queen cobra
pairing: axel kovaćevic x reader
plot: loosely following the plot of the sekai takai, the captain of cobra kai catches the eye of the captain of the iron dragons and manages to deal with her teammates and her crush on axel!
warnings: mentions of abuse, cursing, kissing, fluff, angst and a little implication of smut at the end, kwon is a sweetheart, axel is also a sweetheart, kreese doesn’t exist because he’s rotting in jail!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
cobra kai was never your preferred environment, but you fought to survive there, even when the others tried to influence you. you were a good person and you stood by that. you just had to mask it when in the dojo. it’s not like you would be there long, the dojo was just a way to the sekai takai for you.
and you fought like fucking hell for your spot as captain.
you even dealt with the endless bullshit literally everyone except kwon and tory threw your way. before karate, you had trained boxing and taekwondo, mastering both of them. so, it was easy to say you had the highest kick of everyone your team.
which really did come in handy in moments like this! like when kwon started a stupid bet with miyagi-do over whose kicks were highest. the highest anyone had gone was some kid from the russian team named vlad.
169cm.
kwon hid you for the time being, as the miyagi-do male captain and him faced off in front of the crowd of sekai takai contestants. when they shook hands, you watched as he put chalk to his shoe and swung his leg as high as he could.
175cm.
the crowd cheered, surprised by the height he had managed. you and kwon only laughed. he stepped to the side to let you foward. “show them, captain.”
you grabbed the chalk from the ground and locked eyes with robby as you rubbed it on your shoe. you kicked as high as you could, marking an almost inhumanely high point on the wooden whale statue.
you had to admit you couldn’t eyeball the measurements on that one, but you had won by far.
there was a mixture of gasps and applause as your cobras immediately crowded around you, celebrating your easy victory. you stepped foward to the miyagi-do’s, and stuck out your hand to accept your prize.
a whole room to yourself!
Tumblr media
you and the cobras were walking back to the hotel. you all had met up with sensei kim at a karate gym on the other side of the city, and were only now getting back. you walked ahead of the others, not really wanting to speak to them right now.
as you entered the hotel reception, you noticed a few familiar people your age, they were most likely from the same dojo. you were walking quite slow so you had time to observe.
on the couches were, a dark skinned girl, who was chewing loudly and texting on her phone and an asian boy, who seemed to be staring into nothing at all.
as you turned your attention back straight, you saw an incredibly cute boy, he looked european to you in some way, maybe scandinavian.. or slavic? you didn’t care! he towered over you, and you took a second to appreciate his features, his messy brown hair and dark green eyes, his sculpted face and built arms.
you shot him a flirty smile as you kept walking, which almost made him drop the plates he was carrying.
“axel! what the fuck? can’t you hold a plate?” the girl from the couch called out. ‘oh so she was a bitch!’ you thought, but dismissed it as you continued walking, the cobras following closely behind, chuckling at the scene.
Tumblr media
how could he! he was such a fucking prick. yoon was already getting on your nerves but you lost your shit when he was bitching at you just because you were chosen captain over him.
you unknowingly stomped past your locker room, and accidentally pushed into the wrong one. but you heard something and quieted down. you heard loud, echoing grunts, hits and yells of “ais!”
you snuck to the doorframe, sneakily peering inside and seeing the cute boy from the lobby the day before. he was training with his sensei, delivering strike after strike to the punching mitts ahead of him.
he was insanely focused, and incredibly strong. even through the gi, you could tell he was built. the force behind his punches were insane, but his sensei withdrew from him immediately.
“what are you doing wrong?” his sensei yelled firmly and all of a sudden the incredibly powerful demeanour axel had just flaked away. he flinched as the older man threw the mitts to the floor.
you watched as his sensei struck the poor boy, you had almost grown attached to. not once, not twice. you could tell he had to hold himself back after the third time. he picked up the mitts and commanded axel to continue.
but before he even landed a second punch, the mitts were on the floor again and axel was being hit. you heart hurt to watch it. you let out a soft gasp.
axel turned his head at the sound and saw you, you shot him a sad smile and walked through the hallway, hearing his sensei yell at him as you kept walking forward.
Tumblr media
the cobras wanted to go somewhere and get drunk, and as their captain, you had to go. plus you had secretly hoped you might bump into the guy you had been crushing on for the last two days.
kwon was slumped against the counter, trying to maintain a conversation with you, but miserably failing. yoon and the others were standing around tory, trying to make their lazy advances that seemed to go completely unnoticed.
“씨발, 나 산책하러 가야 돼.. 안전하게 지내라, 얘들아 (fuck this, i’m going on a walk, get home safe boys.)” tory practically growled at you, still insulted by the fact she couldn’t speak your language but the remainder of the team telling you goodnight or to stay safe.
you left your half empty bottle of beer on the counter as you walked out, heading straight for the beach. it was calm, and quiet, and for a second you thought you heard the same sounds as earlier.
“ais! ais!” you heard and you recognised the voice, turning to watch as axel stood a couple metres away from you, shirtless, practising his kata. you watched for a couple moments before you spoke up.
“that’s a really cool kata, what’s it called?” he immediately turned around. he smiled at the sight of you and answered softly, “it’s called enpi.”
you nodded and were about to answer before he spoke again, “i don’t mean to be rude, but it’s a pretty common kata, and you’re an incredible fighter, i’m shocked you don’t know it.”
you looked at the floor for a second, before meeting his eyes, as they watched you. “it’s okay! i’m originally a kick-boxer and i studied taekwondo, so that’s my more proficient area.. i can apply a lot of it to karate though so it’s perfect!”
he nodded and gave you a small smile as he continued the conversation with you. “you’re incredibly strong in karate, i wouldn’t have noticed!” he spoke to you.
you stepped closer to him and brushed his arm. “thank you, you’re very strong, i mean clearly.” you said, trying to make it clear you were flirting with him. “i-thank you.” his smile turned bashful and he felt his cheeks heat up.
“you’re amazing.” he said, and immediately paused to reformulate his statement. “i-mean your dojo’s amazing!” you beamed at him. he was honestly so cute you wanted to squeal sometimes.
you smiled, about to speak but he beat you to it once more. “can i join?” he asked you, and you immediately felt yourself get kind of excited at the idea.
“the cobras? i mean, the boys are stupid but kwon’s okay, he just tries to overcompensate when he’s around others but he’s such a sweetheart i promise-“ you began to ramble.
“i meant your walk..” he replied, almost annoyed with himself that he interrupted you once more. you smiled at him once more and accepted. “of course!” you watched as he turned around to grab his jacket.
your eyes fixed on his back, and the scars covering it. you touched them experimentally and felt his body tense under your hand. “i-i’m sorry.. are you okay?” you asked him, empathy laced in your voice.
he quickly grabbed his jacket and put it on, hiding his back from you. “i’m okay.” he quickly dismissed you. you slid your hand into his and nodded somberly. the pair of you started to walk towards the footpath.
you responded to him. “you don’t have to talk to me about it, but i know what it’s like to have an abusive sensei and it’s always okay to not be okay.” you turned your head to face him as he did the same for you.
“thank you. it means a lot.” he smiled softly as you both stood still and he stared at your face. you asked him to lean down a little bit, claiming you had a “secret” to whisper to him.
once he was close enough to your height, you reached onto your tippy toes and gave him a soft peck on the cheek. you let out a soft giggle as you did and he could’ve sworn he felt his heart beat out of his chest.
Tumblr media
you had stumbled upon the cobras, well not all of them, but yoon and a few others. they were clearly drunk and yoon smirked as he saw you. “y/nnn, who’s the guy?” yoon asked, cockily as he dragged out the last letter.
axel’s hand tightened protectively against yours.
“who would’ve thought our captain’s with the enemy..” another boy whined behind him, and you couldn’t quite make out who it was but it enraged you. you replied to them sharply, with authority.
“you know, i’m sure sensei kim would love to hear that her star fighter was being preyed on by a bunch of drunk losers on her team.” that’s when the remainder of the cobras scattered, but yoon stood in place. you were loosing your patience, and so was axel.
“and i’m sure sensei kim would love to hear that her star fighter is fucking around with some pussy off the hong kong team.” yoon cockily challenged you, but axel stepped forward instantly.
you put a hand on his chest and pushed him back, reassuring him you’d handle it but he kept his fists clenched in preparation.
you stepped towards yoon and spoke to him loudly. “지난번에 팀원 중에 나한테 엉뚱한 짓을 한 사람이 있었던 걸 기억나? (remember what happened the last time someone on the team fucked with me?)” he swallowed and waited for you to continue.
“그러니 그런 일이 일어나기 전에 빨리 호텔로 돌아가세요. (so get your pussy ass back to the hotel before it happens to you).” and with that, he sprinted in the opposite direction, following after his teammates.
you turned back to axel and smiled, “i’m so sorry, you had to be there for that.” you spoke softly to axel and you felt his rough hands envelope yours. “it’s okay, i’m sorry you have to put up with that.” he answered. gazing into your eyes.
“it’s okay, it’s not your fault. it’s all you expect from egotistical teenage boys.” you smiled a little, trying to lighten the mood a little bit.
“i’m not like that, am i?” he asked you, worried that he was like them. you instantly shook your head. “nonono, axel, not at all.” your gaze flicked between his lips and his eyes and he noticed it.
he held himself back, with the worry that you may have only done it as a mistake, or a way to make sure he was comfortable. he released one of your hands and the pair of you kept light conversation as you walked.
Tumblr media
outside your hotel, he stopped. “we’re in the same hotel, axel, we don’t need to split up.” you turned to face him and watched as his brow furrowed slightly, in thought. he brushed a strand of hair away from your face.
you leant into his touch and looked up at him, knowing it was his way of making a move. you reached as high as you could to put a hand on the back of his neck, and the other rested on his chest as you pulled him into you.
his lips met yours. they were soft and you couldn’t help yourself. his hands reached down to your waist before he pulled away.
“we should probably go to our rooms now.” he said, and you giggled softly, once again, still excited from your kiss. you nodded in agreement, as you held hands again and walked to the elevator.
as soon as the doors shut, he couldn’t help himself any more and pressed you softly against the wall as you continued what you had done just a few minute prior, outside the hotel.
except this time, it was deeper, and it was hungry. his hands wandered over your body, tapping under your thighs, telling you to jump, and as you did, his strong arms held you, kneading at the flesh there as he continued to attack your lips.
at some point, when the pair of you were so wrapped up in eachother, the elevator doors opened. he frowned as you pulled away from him and commanded him jokingly to “put you down!”
he did, and just as you were about to leave, he spoke up once more. “let me walk you back.” and you accepted, still giddy from your stolen kisses.
once you reached your door you smiled and leant up to peck him on the cheek. “goodnight, axel!” and just as you turned around he grabbed your wrist and pulled you to him once more.
he kissed you one last time before you went inside. “goodnight beautiful.” he smiled as he started walking away. it took you too seconds before you called after him, dragging him back once more.
“axel, i do have a room to myself… if you wanted to put it to good use?”

Roadside Confessions
Tumblr media
Rafe Cameron x fem reader
Author's note: super old fic but it's sweet..hope yall enjoy
Warnings: SMUT, possessive/jealous Rafe, protected car sex 🫠
Summary: your best friend Rafe steps in when a random guy tries to hit on you at a party
Rafe watched from across the room as the unworthy touron tried to make a move on you. He was trying so hard to be unaffected, however when he saw the look of discomfort on your face he lost all the restraint he had. He quickly made his way through a sea of people to get to you. You didn’t even notice Rafe until he put himself in between you and this guy.
“Get lost bud.” Rafe spits out.
“Excuse me? What’s your deal man?”
“The problem is that you’re flirting with my fucking girlfriend.” Your eyes went wide with the lie.
“Rafe.” You tried to protest and cut in but he gently pushed you back behind him.
“Woah woah man. Your girlfriend was the one acting like a slut and flirting with me.”
“You’d better watch your fucking mouth.” Rafe warned as he got right up in his face.
“Cut it out Rafe, just take me home okay.” You forced him to look at you and as soon as he saw how upset you were, he snapped out of his rage. He quickly grabbed your hand and led you outside to his truck.
The first part of your ride was silent as you stared out the window. Rafe looked over at you several times, pondering what to say. The last thing he wanted was to make you upset but his pent up feelings for you were slowly starting to bleed over your friendship.
“Look, I’m sorry, okay. That guy was an asshole.”
“And you don’t think I could handle it myself? I was doing just fine before you made a huge scene in front of everyone.” You spat.
“I could tell you were uncomfortable Y/N, I was just trying to help.”
“Yeah, well you’re not my fucking dad. I don’t know why you’ve been acting like this lately.” He growled at your words and immediately pulled his truck over onto the side of the road.
“Because you’ve been out here acting like you’re desperate for attention and I don’t want you to get hurt.” He nearly screamed at you from his place in the driver’s seat.
“You’re a douche!.” You shout at him as you attempt to exit his truck. He quickly grabs you by your arm, forcing your attention back to him. “Rafe-” You're cut off by his lips being roughly pressed to yours. You pull back quickly, completely taken by surprise. “What the hell are you doing?”
“Come on Y/N, do I really have to spell it out for you?” You sat there dumbfounded and silent for what seemed like forever. You looked at Rafe and then down at yourself. You never really saw yourself as someone he would want in that way.
“You could have any girl you wanted, Rafe, why would you bother with someone like me?”
“I don’t want any girl Y/N, I want you. Since we were kids.” You whip your head in his direction as the words leave his mouth, in utter disbelief.
“Why didn’t you ever say anything?”
“I don’t know. I should have. I thought I could keep it in but seeing that guy throwing himself at you set me off. I’m sorry.” He answers as he reaches for your hand.
You’re so overcome with emotion that you don’t stop to think before you’re climbing over the center console and straddling his lap, crashing your lips into his. He tries to speak but you kiss him and lean into him harder. His hand slides down the seat to push the seat back, giving you both more room to move.
You run your hands through his hair as his hand slips underneath the back of your shirt. Every little touch has your body wanting to erupt like fireworks. You never realized that you wanted him this bad, in this way. He moans into your mouth when you slip your tongue past his lips and it sets you off. Your hands go straight for his belt but he’s quick to pull away and stop you.
“Rafe.” You plead.
“Not here. Not like this.” He says softly but you aren’t having it. You roll your hips over him and the noise that falls from his lips only fuels you further.
“I thought you’ve wanted me your whole life? Are you really gonna tell me no right now?” You tease as you keep up your seductive movements. A low groan leaves his lips before he grabs you by the back of your neck, pulling you back into him as your lips fuse together again.
Your hands go back to his belt but this time he doesn’t stop you as you work to free him from his pants. You push your dripping panties to the side before helping him align himself with your entrance. He slips into you with ease and you both let out relieved whines of pleasure.
“Jesus Y/N!.” He growls as he fills you completely.
“You’re massive.” You breathlessly moan and he smirks before placing his hands on your hips to help you steady yourself. You lean down, taking his bottom lip in between your teeth biting gently as he starts pulling you down on him hard. You feel every ridge and vein of his cock as he perfectly caresses the inside of you.
You completely forget that you’re on the side of the road where anyone could see you. All you can think about is the fact that you’re fucking your best friend and how amazing he feels as you ride him. Your hand trails down your skirt to rub your clit and it’s mere seconds before your orgasm washes over you.
“So fucking beautiful.” Rafe growls as he keeps fucking up into you. He places tender kisses on the side of your neck as you come down. You can tell he’s trying hard not to dig his fingernails into your skin as he grows closer. “Shit, can I-“ he rasps but you cut him off.
“Yes, I’m on the pill.” You work to meet his thrusts, tugging at his hair as you feel him twitch. He releases inside of you with a groan and falls back against the seat, completely out of breath.
“Shit, I think I love you.” He pants and you smile.
“You think?” You tease as you lean in for a gentle kiss.
“Okay maybe I know.” He chuckles as you both work to right yourselves. As you make your way back over to the passenger seat you can feel his cum dripping down your leg and you smirk to yourself.
“Maybe I know too.” You whisper but you’re pretty sure he catches it as he smiles while pulling back onto the road.

