“no te muevas.” fue lo primero que dijo, saliendo de entre las sombras de aquel piso en macao. si yulia kovaleva había matado a su hermana, ella mataría a la hermana de su pareja a modo de venganza. era cierto que alina nunca fue la hermana del año y que en incluso en la sala roja, cuando tenían que estar unidas, no la ayudó, pero cuando se enteró de su fallecimiento decidió cobrarse la deuda con más sangre. // @qvimcra

The Mario movie has gotten me obsessed with the Mario Extended Family and general Mario History, to the point that I made myself a Mario Cousin Self Insert
#Emile's Arts#Mariocest#They're kissing on the mouth and it's part of the self insert so I'm tagging it#He's basically a third Mario Bro sense he and the twins are so close in age#Well not SUPER close like 6-7 years-ish#He's Uncle Tony's son because I like Tony I think he's funny he steals off Luigi's plate and that made me laugh#His full name is Emilio but he goes by Emile and he's the only family member who knows the Bros are dating#Because he walked in on them once and REFUSED to be lied to about it#Contemplating making his mama Pauline because that would be INCREDIBLY funny#If Uncle Tony had a kid with the hottest woman in Brooklyn and then she dumped him#fvgkfjgkfdjkl It makes me laugh#He likes Mushrooms and Ghost Stories#He doesn't live with the bros post movie because his mom still has custody every other weekend and he's still in school#But I think he'd skip a lot of school to sneak into Mushroom Kingdom education instead anyway#He gets bullied in school and lot and gets in a lot of fights usually but that doesn't happen in Toad School so it's much more fun#I mostly just wanted to draw the bros as teenagers and see if I can make them distinguishable#Because I might be eventually drawing all my own Mariocest stuff#Cause writing is not going great for me rn#Would love to read a Mariocest fic if anyone has any Thank You#Self Insert#Proship Selfship

#* / avra & ingrid – and here everyone knows you're the way to my heart.#* / avra – and i still believe i cannot be saved.#* / emil – if you live like that you live with ghosts.

( someone is taking you down to a basement where they will weigh out your sins ; someone is mapping your body just like a lover would. )
chara : leon kennedy fandom : resident evil quote cr : dante emile ; john banville
HE HAS FOUGHT A THOUSAND HORRORS & KNOWS HIMSELF TO BE THE WORST OF THEM. HE HAS FOUGHT A THOUSAND HORRORS / SURVIVED TOO MUCH AND TOO LITTLE, YET BENEATH THE WAVES, HE SUCCUMBS TO A GUILTY & GRIEVING LANDSCAPE / DROWNS AND DROWNS, AND MAYBE THAT'S OKAY, BECAUSE EVERYONE ELSE DID, TOO.
( because he let them, he thinks, failed to save so many, unable to fight against death in its conquering of all he loved and cared for.
it's never enough, the saving of a life : for one life, there is the destruction and ending of a hundred, and it's never enough, never enough, never enough never enough NEVER ENOUGH NEV-- )
"hey." your hand rests on his chest, gentle, voice safe haven / anchor to the shore / and there is the restoration of the calm surfacing in blue hues when he looks at you.
in his eyes there is sorrow untold, a magnitude of grief so tremendous and palpable and heavy. the world is not meant to bear such weight, but he has resigned himself to atlas in the end, and not even you can prevent the tragedy that roots itself in his existence.
something is stuck in your throat. bitterness floods your senses, lingers on the tip of your tongue. you think you know all the right things to say until it is time to say it.
you swallow hard. you speak, anyway.
"you have done enough, leon."
the words are so terribly thick and heavy and hollow. you almost choke on them, but you swallow hard, force a smile. what a fucking fool you are, to believe there could be ease in those words, that there could be enough. you have not suffered like he has, because you don't know what it was like and you never will.
you, too, have survived, but you have not survived what he has.
"you've done enough." you repeat. your throat hurts, pain transparent in the trembling of your voice. grief is a terribly difficult thing to consume, isn't it? its edges so sharp and stabbing yet dull all at once.
your lover has come home to you and he always does, but there are always pieces left behind. he becomes an echo, a trace of something once was, a ghost : whole, yet missing, but the same beneath it all. your lover has come home to you, but in his heart he exists in two spaces : the past and present.
your hand rests on his chest, gentle, fingers splayed across that beating and broken and bruised mess of a heart. beating, beating, beating, alive, living, here. you can feel it, but somehow, it's not enough. the heart is not meant to carry the burden of those gone, but his does, and how very slowly does it travel down the path to decay and innocence lost.
he smiles. it is a sad smile, a quiet one that blossoms on his lips in instinct of your familiar warmth. he is so very tired, but he says nothing, knows your words to be true yet wrong all the same, and you know this.
so you trace over his skin, touch delicate and holy -- how your fingertips linger over his heart, feel the way it quickens in the knowing of love. he places his hand on yours, squeezes once, twice, three, four times, in his usual expression of i love you forever, because those three words never quite seem to be enough. but he is quick to let go, reluctant, because something inside tells him that he is unworthy, that perhaps it is better for someone else to protect you. you read his mind loud and clear, know his heart as if it beats as your own.
your fingers trail up his neck, cautious, reverent, hands cupping his face. you do not speak. you wait. you watch, but even you cannot hide the heartbreak that reflects his perfectly so. there is a lump in your throat. grief is a very difficult thing to swallow, isn't it?
you press your forehead against his, feel his hand on yours once more. he leans into your touch, knows it to be harbor in the darkest of times -- a beacon, a lighthouse, a safekeeping.
