With the pH level of 5.5, it helps restore the skin’s pH balance and is gentle to the skin. 💕LHA has a very similar pH level to the one on the skin (5.5). Just like BHA it penetrates into the skin gradually to gently exfoliate plus pull waste to the surface. It doesn’t penetrate as deep as BHA or Glycolic acid, making it a great solution for congested skin while being more gentle and less irritating. 💕PHA is also a kind of AHA, with multiple Poly-Hydroxy Acid compounds. The best part is that my skin isn’t tight from being dried out. My skin feels smooth and moisturized. My skin is now mildly exfoliated and prepped for my next step. I think this is the new generation of cleansing. It’s washing your face while mildly exfoliated with a chemical exfoliator. Which is way better and safer for skin. It spreads easily and sinks quickly into the skin and can leave a bit of a shiny finish but the next morning my skin feels moisturized. It's a night cream so I don't really mind the dewy finish 🤷🏾‍♀️. This cream contains shea butter which can cause problems for some people, so keep that in mind. It also contains Tremella Mushroom which has great hydration and soothing properties. I add about a dime size amount of lotion to my skin and I haven't experienced any irritation or sensitivity. I have used it during the day since it's winter and I do need the extra hydration. It's a pretty versatile moisturizer and it's pretty affordable at Amazon. Totally recommend.
