal Laws
No matter if you're skeptical or an apologist of the 12 Universal Laws can be used to create positive change within your own life. These laws are based upon spiritual principles such as Ho'oponopono, and hermetic philosophical belief systems that date back to ancient Egypt. One example of an Universal Law is the Law of Polarity which explains that everything has two poles, including things like love and hate or night and day. The Law of Attraction Everyone has something in their lives that they would like to alter. You can make your dreams come true, whether it is the relationship, your job, or monetary situation. Like attracts like, which is the most famous universal law. It means that whatever that you concentrate on, will receive. To be able to use this law, you will require a positive person who is focused on nourishing your soul feelings like gratitude, love, and abundance. Therefore, it is essential to understand all the 12 universal laws in order to be in sync with them. The Law of Vibration This law is inviolable and states that everything is energy and emits a frequency. It includes thoughts, ideas as well as our feelings. If we emit higher frequencies it attracts events that resonate with that similar frequency. It's similar to how quantum physicists talk about atoms interfacing at an atomic level even across space and time. Being in accordance with this law means that you are focusing on your thoughts and emotions to maintain a high level of vibration that in turn generates the life experiences you want. The law also acknowledges that you are not just your body, and that your positive energy has the power to manifest your greatest desires into the physical realm. The Law of Cause and Effect The Law of Cause and Effect declares that for each action there exists an equal and opposing reaction. This is a bit like Newton's 3rd law, but with a spiritual twist. It's also linked to Karma's law in that what you put in, you will reap. It means that good deeds will be rewarded, while poor actions will be punished, although in this particular instance, it may not always be evident. The benefit of the law of attraction, Kumar explains, is that you have the ability to choose your causes and thereby produce the results you wish to see in your life. The Law of Compensation An enviable cousin to the Law of Sowing and Reaping It is believed that whatever effort, energy or love you put into the Universe will be returned to you back in the form of a return. This isn't limited to money, but also things like kindness to strangers which may have profound impacts on the world and those around us. Consider the universe as a cosmic accountant, keeping track of everything you say, do or think. It is essential to be aware of your thoughts and words as they can affect your life. The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy
youtube
This law says that everything is constantly changing or transforming from one type to another. Water could transform into steam, ice, snow or rain. The energy never goes away the energy is just transformed into a different form. On Earth the most natural transmutation occurs via cosmic radiation (which result in carbon-14) and radioactive decay of primordial nuclides that were created in the beginning of our Solar System (such as potassium-40, Thorium, and Uranium). The law states that on a personal level the lower energies are able to transform to higher energies through altering your vibration, and changing negative emotions into positive emotions. It is possible to do this through constructive self reflection and by choosing to act positively. The Law of Gender The Law of Gender doesn't refer to sex in the way we think of it, but rather the opposing energies that exist within us- one that is nurturing, and one that is driving. Kaiser believes that harmony between these two energies helps us to become more authentic. If you're naturally assertive and goal-oriented try to balance this out with the ability to feel empathy and trust. Be in tune with the rhythms of nature and cultivate an intimate relationship with the world around you. Like a skilled conductor, harmonize the symphony of your inner masculine and feminine aspects--no longer at odds but in perfect synergy. The Law of Rhythm All of the things in the Universe has a rhythm of upwards and downwards. As the tide flows and flows as the seasons change and day turns into night the same is true of our professional and personal lives. Knowing this law can assist you in releasing your any resistance you may encounter during difficult times and be aware that the hardships will not endure forever. It also helps you appreciate the highs, and to be ready to handle the lows. Don't be surprised when the positive times occur as they always do. Be sure to stay clear of mental extremes, like over-excitement or excessive depression. Watch the video here

the downside of being told you could be a lawyer when you were younger: they probably wanted your teeny-bopper ass to stfu
the upside of being told you could be a lawyer when you were younger: seeing red when a certain distant Family Member suggests they should just take your sh*t and rifle through it bc 'no one ever knows what you're doing on that anyway' and proceeding to look up court statutes case precedents and an Excel spreadsheet list of reasons why this will get your ass sued since i am no longer said teeny-bopper

There are 12 Laws of the universe 🌌
The Law of Divine Oneness.
highlights the interconnectedness of all things
The Law of Vibration.
The higher the vibration, the longer lasting the effects are
The Law of Correspondence.
This law states that patterns repeat throughout the universe, and on a personal level, our reality is a mirror of what's happening inside us at that moment
The Law of Attraction.
argues that positive thoughts and actions reap positive rewards and vice versa for negative ones.
The Law of Inspired Action.
states that you must take real, actionable, inspired steps in order to achieve your goals and allow your dreams to manifest in your life.
The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy.
States that energy (the nonphysical level of life) is always moving into physical form. Thoughts are energy, therefore any idea or image that is held in the mind and properly nourished must inevitably move into your 3D reality / physical reality
The Law of Cause and Effect.
states all action in the universe produce reactions and will return to you, the source, no matter what.
The Law of Compensation.
Is another restatement of the law of sowing and reaping. It says that
You will always be compensated for the efforts and for your contribution, however it is, however much or however little.
And once you combine these with your understanding of who God is, it shall all work in your favor. Amen