"you have always done enough." you whisper, and something in him breaks, unravels, tears him apart.
because it's true but it's not -- if he had done enough, then why did they all die? if he had done enough, then why is he here when they are not? he wants to deny it, but the words suffocate him and he chokes on grief just like you do. silent, he wraps his arms around your waist, holds you so desperately close until he can feel your heartbeat against his : beating, beating, alive, here.
he has always done enough. you tell him this over and over again in endless mantra, lips on his in the desire for comfort lost and found, and you hope one day, he will believe it.

wip wednesday
ty @redwayfarers and @scionshtola for the tags <3 i actually have a lil bit from modern au emileo to share :) i will tag @lavampira @coldshrugs @birues @lilas @this-is-ris @hylfystt if you have things you want to share, but no pressure!!
They collide again.
This time it’s Emile’s hand on his shoulder, holding himself steady as his body sways closer, as he leans down. Distance is a second thought when he fixes those brown eyes on Leofard, lips curving up at the edges in a shy smile.
“I thought you were going to show me your car," he says, his soft voice loud over the music. All Leofard can focus on is the strength of his grip on his shoulder, and as he blinks at him through the blurry lights of the living room, the only thought on his mind is touch him.
He reaches out to wrap his arm around Emile's waist, hand grazing along his own shirt clinging to his body. He bites down on a grin at the way Emile shifts into his touch, the way his eyes widen when Leofard inches his fingertips beneath the hem, teasing at his warm skin. With their faces this close, Leofard just has to tilt his chin towards him to be heard, keeping his voice deep, quiet. “All you have to do is ask, baby.”
“Please?” Emile murmurs against his ear, and Leofard closes his eyes for a moment. That single word sets the room spinning, keeping in time with the way his heart pounds in his chest. He turns his head towards him, letting his nose brush along his, breath ghosting at each other's lips, and he swallows hard as he pulls away.
Fresh air sounds like a good idea.

I don't remember if I've posted this so I'm gonna do so again and use it as an excuse to loredump :3
This is the main cast of one of my OUs, Ectopolis, the city of ghosts!
Ectopolis is in Earth's atmosphere, but is only visible and tangible to ghosts. "Newlydead" souls flock to the city due to the presence of The Pool, a large, mysterious collection of colorful ectoplasm that souls use to shape their new ghost forms! It's also where they go to if their ghost form is ever destroyed. There are other settlements and stuff like floating islands all across the atmosphere, but Ectopolis is the biggest, mostly because of the Pool being such a central thing to the ghost world.
Sometimes, on the surface of the Pool, powerful splotches of high-energy plasm form, known as Hyperplasm. Very few ghosts have ever formed from these, and the few that did have no memory of their previous life. One of the most prominent is the namesake, Hyper, who is the mayor of the city now!
He and his crew here basically just work to ensure that new ghosts learn how things work and that nothing threatens the spectral plane - sometimes, rogue souls will corrupt and become monstrous Specters roaming the atmosphere, so part of the group's job is to make sure those specters are dealt with so they don't hurt anyone.
Character info below cut!!
As mentioned, Hyper is the mayor and does mayor stuff; in fact, he's constantly swamped with paperwork. As a hyperplasmic ghost, he's capable of plasma shock abilities, but this is rarely seen due to him usually being too busy to be directly involved in combat.
Zest is the security guard of the Pool, usually the first person people meet when they form. He makes sure well enough that people make it to the front desk and get acclimated to their afterlife. Buuut he's also a huge flirt and slacks off near constantly.
Charles is a strong, silent janitor who in life was a successful party-bro bodybuilder. He doesn't talk much, but he never backs down from a challenge - which is what got him killed, when at a party he decided to chug a dubious shake made from everything in the fridge. He's Zest's boyfriend also! :3
Rayne is the front desk clerk of the main building where the Pool is, so she makes sure new ghosts get registered into the system and know where they should go to do whatever it is they want to do. She's bitter and sarcastic, but she opens up if you get to know her. She and Zest lovingly despise each other.
Dillon is a nervous wreck of a ghost that works the cafeteria, having died from a heart attack after receiving a letter from a famous chef that wanted to meet with him, which he has not lived down. Ghosts don't need to eat, but Dillon has succeeded in making incredible flavor profiles that bring in people all the time anyway. If only he wasn't so shy and anxiety-filled.
