absolutely absurd shit that constantine has done in hellblazer canon, in no particular order:

argued with god in the woods

got kissed by king arthur

outsmarted merlin by boiling a head containing forbidden knowledge and serving it to his friends

had to play fetch for a dog demon (literally. with a tin can) and defeated it by lying on his back and looking too pathetic to kill fairly

killed the king of the vampires after he tried to drink constantine's demon blood & it burnt his face off

manipulated the archangel gabriel into falling from grace and then cut off his wings with a chainsaw

tricked satan & two other devils into curing him of terminal illness by selling his soul to all three of them, knowing it would become full-scale war in hell if any of them tried to collect it

put his negative emotions & memories into a golem that he then sent to hell, where it became its own person (demon) and came back to try to kill him

got manipulated by and later killed his dead twin from an alternate universe

bluffed his way into a crime scene pretending to be a detective chief inspector with nothing but an air of authority and the audacity

fist-fought the cops while naked in a field to protect his girlfriend at the time

summoned demons by reading the ingredients off a granola bar wrapper

did donuts in the parking lot of a nuclear facility blasting punk rock to bait rage-zombies (he can't drive)

dreamed he was in a nuclear wasteland, slept with the only survivor who gave birth to a two-headed seal (his son), and then watched his seal son be eaten by skeleton seagulls five minutes later

aNYWAY HI the thing that will forever be my favourite thing about artemis (hyperbole but ykyk) is when someone he doesn't expect to try talking philosophically with him/randomly tries to talk Feelings or In Depth like, on a personal level with him and he just.... looks at them and blinks.... and has to deeply resist the urge not to scoff or sigh out a quiet exclamation of exasperation. like NO richard, fuck OFF I'm TRYING to brood in PEACE and you could have been a part of that but then you had to go and disturb my silence

when penny hits 30 and people start talking about "when she retires", that's gonna freak her out so bad. especially as i think tom retires at like 34 - which is due to an injury on his part, but it's always in the back of her mind. i also have thoughts about ageing & penny being afraid of her 30s but that's gonna have to wait until after this match, lol.
