As for Unpleasant, here's a few of my HCs:

• Uses any pronouns. Genderfluid-esque, masc leaning.

• Has the virus, just like infected.

• He has the ability to change the physical form it takes. Rectangle, flat body, full body, 'prismo', to name a few.

• Did Not eat Poptart. He Is Poptart. Has no memory of it. Assumes, based on others, he did eat the cat.

Not feeling good and can't organize my thoughts well so i might write something for this later cause I'm thinking about it so hard but.

Tango proudly showing Jimmy Decked Out, and Jimmy being in absolute awe of how incredible it is. Having a little "And you said you weren't a builder, huh" moment as Tango leads him through the catacombs, making Jimmy listen to all of the sound effects and showing him the redstone so proudly even though Jimmy has no idea what it is in the slightest. He's just happy to sit back and listen as his soulmate goes on about something he cares so much for, watching how a sharp smile breaks across Tango's face after showing each new thingamajig redstoneinator and how the dungeon master attempts to hide the way his cheeks flush every time Jimmy stands a little too close and leans over him to compliment his work.

Hc that sometimes aubrey doesnt feel like actually bullying basil so she just tickles him instead. Or alternatively post game she develops kind of a soft spot for basil (and sunny) after a bit and sometimes will get bored and just randomly tickle him bc hes cute (will usually lead in one or more friends joining the attack, tho more often than not its sunny or kel)

Look, look, I am going to be honest. I have a HUGE soft spot for Basil, and the idea of him being friends again with the whole gang after the game is one of my fav hcs. I don't even care, da flower boi deserves some tickles and giggles and blushes as well 💛💛💛

And that scenario!!!! Yesh yesh yesh!!! Picture with me: everyone decides to meet on their old spot by the lake and Aubrey and Basil get there sooner so, as Kel&Sunny&Hero are getting closer they just hear a high pitched scream and LKel immediately gets defensive because "That sounded like Basil" and nyooom the rest of the way to the lake and when everyone gets there they all freeze because there is, indeed, Basil: laying on the floor and becoming a mess of giggles and laughter as Aubrey tickles his ribs with a gigantic smile and a "So you thought that you could sneak upon me, huh? That I wouldn't see you hiding in that bush and do something about it? You may love plants, but you did not become one yet, flower boy."

And Basil is just shaking his head and blushing and trying to protest but keep failing because of all the giggles that keep escaping because!!! That was not his intention! He just arrived and saw that only Aubrey was there and even tho they all were in good terms now he didn't want to make things awkward by forcing her to interact with him so he just tried to hide until the rest of the group appeared and he could pretend that he was late.

But of course Aubrey realized that he was there, and got the gist of why he was hiding and she wasn't really the most perfect person for reassuring speeches or soft comforting, but she remembered very well a game they used to play as kids to make Basil's anxious thoughts go away.

(She may not be the best at comforting but she knows how to make her tickles soft and gentle. She may not be the best at breaking the ice but she is good at perceiving which spots makes Basil's laughter more bouncy and excited and *focus* there. They may not be the best at apologies but Aubrey is good at actions, at doing her best to make up for what she did and Basil is good at giving her discreet gifts and not making a big deal of it and letting himself squirm and laugh his heart content without calling her out)

Anyway! It's indeed very hard to see a giggly, smiley Basil and NOT want to partake of the activity that is making him so happy so in a blink Kel is already by Aubrey's side, worming his hands on the boy's scrunched shoulders to attack his ticklish collarbone while Hero is letting out a good humored chuckle and Sunny is considering in getting into the tickle fight or just enjoy the moment (if he takes too long to answer Hero may let his Tickle Konster Side shine thro and get him. Rip our bois ♡♡)

hi anon, i hope you didn't mind the wait for me to answer this ask! wanted to put some thought into it 🙏

for the p3 actor au i think these could be some fun thoughts. mostly blooper/cut-content oriented because i'm that kind of person:

elizabeth's actress is one of those people who literally lives their role (nearly identical to it), even when the cameras aren't rolling. i love thinking about SEES hanging out and they're like "you know we aren't filming, right?" (but they appreciate her quirky nature)

minato's actor sometimes brings his switch to set and may play it during his break times. i like to think that at some point his headphones accidentally unplug while he's playing and then whatever scene going on needs to be refilmed because there was a "WOOMY" noise in the background.

i think that aigis and ryoji's actors should be best friends, actually. as a treat. this is self-indulgent of me, really. unfortunately i can't elaborate.

re: aigis's costume design, i think that there won't be much green-screening needed (since cosplayers have managed to make the design before! which is really impressive!). compared to everyone else though, i think she'd have the longest make-up routine/prep-time... sorry to aigis's actress 😔

pharos would be played by a child actor and i think he should be friend's with ken's actor. i don't know how that would work but ken should have some more people his age on set tbh 🤧

ryoji's actor definitely got his scarf snagged on something during filming... maybe the escalator at port island station...? in a similar vein, i would not be surprised if chidori's headband or aigis's shoulder part fell off mid-filming and they had to take a temporary break afterwards.

on the show's social media, for halloween, the cast took a special featherman-inspired photo! but also i think it'd be cute if the actors went to a haunted house together and filmed their interactions.... not that it'd be much scarier than tartarus, LOL. i can see yukari just being fed up with junpei's attempt to make the visit even scarier than it needs to be.

