Today the weather was a bit better than yesterday and definitely not as cold.

Work was a bit busy for me. It’s the end of session so many things going on at once. I also get many people trying to register for classes that we don’t offer in my building. Kelly, my coworker who got me that really awesome big sweet and oh so many calories cookie, brought donuts today. And I am trying. But right now I have no will power.

After work I stopped by Hobby Lobby, that’s always a bad idea. I did get a skirt for the small tree, some outdoor decorations that weren’t frightfully expensive and a couple of other things. They still have my nutcracker that I’ve been wanting for so long. It’s on sale, 250$. They say that all Christmas decor is 50% off but I don’t believe that it’s half of the 250. Which it’s still a lot of money. I wrapped all presents going to Texas but they still need to be packed and mailed. Hopefully tomorrow or Friday.

We went for a walk today at around 5pm, I hate when it gets dark so early. But I liked seeing all the Christmas decorations. I think more people have put more decorations this year, maybe because the weather has been nicer? Who knows. David said that he’ll work on the outdoors decorations on Friday. We will see. There’s a bunch of people out sick with covid where he works so hopefully he won’t have to cover for anyone. Besides he hasn’t had a day off since 2 Sundays ago.

Michael called very excited because he went on a date yesterday and said that it went very well and they’ll go for coffee on Saturday. I’m glad for him, the poor guy, he doesn’t get a break.

I told Little Bit and Andrew that they should build a Mario’s shelf for their cats.

Ready to go to bed now, it’s been a long day and I’m tired. 😴
