Worked on my report for a while. After lunch I decided to rest while I restarted Dance of Thieves (I had to stop reading after my mental heath hit the gutters and I'm trying to refind my joy for reading so...). After that I went to get boba with a friend and had a meeting with my business analysis group

F1 rant: Kimi, sweet child, what happened in FP1... Ferrari being less disastrous for their home GP gave me a dopamine boost ngl, feeling slightly less depressed after the CS55 P3 on FP2

I think what really sells the comic for me is Alastor's non-reaction. Honestly, if people in Hell are anything like people in the fandom (which, let's be honest, the venn diagram is a circle and I say this with love) Alastor's probably used to people brazenly flirting with him as though he couldn't bite them in half.

It doesn't faze him anymore. He doesn't even blink an eye. He is well aware of how many Radio Demon fan-clubs there are (easiest bunch of souls he's ever collected), and there is nothing they can do at this point that's going to surprise him.

🌳: Finally caught up on 3 CBT journal entries that I’d been putting off (my heart feels much lighter now :'))

📝- My house is a mess right now. I planned to declutter my room and tidy the living room after work, but ended up taking a nap instead. Honestly, I’m glad I did! Sleep has been tough lately, and I felt so refreshed afterward. Tonight, I’ll set a 10-minute timer to tidy up the living room and save the decluttering for tomorrow :D

I passed PLAB 1! I scored 156/180 and the passing score was 117. Feeling extremely grateful today!

My PLAB 2 seat has been booked for March of next year so I am probably going to take a long hiatus from this page

I am currently working on my research paper and I will start looking for jobs soon because the second exam is so far away (if anyone has any leads in Bangalore please do lmk)

day 1 of 100 days of productivity 💌

I’ve been meaning to start a little series like this for a while and I finally got around to doing it!

Most of today was spent working on physics and maths, the former being a presentation on dark matter that I may reveal tomorrow, and the latter being an assignment based off questions from Cambridge University’s STEP papers. I felt like I was going insane doing those questions! But I’m powering through.

I also have a bit of computer science work to be getting on with. It’s proving pretty tough to be one of four girls in a male-dominated classroom and generally subject, but we’re coping. It’s especially tough since I didn’t have the opportunity to do the GCSE for CS. But I’ve been working hard and I hope I’ll be at the level I need to be very soon <3

I picked up In Search of Schrödinger’s Cat at my sixth form library. They have a wonderful library, filled with many books I had been planning to read. I’m enjoying the book so far, it feels just about easy to stomach as it should be. Quantum theory is fascinating.

day 1/100 of productivity (do you get deja vu?) i've had a pretty chill and slow morning, and i rested well. i completed my history of britain homework by 3:05PM (35m) i took notes and revised the english revolution at history (45 m) i finished the trailer i was assigned at english which took me about three hours

Day 1! 100-Days-Of-Productivity

Yay! day 1! hopefully end up doing more than 100 but that's not nearly as catchy hee hee. I want to hopefully do this until the end of the school year but I tend to forget things.

Woke up this morning at 9 I wish would have gotten up a little earlier but it's fine.

I took most of the early morning, slow took an everything shower and got ready for a while. Then made healthy breakfast and went to work.

worked for a pretty short shift but got everything I needed to do before I left. I made 30 dollars :(

came home and spent some time with my mom before doing all of my household chores and making dinner

Started working on my planner! I'm trying a new app so don't have to carry around my physical one.

Then I went to bed at 9 (| have to get up at 4:30 in the morning so the bedtime is necessary.)

Was away at a uni event today and couldn't get motivated for a while. I did end up doing some past paper questions for chemistry tho so I'm happy with that. Also I'm apparently into jazz now.

I had planned to resume my routine in full, with related exercises, however I decided to simply take the day as it came, and this also since my head was spinning a bit. Basically I didn't give up much, I postponed the focaccia I wanted to prepare for dinner tomorrow and avoided training.

What I am satisfied with is that despite these "renunciations" I managed to see improvements in my writing exercises, I studied the theory for the driving license profitably, while the quizzes didn't go very well today, perhaps I need to do more of them or I don't read with pay enough attention to the questions.

At least yesterday I managed to finish reading "Obsessions, phobias and paranoia" by S. Freud; quite interesting book in itself, for those who appreciate or share Freudian thought, and for those who are interested in the topic. I can't say I share everything I've read and learned, but it has allowed me to reason and develop my thinking on the matter. This morning I advanced in reading Twilight, although I admit it isn't taking me as I would have hoped it would.

Lunch clearly lifted my spirits, how could mum's ragù not have done so? Too good and immediately afterwards I rested a bit, I needed it, but I didn't rest that much. For a snack I decided to use one of the two brisées that I had purchased on Saturday with a Lidl promotion to make croissants, 4 chocolate and 4 empty, and I used the other for dinner to prepare savory ones with salami and cheese. Not the dinner I had planned, but not bad. Tomorrow I hope to be well enough to be able to prepare the focaccia and maybe even the frias since I have fresh brewer's yeast.

Tomorrow I count, or at least I hope, to be able to make foccia and donuts, as well as make up for the exercises I skipped today; maybe I shouldn't be so sorry, I accept the fact that I also have to rest or do what I can, but I don't like being distant in things; at the moment I'll enjoy my Supernatural rewatch and having a chill evening.

It was such a beautiful day today and I spent the whole day inside reading :P I'm looking forward to having a little time back after exams to enjoy my weekends! Did make vegan pesto for the first time today using the (wilty 😢 bc I waited too long) basil plant that my friend gave me from her garden! I took a few cuttings as well that hopefully I'll be able to propagate into my very own basil plants.

Plan currently: Finish as much of the texts in my in progress list as possible in the next two days, then dedicate the following day + morning to reviewing notes
