“You’re getting blood onto the floor.” Andrew says instead.

“Yeah, well at least this is tile. If you run out of here because I flinched for half a second then I’ll get it all over the carpet.” Neil threatens.

It’s an empty threat, more Neil’s desperation to keep Andrew here than anything. It isn’t that Andrew doubts that Neil would get blood on the carpet, it’s that Neil knows that Andrew can get blood out of anything.
