BOOMSHAKALAKA ok a thought ive always had is basically during the greed island arc, when yk how their training under bisky. I NEED a one shot abt reader training w them and over some time, bisky notices the tension n feelings between us n kil HAHA, and right before killua leaves greed island to retake the hunter exam, bisky motivates us to confess to kil and we return back to her w good results ( ˘͈ ᵕ ˘͈♡)

Unspoken feelings

The sun had begun its slow descent, casting golden light over the open training field. The air buzzed with energy as you stood across from Killua, fists clenched, body aching from hours of sparring.

“Give up yet?” Killua smirked, wiping a trickle of sweat from his temple.

You scoffed, rolling your shoulders. “Not a chance.”

Nearby, Gon sat cross-legged on the grass, watching with an eager grin. “You guys always fight really hard! It’s kinda fun to watch.”

Bisky, who had been observing from a nearby rock, let out an exaggerated sigh. “Fun isn’t the word I’d use. Painful is more like it.”

You and Killua turned to her, puzzled.

“Painful?” you repeated.

Bisky smirked, polishing her nails. “Oh, don’t play dumb. The tension between you two is ridiculous.”

Killua groaned, running a hand through his hair. “Not this again.”

Gon tilted his head, blinking in confusion. “Tension? What do you mean?”

Bisky grinned mischievously. “Come on, Gon. Even you must have noticed. The way these two are always competing, always staring each other down, always bickering like an old married couple.”

You felt heat rush to your face. “We do not—”

“Oh! I kinda see what you mean,” Gon cut in, nodding in realization. “You and Killua are always focused on each other, even when we’re not training. And sometimes, you guys just stand there, staring at each other, but then one of you looks away really fast!”

Killua choked on his own breath. “We do not do that!”

“Yeah, you do!” Gon said enthusiastically. “Like yesterday, when we were fishing, and you were watching y/n instead of the water—”

Killua immediately clamped a hand over Gon’s mouth, his face bright red. “Gon, shut up!”

You covered your own face with your hands, mortified beyond belief.

Bisky let out a satisfied hum. “See? Even Gon noticed. And he’s as dense as a brick.”

Gon mumbled something against Killua’s hand, and when Killua reluctantly let him go, he grinned. “I think you guys like each other.”

Killua groaned loudly, dragging a hand down his face. “I’m leaving. I can’t do this.”

You, on the other hand, were too busy trying to will yourself into the earth.

That night, you sat on a grassy hill overlooking the sea, hugging your knees to your chest. Bisky’s words echoed in your mind. 'You’re really gonna let him leave without saying anything?'

You groaned, burying your face in your arms.

“You look miserable.”

You jumped, turning to find Killua standing behind you, hands shoved in his pockets, his usual smirk in place.

“I wouldn’t be if people stopped sneaking up on me,” you grumbled.

He sat beside you, stretching his legs out in front of him. “So, what’s up? Feeling guilty about losing to me earlier?”

You shot him a glare, but your heart wasn’t in it. “Not everything is about competition, you know.”

Killua snorted. “Since when?”

Silence settled between you, the sound of waves crashing against the shore filling the space.

Then, after a moment, Killua spoke again.

“You’re really upset about me leaving, huh?”

You hesitated before answering. “…Yeah.”

Killua glanced at you, his expression softer than usual. “I mean, I’m coming back. It’s not like I’m disappearing forever.”

You exhaled, gripping the grass beneath your fingers. “I know. But… training and collecting spell cards won’t be the same without you.”

Killua didn’t respond right away. Then, to your surprise, he let out a small chuckle. “You’re really bad at this, you know.”

You frowned. “At what?”

He turned to face you fully, his smirk fading into something more genuine. “At hiding how much you like me.”

Your heart stopped. “I—”

But before you could stammer out a response, Killua reached over and flicked your forehead lightly, a teasing glint in his eyes. “Took you long enough to admit it.”

You blinked, shocked. “Wait—so you—?”