i think if anything about the show/set would be leaked online... it would be through junpei's instagram live or something like that 😔 i am very sorry about this but also i think that junpei would be very happy and proud of the cast's work. he'd just be so happy and be like "HEY GUYS check out what the director sent-" and all the comments is everyone else telling him "NO"

i think shinjiro, fuuka, and hamuko would occasionally cook group meals for the set! nothing beats a good ol' home-made meal! 🥺 and really, i think shinjiro would make nice gestures and just help the others on cast a lot, even after october 4th is filmed.

also something that has vaguely crossed my mind: "the cast of persona 3 reads your tweets / posts." specifically akihiko and mitsuru... i just think that they'd both be fun yknow 🥴

this is silly but i think that during december 3rd when ryoji comes and gives his lil' info-dump on what SEES has to do- he should sneeze in the middle of it. ruin the immersion y'know 😎

also in general i think it's cute whenever there's cast interviews or "see how well the cast members know each other" (and those kind of things..?). other than the full-cast, i think i can see there being group interviews with the senpai trio™ (mitsuru, akihiko, shinjiro), ryominaigis + hamuko, the second years (fuuka + junpei + yukari), etc. etc. any grouping could make for some fun questions!

and lastly.. obligatory ryomina because this is me we're talking about... ryoji has absolutely gone off script during some scenes. i could see him either referencing that one evangelion thing (i was born to meet you) or just turning it into a confession scene... LMAO.

okay that was. a LOT more thoughts than i thought i had, oops!! admittedly i have not thought about this au in FOREVER so it was nice to think about it again!!! i tried to make it a bit more balanced in terms of giving more than one character spotlight

The second request of the week. Honestly, as someone who isn't exactly slim, I write these headcanons for those who ask me but primarily for myself. Requests are open, as usual, I ask for your patience because English is not my first language. - Starting with the fact that this man is built like a wardrobe, and his clothes are already pretty roomy, he’s started buying even bigger shirts just to make sure you can borrow them, they’ll be oversized on you, and you’ll be happy.

- So when you’re at home watching a movie or cuddling in bed, he strokes your belly with a smile, pretending to be surprised.

- “Is that my shirt?”

- This himbo, who handles a hammer that weighs as much as a horse, means no arguments when it comes to cuddles: you’re sitting in his lap.

- And when things get a bit heated, he’ll hoist you up with your knees on his shoulders, pressing you against the wall just to flex his strength and remind you that it’s absolutely no problem for him.

- After the dirty deeds, expect him to bring you something to eat (and especially drink) in bed, and don’t expect to be able to say no. 

Viktor:

- When you’re relaxing on the couch, it takes a moment to find a position that’s comfortable for both of you: usually, he sits upright with one leg stretched out, the other (his weaker one) draped over yours, and you either facing him or lying on your side with your head on his shoulder.

- Ekko is a huge fan of having your knees on his shoulders while you lie down, rubbing his cheek against your calf, and kissing it while you’re busy squirming.

- His favorite hobby? Getting his head caught between your thighs and becoming “deaf.”

- He’s always the big spoon because he has to protect you, hug you, and nestle his arms and hands into every soft spot.

- After any wild night, expect breakfast in bed and a hot bath waiting for you.

Vander:

- Zaun has a dreadful climate because the smog creates a thick layer of heat, but being underground and surrounded by cold materials, temperatures can drop sharply. So sometimes he shows up with a blanket, hands you a corner, and asks you to hold it for a moment.

- As soon as you take it, he calmly wraps it around you, picks you up, and carries you over to the fireplace, keeping you wrapped like a burrito on his lap while he enjoys his pipe for half an hour.

- Because of the cold, intimacy often happens right there in the living room, in front of the fire. Sometimes, he’ll give you the armchair and kneel in front of you, or you’ll both find yourselves on the rug.

- He’s a good lover, but don’t expect him to do much after expending all that energy at his age. On a good day, he’ll be a gentleman and carry you to bed; then it will your turn to cuddle and soothe him with gentle strokes as he enjoys them with his eyes closed.

- If it’s not a good day, he’ll pull the blanket over both of you and set the guard in front of the fire, resigning himself to the fact that you’ll be sleeping cuddled up either on the chair, the sofa, or even on the rug.

- In exchange, the next day, he’ll make it up to you with a long, hot bath and a massage.

Silco:

- This man has money, and he knows how to use it well.

- When the cold sets in Zaun, your bedroom becomes a place you’d never want to leave. Fur rugs are laid out on either side of the bed, soft, warm robes in matching colors appear in the closet, and if you want to stay in your den waiting for him while he works without freezing, you can even light the in-room fireplace.

- After he finishes his work, he washes up, dons his robe, and heads straight to bed, sometimes he doesn't even waiting, and begins going over his paperwork under the blankets while he absently strokes your shoulder or hair.

- If you complain enough, he’ll carefully gather up the papers, set them aside, and hover over you to kiss your neck and collarbones, sliding your robe aside so his lean, wiry body can press against yours.

