She has sky powers. So basically wind and rain.
She forms the wind using her hands, which means if she were to blow out a candle, it would extinguish normally. The whole candle would NOT be knocked over. The power is hands only.
She’s able to form clouds!!!
She likes to use her powers for fun too. She likes using her wind powers to give herself an extra push when swinging on a swing.
Her bowtie has a charm in the middle that can be lifted up to reveal a button or something. Pressing that button will change her outfit into her Gale costume.
THE GALE COSTUME HAS A CLOUD BERET.
Her hair turns very dark blue. It’s kind of hard to notice.

do you know how many people are mad that authors use "growled" as a word for "said"? it's just poetics! they do not literally mean "growled," it's just a common replacement for "said with force but in a low tone." it's normal! do you hear me!! help me i love you please let me out of here!!!
