collin’s has talked about how she wants to talk about propaganda and how the few lead the many and i think effie is a really good example of that. i doubt we will get another book about such an obvious villain because she’s kind of explored that role but now we’ve heard from the ‘villain’ and the ‘hero’s’ what if we now hear about the ‘innocent bystanders’ or something like that?