- He’s incredibly gentle in everything he does, from how he touches to how he kisses or nibbles. Every movement makes you shiver, but he remains composed. Occasionally, between kisses, the cold tip of his nose brushes your skin, making you giggle; he then returns to your lips, asking for forgiveness before continuing his slow exploration.

- He’s the type for wine and a cozy dinner under the covers, a break for cuddles, and then back to work.

- If you protest that you’re eating too much, he’ll feed you himself—no time for nonsense (but always with a touch of tenderness).

Jinx:

- The most chaotic thing Jinx does is cross out or draw over posters that show people who are too skinny. They can’t make you insecure if you don’t see them, and any excuse for vandalism is a good one.

- With the cold setting in, her hideout transforms into a true nest: a heap of clothes and fabrics covered in blankets and throws to make everything softer and warmer.

- Jinx has cold feet, but it’s not her problem—it’s yours. She’ll press them against your stomach, your back, and if you react, it’ll only get worse.

- She’ll start laughing, and it’ll become personal. The only way to fight back is with tickling, but that would be a declaration of war.

- When you both finally calm down, she’ll wrap herself around you, clinging with her whole body, inhaling your scent deeply, and digging her fingers into your side.

- Don’t expect too much delicacy in intimate moments; if she needs you to move, she’ll grab and pull you into whatever position is most comfortable for her. She holds your legs up, and handles you like you’re her personal doll.

- For her, this is princess treatment; and the effort she’s putting in is what counts.

Vi:

- If you lie down in bed, she’ll absolutely take the chance to gently knead your stomach like a cat, making you laugh but also helping you fall asleep rather quickly.

- She’s the ultimate big spoon, nestling her face into the crook of your neck and holding you tightly.

- When things get more intimate, she loves to look you in the eyes while she touches you, so she can savor every reaction, every shiver, watching your body melt with every move she makes.

- Intimacy is this strange, almost absurd thing, as though everything is designed to give you no second of solitude.

- But when she does find a moment, she sits down and signals you to come into her lap or rest against her, cuddling you, playing with your earlobes, and winding her fingers through your hair until your eyes cross.

- She prefers giving affection to receiving it, simply because it feels like the only way she truly knows how to show love.

- Only in the deepest intimacy does she allow herself to do less, to enjoy your presence lying with her, to let go of control.

- She adores the way your body moves artistically, like it follows lines painted in oil, and these are the few moments where she can fully admire you.

She works with the chem barons, who are mostly old, misogynistic men with monocles embedded in their skulls, grotesquely altered rats with spider-like mechanical limbs, a very interesting gang of women in latex with disturbing port attachments, people with mechanical noses that pump in toxic stuff directly, and other highly modified, not-so-pleasant characters.

- I mean, sure, you have every right to feel insecure, but when she tells you you’re the best thing that’s ever happened to her, she’s being quite literal.

- Her delight in the fact that not only are you entirely flesh and blood but actually soft flesh is beyond words—she feels like she’s hit the jackpot with a premium relationship.

- There’s hardly a moment when she’s not touching you, holding your arms or cheeks in her hands, or kissing your skin.

- During cuddles, she prefers you on top of her, and if she’s calm and has enough time, she’ll even remove her arm.

- It’s a controversial choice, but she doesn’t want to be around you while wearing a weapon, and she doesn’t want you to see her the way she sees the chem barons. It’s almost a moral decision on her part.

- In bed, she can hold you easily with just one arm; she’s strong, it’s not an issue for her. But first and foremost, she wants to lie down with you, feel your soft arms, your chest, your waist where she can let herself sink in, and when you laugh because she’s tickling you, she kisses you.

“Look at them,” she mutters under her breath as a group of admirers watches you pass. “They think they stand a chance?”

When flowers, love letters, and confessions show up at your doorstep, she snatches them away, grinning with glee as she reads the messages aloud, dramatically mocking them. “Aww, how sweet! But she’s taken, losers!”

She loves your beauty, of course, but she wants it all to herself. The more attention you get, the more playful and clingy she becomes. “I’ll make sure everyone knows you’re mine,” she’ll say, with a wild grin, leaving a trail of chaos in her wake.

Vi

Vi is very used to getting attention herself, but when people start throwing flowers or love letters at you, her protective side flares up. She gives off an air of confidence and can’t help but puff up her chest a little when you walk by, eyes straight ahead. She’s proud of how stunning you are, but she doesn’t like anyone getting too close.

When she catches someone slipping a love letter into your hand, her voice drops an octave. “You’ve got eyes on you, huh?” she’ll smirk, crossing her arms. “Nice try, but she’s mine, you know?”

Vi’s not insecure, but she will keep a close eye on anyone who tries to get too friendly. She might walk hand-in-hand with you more often, or drop a kiss on your cheek in front of anyone gawking. When people stare too much, she might even pull you into a tight hug, making sure the world knows you’re hers.

Sevika

Sevika is not the jealous type, but seeing people shower you with attention definitely gets under her skin. She doesn’t say much at first, but her sharp gaze will quickly scan the crowd when someone dares to get too close.

She watches the flowers pile up at your feet with an eyebrow raised, and her voice will be laced with sarcasm. “I’m sure those people are real special. And you need flowers, huh? Got a whole garden in that pile.”

Sevika will keep her distance at first, but she can’t help but pull you close, her arm around your waist, possessive without being overt about it. “You’re my priority, but you can keep the attention. Just remember who gets to take you home.”