"are you dead yet?" a calvin gabriel analysis
Tumblr media
a/n: this movie is my current hyperfixition right now and this is just my personal take on the character, ben is a genius :) some of these quotes are out of order
thinking about the intro/beginning scene. that evil ass kid. cal gives such theater kid vibes omg.
i don't have much to say about the opening scenes, i think ben gives an amazing way of setting up the character dynamic between andre and cal. at first, it almost feels like he created an empty character out of cal, so it could be easy for someone to step into his shoes and relate to him (until later). cal is usually the one behind the camera, this isn't to say that he is less important than andre but i feel like this is where people start to create that 'soft and innocent' idea of cal. i can imagine him standing behind the camera with a stupid little grin on his face.
thinking about the firework scene; lets get the first thing straight, cal was not manipulated, gaslit or the 'soft and innocent' one here, and neither is andre. both are to blame for this. notice how excited cal is, or at least fakes it. even while watching the fireworks, he seems unamused compared to andre (who calls this out). i think cal has always been a very closed off person, he can be very ignorant and annoying as depicted at the poem scene and several scenes with andre.
thinking about cal's first solo video entry ; "everything is planned so methodically." i LOVE the way he used that word and why he used it. methodically means structured or in an orderly fashion. i think it's a perfect use of the word, the fact that at first they never had a date, they had a plan and knew exactly how they would execute it. "it's gonna be unreal. it's gonna be beautiful." cal looks off as he speaks, almost like he's spacing out while imagining it. cal knew exactly what was to come, and almost fantasized about it. the thought it was beautiful. he starts examining the camera etc, as if he wasn't just talking about a mass shooting, he treats this very lightly. as if, it's just another sadistic thought. "we are gonna leave you all behind, just sticks in the mud that andre and i have made. we are gonna walk away. you see, we see more than you do." cal is fully aware of what's to come, almost as if he's planned this for years ahead. it reminds me of the tate quote "I'm prepared for the noble war."
nearing the end of his 'monologe' he starts spacing out his words, taking longer to deliver what he's about to say as if he's trying to justify it or make someone understand why they are gonna do what they are about to do.
thinking about the party scene; cal silently makes his way out of the party to sit on the steps with andre. when he gets down to the step he basically slouches over, covering his face as if he's exhausted. "i'm just not good at parties."
he keeps his arms crossed over him but his legs out. his legs out are a sense of comfort with andre but i feel like him keeping his arms crossed is because he still feels very closed off or uncomfortable. he stays very quiet while andre talks with his cousin. apparently they have been friends since about sixth grade and cal has been with his family before, yet he still feels anxious and closed off to them.
thinking about the braces scene; ben did this in a lovely way and he's an actually genius. "his parents spent all that money for years on his teeth, just for him to blow them through his skull." - ben in the Zero Day Commantary
thinking about the grave scene; another one of my personal favorite scenes. cal is very defensive on andre during this scene as rachel basically describes him as a bad influence on cal. i feel as if cal is getting defensive because andre was able to understand him in a way no one else would, someone who understood his sadistic ideas and even help him go through with it. someone who saw the need for a 'beautiful' cleansing.
i also think he got defensive when rachel started to describe andre as like the ring leader of all of this, cal wanted his credit and i think this tied alot into the shooting scene later on.
"im insecure and i need attention." god someone get this boy a myspace page.
thinking about the camping scene; where cal jokes around with his family alot, i wonder how his younger siblings felt afterwards
thinking about the poem scene; i don't think the poem has much meaning - also basing it off what Ben said. just some edgy thing a teenager would say.
cal doesn't seem to take anything seriously. being obnoxious to the other people who were there, ignoring andre's points on trying to stay secretive. cal couldnt give less than a fuck.
im jumping far
thinking about the shooting scene;omfgomfgomfg. in the car it's like we see cal truly happy when he is about to ruin people's lives, his smile seems so genuine like he's ecstatic.
when him and andre get in the building, he seems so focused on his first shot, quick to make sure there are no more people.
don't even get me started on the library scene omg
the way cal walks ontop of the tables, showing a sign of authority over everyone else. a moment where he can finally feel larger than others, where he no longer has to worry about staying in his little bubble.
"are you dead yet?" is my favorite quote from the scene. it's filled with so much anger and almost irony. he's taunting them, he laughed at the idea of someone trying to talk him out of it. i think this was the most freeing moment for cal.
i also think he was ready to die, his last conversation to andre says so much. telling him "you're done." isn't of "i'm done" or "we're done." he was prepared to paint the ceiling with his brains - while andre was so hesitant. UGH I COULD TALK ABOUT THID MOVIE FOREVER

