I received my August #boxwallabeauty box and it's a good one. The @theboxwalla box introduced the @heartofgold.love . It includes the 'Sea Change Cleansing Balm' ($44), the 'Modern Love Gommage Gel' ($66), and the 'Sweet Briar Hydrating Nectar' ($70). By using all three items you can cleanse, exfoliate, and hydrate your skin. I've tried the gommage gel and it left my skin pretty soft. Just let it dry down before you start rubbing it. I received my June #boxwalla box featuring @5yina, the theme of the box is "A Summer in Hangzhou". I've been wanting to try this brand for so long that I'm super excited. The box includes the Lucent Hydrolat ($45), a hydrating mist & toner essence which includes ginseng, licorice root, and snow mushroom. It also includes the Lucent Beauty Oil ($145), a lightweight oil containing antioxidants and phytonutrients. It's made in a base of Camelia Oleifera seed oil which I love. The value of the box is $190 for $50 bucks which is a great deal. I received my June #thecleanbeautybox featuring #mossskincare and #ambarbeauty. The beautiful print in the box was created by @lillianfarag and I love it! This box has a value of $174! I've always wanted to try the moss skincare and I'm so excited for this. The Potenci ($145) Derma Repair Hydrating Emulsion is great for repairing your skin barrier with peptides and ceramides. The Micellar Cleansing Essence ($29) is a cleanser derived from apples that helps soothe and cleanse skin. @crueltyfreeveganbeauty has a YouTube video going over this box and she raves about it. I received the #ONEOSEVEN Coreflex Essential Liquid from #jolse for free in exchange for a review. Thank you @cosmetic_jolse for letting me test this product. 🌟Claims: An anti-aging glow essence that helps brighten and add glow to the skin. 🌟Notable Ingredients: Rice ferment filtrate, natural vinegar ferment, soy milk ferment filtrate, Yeast (Nuruk) Ferment Broth, and Safflower extract. 🌟Scent: Powdery and fresh. 🌟Use: Apply the liquid immediately after face wash to form a film that prevents moisture loss. So I love this essence, and what it does to my skin. I wish the mister dispensed finer mist but I can work with it. This essence is made with OneOSeven's traditionally brewed 7-year fermented vinegar. The combo of the different fermented filtrates really helps in giving my skin a healthy glow. Use this essence sparingly because it's pretty good at hydrating. First time I did like 5 sprays and it was too much. My face looked like I could cook an egg on it 😂. I like doing about 2 sprays and patting into my skin. I use a first treatment essence and then use this. It's been helping in healing my skin after going to the beach. It was a lovely break but all that sand, salt, and wind dehydrated my skin and caused me small breakout. This essence helped in healing my dehydrated skin and now it's looking pretty good. I use this morning and evening without any side effects. This is the second item I've tried from this brand and I've loved both. Thank you @cosmetic_jolse for letting me test this product. 🌟Claims: A slightly acidic mist that helps moisturize skin and nourish skin. 🌟Notable Ingredients: Citrus Juno Fruit Water (78%), Macademia Seed Oil (9%) and Jojoba Seed Oil (1%). 🌟Scent: Like natural citrus. 🌟Use: Lightly shake mist to mix layer of oil and spray over face. Pat lightly to absorb. This is a bi-phase mist that's divided into a layer of hydration and a layer of oil to help moisturize and nourish skin. The oil contains 3 types of oils: Macademia seed oil, Simmondsia chinesis seed oil, and Sunflower seed oil. The hydration layer is Citrus Junos Fruit water (yuzu) which helps brighten and freshen up skin. No need to concern yourself with the citrus since it doesn't contain citrus esential oils making it not phototoxic. I use this as one of my steps in my skincare routine and also as a hydration step when my skin is feeling a bit parched. I love using it to help oils sink faster into my skin. The mist has a lovely fresh orange scent and the oils don't feel greasy or sticky. The mist comes out very fine which I love, so no big drops of essence. This is the first time I've tried anything from the Sioris brand and I'm very impressed. It's a great mist. Totally recommend. I received my April #theboxwalla beauty box with a $160 value. It comes with the #malayaorganics Neem Honey Herbal Complex, $78. This is a honey based mask that helps smooth, soothe, and brighten skin. I tried this and it's lovely. It helped calm my skin when it was acting up but it also helped exfoliate it. I received the #Elrastory Alpine Remedy Deep Hydrating Mask from #jolse for free in exchange for a review. Thank you @cosmetic_jolse for letting me test this product. 🌟Claims: A hydrating mask with a blend of soothing ingredients and botanicals that reduce irritation and infuse skin with hydration. 🌟Notable Ingredients: Alpine Herb Complex, and Hyaluronic acid. 🌟Scent: Very faint floral scent. 🌟Use: After cleansing and toning add mask to skin. Leave on for 15-20 minutes and remove mask sheet. Gently pat to aid absorption. The packaging is a see through packaging that makes everything look very sleek. You can see exactly how much essence you have and get it into the mask. The mask has a faint green hue before use due to the essence, giving it a fresher feel. These masks are made of a soft cotton like material that clings beautifully to the skin. It contains 25ml of essence and I have gotten ~25-30 minutes of dry time from this mask. I did have to make a series of cuts around the nose and eyes for the mask to be flush with my skin. After the 30 minutes, my skin felt very hydrated which is what the mask is touting. I suffered from no irritation, dermatitis, or burning during or after using the mask. I could barely detect any scent on the mask so unless you're very sensitive scent I don't see an issue. I like cleansing oils that do what they're supposed to do without a ton of fragrance or unnecessary extras. This cleanser removes all my makeup and sunscreen while rinsing completely clean. It conditions and moisturizes skin during sleep. 🌟Notable Ingredients: Macademia seed oil, Niacinamide, Shea butter, and Tremella Mushroom Extract. 🌟Scent: Hint of Bergamot 🌟Use: Use as the last step of the basic skincare process. Apply evenly to face and neck. This is a rich sleeping cream that contains no added fragrance and helps moisturize your skin while you're sleeping. It spreads easily and sinks quickly into the skin and can leave a bit of a shiny finish but the next morning my skin feels moisturized. It's a night cream so I don't really mind the dewy finish 🤷🏾‍♀️. This cream contains shea butter which can cause problems for some people, so keep that in mind. It also contains Tremella Mushroom which has great hydration and soothing properties. I add about a dime size amount of lotion to my skin and I haven't experienced any irritation or sensitivity. I have used it during the day since it's winter and I do need the extra hydration. It's a pretty versatile moisturizer and it's pretty affordable at Amazon. Totally recommend.
