Why ban books on things that help spread awareness and show that certain things are okay then books that spread lies and propaganda?

I knows there's the whole "uh dogs are more playful and cats antisocial" so let me explain myself

First, dogs are easier to train, and it's also common to train dogs in groups. Soldiers wear dog tags and sleep in dog tents

Cats also live in groups, but under their own circumstances and some like to live alone. Cats are also very expressive when they don't like something (which sounds more like the chb than cj).

I've also had enough dogs and cats to have some knowledge (literally my family have a thing to adopt any dog they see)