Interview with my Ex
---
What the heck is this?
Your eyes are stuck on the screen, unable to believe the E-mail you’ve just received.
---
“PROPOSAL to Mrs. Eun-ji Park
You have been invited to participate in our show titled ‘Interview with my Ex’ together with Bang Christopher Chan.
The show is scheduled to be filmed on XX.XX.XXXX. You will be able to talk openly to your ex about your relationship and your break-up through a series of questions we’ve prepared.
Please let us know if you are interested in this proposal and if you are available.
Thank you,
The ‘Truth Behind The Scenes’ Team”
---
Reading through the lines, your eyes widen in shock.
You look up the E-mail address the message came from and find that not only is it legit, but they have a YouTube channel with millions of subscribers, which would explain why your ex – Chan – would be invited to it and would want to participate.
Although you haven’t kept up with what he’s been doing, you know that he is preparing to release an album to launch his solo career, and he’d probably want to promote it as much as possible.
But still, isn’t it a bit cruel to invite you to something like this? Would he really promote this album at your expense, after knowing how much he’s hurt you?
It’s been more than a year since you’ve broken up, but still, your heart still hurts whenever you read his name. You don’t think you’d be able to face him without feeling pain creeping in from every crevice of your body.
You miss him terribly, and ever since he left, you weren’t able to fill the hole he left behind. Once in a while, you wonder if he’s ever tried reaching out and you almost unblock his number, but quickly change your mind because the possibility of talking to him again scares you.
You are scared of your heart swelling up with hope in your chest again, you are scared of confessing that he was the best thing that’s ever happened to you, and you are scared he most likely doesn’t feel the same.
Still, you are curious. Maybe it wouldn’t be a bad idea to participate in this show – to talk to him more or less openly about the whys and the hows, so you eventually decide to reply to the message, and you clear up your work schedule for that day.
~
As the day approaches, you get more and more anxious about having to see him. Initially, you decide to dress to the nines, to show him what he’s been missing out on, but the more dresses you try on, the more uncomfortable you feel.
Why should you try to be someone you’re not just to try and impress a man who’s left you?
You shouldn’t.
You don’t care to impress him anymore. You should just be you, and you should wear something you’re feeling good in, even if that’s just a plain black shirt and some matching black jeans and shoes.
You decide to do your make-up as you’d usually do for work – a soft glam paired with a glossy lip balm, and glancing once more in the mirror, you sigh to yourself and get out of your apartment, taking the bus until you reach the address you’ve received in the last message the Truth Behind the Scenes team sent you.
As you reach the filming studio, someone takes you inside a room with a table and two chairs, and Chan is already there with his back turned to you, speaking with someone you don’t recognise.
Your heart skips a beat at the sight of him, and you hesitate for a little while, but eventually decide to approach the table with a soft smile.
“Hey.” You say, and seeing you, Chan immediately stands up and smiles brightly.
“Hey! I wasn’t sure you’d show up.” He chuckles, taking you into a hug, and oh, how much you missed his embrace, even if it’s short.
“Yeah, I wasn’t sure either.” You reply honestly. “But here I am. So, how does this work?”
“Well, I thought we would have a conversation of some sort, but apparently there’s some questions on those cards each of us has to draw from those two boxes-” he points towards the table, “and the other has to reply.”
“I see.” You nod and sit down, and he follows soon after.
The team instructs you to draw the first card, and as you do, you begin reading:
“How did we meet?”
“Oh, alright. Well…”
---
Rubbing his tired eyes, Chan looked in the corner of his computer screen and cursed out loud when he noticed how late it already was.
3:52 AM.
“Shit.” He leaned back and closed his eyes tightly, and when he opened them again, they started stinging.
He rubbed them again while contemplating if he should go back to the dorms or just sleep on the sofa in the studio. Although uncomfortable, it would do until tomorrow at 10 when he’d have to be back to the building.
After some more minutes and deep breaths used to try and calm him down, he eventually decided against sleeping on the sofa and getting God knows how many neck cramps in the morning when he’d wake up.
He got up and shut down his computer and his laptop, of course after making sure a million times that he’s saved the progress made on the track in the past few hours of the night. He had a good feeling about this new song, even though it would probably not see the light of day in a few years.
Still, it’s better to work in advance and be prepared, especially in an industry as competitive as the one he works in.
Walking into the hallway, he eventually reached the elevators and called one of them. He glanced one more time left and right, and made his way inside, thinking of how peaceful the company is so late into the night. This was probably the only thing he enjoyed about staying up late cramped in his studio: the quietness, the emptiness, the fact that he can take the elevator all the way down uninterrupted-
“Oh.” A woman’s voice pulled him out of his trance, as he stood bewildered looking at the elevator’s doors that opened on the 6th floor. “Wasn’t expecting someone else to be up and about at this time.” The woman continued, and Chan smiled out of courtesy.
You got in and pressed the button to close the doors, and the elevator started moving again, until it suddenly came to a halt.
The lights followed, leaving you in complete darkness.
“What the fuck…” Chan mumbled, taking his phone out of his pocket.
What a great day to have 2%.
He turned the flashlight on, nonetheless.
“Is this a blackout?” You contemplated out loud. “Ouch.”
“Oh, I’m sorry!” Chan apologised, putting the flashlight down. He unintentionally blinded the poor woman. “Yeah, I think so.”
“Great.”
“Tell me about it… What do we do?”
“Is there anyone you could call to tell them we’re here? I forgot my phone on my desk. Shit.”
“Yeah, let me try and call my manager. He’ll probably kill me tomorrow morning for interrupting his precious sleep, but he’s our only hope.”
“Okay.”
Chan searched up his manager’s name and dialled his number, but before the call could connect, the phone shut down.
“No more battery.”
“No way. Are you fucking kidding me?” You asked, but despite the harsh words, there was no annoyance in your tone. Instead, Chan was able to hear slight amusement.
“I always charge it.” He mumbled once more under his breath.
“Do you think the power went out in the whole building, or is it just the elevator?”
“Hmm. Not sure. Probably the whole building.”
“So, we’re stuck.” You concluded, and Chris started hearing a slight shuffle. “Might as well be comfortable. I’m down here.”
“On the floor?”
“No, dummy. On the ceiling.” You laughed.
“Okay, okay. It’s 4 AM, be a bit more lenient on me for the stupid questions.” Chan laughed as well and sat down, hoping he wouldn’t accidentally sit on you.
“I’m Eun-ji, by the way.”
“Chris.”
“Nice to meet you, Chris.”
“What are you doing here so late?”
“Same as you, probably. Working.”
“Damn, what department are you in?” He asked, trying to keep the conversation going.
“Financing.” You shrugged, although you knew he wasn’t able to see you.
“I see. I’m from Stray Kids.”
“Yeah, I know.” You chuckled at the absurdity of the situation. Of course you knew, since you were up so late because of this guy and his team’s never-ending resources for their million albums, merch and tours.
“Really? How so?” He asked, as if taken aback.
“Uhm, I mean… you’re one of the stars of the company I work for. It would be kind of weird to not know, don’t you think?” You asked plainly.
“I guess so, yeah…”
“So, do you think we’d be here for long?”
“God, I hope not. I’m so tired I could sleep right here.”
“Do it, then.” You shrugged again. “Do you want to put your head in my lap to be more comfortable?”
“What?”
“I asked, do you want to put your head-”
“No, I heard what you asked.” Chris chuckled. “I was just taken aback.”
“Well, you don’t have to. It was just a solution to the problem.”
“Then, you should be the one to do it and get some sleep, I bet you’re as tired as me.” He countered.
“No, I’m fine. Sure, I’m tired, but I have a day off tomorrow, so I can sleep in once I get home.”
“Oh… do you live far away?”
“Just a couple blocks over.”
“I see.”
“You?”
“Same…”
You hummed and nodded, and the two of you stayed silent for a few moments, until Chris started speaking again.
“So… do you like your job?”
“What?” You chuckled. “That was so random.”
“I’m trying to make conversation!” He retorted.
“I can’t say I dislike it, but I also can’t say I like it. It’s just a means to a way, I guess.”
“Mhm.”
“What about you, Chris? Do you like your job?”
“Yeah, a whole lot.” He smiled, and although you couldn’t see it, you heard it from the tone of his voice.
“Isn’t it stressful, though?”
“It is, but it’s also very rewarding. I wouldn’t pick anything else for the world.” He continued with the same excitement.
“That’s incredible. I wish my job and I had the same relationship honestly.”
“Hey, does your offer still stand?”
“Sorry?” You asked confused, and then realised what he was referring to. “Oh, yeah, of course. Come here.”
You found his shoulder in the dark and raised your hand until you found his nape, guiding his head towards your lap.
“There you go, are you comfortable?”
“Yeah, I am. Sorry about this, I’m just very tired and feel like I might pass out.”
“Don’t worry.”
You placed your other hand on his head and figured out he had a cap on, which you haven’t noticed earlier when you could see him.
“Mind if I take this off?”
“Why?” He asked immediately.
“Just figured I’d massage your scalp to help you sleep better?”
“Oh, no. I haven’t washed my hair.”
“So what?” You chuckled. “You’re such a kid.”
“I’m not a kid! Okay, fine, whatever. Take it off.”
“Good. Now, don’t get worked up and focus on sleeping.” You chuckled again and took off his cap, starting to scratch his head softly, and not even a few minutes later, you heard his steady breathing, signalling that he must’ve fallen asleep.
You wondered how long this power outage was going to last, and time seemed to pass by extremely slowly, and you eventually ended up dozing off as well. The next thing you remember is waking up blinded by the strong white lights inside the elevator, with Chris still sleeping peacefully in your lap.
“Hey.” You nudged him awake, and as he sat up, he looked more confused than ever.
“What’s up? Is the power back on?”
“Apparently.” You smiled softly, yawning.
“Thank you for being my pillow.” He said and stood up, putting his cap back on, then gave you a hand to help you up as well.
“No issues.” You chuckled and accepted his help.
“Need me to drop you off?”
“No, don’t worry about me. I live really close by. Besides, I still need to go back upstairs and grab my phone, so you get going and get some more rest.”
“Alright. Good night, Eun-ji.”
“Night!” You waved as he exited the elevator, unable to believe the interaction you just had, but still way too tired to think too much about it.
---
“That was one of the best sleeps I’ve ever had, believe it or not.”Chris says with a laugh as he recalls the memory.
“Yeah, you mentioned about it a whole lot and always made me scratch your head before sleep whenever you’d come over.” You laughed as well with a shake of your head and watched as he grabbed another card from the deck.
“When was our first kiss?” He asks, and you tilt your head to the side.
“You mean, the date and time?”
“I think it’s more like… if you remember how it happened?” He replies, quite confused as well.
“Ah, I see. Of course I remember.”
“During our first date?”
“No.” You chuckled again. “I told you before that you don’t remember that one time!”
“Ohhhh!” He exclaims. “Yeah, sorry, I think I was drunk out of my mind when that kiss happened.”
“You make it sound like I took advantage of a poor drunk man.” You joke, and Chris laughs as well.
“No, no, nothing like that. But come on, tell the story.”
“Fine.” You playfully roll your eyes.
---
“I can’t believe we’ve been invited to this party!” Your co-worker exclaimed happily as she applied and reapplied her lipstick, making you laugh at her antics.
“Why? It’s literally just a Christmas dinner, babe.”
“No, Eun-ji. It’s not just a dinner, everyone will be there. Everyone.”
“No clue what this means, but whatever.” You chuckled again.
“It means, even the idols! I told you I met Yeji last week and she was such a sweetheart! I wonder if she remembers me!”
“I doubt it, with how much foundation you’ve put on, babe.”
“What, am I not beautiful?” She pouted.
“You are extremely beautiful, but you look very different compared to your day-to-day look. Wait, your lipstick smudged a bit. Here, let me wipe it off.” You grabbed a napkin and carefully worked around your coworker’s lips, making sure the lipstick looked cleanly applied.
“Thank you so much! You’re dressed so plainly, though. You should always dress to impress, Eun-ji! Let’s get you in a dress!” She exclaimed, but you were quick to shake your head.
“No, thank you. I’d much rather feel comfortable. Besides, it’s just a dumb dinner. It’s not like I’ll meet the love of my life or anything like that. I don’t care to impress anyone either.”
“You’re literally impossible. Fine, wear your lame-ass black shirt and jeans, then!” She stuck her tongue out, and you replied in the same manner, before you two ended up making your way towards the elevators.
A few floors up, the elevator stopped, and the doors opened, revealing two men.
One of them, you knew.
“Oh, hello! Eun-ji, right?” Chris spoke, and you smiled slightly.
“Hi.”
“Are you girls going to the last floor too?” He asked, noticing the striking discrepancy between how you and your co-worker were dressed.
“Yeah, we are.” You replied, trying to ignore how hard your co-worker was gripping your arm. You were sure she was freaking out and in dire need of help, since she couldn’t seem to keep her cool in front of these two.
“This is Felix, by the way.” Chris introduced him.
“Hello!” The other man replied in a low tone with a nod and a sweet smile, and you acknowledged him with a short nod.
Of course, you also knew who Felix was, but it was never a big deal to you that they were famous or whatever. They were still people, just like you and your co-worker, who didn’t seem to think the same way, however.
The elevator ride was short, and you got to the last floor in no time, waving goodbye to Felix and Chris and heading towards your assigned table.
“You didn’t tell me you knew freaking Bang Chan!” Your co-worker scream-whispered in your ear, still gripping your arm.
“Because I don’t.” You retorted with a shrug.
“Yeah, you do! He even knew your name! How did that happen?”
“We just happened to meet in an elevator and got stuck for about two hours or so.” You shrugged again.
“What? When?”
“A few months ago, maybe?”
“How could you not tell me? I thought we were friends!”
“Because there was nothing to say!” You replied slightly annoyed, and she rolled her eyes, just as you reached the table.
~
The air was so stuffy in the large room, you could barely breathe. There were too many people – most likely almost everyone in the company, be it idols or mere workers.
It was so hard to hear your thoughts over the loud music, that you decided to simply make a run for it and disappear. It was getting late anyway, and you were tired, and quite honestly sick of the noise.
As you got back to the elevator and reached over to press the button and call it to your floor, your hand collided with someone else’s.
“It appears we meet again.” Chris chuckled.
“Yeah, what’s with us and this damn elevator? I don’t get it.” You laughed as well as you both stepped inside, and you pressed on the ground floor.
Chris also reached out to the buttons and pressed on another floor, but you didn’t pay it any mind.
The doors opened and he got out with a little smile and a “Goodbye!”, but then, just before the doors closed again, he placed his hand in-between them, making them reopen.
“Yes?” You asked in surprise.
“Do you, uhm… do you wanna come see my studio?”
“Why?”
“Might be cool to see.” He shrugged. “I have a bomb song idea and, you know, the creative process and all is quite interesting.”
“The creative process.” You chuckled. “Alright. Why not? As long as it’s quiet.”
“It is, it’s the best room in the building, trust me.” He smiled excitedly and turned around, so you followed him out of the elevator and into the studio.
“It’s so cramped!” You exclaimed the moment you saw it.
“Yeah, but it’s cosy, and it’s mine.” He smiled and offered you a seat on his sofa, which you were quick to accept.
Chris initially sat down at the desk, but after a little while of him pressing buttons and you admiring every corner of the room in silence, he decided to stand back up and come sit on the sofa next to you.
“No more working?”
“No more working.” He shook his head. “I can’t focus.”
“Oh, is it because I’m here?” You replied, slightly embarrassed. Maybe you shouldn’t have come.
“No, of course not! It’s because I’m drunk as fuck and nothing on my screen makes any sense.” He replied quickly with a warm laugh.
“Oh. It’d be best to head home and sleep, then.”
“Eun-ji, I’ll be blunt. Your lips look so incredible right now…”
“Wh- what? My lips?” You immediately put your fingers on top of them. “Must be this new lipbalm I’m using. It’s called-”
“No, it’s not that.” Chris chuckled. “I just wanna…” He grabbed your hand softly and dragged it away, his body coming closer to you, until your lips collided.
For a few seconds, you were taken aback by what was happening, but as the kiss deepened, your hands found the back of his head and you brought him closer.
His tongue was hot on yours, and in no time, you found yourself sitting in his lap, still making out like you were thirsty and his mouth had the only water left on Earth.
One of his hands travelled under your shirt on your naked back, and the other went down to your bum, squeezing it softly, and you let out a moan muffled by his mouth on yours.
---
“Yeah, thinking about it, it was you who initiated that kiss, so you can’t blame me for your drunken mistakes.” You chuckle.
“That was anything but a mistake, Eun-ji.” He replies with a smile that you couldn’t quite read, however, there is a slight longing in his eyes, which makes your heart skip a beat. “And it was quite funny, really. I literally couldn’t remember that we made out, but the next thing I know, I’m looking at my phone and see that we have a date planned in the next few days.”
You chuckle again at the memory, remembering how confused he was when you messaged him to confirm the details about the date.
“Alright, it’s my turn.” You say, deciding to stop pondering on your first moments as a couple and ignore his expression, as you aren’t sure you’d be able to keep a straight face for much longer if he keeps looking at you that way.
He looks at you as if he’s still in love, which makes no sense to you whatsoever. It’s been a year, and even though you are probably still very much in love with him, he is, after all, the one that got away.
You draw a card and read out loud.
“What’s your most treasured memory with us?”
“Oh, tough one.” He replies quickly, his brows furrowing.
“Why? You can’t think of any of them?” You ask, slightly dejected.
“No, it’s not that, Eun-ji. It’s just that… I treasure all of our memories.”
“All of them?” You counter back.
“Yes.”
“Even the fights?”
“Even those.”
As he replies, you don’t know what to say any further. You want to ask some more about it, but before you get the chance to formulate a proper question in your head, he begins talking again.
“If I were to pick only one, however… I think I’d go with that one time you surprised me by coming to our concert in Europe.”
---
“Thank you! You were great tonight, and we can’t wait to come again!” Chris shouted in his microphone before heading off-stage, completely sweaty but still high on the adrenaline from being on stage in front of such a large crowd.
No matter how many times he’s done it, he could never get used to it.
“Good job, boys.” He complimented his team members with a large smile plastered on his face. “Are you ready to party for the rest of the night?”
“Oh, Chris. The manager just informed me that you have to go back to the hotel. There’s apparently something wrong with your room.” Felix frowned slightly as he approached Chris, but was unable to contain his excitement for long, so he made sure to turn around just in time for him not to notice the large smile on his face.
“An issue with my room…?” Chris contemplated with a shake of his head but decided to take the driver anyway and go back to the hotel.
After all, he could always meet up with the boys and the staff later and party, after he fixed whatever was wrong with the room and saw what the emergency was about.
He inquired about the issue at the reception, but they only informed him to head upstairs, and so, he followed suit and went to his room.
As he opened it, however, he noticed that there wasn’t anything wrong. In fact, it was the exact opposite.
There you were, in his room, sitting leisurely on the bed and smiling gleefully at him.
“You’re finally back!” You exclaimed getting off the bed, and Chris just stood silent in the doorway, as if unable to believe his eyes.
“Eun-ji?!” He asked, confusion plastered across his face. “But… how? You told me you couldn’t get off work!”
“Yeah, well, surprise! My co-worker finally agreed to switch shifts with me, so I’ll be here until you leave to the next city!”
“That’s, oh my God, I’m freaking out!” He exclaimed, immediately running towards you and hugging you tightly against his chest, peppering your face with kisses.
“Eww, you’re so sweaty!” You joked and pushed him away.
“Let’s take a shower together! How does that sound?”
“Don’t be lame, Chris. I already filled the tub, let’s have a bubble bath instead!”
“Damn, you’re the freaking best.”
“Damn right.”
You two made your way towards the bathroom, slowly undressing each other in-between kisses, and when you were completely naked, you went into the tub and washed Chan’s back, kissing his neck slowly and hugging him from behind.
“By the way, Chris, you were amazing on stage.”
“Don’t tell me you’ve also seen the concert!” He exclaimed surprised.
“Of course I did! Well, some of it, anyway. But you know what? I’m quite pissed at you. I should be the only one who gets to see these.” As you replied, you moved your hand lower until it reached his abs.
“You’re the only one who gets to touch them, baby.”
“That’s not even true. Your make-up staff touches them all the time.” You pouted, and Chris started laughing at your antics.
Although he couldn’t see you, as you were still hugging him from behind, he knew you well enough to know the face you were making.
“I missed you.” You whispered.
“Me too, baby.” He replied and turned around, making sure to splash a ton of water on the floor in the process, and kissed you again. “Wanna get out so I can show you how much I’ve missed you?”
“Hell yeah.”
---
“That’s a good memory, yeah.” You chuckle, your cheeks growing slightly red remembering the steaming night you two shared, and the morning sex afterwards.