Emile was a veterinarian in life, specializing in reptiles. They died to a snake bite, and has gotten some reptilian traits to it in its afterlife. It's affectionately called "Dr. Snake-Eyes," "Dr. Chameleon," "Dr. Lizard-brain," etc by Zest - he hates all of those nicknames. They're a very capable ghost doctor, being a major reason that more people don't have to reform at the Pool, so it doesn't like being 'othered' by its attributes.

For emil
mistake: What's the worst mistake your OC ever made? What led to them making it? Have they been able to fix it? How have they moved on?
For kingsley
ghost: Who or what haunts your OC? What happened? How do they live with their ghosts?
For both!
alone: How does your OC deal with loneliness? Have they ever been completely alone before? How do they act when there's no one around to see them?
Oh this is another fun one. Thank you for asking!!
Mistake - Emil:
Emil has a tendancy of f-cking around and finding out. The obvious one here is trying to make a philosopher's stone in a year and a half. He drives himself into Overblot over it.
It takes him a while but he is able to repair the damage he does to the Alchemy Lab. He rebuilds Crewel's trust in him, the trust his friends and loved ones have in him.
As for moving on though, they are still working on that. They haven't really moved on yet.
Ghost - Kingsley:
I guess you could say his failures haunt him. He is constantly trying to make himself into what he believes is "better" - even if in reality its not. His parents want to mold him into what they think is the perfect heir, and neither of them believe that he is that, nor do they actually believe he is capable of becoming that.
So you can imagine their surprise when they summon him back on a mission between sophomore and junior year and they find that not only has he grown a tremendous amount, but he has friends now.
This doesnt change the fact that he still wants to become better than his failures. But the validation does help quite a bit.
Alone - Emil:
So I'm gonna be real. I haven't thought of this before, and now I feel like I need to. So I will come back to this with an update when I can.
Alone - Kingsley:
So interestingly, Kingsley finds comfort in solitude. He went a very good portion of his life friendless, fending for himself, and in social isolation. It's not often that he gets lonely, and loneliness is an incredibly foreign concept that he only really starts experiencing much later in his life. I'm not quite sure how he copes with it just yet, but again, I will come back with an update when I do!

Tell me about Horrortown
Goosebumps: Horrortown is an absolutely fantastic city builder game set in a Goosebumps universe. Curly the Skeleton guides you through the game as its narrator, or at least he tries, Slappy likes to butt in with his own commentary occasionally. They are besties (There is one event that has different narrators who are actually based on two pretty cool horrortown YouTubers). It has multiple stories you can play through with the many different characters that are in this universe and live in this town.
It's also really funny because at the start of the game everyone is still new to monsters and such and freak out when they have to deal with them but the more the story progresses the more they're just "hey how much do you wanna bet our new neighbor is a monster?" and "man, another monster attack? This is the third time this week!" and not to forget "what? ANOTHER meteor crashed in town? Are we a magnet for this stuff or something?" They just become desensitized to the whole monster situation it's great. Sometimes the og characters from the books are here and I always love how they are integrated: Sometimes they are just here and will go through their stories (like Carly Beth Caldwell of Haunted Mask fame), sometimes they already went through what happened in their books (like Lizzie Morris, who comes to Horrortown to warn everyone of the Horrorland theme park), sometimes they went through their book with a different outcome (such as Dana from Egg Monsters from Mars, who died in the Horrortown timeline instead of surviving and his skeleton is visible in the freezer he was trapped in in the book, or Nat and Pat, whose sister Ginger, the protagonist of Beast From The East, is suspiciously missing from their life), and sometimes they're just adults and somewhere else (see: Zeke Matthews, who studies at College in Woods Mill and comes to visit, or Lucy and Randy Dark, who study abroad and are frequently mentioned)
The characters and their interpersonal relationships really make this game, idk how they did it but I absolutely adore playing through the different storylines and getting to know the characters!!! I also love some of the implications of the game that they never outright confirm but it feels really nice when you end up connecting the dots.
Example: Mrs. Dark, Randy and Lucy's mother, moved to Horrortown and sent her children to study far away because their father, her husband, was most likely killed by a monster hunter.
Example No. 2: Brooke Buchenberg's father is implied to be a hermit wizard that lives in the snowy mountains and abondened her when she was too young to remember him and she has untapped magical abilities because of it.
Example No. 3: Pat is trans, as she is a girl in the game but was a boy in the books and Nat and Pat are identical twins.
Example No. 4: Emile from Phantom of the Auditorium is probably a ghost in this timeline.
The game also still updates with events from time to time and I just AAAAAAA I love this game so much. I have literally so many ideas for it because the world just lends itself to so many different stories you could tell.

NOT to be weird but i found your take on fallout 4 so interesting as someone who is also from MA. when i played thru it initially on release i was all jazzed about it for that exact reason, but over time/the years ive grown bitter about fo4 because i feel like it failed to capture the culture/charm of MA outside of some set dressing (even then, i felt like they often didnt capture the "look" of MA very well if that makes sense). ANWAY didnt mean to dump this as a weird confession, im genuinely curious to hear abt ur thoughts as someone also from MA who played through fo4 if u dont mind me asking.. what helped amplify the experience for you?
