Ok let me just- go off for a minute here about Dante and Patty’s relationship BECAUSE CAPCOM ARE COWARDS AND REFUSE TI GIVE EITHER OF THE ELDER SPARDA THE HAPPY CHEMICAL SO WE HAVE TO DO IT OURSELVES BECAUSE THEY DESERVE IT GODDAMNIT-anyway beware Headcanons XD

He meets her and naturally comes off as uncaring and nonchalant to everything, but he blocks her sight of blood and gore and death as much as he can. Shoving her hat down in the car, blocking with the drop screen on the stage. And even in the situation where she sees something and is scared like in the train scene he doesn’t say anything bad for her fear or her crying, and at the end of the first episode she did see him fight but he obviously kept her safe from it. When she redecorates the office, his den/territory, he isn’t happy but he doesn’t shout at her, rather her actions, he’s firm but not mean.

When she grabs the watch for the gambling demon case in Ep 9, points his own gun at him, his expression is furious for .2 seconds as he rushes at her to grab it, but his anger is not at Patty. It’s at the cursed watch. His entire being in that moment was flooded with the urge to protect his young, to get Patty to safety, and the expression on his face as he holds her after is so soft and concerned and relieved. Which is why he put her out of the line of fire when he gave her to Morrison later on when she tried to take over the poker game for him.

And on Patty’s side!!!! She adores Dante even if she pushes at him, but she’s an orphan and he’s the only stable adult that’s not the nuns that she knows, that she basically lives with, of course she’s gonna push and poke at him and his boundaries to see what he’s going to do or not do. But as much as she teases and prods, she is willing to fight for him if he’s in trouble.

Ep 9 again, she’s watching Dante, her father figure, and Lady, an aunt, seemingly fight when Dante acts off. She doesn’t remember the watch being cursed, she wasn’t told after she came to, so when Morrison, an uncle, has her held back when Lady seemingly KILLS DANTE IN FRONT OF HER- she is about to bite Morrison to get to her father, screaming at Lady in shock and anger and betrayal and she only doesn’t do that because the demon shows itself and Dante gets up.

And of course the biggest one in Ep 12. Patty is a child, she is a little girl who’s just found her mother after so long apart and thinking she was dead- and she’s looking for Dante and then this giant demon grabs her, taunts her with making her watch as Redgrave is being invaded/destroyed, people are dying- tells her Dante is dead-and she has so much faith in him, her latent magic activates and a portal opens to hell. What does she do? She ignores her mother and Morrison. And jumps into hell.

Let me repeat that. Patty. Jumped. INTO HELL BECAUSE SHE WANTED TO HELP DANTE-

Reminder for those who haven’t seen the series, At this point Dante is unconscious and crucified with Rebellion stabbed through him for the tenth time-

And Patty gets through hell with her magic protecting her, hauls herself up a cliff, and then jumps onto the cross that the demons are dragging down.

And she tries to pull out Rebellion. She. Tries. To. Pull. Out. Rebellion. PATTY IS EIGHT YEARS OLD AND HUMAN AND SHE’S TRYING TO LIFT A DEMONIC BLADE

And shes talking to Dante the entire time, begging him to wake up, and then she’s clinging to him and apologizing she’s saying it’s her fault for all of this, promising to not eat his sundaes without asking or get mad at him about messing his office up and she’s crying because she’s scared and her father is hurt and she can’t do anything but she needs him to wake up and be ok-

And when she’s being attacked again after she’s forced out of hell, forced from Dante’s side, told she’s the reason all this happened by fucking Sid- she still doesn’t lose her trust and faith Dante’s going to come back that he’s not dead. She calls out for him when she’s in danger

And, like a guard dog following a whistle, like a knight forgoing every other duty to defend his charge, he comes to her side to defend her.

Dante is her father. Patty is his daughter. I’m not taking criticism or questioning at this time thank you for coming to my Ted Talk

The way Dante immediately grabs her hands to make sure she doesn’t fall ;-; that’s his daughter he cares about her so much.

As a married person, I can confirm Wade and Logan are married.

Wade calls Logan on the way home from a job, talks his ear off about all the bullshit that happened (that Wade absolutely was the catalyst for) during the day, and Logan listens patiently, already pulling out ingredients for dinner, shaking his head.