You couldn’t deny that Chris was the best you’ve ever had in every way, and your body already got hot at the thought of him touching you like that.
“So, I guess that makes it my turn.” Chris says with a clear of his throat, and you wonder if he is thinking about the same things as you.
“Go ahead.” You smile and point him towards the cards on his deck.
“Have you slept with anyone else since we’ve broken up?” Chris reads out loud, but before taking his eyes away from the card, he continues by saying: “Wait, you don’t have to respond to this. Can we skip this question?”
He looks at the staff members and places the card down, but you don’t have anything to hide. It wouldn’t have mattered anyway if you slept or didn’t sleep with anyone else. It’s not like it’s any of his business to care and get affected by your reply.
“I didn’t.” You say quietly and reach towards a new card but decide to ask as well. “Have you?”
“Eun-ji…” He frowns.
“Sorry for asking.” You shrug and then turn your card up. “The next questions reads-”
“I haven’t.” He cuts you off and averts his gaze, moment when you look at him confused.
“What?”
“I haven’t… slept with anyone else.” Chris confesses, leaving you utterly speechless.
“Oh. Alright… uhm… the next question says… what was the worst part about our relationship?” You tuck your hair behind your ear, a habit you have whenever you get nervous.
“Oh, that’s an easy one.” He chuckles. “It was definitely me.”
“What?” You frown. “Chris, you know that’s not true.”
“But it is… the fact that I was never there when you needed me…”
---
“So, I went shopping today. What are you wearing on Saturday? If you wear a tie, we need to get one in the same colour as my dress.” You spoke in a breath, kissing Chan's cheek.
“Saturday? What’s on Saturday?” He asked, genuinely confused.
“What?” You chuckled in disbelief. “My childhood friend invited us to her wedding, remember?”
“Oh, right!” He exclaimed. “Wait, let me check the date real quick.”
He stood up from the bed and ran to the living room, picking up his phone and opening his calendar.
“Shit. Babe…?” He smiled sheepishly.
“Don’t tell me you have other plans.” You frowned.
“I talked to our producer, and we are supposed to record some parts from that new song I told you about on Saturday… but it’s okay! I’ll make sure to finish in time so we can still go to the wedding! Don’t worry!” He immediately responded and apologised.
“Chris, the wedding is 3 hours away by car. I promised her we’d be there at 2 for the ceremony as well, not just for the party afterwards.” Your frown only deepened.
“Do we really need to go to the ceremony, though? Aren’t they… I don’t know… boring?”
“Are you being serious right now?” You sat up, annoyance plastered in your tone. “Chris, she’s my best friend. Of course we have to go to the ceremony too!”
“Eun-ji…” He started, and you got even more annoyed. It was like he wouldn’t take accountability for anything.
“I told you six months ago, Chris. How much time ahead do I have to tell you to make sure you’d clear up your schedule?”
“I’m so sorry, baby, but you know that our release schedule is really tight…”
“Why can’t I be a priority at least once, hm?! At least for a weekend!” You felt your eyes watering up. You knew his job was the most important, however, you were getting tired of always being put in second place by your boyfriend.
Hell, you were so disappointed right now. You asked him to clear up one single weekend, and he couldn’t even remember to do that.
“You know what? You’re right. I’m going to call up the producer right now and reschedule for next week, okay?” He pleaded with you, but you were already beyond disappointed with this situation.
He’s already made sure not to prioritize you, so you decided to just stop bothering him about it altogether.
“You know what? Don’t worry about it. I’ll just go on my own.”
“Eun-ji-”
“Besides, you don’t know anyone there, anyway, whereas I’ll just catch up with all my friends from school, so don’t worry. Go record your song.”
You got out of bed and made your way to the bathroom, turning on the water and hopping into the shower, trying to wash all the tears away.
---
“That was certainly… one of the lowest points in our relationship.” You reply, remembering the event with bitterness.
You ended up going alone to the wedding, and despite having fun and catching up with your old friends, having to go there on your own and having people ask you about where your boyfriend was truly hurt you.
“Mhm… I agree. I was such a dick. I’m so sorry, Eun-ji. If I were to turn back time, I would’ve never done those stupid mistakes.” He smiles apologetically.
“It’s fine… it’s all in the past anyway.” You return the same pained expression as he draws another card from the pile.
“Why did you accept to come here today?”
“Is that the question?”
“Yeah.”
“Hmm, I guess I was just… I don’t know, even though we’ve broken up on relatively good terms, if you could say that... I guess I just wanted to talk to you again?” You smile briefly and draw another card. “Do you think I was a jealous partner?”
“You?” Chris chuckles. “God, no. If anything, I was the jealous one.”
“You were?” You laugh as well.
“Yeah… You, however, were never jealous, no matter how many people I’d interact with. Even though it was never inappropriate, I really appreciated that you trusted me, no matter what.”
“Of course I trusted you.” You smile. “You never made me doubt you, not even once.”
Which was true. You knew that he truly loved you during the brief two years of your relationship, and he’s never put himself in any compromising position with anyone else to make you jealous.
“Anyway… the next card reads: Why didn’t we work out?” You read out loud and wait a few seconds for Chris’ reply.
“I think the first time I started to doubt if our relationship was fair to you was when you got fired from the company because… because you were dating me. That’s when I knew that something was fundamentally wrong with us being together, because instead of me giving you anything positive, I just ended up causing you pain.” Chris speaks slowly, letting out a long exhale at the end.
“It was… a really tough time for me. Although my job was not ideal, it was something I worked very hard for, and once our relationship became public and suddenly everyone knew about us…” You shake your head.
It was a very difficult time for you to put yourself out there and find another job when the whole country was aware of your relationship with Chris.
“However… no matter how hard it was, I could get through it only because you were there with me.” You frowned. “I never blamed you for my job, or anything like that… ever.”
“I know… But still, how could I not blame myself? I felt so guilty… Heck, even now, a year after we broke up, I’m still sending you money to help you out with rent, even though I know you have a new job and all.” He chuckles.
“And I always send it back.” You smile.
“Wait, you do?” He frowns. “Really?”
“Mhm.” You nod, and he pulls out his phone and opens his bank app, and his expression only becomes more downcast.
“Eun-ji, why?”
“It’s alright, Chris. I really don’t need it. You’d better spend it for something else.”
“But I-”
“Really, stop it. Read the next card.” You blow him off, dismissing his words, and he lets out a sigh.
“What was our worst fight?”
“Hmm… I think the most soul crushing one was when I got that new job…”
“Right, I was also thinking of that one. See? I told you I was the more jealous one in our relationship.” Chris chuckles with a shake of his head.
---
“Thank you for dropping me off.” You smiled sweetly at one of your new co-workers, who offered you a ride home in his car since you were on his way.
Ever since you got fired from JYPE, you were struggling to find a new job, but thankfully, an opportunity came your way, and you didn’t think twice to accept it.
However, the new job was quite far away, and the hours were longer. You missed your short commute home, but you were simply unable to find anything else in the area.
You got out of his car and waved him goodbye, and when you turned around, there was Chris, with an angry expression on his face.
“Who was that?” He asked immediately.
“Is this how we say hi to each other now?” You tilted your head, unable to understand why he seemed so pissed at you.
“Eun-ji, answer the question, please. Who the hell was that, and why is he dropping you off so late? Where were you?”
“At work. I started a new job, remember?” You frowned, not understand what he was trying to accuse you of, or why.
“It’s almost 9 PM, and I see a random man dropping you off home. Do you think I’m stupid or something?” He fired back, angrier than before.
“Excuse me? What are you insinuating?” You retorted.
“I’m not insinuating anything. I’m just asking you a damn question, Eun-ji.”
“And I’m answering!” You almost started shouting but decided to take a deep breath in and ask Chris to talk inside.
He followed you upstairs, but his demeanour was cold, which gave away the fact that the fight was far from over.
“Alright, we’re inside. Care to explain now?”
“There’s nothing to explain, Chris. That was just my co-worker.”
“Just your co-worker. Okay, sure. And why the hell was he giving you a ride home?” He continued to ask in an accusatory tone, which pissed you off to no end.
“I don’t know, Chris. Maybe it’s because my boyfriend is way too busy to make the time to come pick me up or at least send me a damn cab!”
You found it hard to keep your composure any longer, so the way you replied came out a bit too loud, and so began a screaming match between you two, and by far the worst fight you’ve ever had, which ended in Chris leaving your apartment and you crying your eyes out until 5AM.
---
“I am not proud at all of how I acted that night…” Chris closes his eyes and breaths in, and you can almost hear the pain in his voice.
“I can’t say I handled it too well either.” You sigh. “I mean, I always gave you my unconditional trust, and there you were, doubting me because I decided to accept a ride from my co-worker. It was really shitty of you to do that…”
“I know… I’m sorry.” He apologises, and you draw a new card.
“Who broke up with who?”
“It was me... I knew how much I was hurting you, and I just… I guess I decided that breaking up would be better for the both of us.”
---
“Are you mad at me again?” You frowned, hearing the 10th sigh getting out of Chan’s lips in the past 5 minutes.
“No, I’m not mad at you.”
“That’s what it looks like.”
“I’m just so incredibly stressed, Eun-ji. Can’t you understand that?”
“No, Chris, I’m just a child, I need you to spell it out for me.”
“Now you’re just mocking me again.”
“What the hell is wrong with you? It’s like the only thing we do lately is fight.”
“You’re right.” He let out another sigh. “I wish we wouldn’t fight anymore.”
He stood up and cupped your cheeks, pressing a firm kiss against your lips.
“Me neither. I love you, Chris. I really do.”
“I love you too, Eun-ji.”
You continued kissing slowly, your hands exploring the other’s body, and your clothes started disappearing one by one, your naked bodies collapsing on the bed on top of one another.
You made love and kissed each other again and again, until there was no space on your bodies that the other’s lips haven’t touched.
Then, you laid your head on Chan’s shoulder and closed your eyes, almost falling asleep before the sounds of a whimper stirred you awake.
“Hey, you okay?” You asked, concern plastered across your face.
“Eun-ji… I’m so sorry baby.”
“What for?” You frowned.
“I think…” Chris started, his voice immediately cut off by a cry as he separated himself from you and sat up on the bed, not even looking at you.
“What’s wrong?” You sat up as well and placed your hand on his naked back, caressing it softly.
“I think we should break up, Eun-ji.”
As he said this, it felt like your whole world collapsed around you. His words took your breath away, and as he stood up and got dressed, you began shaking your head repeatedly and trying to talk some sense into him.
“Chris… no. No, no, we can’t. What do you mean, break up? No…” You stood up and followed him out of the room and into the hallway, watching helplessly as he began putting on his shoes.
“I’m so, so sorry. But it’d be better for us to break up. All we do is fight, and I… I ruined everything…” Chris cried, and so did you, as you hanged onto him for dear life, hugging his back and trying to stop him for going through that door.
“Please, no. Please stay.” You begged. “We don’t have to break up. We can make it work, hm?”
“No… No, we can’t. We’ve been trying for so long, and yet… I put you through so much… you’d definitely be better off without me, Eun-ji.”
“You’re so fucking selfish!” You shouted, crying your heart out. “I love you so much, and yet…”
“I’ve never loved anyone as much as I love you, Eun-ji. But…” As he said this, he chocked on a sob, coughing slightly and wiping his tears away rapidly. “I just think it’d be best to stop this before I end up hurting you more, hm?”
"I'm the one who should decide if you're hurting me, Chris, not you!" You countered back, but he wouldn't hear any of it.
He turned around and hugged you tight, and the only thing you could do was beg him not to go.
He didn’t listen to you, and he left, and the house felt unbearably cold, and your bed was so empty, you loathed looking at it, knowing that just hours prior, you’ve made love on top of those sheets, and he loved you, and you loved him.
You tried calling him numerous times for the next week, but his calls would instantly get redirected to voice mail. At first, you left messaged for him, raging from disappointed, to sad, and even angry as the days passed and he wouldn’t return any of your calls, and after two weeks of no news from him, you understood that his decision was final, so you decided to finally block his number, and you haven’t looked back since.
---
“You were so incredibly cruel about that.” You reply, feeling tears well up in your eyes. However, you swallowed back the lump in your throat and didn’t allow yourself to cry in front of him again.
“I don’t know what I was thinking… To be honest, I’ve been considering breaking up for a while, but… the way I did it was indeed way too cruel, and that’s something I still regret. I just ended up hurting both of us in the process…”
You let out a bitter smile at his confession. You wanted to tell him how much it still hurt, how the break-up was still fresh in your mind even a year later, and how much you wish it never happened, but you couldn’t say anything.
You point him towards the cards, and he draws one and reads:
“Who do you think had the harder time after we broke up?”
“Honestly?” You chuckle. “I’ll selfishly say it was me. Did you have a hard time at all?”
“God, you have no idea.” He chuckles as well.
“Really?” Your eyes grow large. “But you didn’t even return my calls.”
“And when I did, I found out you blocked my number, so…” He scratches his nape.
“Oh.”
“Yeah…”
You don’t know how to react to this new information. You’ve been wondering all this time if he’s ever reached out, and now that you found he did, you heart broke.
Maybe coming to this show was really a mistake, because your heart doesn’t seem to heal at all – it’s quite the opposite. It’s weighing heavier in your chest, and it hurts so much, and it doesn't seem like you'll get any closure.
You draw another card, but the question gets cold on your tongue, and you barely find the strength to ask it.
“Did you… uhm… did you ever see yourself marrying me?” You clear your throat and look at Chris, who’s showing you the most compassionate expression, so full of love, like you haven’t broken up a year ago.
“Yes.” He replies plainly, and this finally breaks you.
You avert your gaze as you feel your eyes swelling up with tears.
“I’m sorry, can I please have a moment? I need a break.”
You take in a few deep breaths and refuse to look at Chris anymore, because you can’t help the growing feelings in your chest and the pain ever-present in your heart.
“Alright… when?” You ask after a little while, trying to wipe away any tears that might’ve fallen on your cheeks.
“I fell in love with you quickly, but… I think I knew for sure that I wanted us to… uhm… to be more than just a couple… when you first met my family.”
---
“I’m so anxious! What if they won’t like me? What if they’d think I’m not good enough for you? Oh my God, Chris, where are the presents I bought??? Did you forget to pack them? I explicitly said-”
“God, Eun-ji, calm down.” Chris chuckled. “It’s just my parents. And I put the presents right there in the bag, just as you’ve asked me to.”
“I’m so anxious, I can’t help it!” You pouted. “Where exactly?”
“Here, let me look for them.” He offered, and you plopped on the bed in Chan’s old room, almost on the verge of crying.
You were thankful that his parents were away for a few hours to some sort of event, which gave you a little time to settle in their house and mentally prepare yourself for the impending meeting.
“What?” Chris asked puzzled.
“What?” You immediately sat back up, watching as Chris looked confused.
“I’m sure I packed them. Is this the wrong bag?” He tilted his head to the right, and you just about died.
“This can’t be true!” You exclaimed as Chris closed the bag and examined it.
“Shit, I thought you said I should put them in the blue one.”
“Chris!” You grabbed a pillow and threw it at him, and he started chuckling.
“It’ll be okay, babe, don’t worry.”
“No, it won’t! I came empty handed and they’re going to hate me, and-” You sniffed and buried your face in your palms, but Chris grabbed them gently and pushed them away, grabbing your face with his hands.
“They won’t hate you. They will see how much I love you, and they will love you too.”
“I put so much thought into those presents, though.” You pouted, thinking of the matching jewellery set you got for Chan’s folks that took you ages to decide on.
Before Chris got the chance to say anything else, you heard the front door open, and your heart stood still in your chest.
“Looks like they’re here. Come on, let’s meet them.” He dragged you up from the bed and you reluctantly followed him, and there they were, in the doorway, with large smiles on their faces at the sight of their son.
Chris introduced you and they immediately made you feel welcomed by taking you into a large hug, and then you had lunch together, when you talked and told them lots of funny stories from work and from your childhood.
Chan’s mother was more than happy to hear these stories and shared some of her son’s growing up as well, with a large smile spread across her face, and you had such a pleasant time together, hours ended up passing by, and day turned to night in no time.
By the time you were back in bed next to Chris, you wondered why you worried in the first place. These people were as lovely as him, and they apparently adored you too.
---
“My mom still asks me about you.” Chris chuckles.
“I also think about them often. How are they doing?” You ask with a soft smile, remembering the good times.
There were a lot of downs in your relationship, but more than anything – bigger than the pointless fights and sleepless nights –, you had some amazing moments together that you’d do anything to relive.
It truly doesn’t feel like a whole year went by with Chris not being in your life.
“They are doing well. Like usual.” He smiles back. “I believe we have two more questions to ask.”
“Yeah, it appears so.” You reply, unable to believe that a whole hour has passed already.
“My question reads: what have you been up to ever since we’ve broken up?”
“Hmm… you know me, just hustling here and there. I’ve found a new job that’s closer to home, I started going to the gym more or less regularly, I made some new friends and tried out some hobbies – which I ended up being too bad at to pursue.” You chuckle.
“Really? Like what?” Chan’s eyes sparkle with excitement as he’s placing his elbows on the table and his head steadily on his palms, showing you that you have his undivided attention, and it feels like no time has passed at all.
If you weren’t totally sure of your feelings until now, if you had the smallest doubt in your mind that you still loved him, watching him look at you like this made it clear.
You are very much still in love with Chris, and despite everything that went down, you wish things would be different between you.
You dread the hour being over and going back home to your life, devoid of his presence.
“Uhm, don’t laugh at me please.” You start, and Chris already lets out a chuckle. “I tried dancing, painting, boxing-”
“Wait, dancing?” Chris immediately erupts into laughter. “Eun-ji, you can’t be serious!”
“And why not?” You frown jokingly.
“I mean, you were always so bad at it whenever I’d try to show you any moves!” He continues laughing.
“Well, that’s your own fault for having hard ass choreos, not mine!” You retort, laughing along. “Besides, you promised me you wouldn’t laugh!”
“I didn’t promise anything!” He raises his hands in front of him in fake defence, a large smile adorning his face.
“Oh, fuck off!” You exclaim with a chuckle, drawing the last card from your pile. “Why did you invite me here today?”
“Oh.” Chris immediately turns serious and scratches his nape in slight embarrassment. “Uhm, you might know that I have a new album coming out… a solo one?”
“Yeah, I’ve heard something about it.” You nod.
So, after all, you were right, and he only invited you here to promote it.
“I don’t know what that has to do with me, though.” You continue, feeling your heart grow heavy.
“The album is about you, that’s why.” He smiles softly. “Would you maybe like to… listen to one of the songs in it?”
“Sure.” You nod again, your heart beating harder.
“It’s called Eun-ji.”
As he says this, he pulls out his phone and presses play on the song, and the calm beats begin surrounding you two, and soon enough, Chan’s pained voice.
It’s a sad song about a missed love, about regret and pain, about every unspoken feeling Chris had ever since you’ve broken up, and you found yourself tearing up and needing a few napkins to go through the whole thing.
Chris also begins crying, wiping his tears away repeatedly until the song is over, and when it is, he clears his throat and places his phone back in his pocket.
“Eun-ji, I… I’m still in love with you. Do you think that maybe... you would ever see us getting back together? Do you think you could ever give me another chance to fix my mistakes, to fix us?”
As he confesses this, you cry even louder and decide against replying. Instead, you stand up and go directly towards him, plopping yourself in his lap and hugging him tightly, and he immediately welcomes you, his arms circling your frame and pulling you tighter against him.
“I love you too, so, so much, Chris.” You whisper as you draw back, and his hands find your cheeks as he wipes away all the tears that are falling.
“My love, I was so, so wrong and selfish.” He frowns.
You shake your head, not wanting to think about it anymore, and press your lips against his.
Your first kiss after a whole year apart is long and sweet, and he hugs you even closer, and oh, how much you’ve missed him and everything about him. How much you longed to have him again…
“I missed you so much.” You confess, and he buries his head against your chest and sobs quietly in your arms for a few moments.
“Do you… uhm… do you want to get out of here and have some lunch? And maybe dinner, too?” He asks looking right in your eyes, and you nod, so he helps you up and grabs your hand, and without a word more, you two exit the studio together with the silent understanding that you’re back together, willing to work on your mistakes and to make it work this time around.