Oh my god I felt the same god damn way. Over the years the charm is gone. It's all set dressing. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE CLAM CHOWDER. There are no rabbits. Maine gets rabbits but we don't get rabbits???
For me, it was just personal memories. The Swan Pond was just devastating. As a child my mother took me out in the swan boats and I dropped my favorite Dumbo toy in the water and was bereft. The entire boat stopped to help me get it back before it was submerged in the deep. We have pictures of that day. Kilmore Square is really important to me because I used to go into the old Church on Newbury Street to work with a professional choir in the summer. And it also led to the Women's Mental Health facility I spent time at when I was suicidal. Seeing super mutants take over that familiar road and raiders sitting pretty in Hangman's Alley just broke my heart. That road is familiar. Malden Catholic was one of my school's rivals in basketball. Seeing the Boston Children's Science Museum empty and in a little building was infruriating. There is no Boston Aquarium. And I get it, even Emil jokes in the text that there just wasn't enough space to fit it all.... but no Make Way for Ducklings? No Blueberries for Sal moment in Far Harbor? Come on Emil, you lived here. Breath some fucking life and character into this place. We have the second largest Chinatown behind New York. My father used to buy me ceramic chopsticks and fans and silk pajamas. I loved Chinatown and it isnt there. I live near Salem so seeing the Witch museum was wild especially after living in my first apartment alone down the street from it. But it's all submerged. Beverly is gone. Salem is gone. There's nothing there. And that'd my home home that's the Northshore that's my home. And there's nothing...
Real tangible memories I can return to as I please but they are ruins in this game. It's so much easier for me to roleplay as a Pre War mother who grew up in Boston only to live to see it fall.
I had to ride the blue line, the one where you find Nick Valentine, for my first job interview. The game is haunted by ghosts to me. But it's my ghost. Also I had to contend with the fact that everyone I love would have been dead in 200 years. My mom, my sister, my cousins, aunts and uncles, friends, enemies. Only I remain to tell their stories. AND I WISH YOU COULD DO SOMETHING WITH THAT. That's tangible.
Fallout 4 is so close and yet so distant. I feel like in order to truly be there you have to be able to smell how bad that ocean water must smell. You gotta feel the slime on the rocks as you climb up out of the ocean. You need to feel the barnacles scrape against your knees. You gotta taste the salt of the water before it turns sweet on your tongue. But you can't get that in a video game. You have to live it.
Also the addiction... Addiction is so prevalent here in Mass. There's not a soul I don't know that wasn't effected by the opioid crisis. And they treated it soooooooo vaguely. It's empty. And the jab at AA and personal therapy was so.... mean spirited as an addict myself.
Also our entire fishing culture is just.... gone. No mention no game mechanic to do it. Save that all for Maine. Which is fucking bogus. Also the voices.... the voices and the accents. Some you can tell are acted. Some feel real enough. I wish they would got some fucking guys off the street to voice a few NPCs. ALSO LYNN???? You didn't do anything with "Lynn Lynn the city of sin you won't come out the way you came in"??? It's fucking perfect. There could have been something with that. Maybe something like Evergreen Mills but functional and cooler. idk these are such insane ramblings and if you can glean any answers from this take it.
#im si embarrassed by my post because there are personal ancedotes and also like ibfo on where i live but fuck it#so yes sorry this took so long to answer i was sitting on this#its not coherent in places so im sorry#asks#ask

SS camp counselor slasher film au
The boys are hired to be camp counselors but they don’t realize this summer is going to be the most eventful summer of their lives. Cue cheesy camp slasher film tropes.
Patton Lovett: Patton is the camp counselor that is way too happy to be there. He makes sure everyone is okay and everyone participates. He’s chipper and all around a very nice guy. Basically your good fun dad away from home. However when things go south he’s absolutely lost. He’s scared, confused and most of all he’s worried about all the campers. He thinks he can save them all (unfortunately).
Logan Martin: He’s only here for credits in school (college). He makes sure everything is on track, everyone is accounted for, everyone is following the rules. He also makes sure to make sure there’s some form of educational activity. He’s a bit awkward with the campers but he does have his fans. When things go south Logan is thrown off his game for only a little bit before he goes into crisis control mode. He takes every step possible to save whoever he can, and to prevent as much disaster as he can.
Roman Princeton: He’s probably the most liked camp counselor. He’s in Charge of all creative activities and has a hand in some of the physical activities. He’s the one that leads everyone during campfire gatherings with songs. When things go south he springs into action, taking the role of hero and he would lay his life down for his friends and these kids. However he soon has to be reigned back because you cannot save everyone in this scenario.