Caitlyn

Caitlyn has a bit of a more graceful, diplomatic way of handling the constant attention you get. She’s more the type to smile knowingly and subtly hold your hand as the crowd stares. She hates the idea of someone thinking they could steal you away, but she trusts you implicitly and prefers to just ignore the admirers.

“Isn’t it charming?” she’ll joke with a laugh as a letter slips into your pocket. “You always attract the strangest people.”

But when someone dares to flirt with you or send you too many gifts, Caitlyn will take matters into her own hands, letting her authoritative side show. “Maybe I’ll write you a letter,” she’ll say, completely confident in her relationship with you. Caitlyn knows she has your heart, but she won’t let others think they have a chance.

Mel Medarda

Mel is always composed, but when she notices people trailing after you with flowers, she lets a smile curl on her lips, though her gaze is cold and calculating. She doesn’t get jealous, per se, but she’s very aware of your allure and the attention it brings.

“How charming,” she’ll murmur, picking up a love letter that was carelessly left behind. “They think they can win your affection with flowers?” She looks at you with amusement. “I suppose you are quite stunning.”

Mel will calmly take your hand, and her voice drops in a low, soothing tone. “Just remember, darling, you’re mine. They can look, but they cannot touch.” She won’t let the admirers faze her—she’ll just deal with them with grace, and maybe a little discreet manipulation.

Ambessa Medarda

Ambessa? She doesn’t get jealous in the traditional sense. However, when she sees others trying to win you over with flowers or letters, a small, amused smile dances on her lips. She doesn’t get upset, because she knows that no one stands a chance, but she has her own way of asserting control.

“You’re clearly a woman of high value,” she’ll say to you, her tone dripping with pride. “But I’d rather keep the prize to myself.”

Maddie Nolen

Lest

Lest is cool, calm, and a little distant. But when she sees people falling over themselves for you, there’s a flicker of something possessive in her expression. She’ll never show outright jealousy, but she will make sure the world knows you’re hers in her own subtle way.

“Another admirer?” she’ll ask nonchalantly as you receive a love letter. She doesn’t bat an eyelash but her grip on your hand tightens just slightly. “They should know better.”

Lest will handle the situation with ease, never raising her voice or making a scene. She might give a small smirk when she sees others around you, but ultimately, her quiet confidence assures her that no one can compete with her connection to you. When the flowers get overwhelming, she’ll either casually dismiss them or just take them and quietly keep them for herself—after all, you’re hers.

She outsources sensory-input to her bugs, so she never looks or reacts to anything. In a fight, she reacts to opponents there is no possible way she could see, because she sensed them with her bugs. ➳ Mike's been through a hell of a lot ever since his little brother got kidnapped, so I'm seeing major protectiveness and sometimes even clinginess involved from him when you end up dating because 😭 guy's been through stuff and he's not letting anyone else he's close to get hurt

➳ To be honest, at first he's pretty closed-off with people, vulnerable with a tough exterior, so if you meet him in some scenario where you're tied up with the Freddy's murders and job, he'll try to be distant and professional and all... ending up failing 🙃

➳ Eventually you start. talking more about personal things, hobbies your lives, and he'll mention his sister Abby and having to take the job because he needs the money and is in the middle of the custody situation with his sister. He's got a lot going on and the trauma of what happened all those years ago still wringing at his guilt, so being able to talk with someone who doesn't judge in a relaxed place is a nice change for him having to be on guard all the time.

➳ When Mike befriends you, which is what happens first, he's got your back. If you need someone to vent to or hang out with or whatever, he'll do whatever he can to help, and when it comes to you being in a sticky situation or someone trying to hurt you or play you, he always seems to realise and is in no way afraid of confrontation to get them to back off.

➳ Like if William tries sizing you up a bit... and Mike gets annoyed with that cool, defensive glare as he asks if he needs anything (I've got to make an imagine of this nowwww). I think Mike would only realise that he's actually jealous if you teased about it, or if he really loses his temper with someone that's not leaving you alone or something. Then it really nags at him and makes him think about actually liking you as more than a friend, and then that initial reluctance because everyone he gets close to seems to have something bad happen to them, like it's a curse. At the end of the day, he just wants you to be safe.

➳ It would take something big for Mike to confess to you, unless you take the first step (aka Abby begging you to tell him you like him too because she's getting bored of him not concentrating on what she's talking to him about or the conversation somehow curving to you and the stuff you're into). Maybe you're attacked at Freddy's and you're all in on the crisis together when Mike stands firmly in front of you when William reveals himself, or he shoves you out the way so you won't get hurt, ultimately jumping in front of the threat without a worry of him getting hit instead. It's then that he realises how much he needs you in his life, how he needs you alive because you add some joy to it that he hasn't felt in all these years, a change from the darkness that his head's stuck in.

➳ It all comes out of him in a rush as he looks you up and down with wild eyes and a firm grip, asking if you're alright and saying in a rush that "you're one of the most important people in the world to me, and I don't know what I'd do if you got hurt... I- I couldn't live with myself, okay?!"

