"Can he play?" Kevin asks as Nicky, begrudgingly, hands over the keys to the Maserati.

"Kevin, seriously?" Matt asks incredulously. "Neil is walking out of the hospital with six stitches to his head because you couldn't keep your mouth shut and the first thing you're worried about is whether or not he can play next week?!" Matt says.

"Of course it is. Neil's life depends on him getting onto a team." Kevin spits back, "Answer me Andrew." Kevin says turning back to Andrew.

"I should be fi-"

"Ask again later." Andrew interrupts.

"Andrew."

"Reply hazy, try again." Andrew says and starts to shoulder his way towards the exit with Neil under his arm.

because tumblr cut off my tags: i meant to complete using one of my fics (the weight in her heart, ch.3), but i didn't finish in time. i know, i know, mods said you don't have to finish to be a completionist, but much if not most of it wasn't written in october and the prompts didn't really inspire anything; they just kinda coincided with what was already planned. so it felt like cheating. but! i had a lot of fun, and i'm proud of what i got done. i even got to gif for fandoms i hadn't before! 20/31 ain't too shabby.