Virgil Petrov: He’s not the most favorite camp counselor because on the outside, he’s an intimidating and quite bad boy. Really he’s just not wanting to socialize much. However he is a good camp counselor, entertaining the campers with spooky ghost stories, taking them aside when they want to be alone and sneaking some of the loneliest kids snacks. When things go south he panics. Fight or flight kicks in and he becomes a fierce protector of these campers and he is fast, can easily slip into tight spaces and he can hide himself and others quite well. He’s the ultimate survivor in a sense.
Janus Lokir: He’s only here because he has to. Why? He won’t say. He just has to. He’s one of the least liked councilors. He doesn’t really like children, he carries a flask with some weird smelling grape juice on him everywhere he goes and he lies. Like, a lot. Plus things have gone missing around the camp and Janus swears he hasn’t seen them. Odd. However he could be leagues worse. He actually knows how to care for children in some capacity which is much more than another councilor. And yes he may be a bit…bitchy he isn’t a monster. When things go south he’s suspect number two, or at least expected to betray everyone. And he did think about it, but unfortunately he ended up hiding in a cabin with a small flock of children who all wet themselves, so he thinks as useless as these children are he can’t exactly abandon them. He isn’t a monster after all. It won’t stop him from sipping his “juice” though.
Remus Princeton: No one knows why the Camp allowed Remus to be there. Some say it’s because Roman works there. Others say it’s because he has to do community service for legal reasons. Either way, he’s the least liked councilor there. He once bit a rabid raccoon and somehow didn’t get sick. He regularly eats from the garbage cans and carries sharp pointy knives on him. One camper even saw Remus start a fire on the lake! Needless to say he is suspect number one. So imagine everyone’s surprise when Remus is not the killer when things go south. While everyone is panicking, Remus is having the time of his life. And wait…where did the chainsaw go?
EXTRAS
Dr. Emile Picani: He’s the camp’s resident doctor and therapist (since the camp was too cheap to hire one of each). Picani knows above basic first aid and helps the campers that need it mentally. He’s known to be a beloved member of the camp by staff and campers alike. However as much as he likes this stint, he’s deciding to quit after this year. Why? Because defending himself and others from a Killer was not part of the job description. He’s barricaded himself in his medical cabin and has wounded and panicked people in his care. He can take care of them for the moment but for how long?
Remy Santos: He was hired as a custodian. Quite frankly, he hates it. But he needs the money. He doesn’t like doing his job and will often be found taking naps around camp. He’ll even fake an illness just to stay in the medical cabin with his BFF Emile. However when things went south, he wants nothing more than to take a nap. But he can’t. And unfortunately his job is more important than he realized. As the custodian he knows where certain things are and he has the keys to all the buildings on the campsite, especially to the maintenance shed, where he could get parts to get the emergency radio in the Medical cabin going. So downing possibly his last coffee he heads out there, totally alone. He should have just picked up that job at Starbucks.

DuckTales Character Songs! (Part 3)
Okay, you should hopefully know the drill by now. So today, I’ll be highlighting characters that debuted in Season 2, and choosing songs that I think best fit them.
For whatever reason, I did not think of doing this last week, but if you want to look back at my previous songs, here are the links to the first two parts:
Part 1
Part 2
Part 2, continued
And again, shout-out to @glowyjellyfish for brainstorming help.
Fethry Duck
Beyond the Sea by Bobby Darin
What better song to match with Donald’s marine biology-loving cousin? Even though Fethry has his head in the clouds most of the time, his heart belongs to the ocean. Even if living in an underwater research lab isn’t the most ideal of conditions, Fethry makes it work.
Zan Owlson
Woman by Kesha (feat. The Dap-Kings Horns)
As the old adage goes, Owlson is a strong, independent woman who don’t need no man. She took over Glomgold’s company for him after he was stricken with amnesia. She probably makes plenty of money out of it. She works hard, and she’s good at what she does.
José Carioca and Panchito Pistoles
The Three Caballeros by Clarence Nash, José Oliveira, and Joaquin Garay from The Three Caballeros
Because of course.
The Three Ghosts of Christmas
Past, Present and Future by Emility
The lyrics do a good job of summing up what each of the three ghosts traditionally represent.
Lieutenant Penumbra
Power by Little Mix
This song is big, badass, bombastic, and screams female empowerment. It’s absolutely perfect for Penny.
General Lunaris
Bad Moon Rising by Creedence Clearwater Revival
It’s not just because the song has the word “moon” in the title. It’s also kind of a metaphor for Lunaris being basically a wolf in sheep’s clothing, and for the invasion that he enacted that led to the final battle of Season 2.
Violet Sabrewing
Killer Queen by Queen
Violet is an absolute enigma of a character. She’s smart, serious, intense, has a couple major hyperfixations, and is super blunt; she can be hard to read, but whoever she lets into her inner circle, she is steadfast loyal and supportive of them, as we’ve seen in episodes like Friendship Hates Magic! or Challenge of the Senior Junior Woodchucks! (even though we totally should’ve gotten more elaboration from the latter episode on her relationship with Huey). Okay, getting off track. The point is, this song kind of explains how with Violet, there is more than meets the eye. There’s more complexity to her than the casual fan might think.