➳ Okayyy Mike, just kiss them 😏

➳ After you fight Afton together and get Vanessa looked after, you can finally breathe and properly start dating, which includes that familiar protectiveness and slight clinginess... and also being best friends with his little sister, which you 100% would be. You'd spend time drawing or chatting or playing random games while Mike was out working, eliminating the need for a babysitter because you're the perfect fit and get along with her great. And when he is home, you do a lot of stuff together, like a mini family, and there's finally that security and stability in that life she needed.

➳ I feel like Abby would find it hilarious to tell you all the sappy things Mike says about you on the rare occasions where you're not around, ending in Mike's cheeks flushing beet red and him picking her up and whirling her around playfully until she's in fits of laughter. "I heard Mike say that he found another reason to keep going when he realised he was in love wi- hey!!"

➳ Mike would be a bit clingy, again because of what happened with Garret; Mike being distracted for one moment and then blaming himself for the rest of his life because it was that moment where his brother was taken and killed. So if you are out, on a date or just around, this guy will not leave your side. He's the kind of person to text you again and again if you don't respond to the first message, and it's kind of cute how much he worries, but then he doesn't need to, and every now and then he'll need your reassurance that you guys are safe and that you won't leave him, which stills ends with him burying his face in your neck for a long tight hug for a while.

➳ MIKE'S A BIG HUGGER. CHANGE MY MIND.

➳ Whether you're watching a movie with him and Abby, or you're out on a date or sleeping or whatever, Mike will always have some contact with you if you've told him you're okay with it: fingers linked under the table, pressed into his side while you're watching TV (with an affectionate forehead kiss every five minutes 🥺) or being half crushed to death while you're trying to sleep when he rolls onto you and traps you under his leg... good luck if you need to go to the bathroom. Chances are he'll end up trailing after you with mumbled protests.

➳ That protectiveness always kicks in when someone looks at you for too long, or in a way that he doesn't like the look of, or if you're obviously uncomfortable with. If you're quick, you can just convince him to walk away and you two go somewhere else, because Mike will end up getting annoyed and giving the guy a line to get him to make them go away. If he's not careful, he might end up getting in a fight again, but he'll really try not to when you tell him off for it and promise him that things are okay and you're not going anywhere.

➳ You and Abby are basically Mike's world, after all that's happened, there are only really two people left that he truly cares for and would do anything for. Once you're in a relationship with him, he'll do everything he can to make sure you're safe and won't have to go through anything he had to. If ever you're upset, he'll listen for hours with no judgement and major support, whatever mood you're in somehow rubbing off on him. Mike will admit his feelings in a rush, and when he does, he's not afraid to tell you that he loves you whenever you need to hear it, or whenever he wants to say it and wants you to be reminded. It's something that you can never doubt.

Tears burned at your eyes but you couldn't cry.

Not now.

Your one-month-old son had been crying all afternoon and you knew that you needed to be strong for him.

It was only the two of you home so it was up to you to make sure he was fed and taken care of.

But the sound of his crying was like nails on a chalkboard and you felt frozen.

Sitting in the middle of your bed while your son cried in his bassinet next to your bed.

It was the middle of the night and he was still uncomfortable. You fed him, changed him, rocked him, but nothing seemed to help soothe him.

Your hands couldn't stop shaking because of the anger you felt.

It wasn't at your baby. It never was.

It also wasn't at Noah who wasn't here with you because you knew it wasn't his fault.

Bad Omens were on tour and this was something you knew would happen while he was gone.

But that didn't stop the way your blood boiled as your son continued to scream and cry.

You were on the last resort.

The cry-it-out method.

Although, it had been thirty minutes of this method and it did not seem to help.

Thankfully, Noah's roommates were sleeping upstairs while your room was on the main floor.

Noah and you were in the process of buying your own home but were still living with Jesse and Michael.

You refused to ask them for help though because this wasn't their responsibility.

Michael and Jesse both returned from their own tours earlier in the day and you knew they had to be exhausted.

You promised them that your son wouldn't keep them up, he'd sleep easy tonight.

Here you were, crying along with your son because you failed that promise.

And you failed Noah.

You were a new mom and you wanted to prove you could do it on your own when he wasn't here.

But Noah's voice spoke in your mind, those seven words he said before he left for your replaying.

"You can ask them for help, angel."

Softly cuddling your crying son to your chest, you dialed Noah's number and waited for him to answer the Facetime call.

"Angel?" He asked while rubbing the sleep from his eyes. "Everything alright?"

You knew he could see the tears on your face and hear your crying son so you knew you couldn't lie.

"No," you shook your head. "I can't get him to stop crying. I've tried everything! I feel myself getting so angry at hearing him cry. It's never been this bad before."

Noah quickly sat up in his bunk. "Did you ask Michael or Jesse if they can watch him so you can get some sleep?"

When you were silent, he sighed. "Angel, you know they're more than willing to help you. It's okay to ask for help."

"But I should be able to do this myself," you cried while rocking your son, who seemed to have calmed down a bit at hearing Noah's voice.

"I know. You have. More than enough times. But sometimes, you need a break. And that's okay."

You nodded, knowing he was right.

But before you could say anything, there was a soft knock on your bedroom door and Michael stepped inside.

"Everything alright?" He asked, not looking like he was sleeping.

Guilt began to eat away at you, thinking it was your fault, but Noah immediately could tell where your mind was headed.

