Frankie: I thought she was in real estate.

Cahill: She’s got a lot of fingers in a lot of pies, let’s say.

Saf [reading from her computer]: “Landgraab founded Agnos with her business partner Nick Altos, but eventually forced him out and took over the helm solo. To protect her claim on the company, she recruited her closest friends and allies to the board, including other prominent celebrities and champions of business, like Katrina Caliente, Lily Feng, and Mortimer and Bella Goth. They claims to be “pushing the limits of scientific advancements” for the “good of all Simkind”, but it’s all bullshit.”

Cahill: They don’t care what new medicine or technology they discover, only that they do it before anyone else.

Frankie: Ok, I’m getting the picture. But what does this have to do with us?

Cahill: Well, Agnos has a history of looking the other way while their subsidiaries and contractors conduct research in a… less than ethical fashion.

Saf: Shit, Frankie… You might’ve been right…

Cahill: I imagine we’ve got such a situation here, with BioSim Tech.

Erwin: So when people in town go missing, they become the lab’s unwilling research subjects.

Cahill: Well, that’s my hunch at least. But I—what are you doing?

While Beverlee and Don were "exposing their negatives", the triplets returned from school. Davee brought home his new friend and almost-step-uncle, Kirk Landgraab. They have one major hobby in common - sand!

Davee noticed Kirk wasn't his usual chipper self, and asked him what was up. Kirk pretended he had no idea what Davee was talking about. He just had some sand in his eye! Nothing worth worrying about!

…but Kirk really was sad. Perhaps he's missing his late father, Geoffrey, or maybe living with both Nancy and Malcolm Landgraab is starting to take its toll.

Hopefully spending some time as Chateau Peppers will reassure him that things could be worse 🙃

Sweet lil Davee knew his friend was down even if he didn't admit it, so joined him in building a sand turtle. It turned out great, and their moods were both improved. So much so, that even doing homework together seemed like a fun activity. Good boys! 🥹

Hey ! Here some random base game headcanon.

- Alexander and Olivia have a crush on each other and end up together in all of my saves

- Zoe and Johnny are both pansexual and will be going on at least one date

- The guy in the rommates household see Zoe like a younger sister but has to act like the mom most of the time

- Katrina is Dina and Nina antie (makes more sense in my mind)

- Travis and Summer were friends first in elementary school and then Liberty move in with her family and they all became close

- Nancy is obviously a bad parent but Geoffry not standing up for Johnny and distancing himself from him is bad

- Johnny was kick out and disowned because of his aspirations, values and sexuality

- Dina and Nina aren't twins. Nina is the 2 years older protective older sister and Dina is the naïve and sweet younger sister

- Alice and Eric met each other through an internship at an art studio (Alice for the creative side and Eric the business side). They didn’t like each other at first

- Malcom has a crush on Cassandra but he treat her badly because "if a guy is mean to you it's because he likes you" but she's asexual lesbian

- Zoe is a the best elementary teacher

I also see Nina & Dina as sisters and not twins. Thats why in my makeovers they arent identical / have similarities. I know some ppl make them look a little alike but not all siblings are always going to look alike and have similarities.

In my save, Johnny has a bad relationship with his father because his dad is a pushover and does everything Nancy says. So even tho Geoffrey goes out of his way to be supportive of johnny, he tends to be in the middle trying to make johnny come back and just do what his mom wishes. So that sets johnny off. He has a soft spot for his dad, but he knows he cant be a part of his life since his mom has Geoffrey wrapped around her finger. Malcolm sneaks out or makes up lies to meet up with Johnny from time to time because they are actually close. It hurt Johnny a lot knowing he'd leave Malcolm behind with their mom. I haven't thought far enough in what I want for Malcolm tbh! But I know hes evil which tbh im not really a fan of. I know in sims 3 hes good so i want to change that. idk i find it stupid and annoying imo fjsjfjfl I also hate that geoffrey is a secret agent...I try to make sense of the sims 4 lore and decisions on certain townies careers bc I actually hate a lot of them lkfsfkkf

I want Geoffrey and Nancy to be money launderers & The Goths are also in the crime business, The Landgraab's and The Goths are the two well known family names.

Meanwhile, Brielle is growing up and being adorable. As Alex and Johnny have the same hair colour, it’s still difficult to tell who she’s going to look like, but she has her mother’s eye colour.

Alex is spending all her time and energy on Brie, and hasn’t seen Don at all since she found out she was pregnant.

Alex, that baby bump is getting pretty obvious. Didn’t you promise Don to be “open and honest” in this relationship?

“But he’s non-committal! He’ll run away screaming when he sees me!”

I mean, possibly. But you can’t exactly hide it from him forever.

We finally break the news to Don. I use Lumpinou’s amazing mods and to my surprise, Don is giddy with excitement about having a baby. Aww. I feel like the mod does know that Don is non-committal though, it has also assigned him a preference for non-exclusive relationships. Meanwhile, Alex has no strong feelings one way or another about babies and relationships, so she’s just going along with everything.

Let’s hope this works out!

We’ve moved! It seems like Don had been left alone in the Caliente house after all the women moved out, so we can afford a nice little house in one of the cheaper areas of Willow Creek.

The house is old, Victorian style, and has a fenced garden and a small pond. Behind the house is a community garden.

The new house isn’t in great condition, but it’s all Alex and Don can afford for now, especially with a second child on the way.

We also finally has room for more exercise equipment.

Don wins step-dad of the year. He is obsessed with Brie and constantly taking care of her, without being prompted.

He will comfort her when she’s sad.

He jokes with her while she eats breakfast.

He insists on teaching her to dance.

Alex can’t believe her luck. Don is not living up to his reputation at all?!

“I have a real house, a kid, one more on the way, and an amazing boyfriend. I feel so grown up!”

I mean, you did just age up to Adult, so I guess?

“Oh hey Don, I was just walking by. Johnny told me you and Alex and Brielle had also moved to Willow Creek so I thought I’d see where you lived.”

“… and so anyways, when we announced our engagement to Johnny’s parents, they told us that they have decided to forgive him. So he’s a Landgraab again. Oh, and I guess I am too now. I think Nancy and Geoffrey wanted our baby to be a real Landgraab. Oh, uhm, I mean, not that Brielle isn’t a real… I mean… Nevermind. Whew, is it hot out here today, or what?”

Not easily offended, proud step-dad Don shows Dina all his family pictures of Brie and Alex.

“Anyways, nice to see you again, Dina. Best of luck with the Landgraabs.”

“Oh Don, I’ve missed you. It was so good to see you again…”

Dina, you said goodbye already. Why aren’t you leaving? Luckily, Don is oblivious to Dina’s longing looks.

“Brie! The doctor said you are going to get a little sister! Isn’t that exciting?”

“Oh hi, Don, long time no see. Wanna have some fun?”

I am not making this up, Katrina immediately tried to hit on Don. Luckily, he was too preoccupied with his parfait. The random townie is deeply regretting his choice of bench.