John D. Rockerduck
Money, Money, Money by ABBA
We don’t know a whole lot about Rockerduck in the show, other than that he’s a super rich capitalist. So…money.
Gandra Dee
No Roots by Alice Merton
I think the tone and lyrics of the song really fit Gandra’s rebellious nature. Gandra doesn’t like being tied down to one place. She’s mysterious, with a complicated past. And I think this song sums that up well.
Drake Mallard
Man in the Mirror by Michael Jackson
“If you wanna make the world a better place, take a look at yourself and then make a change.” Drake’s a down-on-his-luck actor, trying to make an impact. But Launchpad ultimately taught him that the biggest possible impact that he could make in life is helping others. And that inspired him to take up the mantle of his childhood hero and become the terror that flaps in the night, the combination lock on the vaults of justice, Darkwing Duck. And this classic MJ track mails the point home beautifully.

I’m not sure if you have written about it before but what if Terry met Beloved when he was in his tofu era? Maybe he goes to some vegan restaurant with his “friends” and Beloved works there. Would he try to talk to her? How would he react if Emile was like “isn’t this new waitress adorable?”
---
Emile seems like the king of drama.
Certified drama king.
Like the type of blunt individual that just says whatever crosses his mind no matter how rude, outlandish, out of line, scandalous --- you name it. Case and point, his Habsburg jawline comment. Inbreeding and hereditary physical disability jokes. Could be him being crass, but could also be the fact that, and I can't believe I'm analyzing Emile, the things I do for you guys, but I figure he is convinced that he's also the king of humor and that his remarks are genuinely funny and the life of the party. That they're his ticket to every rich man's brunch this side of the Californian coastline. I also tend to envision that he lives to impress Terry Silver (and individuals like him) --- only the richest man around. Downright. That much like a court jester socialite, not that he thinks of himself as one, far from, he'd say anything in the hopes his glamorous contact in the form of a Billionaire with a wicked beach patio mansion would merely chuckle at any of his many comments and invite him to his garden parties next time he hosts as well. The smallest chuckle will do as confirmation and approval. Which leads Emile to say progressively more and more unhinged things hoping that this time around, his jokes will make the king of the room, Terry, laugh. Such is the social hierarchy of the wealthy; some individuals gravitate around the rich and stick by them, wanting to impress them by any means necessary, even through sucking up.
Terry realizes attempts are being made.
He's been around long enough and he's encountered many Emiles in his time.
He deliberately suppresses amusement or most reactions that aren't just polite, graceful acknowledgement. Just so he'd see someone fidget and try desperately even harder for his sake. He might be in his Tofu Era, but that doesn't mean Terry ceased controlling people and silently toying with them or even relishing in the quiet, unassuming power he holds. In fact, the fact it seems like he isn't is a very good indicator he is at his most controlling here. Terry's ''friends''? They're all here for a reason. And that reason is because he put them there deliberately to hide himself in plain sight. Of course he enjoys having the upper hand socially. He always has. Always will.
So, a cute waitress (or waiter) at a Vegan restaurant?
Emile might outright say that waitress is cute because quirky and shocking bluntness is hilarious, right? Maybe this time around, Terry Silver, gracious host extraordinary, will finally laugh. Might say it in front of Cheyenne to amp up the fact of risque hilarity, who also very much hinges on Terry's good graces as well, and who might also laugh, because her mindfulness app's financing depends on being appeasing and her being the 'cool girl' and this is a business deal more than anything, and Emile is focusing on his own favour in Terry's eyes more than on anyone else's entirely willing to throw the 'girlfriend' under the bus with some man-to-man locker-room talk if it means endearing himself to Terry, who very much spots the quiet in-fighting in his posse and takes secret relishing in it. They're squabbling over scraps. Over him. He's there enjoying a lovely Rosé meanwhile, playing blissfully ignorant. Life is good. He will leave a hefty tip with the adorable waitress. Hefty. Enough to live on for six months, maybe more, until he meets them again; a reward for heir good service. Maybe a promise, that one day, he could come back to the venue. Once his rag-tag team of friends leaves his life though, because he promptly dismisses and ghosts them all when their use is up, and Terry returns to his old ways, he'd seek his waitress out --- the same man, yet so very different. This time, his order is infinitely different too. No canapes, no garnishes, no salads, and certainly no Tofu. Just the wine.
Terry comes all alone. No company.
Turns out, Emile, the accidental idiot Cupid, was good for a thing --- for pointing out a once in a lifetime treasure.
Terry Silver could destroy the lives of all his former, erhm, friends, one by one, just for the sake of it now that they no long serve a concrete use to him and once their expiration dates are up but he chooses the tiny mercy through merely cutting them all loose and being gracious for the single reason that if he didn't visit this particular restaurant, on a particular day and time of the year with them, he would've never met you. No interaction is for free; everything leads to something else. Turns out, one finds what belongs to them in the strangest places, in the strangest moments of one's life, when one least expects. This is an act of providence.