Killua shrugged, looking away. “Yeah. I wasn’t gonna say anything, though. Figured you’d come around eventually.”

You punched his arm, but warmth bloomed in your chest. “You’re insufferable.”

“And you’re predictable,” he teased.

Despite the bickering, something had changed. The tension, the rivalry, the unspoken feelings—they were finally out in the open.

And when you returned to Bisky the next morning, slightly red-faced but grinning, she took one look at you and smirked.

“Good results?”

You nodded.

Gon, as cheerful as ever, beamed. “I knew it!”

Bisky laughed, folding her arms. “Took you both long enough.”

End.

HxH headcanons except I’m losing it

Uvogin: tried cannibalism once(it was a cold winter stuck in the depths of meteor city)

Killua: the first time he had fried chicken he didn’t know how to eat it(because of how sheltered he was) he ended up eating the bone.

Chrollo: has a list of his enemies, with details about them(their full name, family, weaknesses, etc.)

Shalnark: One time he was so pissed at Phinks that he installed bugs into every tech related thing Phinks owned.

Leorio: shit his pants one time during the Hunter exam, Killua and Gon CONSTANTLY remind him of it.

Phinks: his deepest darkest secret is that he truly believes he killed the tooth fairy.(it’s a story for another day)

Feitan: is currently banned from every mall in York new.

Hisoka: goes all out for Valentine’s Day even if he doesn’t have a partner, he lives by the saying go big or go home.

Alluka: poor girl is so sheltered any time she sees anything new or remotely interesting to her she begs Killua to stop and get it or see it.

Illumi: has a matching tattoo with Hisoka, it’s either on his back or side.

Leorio: got drunk blacked out and woke up with a tattoo that says “ALPHA” in old English font.

Bisky: holds a grunge against gons dad even though she never met him, she DESPISES him.

Anyway guys im feeling like sharing a secret of mine. When I was like 9 i spilt a shit ton of my mom’s nail polish remover EVERYWHERE I blamed it on my brother and my mom believed me and not him and I high key still feel guilty. In honor of the hxh manga coming back in a few days, I want to take a second to honor the more light-hearted moments Succession War that we most likely may not be getting for a long while just simply because the plot is really starting to add up (which is amazing but all the more nerve-wracking). There are many and a lot of people have talked about this scene specifically already, but I just need to talk about it personally because I can't stop laughing at it.

Like all of it is just gold. First of all, just starting off with the plain insult. Amazing. 10/10. There's nothing like telling your co-worker straight to their face and with blatant honesty that they have a below-average level of comprehension. He just says what we all wish we could say. Love that for him.

And then it just gets better really. The subtle shade from Killua to both of them. "Since it's you we are talking about" like damn. Though seriously favorable in comparison to having a whole disclaimer about just how gross you are.

Also the fact that, Kurapika; a mafia boss who has done hordes of awful things such as extorting, manipulating, and stealing from people in order to further advance with his mission (and oh yeah has also killed a member of the Spiders and buried him with a shovel he brought to the fight) had to pause and remind himself that this was all for the sake of his fallen brethren....just because he had to give out the most mediocre, obviously dramatized, compliment to Bisky ONCE?? Just so she could leave him alone too LMFAOAOA

I usually don’t like when people him overdramatic but in this instance I will absolutely let it slide because it’s just the flat out truth.

I’m glad this scene exists because it’s just another example of how he hasn’t fully lost himself to his mission (on top of the many other scenes that explicitly indicate this such as his interactions with Queen Oito, Wobble, Bill, Hanzo, and Leorio). Not because it holds anything of substantial value *really* but because because it shows that he still has a sense of pride beyond his goals and that he's still the brilliantly witty, slightly judgemental asshole from the hunter exam. (I say this in admiration)

I also just love the fact he regresses to his childhood expression of pure annoyance. This was most definitely intentional and I will die on this hill.

I need to lock in and create more serious hxh posts my god. But either way, so incredibly excited for what may come to pass in the upcoming chapters. (Togashi please let him live I need to see him insult people more)