Problem.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Summary: Pogues abandoning little!reader after she did an awful mistake. Rafe is here to show her that she’s not alone.
Warnings: Age regression, angst, slight fluff in the end.
Words counter: 1,3 k
Author’s note: I used scene from the „Arcane” as the reference for this fic!!🫶🏻
Pogues had never shown their disappointment in you or even told you that they weren’t pleased with your actions. They never showed you any signs of anger, especially not when you were in the little space. No matter how bad your mistakes were, they would just try to ensure you that everything is alright. They didn’t want you to know how hard it is to clean up your mess. And you couldn’t even think of anything about them being tired of you.
After all, every mistake can be fixed, right?
Tonight you found out that you were actually wrong, and there are some mistakes that unfortunately can’t be fixed, not at all.

„Stay here, kid.”

JJ said to you an hour ago, as they were getting ready to go on another fight with some people that they had introduced to you as the „bad guys." You wanted to help them, but since you were regressed, they came up with the decision that it would be better for you to just stay inside the truck while they would be dealing with all of that. You agreed, just so they wouldn’t have to worry about you while fighting, and then you watched them leave.

„Good wuck…”

You whispered, but it seemed like nobody had heard you since they haven’t replayed, just closing the truck’s doors. Since they left, you became so much more anxious.
What if they would get hurt?
What if they would get killed?
What if, what if, what if...
You just couldn’t help yourself, but finding that small gun that was laying on the driver’s seat was very interesting. What if that small thing would help you get your friends out of trouble? You knew that you shouldn’t have touched the weapons, but you also knew that you wouldn’t let your friends get themselves in trouble.
Slowly you got off the truck and immediately saw them, staying there, just a few miles away from you. And there were also those bad guys, threatening your friends. Your heart ached seeing them in fear, so you approached them and shot.
A couple of times.
You obviously didn’t see how one of the bullets came through the JJ’s shoulder, and you also didn’t see that you almost shot Kiara right in the head. When the gun's magazine finally got empty, you opened your eyes, letting a weapon fall from your hands to the ground. Pogues were looking at you, and there was something on their faces that you had never seen before. It took a moment for you to understand that they were disappointed in you and also scared of what you just did. Everyone heads to the truck, letting JJ deal with you. They just didn’t know what to say, and they were obviously afraid of your reaction to their harsh words.
JJ wasn’t even looking at you; he was looking through you, as if you were something that he was finally ready to leave behind. You felt how your eyes felt with tears just from the amount of guilt that you were feeling right now. You opened your mouth, but before you could start to speak, JJ just shook his head.

„No. We’re done.”

He said, and his words made your knees weaker. He had never talked to you in such a cold manner, especially not when you were regressed. It seemed like you actually crossed the line trying to help them.

„They were right, you are a problem, and I’m sorry, but I don’t know how to deal with you anymore.”

His words were painful, but the sudden feeling of your knees hitting the hard ground brought even more pain, finally making you cry. Your cries were silent at first, but as soon as JJ had left your sight, silent sniffles turned into loud sobbing.

„Pwease, don’t go.”

You hugged your bloody knees, whispering some sort of pleading out loud, even though you knew that nobody would hear you. Or at least you thought so.
Rafe Cameron saw your small trembling figure, and he was intrigued. Something about that scene reminds him of himself when he was a child, left alone and crying for nobody to hear him. Rafe shook his head to get rid of that image.
Why would Pogues leave someone behind?
He almost felt bad, hearing your sobbing as he approached you. Your hair wet from the rain and your face puffy from all the tears. You probably needed someone to console you, or at least someone who would be there for you, right? And you would most probably do whatever it takes to not be abandoned again.

„Why are you here alone, little one?”

He asked, crouching down in front of you, waiting for you to answer his question. You rubbed your eyes in a childish manner, trying to focus your gaze on the man. He wasn’t looking like he was planning to hurt you, and even if he would, it wouldn’t hurt as much as getting abandoned by a Pogues did.
You looked at him for another second, and then you jumped on him, hugging him tightly with your little arms. Both of you were lying on the ground now, but he didn’t seem to protest. He didn’t hug you back, though, not yet.

„They left me, Pogues left me.”

You whispered, trying not to start sobbing again. His eyes widened, as he couldn’t believe what he had just heard. How could they call themselves a family when they’re leaving their people behind? The thoughts of getting left were hurting your little heart so bad that you almost screamed but felt two strong arms picking you up from the ground just in time. You didn’t know who that man was, but the need in someone’s care right now made you desperate enough to accept his attention. You hugged his neck with your hands, hiding your face there as he was trying to calm you down.

„I’m lonely”

Rafe chuckled at your pitiful voice, hugging you tighter. He wasn’t the big fan of hugs, but he knew that you needed that right now. He also knew that you were way too tired now to give him any information about yourself or at least explain what happened previously, but he also knew that you wouldn’t say „no” if he would offer you to go with him.

„You won’t be lonely for too long, little one.”

His words were gentle; he didn’t want you to get scared or overwhelmed. He could tell that you were close enough to yet another tantrum just because of the stress that you had experienced from getting left alone.

„I’m Rafe Cameron, can we be friends?”

You nodded, wanting at least someone to be around. You couldn’t stay alone, especially when you were regressed. He smirked at your response, knowing that he doesn’t want to be your friend. He wants to be your everything, and somehow you didn’t seem very against it.

„From that moment you will never be left alone again, baby.”

You looked at him with a small suspicion. It was hard for you to believe that someone might actually want to deal with you, and not leaving you behind when you would became too much. Rafe extended his pinky, his big hand approaching yours.

„Pinky pwomise?”

Your eyes widened, and your face turned more bright. For you, a pinky promise was something more meaningful than a signed contract or a proposal ring. You slowly connected your pinky with his, smiling happily.

„Pinky promise.”

He reassured you, giving you a gentle kiss on the nose, making you smile once again. After he saw that smile, he knew he wouldn’t ever let anyone make you cry.

Isha Brain Rot ✍️
Isha was probably the weird kid. A kid that didn't speak? She was definitely the weird kid. She definitely either went through something mentally traumatic that made her stop speaking, or was probably lonely for so long that she just stopped speaking because there was no one for her to speak to. And at such a young age, she was chased by adult killers and was just trying to survive. She probably thought her life would just be one long battle for survival before she died. But she was brave, and she fought on.
And then, she found love in the most unexpected of places. With arguably one of the most dangerous people in both Zaun and Piltover. Jinx. She fell on Jinx, saw Jinx kill the people that had chased her for so long and in that moment, took a risk and followed Jinx
Look at her death. She saw Jinx on the floor and looked around. She wanted to see if there was anyone who could help, but there was no one. And that brave little girl tugged her hat and ran into what was certain death.
You can see her tearing up as she runs past. She cries as she remembers the times she spent with Jinx. Those were tears of happiness. Of gratitude. Happiness that before she would die, she got to experience what it felt like to be taken care of. She got to experience family and love. Gratitude to Jinx for saving her from death in that alley, and saving her from the loneliness and lovelessness she lived with for years. As a child growing up in Zaun, she always knew she lived with the chance of dying anytime. But she probably never expected that she would get to be loved before that end.
And that gave her the strength to run towards certain death. Jinx was the darkness of Piltover, but to Isha , Jinx was the light. And she could not let that light extinguish. But she was also Jinx's light, and Jinx too could not let it go, which was why she tried running after her. But Jinx is also one of Vi's lights and so also, Vi could not let her go into death. At the end, is that not love? The act of being selfish, because that selfishness is centred around someone. To be selfish and selfless all at once.
And just before she dies, she looks at Jinx. The person that saved her in so many ways.. The person she admired to the extent she dressed like her. The person she has so much faith in. Isha said a goodbye in a way she that was more profound than words. A way only the two of them knew. She faced death, with a smile at the person that mattered to her the most, and closed her eyes.
In a way, she reminds me of that one story from Harry Potter. Of the Peverell brother that lived a life with his family and faced death with a smile. But while Ignitious Peverell was an adult and faces death as an old man, she was just a child.
Honestly thank God they didn't have Isha speak. That scene would have been more devastating if the only word we ever get to hear Isha say was goodbye
We're going into the final episodes tomorrow, but mark that Isha has left on me will live with me for years. If last weekend was the last time we get to see her alive, I'll smile like she did for the same reasons she did. She survived the loneliness. Found someone who cared for her. She lived, she laughed, she loved, she fought and she went out protecting the reason behind her happiness.
In death, she won.

Agatha All Along deep dive: episode 4 part 1
(Wandavision entries: [1][2][3])
(AAA entries: ep1 [1][2][3][4] ep2 [1][2][3][4] ep3 [1][2][3] ep4 [1][2])
It's episode 4 If I Can't Reach You / Let My Song Teach You, time for two of my favorite things: glam rock and homosexuals. which are basically the same thing if you think about it.
Tumblr media
she's like damn, billy, that was ruthless. honestly this is going to make her care about billy even more, not only he's powerful, not only he reminds her of nicky. now he's a murderer too?? perfect son is perfect. I love how she's studying sharon's body with her detective Agnes face, her mind is going a million miles a minute
Tumblr media
her third-wall-break winks destroy me. and that poor hairdo. all gone expect for the giant turd on top.
Tumblr media
alice being truly and genuinely sorry about sharon. lilia and jen being gossiping hags
Tumblr media
agatha honey you're so dainty and feminine, look at you. and that's an interesting and not at all painful tree shape you picked. (I would have never noticed any of this without brightening the scene, it's outrageous. everyone involved in this show is amazing except the lighting department. shame on you lighting department)
Tumblr media
whatever alice does openly and sincerely, agatha does secretly or as a joke. parallels, parallels
Tumblr media
jen is like, can you believe this bitch
Tumblr media
without being asked, alice goes to help digging the grave
Tumblr media
that is the idiot I fell in love with and I'm way past regretting my choices at this point!! I know how rio feels now
Tumblr media
"coven two" is one of those lines that make you laugh on first view and shred your heart in a million tiny pieces at every following rewatch. this show HAS to be watched at least twice, don't ever trust reviews or complaints by ppl who didn't, because they missed at least half of what makes it great.
Tumblr media
a clown running from the tragic truth that her son wrote the Ballad, making sad clown noises all over the Road
Tumblr media
when alice is called to referee as the Resident Ballad Expert and agatha looks at her expectantly hands in pockets, somehow extremely obnoxious, extremely gay and extremely sad at the same time
Tumblr media
alice is SO above bickering. jen is being a baby because she's mad at agatha, lilia is being a baby cause she's grumpy and a contrarian, billy is sixteen, agatha is, well, agatha. alice is the only adult in the building
Tumblr media
just one, huh? that's fine. that's fine. who needs a heart anyway.
Tumblr media
the common gypsophila or baby's breath symbolizes sincerity, purity, innocence. does it symbolizes sharon? or is billy leaving it on her grave a metaphor for his naivety and good intentions gone wrong?
Tumblr media
billy's romantic ideals of what it means to be in a coven have just been shattered. he set out, consciously or not, to teach something to these witches and of course it didn't work. he is the one who needs guidance, he is the one who's making a mess of things. he's just a kid.
Tumblr media
agatha going !! when billy says he wishes he could go home. agatha covertly pointing out that he has a replacement body and she would really like to know how. she's observing him so closely, trying to puzzle out the mystery. exactly like she did with wanda inside the Hex. not revealing her cards just yet, testing and manipulating him. when that strategy blew up in her face so spectacularly the first time! she's so smart and so reckless it makes her practically an idiot
Tumblr media
case in point: she's making up stupid rules trying to manipulate billy into shaping the Road the way she wants. that's right, agatha. let's summon another poor victim you can siphon, wonder who's gonna show up! (and she KNEW sharon was laying dead ten feet away and SOMEONE was bound to be in the neighborhood. dumbass.)
Tumblr media
aww he's so proud of himself for having brought the spellbook. he's being helpful! he's made his four moms happy!
Tumblr media
check, debatable, check
Tumblr media
debatable and debatable
Tumblr media
I'm gonna give that one a BIG check
Tumblr media
yes I know advil spells "vidal", thank you tumblr for letting me know that one. also same, alice.
Tumblr media
'esse viridis non es facile' IT'S NOT EASY BEING GREEN?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! oh I knew my high school latin was bound to come in handy at least once in my life
Tumblr media
(by the way the set + costumes combo is giving me such hocus pocus vibes, but you could never tell because the SCENE IS SO FUCKING DARK) (NO I WON'T SHUT UP ABOUT IT)
Tumblr media
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAH
Tumblr media
I mean girls, you chose to follow the head clown, you have to travel in the clown car. that's on you.
Tumblr media
WHY IS THE PRINT SO SMALL???? I LOVE YOU PATTI LUPONE
Tumblr media
admit it we all wished it was sharon for a moment
Tumblr media
oh?? is that mayhaps someone you know, agatha???
Tumblr media
and that's a wrap, see you guys tomorrow!
no, I'm kidding, I'm kidding. I'm doing another one tonight. I need to shove all the rio scenes in my eyeballs NOW
go to episode 4 part 2