#emile the accidental idiot cupid is a great title#i like to think this whole group of individuals is actually incredibly catty#and terry quietly and cleverly eggs them on#they seem like they'd fight argue and break contact with each other over the types of olive oils one should use on a salad#emile#terry silver#kk3#cobra kai#tofu terry#cobra kai season 4#terry silver x reader#terry silver x beloved#character analysis

Whu-whu-wha-wait! Wouldn't that mean Ludwig is OLDER than we originally thought? Like, at least from the book that means he would have been born in 1908?
I mean it's one thing to look good for an age but Ludwig would be getting close to 70? He doesn't look much older than 50. How would that even be possible?
Jacques, can you ask the ghost about the book? He might be able to shed some light on what the book is actually about, and why it was passed on for generations.
-🦖
(I see your tags Mod B, 。・:*:・(✿◕3◕)❤)
"Naaah, no way is doc almost 70," Jeremy laughs nervously, "He has kids, right? He wouldn't be able to have kids at that age."
Jacques sighs & turns to Dieter again, "He says that the book belonged to his grandfather, who tried to undo a curse placed on his family long ago. This curse was one where the women of the Humboldt line died in childbirth."
"Exactly like the curse Lu talked about."
"Yes," Jacques nods, "He also says that his grandfather died because of meddling with powers he shouldn't have contacted, & he bequeathed the book to Dieter's father, Otis. Out of fear for what might happen if the book got into the wrong hands, it became a family heirloom that was passed down to him, & then to his daughter. He also asks us how we know about the book, & who exactly are we that we came into it's possession. What should I tell him?"
"Whatever you tell him donnae matter," Tavish pipes up, "Even if he wanted to, he cannae get out from the circle."
"Alright." Jacques turns to Dieter again.
A door suddenly slams shut, & Jeremy & Mick lose their hats from a sudden gust of wind. Dieter bares his teeth in a furious snarl, his eyes burning with pure, unadulterated hatred.
"WAS? Diese SCHLAMPE!!"
Jacques is shaken as Dieter continues ranting, reaching out for Dell's hand, "He says: that bitch. I gave her everything she could have wanted. I let her study medicine when no woman should bother herself with the work of men. I comforted her when she failed to produce an heir. And this is how she repays me? I, a man of science, died to the bullet of some Nazi swine, while she escaped & lived her life as some sort of freak of nature. Who does she think she is? Who does..." Dieter & Jacques suddenly stop, & with a loud fingersnap, Dieter disappears in a brief flash of light.
While the rest of the mercs look at the empty chalk circle, Jacques looks up with wide, terrified eyes at the doorway to the room.
"Well, I kept this hidden for far longer than I expected." Ludwig says, dropping his arm back down to his side. His hair is still slightly damp, but he is dressed in a simple button up & a pair of slacks. He's holding Emil, while Misha stands behind him with Maria, his eyes just as big & terrified as Jacques.

Identity V characters as Music
(I did skip some because I had no idea what to do for them. Also Major spoiler warning)
Masterlist
Survivors
Emily Dyer (doctor)
Nurses Office by Melanie Martinez.
For obvious reasons
Freddy Riley (Lawyer)
The Fine Print by The Stupendium
He mentions in his backstory that he hopes to find a better job than the "menial" job he has with a low wage.
Kreacher Pierson (Thief)
Smooth Criminal by Michael Jackson
He literally steals parts from the ciphers.
Emma Woods (Gardener)
Dandelions by Ruth B.
A happy song for a happy character. (Emma is literally so cute, she deserves it)
Servais Le Roy (The magician)
Circus by Brittney Spears
Where do we find magicians? A circus...
Martha Behamfil (Coordinator)
Bang! by AJR
Martha has a gun. That's it.
Fiona Gilman (Priestess)
W.I.T.C.H by Devon Cole
I was gonna go with Dragula by Rob Zombie but that felt too aggressive for Fiona.
Tracy Reznik (Mechanic)
Puppet Boy by Devo
It has the cheerful sound to it like Tracy does but I chose this song because I love her mechanical dolls (they underrated).
Vera Nair (Perfumer)
Francis Forever by Mitski
I feel like this song sums up how Vera felt after murdering her sister.
Kevin Ayuso (Cowboy)
Country Girl by Luke Bryan
I gave him the most southern song I could physically think of.
Margaretha Zelle (Female Dancer)
Liquid Smooth by Mitski
I think this song shows how Margaretha felt and how she saw herself just before coming to the manor.
Sergei (Weeping Clown or Joker)
Cigarette duet by Princess Chelsea
This song is pretty much a nutshell of when Sergei was having problems with Margaretha and was trying to convince her to stay with him.
Aesop Carl (Embalmer)
Coraline Opening Song
If you paid attention to when the other mother is making the doll then you can see when she lays the great aunts doll on what looks like a kit of some kind then you can see that it's an embalming kit. (My favorite movie song for my main)
Norton Campbell
Wolf in Sheep's Clothing by Set It Off
I saw somebody use it in an edit when he attacked Orpheus and Melly so I think this song fits.
