I’m Lance Thunder, today's Monday, January 27, there's a 10% chance of rain. Highs are in the high thirties, lows are in the high teens.

I apologize for my absence, I was trapped in the past. By the way, did you know that opossums were around at the same time as dinosaurs?

It was a horrific two months really, worst time I’ve ever had in my life or afterlife. It was even worse than that case of food poisoning I had in the summer of 2006. But I guess it’s not all bad because I wasn’t even gone for a month on this end. So that’s great.

In other news, there’s a lot of damage everywhere here. There was a large scale ghost attack last Monday, which you all probably already know about because you weren’t the ones in dinosaur land. Being chased by dinosaurs.

I can’t remember what’s happening today, somebody told me, but I forgot. I want to go home.

I don’t know if the Fentons are driving and frankly, I don’t really care.

He can see Neil looking at the phone as Kevin’s face fills his phone screen again. “Are… you not going to pick up?” He asks hesitantly. 

Andrew looks over at Neil, hands pausing in Ophellia’s hair and raising an eyebrow. “My hands are occupied.”

Neil rolls his eyes, “I can hold it to your ear.”

When I said that one day Chuuya surprised Akutagawa by taking him out flying with no previous warning, and Akutagawa hated / loved it– grabbing Chuuya's arm tight to the point of bruising like his life depended on it, his face gone ghost pale, shaking tremendously either from the cold or from fear. The day after, their schedules didn't align for them to see each other for the whole day, and Chuuya was growing low-key worried he messed up and ended up scaring Akutagawa away, by using his own ability nonetheless. That is, until they signed off work for the night (they usually go home together): as soon as they got outside the pm building, Akutagawa stopped in his tracks, took out a big long scarf, wrapped it around his shoulders and head doing at least four loops up to the point only the area above his nose was visible. And upon seeing Chuuya stand there speechless and unmoving, Akutagawa added, in a thin voice and decidedly avoiding Chuuya's eyes “So... No flying home tonight?”. That's when Chuuya beamed him the brightest he ever did. This time, as they picked up, he ended up carrying Akutagawa his arms, and Akutagawa partially unwrapped his scarf to loop it around Chuuya, too.
