Il buongiorno lo vedi dal mattino

quando fuori ancora tutto tace,

quando l'alba fa filtrare la luce e tutto rinasce

nasce di nuovo o forse non è mai morto,

il nuovo è il vecchio ed il vecchio è il nuovo.

Come il sole che ogni giorno tramonta

l'uomo sorge dal torpore del sonno

per tramontare la sera nel proprio letto.

Lo sguardo assonnato la voce impastata

stessi nei di sempre per un nuovo giorno.

Un nuovo sorriso, un nuovo pensiero,

un nuovo bacio,

un vecchio maglione, un vecchio amico,

un vecchio te.

Nemmeno tu sai davvero com'è possibile.

Eppure ogni giorno rinasciamo e moriamo,

come il mondo a cui apparteniamo, è strano,

possiamo essere centomila in uno solo,

ma non saremo per sempre gli stessi

siamo vecchi, nuovo e diversi.