"Y/N, let Michael take Y/S/N so you can get some sleep. It's alright."

Michael agreed with a nod. "I can't sleep because of the jet lag. I was going to warm up some left-over pizza and watch a movie."

Letting go of those reigns that you held on so tightly, you carefully handed over your son to Michael.

"Thank you," you blew out a shaky breath.

Noah's voice came through the speaker of your phone. "Thanks, man, I owe you one."

Michael snorted. "Please. I will gladly take any time I can to spend with my nephew."

"Nothing scary!" You called after Michael.

Once you were alone, the room now eerily silent, you gave Noah a weak smile into your phone.

"I can't wait till you're back home," you admitted.

"Me too, angel. Just one more week. Maybe we can talk about getting you on some meds to help with the postpartum depression."

You eagerly nodded. "Please. Because it's not fair to our son for him to have a mom that thinks this way."

Noah frowned. "It's also not fair to you, Y/N that you keep going through this. It's alright to ask for help."

"I know," you admitted with a nod. "I love you."

Noah blew you a kiss. "I love you too, angel. Get some sleep."

a/n; this is the most steven universe shit i've seen /j /nm, that's what popped into my mind upon reading this ask. nothing wrong with it. just pointing it out KSDJKSJ also this is based off lion dog from chinese mythology which is what i assume you were describing from the shih tzu and also im rather familiar with the lion dog myself as someone who used to visit temples with my family (love those statues). anyways, hope you enjoy, you didn't really specify what type of work you wanted, so i did bullet fic/hcs

the crew met you when you were trying to avoid them

you're not really normal in the luofu, you were not really an anomaly but you weren't a normal kid either.

the general knew of you due to your larger than life pet.

well... it was more of a beast of mythic lore turned real but who's arguing about definitions here?

even if your pet was in a smaller form, they were still pretty big. about 4ft. maybe twice your height almost

but jingyuan let you have your pet as long as you weren't making trouble

anyways, back to the actual subject at hand.

the astral crew needed to find you since you were supposedly the young scholar of the luofu who seemed to know everything and loved learning about everything

you were almost a historian some would even say

but you didn't really like the idea of being a historian

you just like learning about everything

but you weren't the best around people

so when you met the crew .. .

you jumped right into your pet's fur, disappearing without a trace

"HUH?!"

"how did they disappear like that?"

"did they just jump into that animal's fur?"

march tries to reach out, but the dog barks angrily and backs up

"okay okay! sorry.. puppy?"

"they're not a puppy!" your voice erupts from the soft fur of the dog (?) your head pops up startling the express crew, "they're a lion! get it right!" you scolded them.

"but they don't look like a lion."

"and you don't look like a local, so what's it to you!?" you huffed. "you don't know everything about the luofu!"

"that's why we're here. we need to know more about the history of your home." the eldest man, welt yang, spoke gently. "general jingyuan sent us."

you sigh as you cuddle into your pet's fur, still leaving the crew to wondering how you're being contained in it. "okay. what do you want to know?" and you begrudgingly answer their questions. you eventually leave your pet's fur and they keep your feeling less anxious about the strangers who imposed on your reading time.

and that's it for now.

let's say that they even had more time to get to know you better. how you're kind of a wild card for the luofu cloud knights and how you'd rather do a plain hobby than fight.

boy were they shocked when they saw your already large ish lion change and grow into a true creature of mythology, and fought the marastruck with ease.

"no chewing! marastruck isn't good for your diet!" you had scolded after the fight was over. "put them down ossy!" despite their cowering size, they almost shrink at your words and remind the crew of a sad puppy or cat. but ossy listens to you and spits out the marastruck, letting it disintegrate into the air.

yeah.. the crew was even more curious after that.

trailblazer was the only brave enough to speak what they were all thinking. what is your pet and how did you get them?

and you told them the simple story that you gained them as a family heirloom and bonded a contract with them. you even formed other contracts with other animals but not as strong as ossy's contract.

ossy was sort of a present from your family as you came from a line of mythic beast tamers and now you're here with them

and after that, you visit the express once in a while with ossy by your side to get a break from the streets of luofu

you take up your other hobbies when you're in the express, often knitting or drawing and you make drawings and little bracelets from the crew. while your drawings and knitting works arent as amazing as your knowledge, you don't mind because it just means more to learn and improve on.

you love being with the crew now and you love ossy more than ever of course!

Half Of Your Heart Beats In My Chest | Clegan Vampire AU | Part 1

Hiya! I'm really happy to share with you this first part of HCs for the vampire AU I have been brainstorming with @johnslittlespoon ❤️I have a one shot set in this universe almost ready to go so I wanted to give you some context in case you wanted to read it 🥰 I don't trust myself with a multi-chaptered fic but I will definitely write the important moments of these HCs and those of the following parts but if there are moments you'd like to see (or prompts, I'm always down for them) or have questions about this AU, my askbox is always open ❤️ There will be other parts of HCs because I do have to give the Buckies their eternity together and so Gale has to become a vampire at some point but it was getting too long 😅😂 I hope you'll enjoy and let me know your thoughts about this! ❤️ There are a few canon divergences; Gale and Marge do not exist in the 1940s and so Curt sort of takes Gale's place in Mota, except for the "Buck" thing, and doesn't die @amiserableseriesofevents I hope this take on vampires will be to your taste 💕 Part 2 here