Hi, what about Vi x Werewolf Reader. Where Reader is hanging out with Vi and Caitlyn and they were encountered by Shimmer monsters. Caitlyn has her gun and Vi has her gauntlets. They started fighting till Vi was injured, all of a sudden, Vi heard a growl and it was coming from girlfriend. Vi was about to get attacked, till Reader jump over Vi and transformed into a big werewolf (like in Twilight). Vi and Caitlyn were shocked and Reader defeated all the monsters. After that, Reader shook her fur and started to walk towards Vi. Reader whimpers a little by looking at Vi’s injured arm but Vi didn’t mind it and started to pet Reader’s head. Reader liked it and started to lick Vi’s cheek. Caitlyn walked towards Reader and gave her pet. Vi still shocked, saying “My sweet girlfriend is a badass werewolf.” Vi smiled.
Is there a chance you do like a bonus scene where they went to Ekko’s lair and they saw Reader still in her wolf form and every kid started walking towards her and started petting her and surrounding her. Vi told Ekko that my girlfriend is a werewolf with an excited face.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
ahh I love this request!! Hope this was what you were lookin for.
———————————————————————-
You, Vi, and Caitlyn had been on patrol when the shimmer mutants ambushed. Caitlyn immediately raised her rifle, her sharp eyes scanning the chaos, while Vi activated her gauntlets with a confident smirk.
“Stay behind us, babe,” Vi called, her cocky tone masking the adrenaline rushing through her veins. You stayed back as they charged into the fight, fists flying and bullets ripping through the air. But the mutants were relentless, their raw, monstrous power keeping even Vi on her toes.
It wasn’t long before one of the creatures blindsided her, slamming her hard into the ground. Vi grunted in pain, her arm bending at an unnatural angle as her gauntlets clattered to the side.
“Vi!” Caitlyn shouted, dispatching one mutant with a well-placed shot. But another was already lunging for her.
Before either could react, a guttural, animalistic growl echoed through the street, freezing the attackers mid-step. Vi turned her head, wide-eyed, to see you, your frame trembling as sharp claws extended and thick fur began sprouting over your skin. Your pupils turned to slits, glowing with a predatory light.
“Babe…?” Vi croaked, her voice laced with shock and confusion.
With an ear-splitting roar, you leapt over Vi, your body fully transforming mid-air into a massive wolf-like form that dwarfed the mutants. The fight shifted in an instant. You tore through the creatures with primal strength and agility, your sheer presence driving fear into the monsters.
When the last mutant fell, you stood in the carnage, shaking your thick coat of fur free from the grime. Slowly, you padded over to Vi, your ears lowering as you whimpered at the sight of her injured arm.
Vi stared up at you, slack-jawed, then blinked as if processing. “Well, this is new.” Her shock softened as you pressed your wet nose against her hand, seeking reassurance.
A small smile tugged at her lips as she lifted her uninjured hand and hesitantly scratched behind your ears. “Guess the secret’s out,” she muttered.
You leaned into her touch, rumbling in approval, before licking her cheek with a giant, sloppy swipe of your tongue.
“Ugh! Okay, okay, enough!” Vi laughed, pushing your muzzle away playfully. Caitlyn, having dispatched the last of her own attackers, approached cautiously.
“You never told us you were…” Caitlyn paused, trying to find the words, “…a werewolf.”
“She’s full of surprises,” Vi said with a grin, still petting your head. “But my sweet girlfriend just turned into a badass wolf and saved my butt, so who’s complaining?”
Caitlyn chuckled, her nerves easing as she reached out to touch your fur. “You’re… incredible,” she admitted, stroking your coat. You preened under the attention, your tail swishing happily.
Bonus Scene: Ekko’s Lair
Back at the Firelights’ hideout, the kids’ wide-eyed stares turned to pure excitement as they swarmed around your still-wolfed-out form. Tiny hands reached for your fur, their voices bubbling with awe.
“She’s huge!” one exclaimed.
“Soft, too!” said another, burying their face in your side.
Vi stood off to the side with Ekko, her expression smug. “So, uh, Ekko. Fun fact: my girlfriend’s a werewolf.”
Ekko raised a brow but quickly smiled. “That tracks, honestly.”
Meanwhile, you lay on the ground, completely surrounded by the Firelights as they adored you, your tail wagging happily. Caitlyn leaned against the wall, shaking her head with a fond smile.
“She’s a magnet for attention,” Caitlyn mused.
Vi crossed her arms and smirked. “What can I say? She’s the best girlfriend ever.”
You huffed softly in agreement, nudging Vi’s leg with your nose.

