okay i think i am learning.... something

#fursona #minecraft #furry #i need to do gold and diamond next #and i am 100% incorperating the dragon skull into the netherite design. id be foolish not to #i only have a few things im ? about.#1) should the leather get redyed for each new metal/ore armor? like for iron it could be dyed dark blue and white. lugia moment #2) for the hoodie tassel. it changes color to comliment the ore. what would match best w gold??? i already did red for leather erm #3) i cant tell if the leathers too dark. originally i ahd it more orangey/'cowboy' leather as forrest called it but he said it was too clo #to the critters fur so i made it darker.but now idk....#my art

#if it's not clear this is me doodling human versions of the promo kids lmao #my art #scribbles #v #splatoon #if anyone is interested in thoughts:#3 promos have mostly natural hair but dye or bleach ends for subtle style. hiroooo also has beads in place of suction cups and at the ends #veronika has a bandage over their face btw and the purple tips are from hiroooo's dye #I was thinking about school kids primarily with 1 promo kid #so mainly natural hair color with a few rebellious streaks of color #orange inkling girl also has 2 pigtails from the back that she either has over her shoulders or brings to the front yor spyxfamily style #also choppy sidebangs I imagine she cut herself #she also has moles and blue boy as freckles #2 characters were definitely the hardest because I draw them the least objectively #I think since they're supposed to be the 'trendy flashy stylish' types they can have near full dye jobs that have fried their hair #their eyemask substitutes are just just bits of graphic makeup in my vision lmao #apologies for the rambles I've just been sitting on human designs for a bit and it literally just clicked tonight

Genetically impossible for a cat to have #i dont care about genetics that much when it comes to family trees but i like to design cats that look like they could exist irl #if that makes sense.#so for blackstar. you can do a few things. you can do his impossible canon design which is perfectly valid #you can make him a colorpoint/'siamese' type and make his face and tail black #although i dont think some people realize that colorpoints ALWAYS have blue eyes. you cant keep his canon eye color like that #if youre concerned about him looking like a real cat #but what i did here is hes a black cat with lots of vitiligo #which is not actually that popular but makes a whole lot of sense! and he gets to keep his eye color #especially considering he could be named blackkit cause hes all black at birth #but by the time hes a warrior he has lots of white spotting and only his paws remain all-black so they call him blackfoot #anyway im here to spread vitiligo blackstar propaganda #also i jsut think this dude is neat. hes a neat character i like him #guy who commits war crimes but redeems himself enough to get into heaven #wc design

Things I make for myself when insomnia kicks in

Just a chart about what I wanna change up and keep consistent in my art - I mainly wanna draw Raph with a tail because he deserves one, it fits too well. Donnie gets a long tail too because I didn’t realize how dino-like he looks until I gave him one, and now it’s a must for me haha.