When Wade gets home they cook together to the tune of Wade's shitty playlist that keeps getting paused for ads since Wade refuses to pay for the monthly subscription. Logan swears for the hundredth time that he's gonna buy a fucking CD player just so he can have some damn peace.

They sit on the couch every night when they eat and debate the future of Star Wars. Logan complains about Interstellar making no damn sense. Wade bitches about Logan reading the newspaper he specifically brought home for him.

Wade whines about putting the dishes away and Logan complains about the sheer volume of cups Wade uses throughout the day. Can't you just rinse it out and and use it again? You have a perfectly good cup of water on the damn coffee table.

Wade refolds all of Logan's laundry because no, towels don't get folded like that. And why they fuck is he folding his damn boxers? Just shove that shit in the drawer.

They squeeze into the shower together most mornings, though the water pressure isn't any good, so one of them always ends up freezing and hogging all the water. Wade complains that Logan takes too much damn time washing his hair, so Logan threatens to shave it off.

Yet, they love the fuck out of each other. And it fucking shows.

Wade buys Logan's favorite take-out every Friday, even orders it for delivery if he's out on a job and isn't home.

Logan buys Wade moisturizer and takes care of his dry skin every night before bed, even throws in a ten-minute backscratch because he knows Wade loves that.

Wade holds Logan on the couch while they watch TV, nuzzles his way into Logan's neck, forces compliments into his ear while he dozes because fuck you he's gonna use his newfound knowledge of subliminal messaging to his advantage.

They share a smoke on the fire escape and Logan talks about Laura and how proud he is of her. Wade talks about how excited he is for Vanessa's wedding next year. They cry sometimes too, hold each other's shaking frames as the sunlight fades from the sky.

It's all balance, give and take, with many good days, and some not as good.

They're broken people held together with super glue and a prayer, but they love like they fucking mean it.

I like to think that in Relativity Falls, Dipper and Mabel’s father wasn’t abusive like Filbrick but it was actually their mother who held them back. She was one of those creepy boy moms who coddled Dipper and was always scolding Mabel for not being “feminine enough”. The twins’ father was actually a pretty chill guy who loved his kids until he died from an illness, leaving their mother to raise them. As you can tell, this wasn’t good in the long run. Sometimes when the twins tell Mabel about Filbrick and their homelife, she’ll wonder how a father could possibly do that to his own child, his baby. She’ll find her face burning red at the thought of her own father, her eyes watery at the thought of her brother all alone in the multiverse, and miss the times they were all together.

Okay so this is Jayce. Our Jayce looking at his own form in another lifetime, another timeline.

But I have a bit of a dark theory for this.

So Robot Jayce kinda moves a bit when Viktor touches his shoulder. He almost seems to flinch. My theory is that Jayce isn't dead in his robot form. He's alive, in a way, but trapped. He can't speak or move. But when Viktor, the mage who did this to him, touches him, it triggers a bodily reaction. Like a trauma response. He's scared of Viktor, and he's got every right to be.

So Robot Jayce and Mage Viktor were likely closer than our Jayce and Viktor here. At least this is my theory. They were lovers here, but Viktor betrayed Jayce to get more power. And when Jayce tried to rebel, to stop him, Jayce was trapped in a new form and unable to move or speak.

So now our Jayce is here, looking at his own possible future. That's why he goes nuts and attacks Viktor in his Herald form in the cult area in the Undercity. Not just because of those hallucinations, but because he doesn't want to die and he knows the evil that that Mage Viktor was capable of doing. He's intent on saving everyone from the other robots and Viktor. But he can't do it, because our Viktor was fused with the HexTech they made. So now he's left with an overpowered Viktor.

I'm not sure if any of this is legit what was going on but this is all my headcanon and I'd like to believe that (at least for me) this is legit.

It just makes Arcane even sadder for me. To think that Viktor betrayed and used Jayce, when they were lovers, and then when Jayce tried to rebel, Viktor imprisoned him.

It's a tragic and dark love story. And honestly, I wanna write it now. But what do y'all think? I'm gonna keep this headcanon. It's mine and nothing's gonna convince me otherwise, lol.