“No!” I exclaim for the fiftieth time , throwing my head back and laughing.
“Please,” Xander begs, pulling out his puppy dog eyes.
Usually they’d work but with what was at stake I was not about to let them win me over this time.
I turn my head stubbornly, “no.”
“Please!” he says desperately.
“Xander I already told you I’m not going on any of these,” I remind him with a smile.
I mean I wasn’t going to come at all, it was a miracle Xander got me out of the house. Theme parks were not my scene, I hated rollercoasters and people and crowds and basically everything about the place. Still, Xander had begged me to go and I had obliged. Damn those puppy dog eyes.
“They’re honestly not that bad,” he says, glancing up at one of the largest death-inducing machines of mankind.
“Nu-uh we had a deal,” I reply stubbornly, “I would come to the theme park and watch everyone else if I didn’t have to go on any of the rides.”
He looks at me pleadingly, “just one.”
“No Xand I hate them,” I deadpan.
“You could handle this one easily,” he rolls his eyes playfully pointing to one with about six loops.
“I told you about my rollercoaster trauma!” I exclaim, glaring at him.
“You were five and under the height limit,” he reminds me.
“And I still passed out,” I almost yell.
“Just one tiny weeny little ride,” he says, squinting excessively and making weird hand gestures as if I’d magically be convinced.
“No,” I chuckle, “how do you not understand that word?”
“He hasn’t since he was about two,” Jameson chirps in passing, walking off to a food cart with Avery, “you’ll get used to it.”
Xander jabs him in ribs as he passes and the turns back to me. A stubborn dog with a bone. Nearly as stubborn as me.
“Come on,” he sings, “you know you want to.”
I raise an eyebrow, “in what alternate universe is that?”
He opens his mouth to reply but I already know what he is going to say.
“The answer is no,” I reply.
“What if…” he grins with that mischievous Hawthorne look in his eyes, “…you ride this one with me I’ll buy you ten books on the way home.”
I stop. Physically come to a halt to process the possibility. Ten books. Ten whole books. It’s an irresistible offer and he knows it.
“Even the limited edition version of shatter me?” I test him.
I’ve been begging him for months and the only reason he’s said no is because I have five other copies at home. Even though I insist this one is a must, he strongly disagrees.
He sighs, his chocolate eyes flicking to me with a withered expression, “yes even the limited edition of shatter me.”
My jaw drops as I grab his arm and I almost start to jump up and down, “are you kidding?”
“One ride baby and it’s all yours,” Xander winks back.
There’s a long pause. I hate rollercoasters, I hate theme parks, I hate the thought of going on a ride but I love books, I love the shatter me series and I would love limited edition copy…
Decisions, decisions…
“Fine,” I grumble.
His whole face lights up and my heart swells, I love it when he looks like this, “you’re serious?”
“One ride for ten books one of which a limited edition, sounds like a pretty good deal for me,” I shrug, the nerves creeping in as I realise what I’m really getting myself into.
“So you mean for the whole of today I could’ve bribed you with books,” he says, staring at me like I was his world as he tucked my hair behind my ears.
“Probably,” I nod.
“Damn it,” he mutters.
I poke my tongue out and begin to walk again.
Xander laughs and holds my shoulders, softly turning me around, “the line is this way honey.”
He steers me over to an extremely lengthy queue leading to something I knew I seriously did not want to set foot on. I gape at the line.
“It’s worth the wait,” Xander explains, reading my expression.
“Indeed it is,” comes a familiar voice. I spin around to find Jameson behind me, joining the queue.
“Where did you come from?” Xander asks.
“The food cart line was too long and I got distracted,” he shrugs.
“And we’ve wanted to do on this all day,” Avery adds pointing up.
I stare at her, “this?”
“Yep,” Jameson nods, leaning on the railing, “so how comes Xander’s roped you into this one.”
“He promised me books,” I explain.
He grins at Xander, “smart one.”
He looks around, “where did everyone else go?”
“Lib went on the death drop again and of course Nash said yes to going with her practically with hearts pulsating in his eyes,” Jameson continues .
“She’s addicted to that ride,” Xander chuckles, shaking his head
I tilt my head to admire him. It‘s hard not to. I like to just watch him sometimes, the way the corners of his mouth twitch upwards every few seconds, the way his eyes light up when he talks to his brother, everything, I loved everything.
“I know,” Jameson hums in response, “Grayson and Lyra made a bet on who could walk in a straight line and not spill any water after the teacups, my money is on Lyra.”
“Mine too,” he says, “how does Gray think he stands a chance with all the pirouettes she can do?”
Jameson shrugs, “ he’s a stubborn idiot.”
“Not like you can say much then,” Avery smiles, batting her eyelashes at him.
Jameson slips an arm around her waist and pulls her in, “that one hurt heiress.”
“What a shame,” she murmurs, her gaze pinned to his green eyes.
From then on their conversation sort of blurs. There’s sound but I don’t identify any of the words. It’s all in the background, I’m too busy analysing the death wish to which I’d signed a forever binding contract to. How had I managed to be persuaded so easily?
“Don’t look so petrified,” Xander mumbles into my hair, wrapped his around me from the back and reeling me into his chest.
“It’s a little difficult,” I reply, not breaking eye contact from the rollercoaster.
“You might love it,” he says.
“Trust me when I tell you, I will not,” I scoff.
“I can’t believe he convinced you,” Avery says, shaking her head.
“I am magical like that,” Xander responds and I can hear the grin I loved so much in his voice.
“Sure,” Jameson rolls his eyes.
“Hey!”
I look at Jameson, “have you been on this one before?”
“Only a thousand times,” Jameson grins, “me and Xander used to stuff things in our shoes to surpass the height limit so we could go on with Nash and Gray.”
My jaw drops without my consent, “and none of you have ever died?”
“Well Gray’s a bit emotionally dead but-“ Jameson begins, when Avery whacks him and gives him a sharp warning look, “hey ow! let me finish! But that has nothing to do with a rollercoaster.”
“Good to know,” I sigh.
“You’ll be fine,” Xander soothes, rubbing my and own my arms, “don’t worry about it.”
“Unless you fall out,” Jameson smirks, “then you most definitely won’t be fine.”
Avery’s glare becomes more piercing and a fear I wasn’t used to seeing in Jameson flickers across his face. Usually it would amuse me to see him scared but right now I was too focussed on my own worries.
“Jamie don’t be mean,” she snaps.
“I mean it’s a fact if you fall out-“
“Pay no attention to what comes out of his mouth,” she cuts him off, addressing me, “I don’t half the time.”
“Ouch heiress you know how to cut me deep,” Jameson winces holding the left side of his chest.
Avery takes a step closer to him, tilting her head up softly to meet his gaze, a small smile laces her lips, “I know how to do a lot more than that.”
I watch them, wondering if me and Xander ever looked that in love.
“Guys, get a room,” Xander announces.
I wrinkled my nose.
“I didn’t even mean it like that!” Avery exclaims.
“Sure!” he rolls his eyes with a scoff.
I step to the side and tilt my head seeing the endless queue of people. If the queue is as long as I think it is I might never reach the front. Perfect I wouldn’t have to die on a rollercoaster, just in the line for one.
“How long is this queue?” I ask, changing the subject
“Not that long,” Jameson shrugs, “wait time’s only an hour.”
“An hour?” I gape in my surprise, “people queue an hour for this?”
“Says the girl who camped out when Holly Black came to a book signing,” Xander teases.
I fold my arms and stare at him with my eyebrows raised, “your point?”
“This is people’s Holly Black book signing,” he explains.
“This?” I almost yell in disbelief, “this death trap?”
“Precisely.”
I shake my head, “I will never understand people.”
“That’s what I love about you,” he winks.
I narrow my eyes as he takes the small of my back into his palms, “the only thing?” I ask softly.
“Of course not,” he grins, “but if I sat here and listed it to you we’d be dead before I got to the end.”
“How morbidly adorable,” I reply dryly, secretly melting inside.
He laughs, his eyes sparkling with something that made my heart race, “I love you.”
“If you loved me I would not be in this line,” I deadpan.
“And if you loved me you’d ride this rollercoaster with me,” he counters, poking his tongue out.
“See I never said I loved you back when you told me you loved me,” I shrug.
“Your eyes did though,” Xander replies, making my cheeks tint a gentle pink colour.
A smile breaks out into my face and steals away my features, “what did I tell you about reading my eyes?”
“Are you two quite finished?” Jameson coughs.
“No we haven’t snogged yet,” I snap back, “shut up.”
“I mean you can’t say a lot Jamie,” Xander adds, “you and Avery are x rated compared to us.”
“We are not x rated,” Avery steps in.
“Oh so when I walked in on you-“
“We’re in public Xander,” Jameson yells, panic and desperation flickering through his eyes.
Xander smiles satisfactorily, “that’s what I thought.”
“Let them have their moment Jamie,” Avery murmurs softly, taking his hand.
I look back to Xander, “where were we?”
“You were complaining about my eye reading tendencies,” he answers, flashing me a grin.
“Well,” I shrug softly, “it’s not fair you know what I’m thinking all the time.”
“You want to know what I’m thinking right now?” he whispers, forehead pressed against mine.
“Hmmm,” I hum.
“I’m thinking I want to kiss you,” he murmurs, his voice is low and in the back of his throat, making my insides go weak.
I let my lips nearly sit on his, “then why aren’t you?”
He smiles and slowly initiates this kiss. His lips brush over mine so gentle and tentative. His hands slide in my back, then around my neck and finally cupping my face.
“Has that helped with the nerves?” he asks a hint of seduction in his voice that he only used when we were in particular circumstances.
“You might need to do it again,” I say with doe eyes.
“I don’t want to traumatise too many kids we might get kicked out,” he chuckles.
“If we get kicked out that means I don’t have to go on this ride,” I beam.
“That’s why we’re not getting kicked out,” he says, booping the tip of my nose.
I sigh. It was worth a shot.
“It feels like I’ve moved nowhere,” I complain, peering down at the line that’s just as long as before.
“They’re very little steps,” he reasons.
I say, my aching limbs weighing like lead, “Xand my legs hurt.”
“Come here then…”
He opens his arms and I lazily lean on him like he’s my life support. He wraps his arms around me and brings me into a comforting hug. I’d always loved being in Xander’s arms, he was hands down the world’s best hugger. I felt safe and warm and loved.
“You tired?” he asks, probably noticing my eyes drooping slightly.
“Mhmmm.”
He laughs, “you look so cute right now,”
“Stop it,” I blush, shying away from his gaze.
“You do,” he says, “your face was all squished.”
“Oh thanks,” I reply sarcastically, rolling my eyes.
“I love it.”
“That is not a compliment,” I say, leaning back onto him again. My wimps of legs aching as if I’d never held my own weight up before.
“Here get on my back,” Xander offers.
“You want go piggy back me?” I raise my eyebrows, folding my arms.
He looks me dead in the eyes, as serious as Xander gets, “yes, I want to piggy back you.”
I hesitate before I remember who I’m dating, then I shrug, “okay.”
And with that I just casually hopped onto his back and rebranded myself of his personal backpack.
“I feel like a koala,” I murmur into his ear.
“Don’t koalas usually cling onto the front?” Xander asks.
I shrug, “I don’t know, I’m not a koala expert.”
I rest my head on his shoulder and slump onto him. I can feel my nerves growing. I’ve tried to suppress them and distract myself from feeling them but now they were on the rise the closer to the front we got. I subconsciously play with the fabric of Xander’s shirt rubbing the fibres gently between my fingers over and over in a rhythmic pattern.
“What’s wrong?” he asks me. He knows me so well it hurts.
“Oh,” I murmur, a little consumed in my own anxious thoughts, “no nothing.”
“You sure?”
I hum in response as we take another step closer to the front of the queue. From the amount of people in front of us I assumed we’d be in the next lot to board. I chew the inside of my lip accidentally piercing it, the taste of metal filling my mouth.
“Xand,” my voice shakes.
“What’s wrong?”
“I don’t want to do this,” I tell him.
He sets me down and places him hands on my hips, “what are you scared of?”
“Dying,” I reply immediately.
“Well that’s not going to happen at all and I can tell you that for sure,” he comforts.
“What if it does?”
“I won’t let it,” he replies, “besides we’re in the queue now there’s no turning back.”
“There is I can turn around right now and walk back that way,” I say pointing behind him.
Xander grins, “no no no, we are here now.”
We take another step forwards and the people infront of us begin to get on. We’re getting closer and closer to the start. My heart pounds in my chest, I can hear it roaring through my ears.
I stumble backwards in a panic, “I can’t do this, I actually can’t do it.”
“Yes you can,” he says gently, “I’ve got you.”
“Xander,” I exhale rubbing my temples, “I am freaking out.”
“Hold my hand.”
“Unless your hand has some magic anti-panic power that is really not going to help,” I exclaim.
“Good thing I’ve been brushing up on my sorcery,” he jokes with a witty expression.
“Xand I’m serious,” I hyperventilate with a deadly look in my eyes.
“Well you’re on it now,” he shrugs.
My jaw nearly drops, I’m sat on the rollercoaster and I hadn’t even realised I’d gotten on. I’d been too focussed on my mess of feelings that I’d been led on.
“I think I should get off,” I squeeze his hand.
“If you really want to you should,” Xander says with a soft look in his eyes.
I don’t move. My brain is telling me to but some force is pulling me down to my seat. Maybe I’m trying to prove something to myself or maybe I just really want that book. Whatever it is, I remain where I am.
I look at him with a determined sharpness in my eyes, “give me your hand.”
He beams widely and extends his arm, squeezing my palm in his.
“If you let go of me I will kill you,” I snap.
He tilts his head to the side and shoot me a lopsided grin, “I’ll never let go of you.”
And then it begins.
***
I had my eyes closed for the whole ride, screamed even when it had stopped and probably made Xander’s hand go purple with how tightly I was squeezing it.
The world spins as we get off and I stumble to meet the others.
“You’re looking a little pale there y/n,” Nash drawls, his eyebrow arched in concern.
“Feel dizzy,” I slur, panicked. I reach for my boyfriend, “Xand?”
My voice is barely a sound, you can hear the fear infecting every note.
“I got you,” he murmurs, supporting me with a hand around his waist .
His hand is warm against my side, still I can’t stand straight, “I hate you,” I grumble.
“I know,” he says, pulling me in closer so all of my weight is practically on him.
“I hated that.”
“I know.”
“I’m going to fall over,” I warn him, feeling my legs about to give way, “and my head really hurts.”
“Come here,” Xander tells me gently.
I wrap my arms around his neck and he lifts me up into his arms, bridal style. My heavy head lolls towards him chest and collides with it.
“I’m just going to close my eyes to stop the spinning,” I say, my words disjointed and distant.
“You do that sweetie” he leans down and kisses my forehead and I feel his grip tighten around me.
“What did you do to her?” Libby asks, I can feel her gentle hand on my forehead checking for a temperature.
“I didn’t do anything,” Xander defends, “the giant metal contraption to our left however, did some real damage.”
“You got her on a rollercoaster,” I hear Lyra say and I can imagine her jaw is dropped, given the many conversations we’d had on how I would never go on a rollercoaster.
“Biggest life regret,” I mumble, eyes still shut.
Xander explains, “I promised to buy her books.”
“Who knew she could be so easily bribed,” Grayson comments dryly.
“Never again,” I groan, burying my face into Xander’s shirt to block out the light. I can smell him, his scent. It’s sweet, it’s comforting, it’s home. My heart rate slows a little and I feel my limbs relax.
“She looks like she’s dying,” Jameson responds.
“Thanks,” I scoff sarcastically with all the energy I had left.
Avery snaps, barely half a beat after me, “Jameson that’s horrible!” I hear a thump and a dramatic ‘ow’ and presume Avery whacked him.
“I feel like I’m dying,” I shrug, regretting trying to support my own head.
“Geez Xand I think you broke her,” Lyra says.
“Then I’ll fix her right back up,” he replies.
“I think she’s past the point of fixing,” Jameson says.
“Nothing is past the point of fixing,” Xander responds, a hard determination in his voice.
“Do we need to call someone or get some help?” Libby asks her eyebrows pinching together with a maternal concern.
I try to shake my head and fail miserably, “I’m just dizzy, it’ll pass.”
“Give her a sip of water,” Nash advises handing Libby a bottle.
She gently lifts my head and tips some down my throat, making sure I’d swallowed before I laid back down.
“Better?” I hear her ask.
“Yeah,” I respond.
“You’re a pathetic liar sweetheart,” Xander says with a small laugh.
“Shut up I’m fine,” I reply, although I very much did not feel fine.
“I’m going to take you home.”
Guilt twinges in my stomach.
“No, no,” I rush, trying to sit up in his arms and failing miserably, “don’t ruin your day, just stick me on the floor and I’ll be fine.”
It’s a total lie but I don’t care. He shouldn’t have to miss out because I can’t handle something.
“We’ll see you guys a bit later,” he turns to the others, before beginning to walk towards the exit.
“Xander I’m fine, it’s fine,” I say, squirming, “put me down.”
“Stop talking sweetheart it’s going to hurt your head,” Xander replies planting another kiss on my forehead.
“Don’t drop me then,” I murmur helplessly, clinging to him even tighter.
“Even if my arms go numb there’s no way I’m letting you go,” he says.
I wince, “I was not built for rollercoasters.”
“No you weren’t my love,” Xander agrees softly.
I groan in response, the spinning getting progressively worse.
“I’m sorry sweetie,” he says as he tentatively strokes my cheek, “I didn’t think it’d make you feel this bad.”
“I did try to warn you,” I murmur leaning into his touch.
“I know I’m sorry,” he replies and I can hear the worry in his voice,
I fall back into his arms and close my eyes to relieve myself from the dizziness, “I don’t want you to miss out because of me,” I whisper, “I don’t want your day to be ruined because I can handle a stupid little rollercoaster.”
“I’m not missing out,” he reassures me, “I’ve got everything I could ever want bundled in my arms right now,”
“That was really cute,” I giggle, “and I’ll appreciate more when I’m not seeing stars.”
“I’m sorry,” he says again, real guilt thickening his tone.
I had only meant it as a joke but hearing that rawness in his voice made something in my heart twist. My mind paints the ashamed look in his kind eyes. I despise the thought.
“Don’t feel bad,” I say quickly.
He forces a chuckle, “I do feel bad.”
“You know how you can make it up to me?” I open my eyes, and see double of him, not that I mind. Two Xander’s aren’t so bad to look at.
“No ,” he frowns, “how?”
***
I curl up with my special edition shatter me novel, taking in each word. I know it’s going to be the best reread of my life. I can’t help but keep flicking back to admire the cover. It’s the most gorgeous thing I own.
Everything stopped spinning around an hour after I got off of that death trap and I can actually make out the words.
I feel his eyes on me, I always can. I look up with a grin and to no surprise I’m right. Xander’s standing there staring at me, a small smile lacing his lips. He looks at me like I’m worth more than each and every blueberry scone in the universe, which is a big compliment from him.
He walks over and sits down beside me and I notice two mugs in each of his hands. One is decadently topped with whip cream, chocolate shavings sprinkles and a whole world of other things and the other was plain. I think it was safe to say who’s was who’s. He passes me a the non-embellished steaming mug and I can’t help but smile, “worth it?” he asks me, eyebrows raised at the book.
“For my mental health,” I begin slowly, “no, for this book, absolutely.”
“You’re a little odd,” he shoots me a very Hawthorne grin, “has anyone ever told you that?”
I move closer to him, “I may have heard it here and there.”
“But that’s why I love you,” he whispers cupping my face in his hands.
“Good thing I love you too then,” I murmur with a little laugh as his lips crash into mine.
hey lovelies!! yes I am alive!!
sorry this isn’t a req fic and sorry it’s taken me so long to get another fic out, I’ve had loads of tests lately and a busy time in general. hopefully I’ll be able to write more regularly when it’s all done but for now unfortunately it’ll be a bit hit and miss, hope you can understand <33

Macaque be like, "I don't care about Wukong 😒" and then have his main goal in the past to be able to spend the rest of his life on FFM with him, carve a drawing of them together in stone, Fight Celestial Armies with him, and then currently, have his entire motivation be getting revenge on Wukong for killing him, fucking KILL MK (who he admitted that he thinks is a good kid) bcuz Wukong cares about him, make an entire godmann shadow play about their not breakup, refers to Wukong and him as "The Sun and the Moon", refer to himself as Wukong's shadow, Still actually flirts with him has playful banter with him when they're fighting, is given the option to run after the fight with LBD but comes back (toootally not bcuz Wukong is in trouble), Works with Wukong and the Monkie Kids to LBD, Doesn't even HESISTATE to go into the memory scroll bchz it means it'll help Wukong, Is still so clearly hurt by Wukong being mad at him, Reach his hand out to the memory of Wukong offering him a peach with a sad look on his face, Smile reassuringly at Wukong when Wukong looked at him for comfort, have Peng admit that there's nothing Wukong could do that would break Macaque's hold over him, proceed to crash a beach party he wasn't invited to just so he could sit by and spend time with Wukong, Literally call Wukong CUTE in the exact same scene, Proceeds to live on the same mountain as Wukong AND sleep on the SAME GODDAMN tree he and Wukong sat at when they were still friends, Instinctively run to Wukong yelling "Stop!" when the circlet was being put on him, Still look back at Wukong to see if he's got his back when fighting the Celestial Guards, Lift his head to look at Wukong when Wukong indirectly said that he still trusts him, Sacrifice himself for Wukong, Save Wukong from his past memories (AGAIN), Is overall just always rushing to help Wukong in general this season, and want to have his last moments alive to be holding Wukong's hand.
But yeah, no. He don't care about him that much

