Une poursuite policière à Los Angeles envoie un homme obsédé par la célébrité dans une course folle pour sauver sa petite amie d’une terreur cybernétique.

Quelle immense déception pour ce film de la saga d’anthologie V/H/S, dont l’excellent premier titre sorti en 2012 nous avait agréablement surpris par son inventivité et son suspens. Les trois histoires qui sont relatées dans ce nouvel opus sont tout sauf efficaces. L’intérêt et la cohérence du fil rouge sont aux abonnés absents. Les effets CGI sont déplorables, les personnages font office constante de silhouettes sans profondeur et on réussit à nous faire regarder notre montre trois fois en moins de deux heures. Ce métrage nous tire un nombre de soupirs ennuyés égal à la note qu’il mérite.

2k3 Raph is incredibly dear to me. It’s funny, I didn’t like him that much as a kid, but now as an adult re-watching the show I understand him so much better. I also love the time and effort taken to explore his anger issues and the fact sometimes he scares himself with what he’s capable of. I love him v much. Added day 10 prompt bc duh.

I apologize for the late report, a ghostly meteorologist is currently attempting to break in and take over the broadcast. Luckily, the shields around the building seem to be holding him back, though I am unsure how long that will last.

A man by the name of Geoffrey Abbot is currently lost in the ghost zone. Abbot, who has a strong interest in palaeontology, intentionally entered a natural portal yesterday. Apparently, he intends to find the ghosts of long extinct plants and animals. Jack and Madeline Fenton have begun a search for Abbot in the Ghost Zone. Upon finding him, they will return him to the living realm whether he comes willingly or not.

The Fentons will not be driving today.
