Every week, Johnny Zest invites his family over to eat and spend time together. Despite his mother, Nancy, refusing to visit him, Johnny always sets the table for four in the hope that one day she’ll come and they’ll reconcile. Seeing the empty chair makes Johnny very sad. Even though he made plenty of food, Geoffrey preferred to eat some burnt popcorn leftovers rather than Johnny’s cooking, which doesn’t speak highly of his culinary skills.

When Malcolm notices Johnny on his phone, he flies into a rage.

Malcolm: WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?!? Johnny: Double checking something with my contacts... Malcolm: YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME!?!?!

Malcolm storms out of the house and inflicts more damage on Mariah's trashcan.

When Malcolm walked in I was more prepared and was able to hold it together. The Malcom of my universe was a cocky arrogant little punk. He knew because of his families money and name he was untouchable... or so he thought. So he went around the town doing whatever he wanted and always with a shit eating grin on his face. I could already tell just by looking at him this Malcom was different.

"It's nice to meet you." Malcom said politely.

"It's great to meet you too." I replied. "You finding your way ok?"

"I am. I've never been in a house this big. It's beautiful."

"Thank you. If you ever need help getting around just ask me ok?"

"I wouldn't want to burden you."

Yeah he was definitely not like the Malcolm of my universe.

"No burden at all. I want you to feel comfortable here. This is your home now too." I replied reassuringly.

"For how long though?"

"As long as you and your parents want. Like I told your mom you're welcome here for whatever you see fit."

"Thank you Brendon. I'm glad Johnny met you. You've really brought a joy to him."

Will and Testament.

Sensing he was not long for this world, Mortimer worked tirelessly to make arrangements for the care of his many children and grandson after his death. Having written his testament, he marched to the Landgraab manor to ask to consult with their son, Malcom Landgraab, a former classmate of Cassandra's and now a lawyer. However, he was chased away by the man himself, refusing to see him, even the next day, for coming so late in the evening for an appointment. In the end, Mortimer booked an appointment with a different lawyer for the next week.

Make enemies with at least one Landgraab.

Malcom Plènozas

Malcom a toujours vécu comme un roi depuis sa naissance. Jamais grondé ou punis malgré tout le chaos qu'il engendrait. C'était son grand frère Zohnny Zest qui subissait toujours les retomber de ses caprices.

Malgré tout, le ressentiment de Nancy envers Johnny, Malcom adorait son grand frère. Ensemble, ils étaient les petites terreurs d'Oasis Springs avec leurs blagues et canulars grotesques. Le jour de son entrée au lycée, Malcom du faire ses adieux à son grand frère qui fut chassé de la maison sans qu'il ne sache encore aujourd'hui pourquoi.

Après le départ de son grand frère, le mauvais caractère de Malcom était exacerbé. Toute cette frustration Malcom la soulageait sur ses camarades de classe. Bien des enfants subissaient son règne tyrannique en silence comme le pauvre Male Chance qui deviendra sa cible favorite.

Malcom est aujourd'hui un adolescent turbulent qui prend plaisir à rabaisser et à tourmenter ses camarades avec ses deux lèche-bottes Garfield Brut et Gaspar Brut. Comme le reste de son foyer, Malcom entretient un secret celui de ses nombreuses retrouvailles avec son frère que sa mère pensait disparus.