Patricia Dorval (Enchantress)
Come Little Children from the Hocus Pocus 1993 film
I always got the vibe that Patricia is very family oriented and tries to avoid social conflict when she can so a peaceful song like this literally being sung by a witch is something Patricia would enjoy. (I love this woman so much)
Mike Morton
Freak by Sub Urban
I couldn't really think of one without repeating so I decided on this one.
Demi Bourbon
Alcoholic Friends by Dresden Dolls
I think this was how she felt after her brother got the invitation to the manor.
Victor Grantz
Message man by Twenty One Pilots
I think this song fits him because I'd imagine he's very observant since he's so quiet so not a lot of people know much about him but he knows a lot about others.
Andrew Kreiss
Tears to Shed from the Corpse Bride film
The movie is about death and the song is about comparing yourself to others. Nothing else fits quite like this one does. (I can't describe how much I adore Andrew)
Luca Balsa ("Prisoner)
Welcome to the Internet- Bo Burnham
I feel like Luca matches the overall chaotic vibes this song has and he would probably explain the internet just like Burnham did (very quickly and kinda passive aggressively)
Melly Plinus (Entomologist)
Entomologist by GHOST
Need I say more
Edgar Valden (Painter)
My Ordinary Life by The Living Tombstones
This song sounds happy like Edgar
Ganji Gupta (Batter)
The Sports Wii theme song
This is what he gets for beating up my poor Geisha during rank
Anne Lester (Toy Merchant)
Pogo- Living Island
A cheerful song because she deserves it (I have a soft spot for Anne mains)
Ada and Emil (Phycologist and the Patient)
Dark Red by Steve Lacy
I love their relationship so much
Orpheus (Novelist)
Satisfied by Marina and The Diamonds.
I don't know, just seems fitting.
Alice Deross (Journalist)
Ramalama (bang, bang) by Róisín Murphy
If you've ever heard this song, you know exactly why I chose this song.
Hunters
Leo Beck ( Hell Ember)
We'll meet again- Vera Lynn
This song is probably something he would listen to on repeat to hope that it will help him reunite with Emma. (I'm gonna cry)
Jack (The Ripper)
Run Rabbit Run by Flanagan and Allen
I have a feeling that he's one of those killers that taunts his victims so this song fits.
Violetta (Soul Weaver)
Spider's Web by Melanie Martinez (my favorite portals song)
She's literally a giant spider. (And I love her for that)
Michiko (Geisha)
Washing Machine Heart by Mitski
Michiko just wanted to marry the man the man she loved but it was ripped away by her lovers father. (I wanna give my main a hug so bad)
Joseph Desaulniers (Photographer)
Paparazzi by Lady Gaga
You saw this coming, don't lie to me
Burke Lapadura (Mad Eyes)
Rainbow Factory by Glaze
He works on machines and stuff. I don't know, I'm running out of ideas.
Yidhra (Dream Witch)
Puppet Boy by Devo
This is the only song I'm repeating because it fits so well.
Robbie (The Axe Boy)
Teenage Dirt Bag by Wheatus
I feel like it matches his energy as a kid with way too much energy and mischief in his little body.
Mary (Bloody Queen)
Where's your Head at? by Basement Jaxx
You could say she lost her head....I'm done.
BonBon (Guard 26)
Blow! By Ke$ha
His ability is that he can make these explosive thingies when he chair someone.
Ann ("Disciple")
Brutus us by the Buttress
This song was the first thing that came to mind when I saw her, obviously.
Antonio Paganini (Violinist)
Sex with a Ghost by Teddy Hyde
I feel like the "woman in the mirror" could be replaced by the devil he made a deal with.
Galatea Claude (Sculptor)
Breezeblocks by Alt-J
This perfectly describes how I think Galatea felt when her statue was destroyed by her father.
Percy (Undead)
Zydrate Anatomy by Alexa PenaVega, Paris Hilton, and Terrance Zdunich
Another song I can't really explain why but it feels right.
Grace (Naiad)
Siren by Kailee Morgue
Perfect for Naiad by the title alone.
Phillipe (Wax Artist)
Hidden in the Sand by Tally Hall
His backstory has always freaked me out a bit since he literally has a corpse covered in wax glued(?) to his shoulder.
Keigan Nicholas Keogh (Clerk)
The Principle by Melanie Martinez
I feel like Clerk would be the kind of person to subconsciously abuse her power like the principle does.
Alva Lorenz (Hermit)
Rat by Penelope Scott
Alva says he will never know the true answers to humanity so I feel like this song fits into that phrase.
Ithaqua (Night Watch)
Below the Surface by Griffinilla
This song was the first thing to come to mind for him so I'm gonna keep it.
Sangria (Opera Singer)
Ballad of Jane Doe from the Ride the Cyclone musical
Jane doe hits some of the highest notes in this song I've ever seen in a musical and I just feel like Sangria would really like this song.