Bucky hates being a vampire, he's been one since 1946 and the only reason he hasn't stepped in the sun the moment he could is because he doesn't want to leave Curt to face eternity alone

They both move to New York and help build a vampire community that assists in making them seem less scary and threatening to human

Overtime they build their own society underground, have their own nightclubs, bars, cafes, even sports leagues! At some point, John takes up a job as a sports journalist and focuses mainly on the baseball Vampires Yankees team

But just because he makes some friends and adapts to his new powers and immortality doesn't mean he likes being vampire

He spends most of his time reading all the books he can, trying to pick up new hobbies but growing bored of them quickly, and going to the Wild Cargo, a vampire (and human-friendly) club that Curt owns

John has a lot of one-night stands and lives vicariously through feeling how alive and warm different people's bodies are beneath him but never has any meaningful relationships in which he feels connected to the other

Vampires can have a mate, and they only have one for eternity but John has long since accepted he’d spent eternity alone, his self-loathing not allowing him to even try dating

In comes beautiful, shy, sweet, brilliantly alive Gale Cleven, and John’s entire world shifts

To limit vampires from feeding in crowds and spreading fear and insecurity but also to make sure they drink healthy blood (ie. not containing drugs or nutrients since their body will reject it) and overall make it safer for everyone, states and hospitals organize blood bag donations. It also helps since some of the vampires who despise that they need to feed from people and do not like hunting, like John. Feeding from someone will always feel better than sipping from a blood bag because there is an additional thrill and it’s almost instinct for them, but some are still more than reluctant to do it, clinging on to their humanity as much as they can

Gale and John meet for the first time when John goes to pick up his weekly blood bag at the hospital, and John is really starting to consider hurting himself to spend more time with the one he’s half convinced he’s an angel. Being a college student, Gale can’t be the one taking the blood samples just yet so he’s the one at the counter

Asks John his name to give him his command and is really confused because “I’m sorry, sir, there isn’t any reservation under ‘Bucky’” 

John gives him his actual name with a grin but still insists on Gale calling him Bucky

Gives Gale the name ‘Buck’ before he can really think about it and he tries to weave a story around it but Gale doesn’t seem too convinced. Yet he lets him call him Buck and even stops rolling his eyes at the 8th occurrence

Bucky makes sure to go pick up his blood bag at the same time every week- a newborn vampire will have urges to feed pretty often but older can span their feeding by multiple weeks. John for example is perfectly fine with one blood bag every week and a half or so- and eventually chats up a friendship with Gale

He learns that Gale’s from Wyoming and moved to New York to study Medicine & Vampirism, a course his home university did not offer, and that Gale is genuine in his desire to learn and help people like Bucky, which Bucky finds really sweet and does not help stalling his crush on Gale

He gives Gale plenty of hands-on knowledge about vampires, stuff that Gale wouldn’t find in textbooks 

They meet for the first time outside of the hospital when John offers Gale to help him with one of his essays on vampires since Gale is adamant he doesn’t want to go into clichés

He chooses a little café, run by vampires that make both vampire and human-friendly drinks, not wanting Gale to feel pressured or intimidated

Soon it becomes a bit of a tradition, a weekly meet-up outside of the hospital where Gale tells John all about what he’s learned about vampires, and John learns a bit more about his species, also giving Gale more human and individualistic takes on vampirism

They’re both incredibly smitten with the other, John’s flirty personality coming back in full force and utterly genuine

He feels so relieved that Gale knows he’s a vampire but isn’t disgusted or afraid of him, even if he keeps all the “ugly” part of him firmly under locks

He eventually learns and guesses that Gale’s father was an alcoholic who used to hit him until Gale fought back, and used to curse out vampires and queers. Little Gale spent a lot of time trying to unlearn all that hate but he managed and ended up embracing being queer (though he has never confronted his father about it, still afraid of the man). He doesn’t know if he should, but he relates to vampires being outcasted for something they can’t control so he’s determined to learn more about them. He’s always liked helping people, so he chose a medical degree. Upon learning all of that, John falls a bit more in love and is determined to treat Gale like he deserves

He courts Gale like he would a dame in the 40s because that’s how he was raised and he just wants to pamper Gale lmao

Meanwhile, Gale is having whiplash being quite literally swept off his feet when all the other men who ever were interested in him were because of looks and just wanted a quick tumble in bed

John offers to take him dancing, lends him books he thinks Gale’d like, and introduces him to some vampire friends he’s made

Curt takes one look at John and Knows something happened because in all the decades they’ve known each other, he’s never seen John so happy and alive. He still feels guilt over not being more stern in his refusal to turn John, and he is the captain of the Clegan ship, with Marge of course

Gale always goes to Marge when he needs advice and a little push in the right direction and this is definitely one of them. He and Marge had tried dating in high school but they didn’t feel it was right so they remained best friends and moved to study in New York together. Marge definitely gives John a shovel talk but she trusts he can take care of Gale

A LOT of pining between the Buckies, both of them going back and forth between “Is this a good idea? Does he feel the same way?” and “I’m so in love with him, I’m doing something about it tonight” then chickening out because they both have issues and fears, lots of which to do with John being a vampire

Gale doesn’t want to be just a one-time thing but what else could he be when John is immortal? Also if they start dating and something happens to him, what would happen to John, who’s already lost so many friends to mortality? Can he trust a supernatural being when he’s already been let down so many times?