They are both artists in canon (Gwen dances ballet and Hobie plays guitar) but I also headcanon that they both love to draw and paint and while Gwen loves watercolor Hobie is a huge fan of crayons and oil pastels and they're always trading art and portraits of each other

They wear matching make up and nail polish bcuz I think it's cute so whatever

Hobie braids Gwen's hair and it doesn't matter if they chat or listen to music or just do it in silence bcuz quality time spent together and that's one of their main love languages

NEW DRAGON AGE HEADCANON

Overuse of any form of potion or tonic that conveys a magical status or effect by pregnant or nursing mothers in Thedas results in a minor increased % chance of the child becoming a mage even if no magic was present in the family. Most potions have difficulty passing the placental barrier so the chance is minute (from 1 in 10000 to ~1 in 9,950 of a mage child where no parents or grandparents are magi).

For nursing mothers (or wetnurses under the influence of potions) the risk goes up somewhat depending on potion time and time since consumption, and has been known to increase chances of a mage child to as high as 1 in 9000. The short term effects of that potion have also been known to manifest in the feeding infant; those nursing are advised to avoid potions such as "Rock Armor".

Affluent soporati families in Tevinter have been known to hire wetnurses (often servants or even slaves) and pumped them full of potions in an attempt to increase the chances of their child being born a mage, such is the preference for mage children in Tevinter society.

(i once came up with a fascinating headcanon for healing potions + tieflings in BG3/D&D. This is not new for me)

Synopsis- How Zayne and Caleb would one up each other when all three of you reconnect

I don’t know if the LI’s will ever officially interact with each other in-game, but if they did, this is how I’d imagine Caleb and Zayne’s relationship dynamic

I’d imagine they’d make jabs at each other based on time spent vs time lost and sometimes using their own expertise as leverage. They’re both quite decorated in carriers especially being so young. Both try very hard to keep things amicable. They’re alike in many ways, and the feeling of responsibility to care for you is no exception…

- When you’re sad, Zayne would try lending a listening ear but before he can respond, Caleb chimes in with just the right words and inside jokes to make you smile again.

- When you’re getting ready for dinner, Caleb would be in the kitchen preparing your old favourites, then Zayne hovers over advising the best food substitutes as he reminds Caleb of your heart condition.

- When you’re suddenly feeling under the weather, Zayne would have you lay down and go to fetch a blanket, but Caleb steps, pillows and a blanket in hand explaining that you always need 3 pillows and a fuzzy blanket to help you fall asleep on sick days. He follows up with turning on the TV and choosing your two’s favourite comfort movie.

- On an afternoon stroll in the park, you’d stop and admire the blue hydrangeas, leading you and Caleb to reminisce about the many summers spent together. Zayne would then passively recall that one summer day all three of you spent at the florist shop and mentions the bushes he has of the same blue hydrangeas in his backyard (did anyone else clock that?!) and invites you to pick your own bouquet on your way back.

- At the start of your picnic, you pull out an apple and excitedly ask Zayne to show you how he peels it in one go. While he does this, Caleb examines the species of apple and goes on about how sweet and thoughtful you were to bring his favourite. He then remembers the exact orchard your class field trip went to when he first tried that specific Asiatic apple, and says he’ll take you there to go apple picking come autumn.

- On snow days, you’d sometimes visit the ski lodge. Caleb being a natural athlete, picks up on it pretty quickly. He hates to see you struggle, so he has the both of you back onto the small slopes. Zayne later passes by holding his and your snowboard, saying something along the lines of “That should be enough training for today. We did come here to have fun, and it would be hard to do that if you’re already sore from just one activity.” He’d then invite you to ride the ski lift to test if you still remember everything “Coach Zayne” taught you.

- During your cycle, Zayne would recommend and demonstrate the best stretches and positions to alleviate cramps, only for Caleb to walk in and insist the stretches he learned were the better alternative. Further explaining that he learned them from his fem colleagues during training for the Farspace Fleet.

- On one night with a vivid sky illuminated by the full moon and bright stars, the three of you lay on the grass searching for constellations. Caleb would share memories of the first time you two saw Orion’s Belt under the glass ceiling in grandma’s attic. Zayne stretches his arm out to you and suddenly feels the cool jade pendant he carved and begins to recall how beautiful the moon was the night he gave it to you. He then says a full moon is another one of the many things that remind him of you.

A/N: I often thought abt Zayne while completing Caleb’s story. I wondered if Caleb felt jealous at all when Zayne and MC reunited, and it led me to think about how all three of their relationships might have changed now that they’re adults. It actually hurt writing this bc they both deserve the kind of love they have with MC :(