John is terrified of losing control and hurting Gale. He’s absolutely repulsed by the idea of feeding from Gale when all he wants is to protect him. The only thought that causes him more pain is turning Gale into a vampire and cutting that brilliant life short. But if he doesn’t, Gale will eventually die, and the last piece of John too

Truth be told, one of them probably kisses the other during one of their little exchanging knowledge dates that have progressively moved to Bucky’s apartment (which has quickly become Gale’s study tbh) and after that, they both get overwhelmed with their respective issues

But in the end, they both agree that they love each other too much to give up on the other so they decide to try and figure it out as they go, both enjoying every moment with the other as though it’s their last

The balance of Gale trusting John after being mistreated and having trust issues, vs John feeling unworthy of being with someone like Gale

Part 2 will focus on them dating (and yes smut I promise) while Gale is still human, and all the softness and issues that comes from a human/vampire (who can fly and shapeshift as a dog muehehe) couple 🥰

I was thinking up some dark world forms for the lu cast and came up with some good ones plus backstory and reasons supporting my choices

I wanted to keep them all as mammals for the continuity (legends bunny and twi's wolf are both mammals) and its just easier to create limitations for myself to be more creative!

((and i tried to pick animals that existed in their original games,

But some games ( zelda I & II, I'm looking at you ) didn't really have any passive animals to choose from, so i'm following this rule only for some/most of them))

here are the results: ( warning: very long)

Twilight:

Wolf

(kinda obvious, no explanation needed)

Legend:

Pink rabbit/hare (he seems more rabbit/hare then bunny in my mind?) but i thought, what if i had to choose a realistic animal?

I think he would still be a rabbit, but an albino rabbit, his eyes red and with white fur, at least thin enough that you can notice a little pink from his skin to have a slightly visible pink-ish hue.

Time:

(ghost?) Wolf; i think being a ghost wolf after death, he probably still have the same form when he was alive too?

he never uses it in any game he's in (like Oot or Mm) other then Twilight Princess (taking place after he died)

I couldn't find any better leads or clues suggesting any other form, so I'll stick with this, maybe for a realistic animal he would be some kind of like timber wolf ( just a big kind of wolf) that is a golden/ light brown colour with white underbelly.

Hyrule:

Sheep!; the sheep would have brown wool like Rulies hair, (my hc is his hair is curly, or at least wavy, like a sheep, but anyway) he's innocent and quiet like a sheep, and the main selling point: the blood of a lamb. Lambs blood was often used in (very) olden times, on an altor as offerings to God.

(also link in these games was originally religious ( specifically Christian), and the lamb is a religious symbol( Christian at least))

Hyrules blood is sought after by Ganons underlings as a way to resurrect Ganon, using hyrules blood as an offering / way to resurrect ganon, the reincarnation of a god, in a ceremony on an altor.

Wind:

Winds animal was a harder one to choose because there arent much mammals in his games, other than the ones you dont see but are mentioned or hinted at existing still even after the great flood.

Cats, think about it, he makes those cat meowing noises when hes stalking that girl at night in Wind Waker., so they must exist for him to know what meowing is ( there might actually already be a cat in one of his games but i never played phantom hourglass (😭) and haven't seen any in my playthroughs of Wind Waker)

Supporting facts to back up my reasoning: He was taking a nap during the day, even if it was his birthday. Big black eyes that are vaguely cat-like, and just the generally goofy feeling i get from him in-game and especially LU. ( HES SO SILLY AND CUTE AND AAA-)

Wild:

Highland Fox; sometimes people chose a deer for his dark world animal form, while i think it fits, i wanted his form to have more resemblance to Wolfie (who is in Botw, as a companion) sort of a cool representation of his mentor/guide?

Foxes and distinct enough but also close enough to fit the bill of 'close enough' (and foxes are more on the dog/wolf side than cat side, apparently)

Also, highland foxes exist in Botw + Totk, and the bright orange of their fur is similar to Wilds blonde hair, in its bright, almost unnatural boldness, opposite the lush green of the landscape.

Warriors:

Lion; fights in groups, lion mane is like his blue scarf, golden fur is like his hair, you know that like personified stereotype that lions are egotistical and self centeredness? reminded me of him.

sorry for the short answer, i don't know much about Wars, never played *any* of his games (😭😭😭) so I'm just going of LU, and the majority of what people portray him as in the fandom ( I DON'T OWN ANY OF HIS GAMES NOOO-)

Sky:

Remlet; Sky seems to like them, their native to his home, Skyloft, and they nap all day. They are cute and cheerful, and when their angry, they can be vicious and frightening, like Sky.

Realistic animal: Siamese, they share lots of similarities with remlets, their light brown and dark chocolate fur match and the bright round eyes are identical to a remlets.

Four:

i would've chosen Picori, but thats not really an animal, thats a whole race of small centient beings! so I'll have to go with a chipmunk.

Small, lives in forestry, multiple different colours, has a tail like minish, dexterous small hands good for holding things, smart, agile, and similar in shape to Minish.