Astray far Away Ch4
Tumblr media
Adar x reader | SMUT🔞 | Ch.3
Sexy bath times and rowdy kids! An eventful day for our Lord Father and his companion.
AKA the chapter took on a will of its own and accepted a sidequest or two instead of moving on.
Tumblr media
Morning came way too quick.
And so did the frantic knocking on your door that had you groaning in frustration.
“Just come in, I’m decent.”
It was Grasho, shouldering her way through the door with two bowls of food and a stack of clothes hung over her shoulder.
“Morning! Got food and simple dresses.” She was quick to place the food on a table and toss the clothes onto the bed where you sat.
“Food or cloth first?” The question was asked but waiting for an answer was not in the cards as Grasho already reached for the new garments she brought.
“Please, food first. I need a second to wake up before I get up and be active.” You mimicked her energy, making grabby hands at the bowls from where you sat on the mattress. “I am seriously starving, thanks.” With the bowl in your hands you happily ate in silence, chowing down the broth even faster than Grasho finished hers.
“Woah. You eat good for a mortal!” With a satisfied noise she put her empty bowl away and was up on her feet. “Now we fit! Got lots to do today.” Grasho rubbed her hands together so she wouldn’t be immediately grabbing at your clothes again. Boundaries. She learned.
You worked through the pile dhe brought easily, no longer feeling that nagging panic with having to undress in front of her. She paid your bare chest no attention and kindly turned away when you changed your trousers for proper undergarments.
All the items Grasho brought you fit perfectly and soon enough she almost shoved you out the door with the order to go find Adar. “You go see Lord Father. Still need a bath. And wound checks.”
You barely got a chance to grab Adar’s tunic before you were out the door and on your way to his tent, wishing Grasho a good day as she went back to her workshop.
Finding Adar’s tent was easy enough and luckily you found him as well.
“Adar? Do you have time?” You approached him with care and kept a safe distance so as to not intrude.
“I hear you almost fought last night. Krod defended you after you spoke kindly of the uruk.” He leaned back in his chair and watched you.
“I’m sorry if I caused any disturbance, I tried my hardest to ignore them but..” The event was still clear in your mind and gnawing at you. With a quiet sniffle you looked at the ground. “The names they called me. The things they implied I did, I snapped. I’m sorry..” You were clutching the black tunic to your chest as you tried your hardest not to cry like a weakling in front of your leader.
“From what I heard they called you a harlot, yes? Implying you spent time with Glûg’s family for pleasure.” He looked you over once, twice. You wore new garments like he suggested. The tunic he gave you wrapped tightly in your arms.
“You are always allowed to cause a scene. My children see you as an equal. A part of the family.” Adar had gotten up and grabbed his sword and dagger, along with a bag he stuffed with supplies. “You came by to ask about that bath, yes?”
You let Adar lead the way through and out of the town, further towards the mountain and into a tree-littered area. It was all just as gray and ashen as your village, burned trees and all. And, steam? Fog?
Then, it all came into view behind the trees. Adar had taken you to a hot spring.
“Mortals prefer privacy when bathing. I did not get that wrong, did I?” Near the rocks beside the spring Adar placed down his bag and unpacked the supplies he brought. He gave you time and space to do what you needed, not looking as you undressed and only turning back once you cleared him to do so.
“You can look, it’s okay.” Your gentle voice had him turn to face the water and sit down at the edge of it, taking off his boots and rolling up the legs of his trousers.
As his legs lowered into the water Adar let out a groan, the heat of the water relieving some of his aches.
“You’re welcome to join me fully, if you’d like. I don't mind.” You moved closer to him, raising yourself partially out of the water and fidgeted with the bandages to get them off now that they had soaked for a moment.
“Let me assist you with that.” Adar beckoned you over when you couldn’t find the start of the wrapping. With careful hands he unwrapped it, layer by layer and rinsed the remains of the dried medicine.
The cuts had all closed up, only a few scabs remaining over risen pink lines that spelled out his name. His touch lingered and your hand found his, taking it off your skin and placing it back on your chest.
“I invited you in for more than just to let the water soothe your aches.” When he withdrew his hand you let yourself sink further into the water again.
Adar was clearly affected by your actions. It showed in his restless movements and how he cleared his throat as he adjusted each and every part of his armor.
With a quick dive you wet your hair and moved over to Adar’s legs, coming back up only an inch away from him with your hands on his knees, pushing them apart.
“You’ve been taking care of me since I got here. At least let me return the favor.” You eyed the strain in his trousers for a moment before looking up and you could see him contemplating, and then nod.
Excited, you went to work and fumbled to open Adar’s trousers to pull him free, wrapping one hand around his length to pump him a few times before moving forward, wetting the fabric around his legs with your body.
As your tongue laps at the head of his cock Adar sighed and leaned back on his hands, watching as you worked him. Adar’s soft moans and gentle slosh of the water was all you heard with every inch you took him deeper into your mouth.
His taste was salty on your tongue, leaking with each pull of your lips. It was with great difficulty that you managed to take all of him into your mouth, the tip at the back of your throat causing you to gag.
Adar was holding back his sounds, trying to keep himself from bucking his hips into you, fingers digging into the layer of ash on the stones beneath him.
He watched as drool and tears ran down your face as you eagerly sucked him off, a hand coming to rest on your cheek.
“You know there is no need for you to do th– ahh, oh, don’t stop..” Adar’s voice cracked as your hand cupped his balls and your tongue swirled around the head of his cock, your other hand working what didn’t fit comfortably in your mouth.
Adar’s earlier soft sighs turned into full moans, unable to keep his hips still when he spilled his seed down your throat.
Only when he let go of your cheek you separated from him with a cough, having swallowed all that he gave you.
“Go wash up, I’d like to have you returned home before dark.” Adar worked to tuck himself back into his trousers and retrieved a towel for you while you washed yourself, shivering immediately from the cold air as you got out of the water.
As you stood by him, drying your hair, bare for the world to see, Adar glanced over your body. His gaze lingered and his mind replayed the words you had spoken to him.
Please.." You pulled him in closer with your heels pressed into his back, moaning as his cock hit just right inside you. "Make me a mother."
Adar’s eyes were on your stomach and he wondered. Had his seed taken root yet, or was he to try again? Would you even still want to, now that your mind wasn’t partially hazed by alcohol?
The walk home was a quiet one. Partially to Adar’s wandering mind, as well as you keeping yourself busy with sightseeing. The dull light scattered by the damaged trees gave an eerie air to the surrounding woods, but you could not keep your eyes off it. It reminded you of graphite drawings back home.
Home.
You had been so focused on the uruk and settling within their community you hadn’t even given a thought to finding if your old home was still intact. It probably wasn’t, if you took into consideration that most of the structure was wood, not even close to being as sturdy as the tavern that still partially stood despite the flaming rocks.
“Say, Adar.” You fell into step with him once more and saw you had his attention.
“Can we eh.. Can you help me find a place in town? I want to see what’s left of it.”
With an affirming nod Adar hummed in agreement.
“Where exactly was the building you seek? There is a chance it was torn down for resources.” Adar thought out loud in hope to lessen your hurt if you found the place to be gone.
You looked around and were sad to say you had no idea where in the old village you stood now with the addition of so many smaller tent homes around and other structures down and broken.
The tavern that served as your current residence was used as a starting point, looking into the direction your old home stood and started wandering.
Through the homes and workshops young uruk played. Two boys with toy swords ran and yelled in passing. Visions of the once green grass and sandy paths appeared before you as you followed your feet towards where you’d find your old home.
Your home, that was now nothing more than a lot filled with salvaged wood and stone, sorted and piled.
It hurt to see your home no longer stood, even if it was never much in the first place.
Your grief was short lived, as high pitched yelling pulled you from your thoughts and a weight suddenly slammed into your leg. A young child had clamped herself around your lower leg, trembling. Behind you more yelling sounded and you picked up the scared child and let her wrap herself around you, sharp nails digging into your skin.
“Oh crap, it's Adar. Run!” The two boys you saw earlier dropped their toys and ran off in the opposite direction, away from you and Adar who stayed at your side.
“Are you alright, little one? The boys are gone.” You stroked her coarse hair that sat in a lopsided ponytail tied with a clearly recently found, shiny ribbon.
Big, sad eyes looked up at you, tiny hands still grabbing your top as she nodded.
“Yes, lady.” She looked away from you when Adar stepped closer again after retrieving the toy swords the boys had dropped, and quickly shied away once more. Her face was hidden in the crook of your neck. “This is Myko,” Adar’s gentle voice spoke beside you, his hand coming up to rest on her back. “She loves spending time with the wargs. Wants to be a warg rider when she’s big enough.”
At the mention of her interest she peeked up once more, a glimmer in her eyes that had you play into it.
“Oh, you should show me one day! I would love to learn about the wargs.” You gently put the young girl back on her feet, letting her run off after she excitedly agreed to show you the wargs.
Turning back to Adar you noticed the toy swords in his hands. “It sounded like those two have given other kids trouble before with how fast they ran from you.” There was amusement in your tone, and in Adar’s as well.
“They are twin boys who have taken it upon themselves to cause havoc wherever they go, yes.” Adar sighed, an air of sadness clear in his eyes. “Their mother has a hard time keeping them in control.”
“Twins, huh.” You mimicked. “They didn’t look alike, from what I saw.” You stepped back into the town streets aside Adar, thinking back at the two boys. “I have to be honest here, though. I don’t think I’ve ever seen twins before in my lifetime.”
Now it was Adar who chuckled, a sound that caught you so off guard you nearly missed the hole in the ground and tripped. “You will have to get used to seeing doubles, then. Twins are common among uruk.” He made a sudden turn towards a home and handed the two wooden swords back to a woman walking with a crutch. She missed her left lower leg but moved around with practiced skill. She and Adar exchanged quick words before he moved on once more.
“You’ll find most twins to be different at first with their differences in skin, but on closer look you will find there to be many similarities. Eyes, ear shape and other features match their counterparts. Next time Lech and Kach decide to grace you with their presence, take the time to have a good look.” the conversation kept up until your paths split on your way to each of your homes. Adar had business to attend as the Lord Father of his people, and you desperately needed rest.

ugh FINE i’ll give you guys another spoiler scene for psycho rich kid beomgyu 😒😒 fine!!!! since literally everyoneeee is asking for it !!!!! (do you guys still remember this fic.)
sfw, unedited
Beomgyu gave you twenty minutes.
He knows better than to have high expectations for you; it's a foreign, overwhelming experience, with watchful eyes in every corner and reputations at stake. He’s always thought the Huening’s foyer was over the top— tacky, really, an arrogant display of wealth that only serves to intimidate newcomers.
The catering choices for this year however, have improved. Beomgyu has found that he prefers the palette selected this time around, remembering the foods that had him grimacing and holding back a gag last year— when his mother ushers him to accept a caterer’s offer, he doesn’t feel as apprehensive to obey. It’s a small food that’s easy to pop in his mouth, and Beomgyu takes this moment to sneak a glance at the analog watch on his wrist, much too heavy for his liking. Five minutes have passed.
Your head must be spinning; your stomach must be tied up into a complex rollercoaster. He allows his mother to place a heavy hand on his shoulder, bringing him into her side as a display of affection. Briefly, he recognizes Mr. and Mrs. Jang, their daughter beaming prettily between them— her eyes have a glassy, empty look to them, ruby lips stretched into a permanent smile. She doesn’t speak once in the conversation that’s all about her.
Beomgyu’s eyes begin to wander, looking up at the chandeliers and the winding stairs that lead to the second floor; he observes the rest of the patrons around him, dressed in formal gowns and pristine tuxedos— everything is polished to perfection, from the floor beneath him to the pleasant smiles the people around him exchange. Looking at this must be suffocating you.
Ten minutes. Ten minutes should be enough for you to gather your courage and come to him, right? You must be pacing in circles right now, watching from a distance and unable to cross the boundary that separates you— he thinks of the back entrance the you’ve been taken to, the gaping doorway behind him, and goes to sneak a glance over his shoulder, a quick look just to see if you’re there—
His mother’s nails bite through the thick material of his blazer and dig into his skin, stiletto points that burrow into his tender flesh. Beomgyu masks the wince of his body for a smile that he gives to Mrs. Jang, catching her eyes as he listens to her compliment him, an exchange that goes back and forth between her and his mother.
Fifteen minutes. What’s going through your mind right now? Have you found complacency in the back tables with mediocre store-bought desserts the employees brought for each other? His parents have wandered off to the dance floor, bumping into the Huenings and talking animatedly, as though they were having the most interesting conversation on earth. He worries that his mothers face might rip open from the strain of her smile— Beomgyu doesn’t remember the last time his father laughed so loudly.
Twenty minutes. He’s been dumped off with the Jang’s daughter, a robotic girl that can only muster small talk and ask superficial questions, round eyes absorbing the light around them and plump lips stretching to show a perfect, pearly smile.
Are you enjoying the party so far?
Beomgyu merely glances at her before he’s back to observing his surroundings, wondering if you’re just lost in the crowd. He looks over at the catering table, with towers of pastries, expecting to find you gawking at the magnificent display.
It’s empty and untouched.
“It’d be better if the music they played wasn’t trying to put me to sleep,” he remarks, unsure if he can take another classical piece droning on in the background.
Her eyes light up and she laughs; a delicate sound, like windchimes moved about by the wind. Beomgyu wonders if he should be endeared by the noise.
Twenty-five minutes. Thirty. Forty.
Beomgyu feels a pressure behind his eyes, incessant and just as uncomfortable as the stiff suit that’s beginning to drive him mad— it’s stuffy in this corner he’s found himself in, the Jang’s daughter— Wonyoung, he remembers— continuing to cling to him despite his insistence that she doesn’t have to. Three failed attempts to shake her off and she’s still glued to his side.
“I have to go to the bathroom,” he murmurs, looking around the vast foyer and to the back entrance, where you must still be— when he takes a step back, Wonyoung takes one forward.
“I’ll go with you,” she smiles, her voice sweet and song-like. Beomgyu shakes his head at her offer, pressing his lips together before he finds the right words to say.
“It’s alright. Really,” he reassures, glimpsing over at his parents, still distracted by the Huenings, then scanning the room for the Jang’s— when he confirms that both have been consumed by other matters, he turns around to send Wonyoung a stern look. “Neither of our parents are paying us any mind now.
“Please excuse me,” he says, uncaring of the way Wonyoung tries to open her mouth to speak, “I have more important things to tend to.”
His steps hasten the further he gets from her— ducking his head to ensure he doesn’t make eye-contact with anyone, his parents least of all. It’s only when he’s escaped the public and stepped into the back hall that he finds a weight slipping off his body.
He stands at the doorway, a blank expression on his face as he begins to scan his surroundings; it’s a quiet, dull place, with workers and cooks coming and going from various places, carrying dirty dishes or a new pretty plate with delicacies to hand out— he watches the commotion from a distance, scanning through bodies in search of your anxious face. A cook, a maid, a caterer that stares down at their dirtied shirt with disdain and quiet curses— but no you.
If anyone spots the boy amidst all the chaos, wandering around places he shouldn’t be, no one bothers to point it out— they’d rather not cause any potential problems, anyways. Beomgyu can feel the glances spared to him, the confusion in their eyes before they’re going back to work; he peeks his head curiously in every room he can, opening every door he finds.
When he realizes you’re nowhere to be found, a strange sensation begins to bubble inside him.
It starts in his stomach; a heavy pang, a sinking sensation that ebbs into the rest of his torso, speeding his heart rate and pumping adrenaline into his veins. His hands begin to tremble, and he finds himself oddly haste to check any room he hasn’t yet, or double check any he has— his legs feel like jelly, his hurried steps reminiscent of a deer learning to walk; he thinks he might just trip over his own feet if he isn’t careful enough.
Where have you gone? Where could you have possibly gone? Beomgyu has triple checked the employee area— you’re not there. Not in the closets, not in the bathrooms, not in the corners in the back of the rooms.
He steps out to the hall, and turns to the only option left; the hallway is far from the main event and strictly off limits to anyone that’s not the Huenings. You wouldn’t, he thinks to himself, eyes narrowing at the portraits that seem to glare down at him, you’d never.
From the distance, he sees someone approaching: a boy seemingly younger than him, with dark hair and bangs that have been neatly swept away from his face— his face is twisted into a stressed expression, eyes darting back and forth as though in search of something; it is only when he’s a few feet away from Beomgyu that the boy seems to spot him.
A myriad of emotions seems to flash through his eyes— panic, concern, worry— only to settle on a curiosity that swims in the deep, brown irises, like honey that threatens to trap Beomgyu in. He watches as the younger wrings his hands absentmindedly, hidden beneath the sleeves of his suit— Beomgyu remembers him as Hueningkai.
“You’re… son of the Choi family,” he begins, gulping nervously and scanning the said boy’s appearance, “right?”
“Choi Beomgyu.” is all he cares to respond, too impatient to deal with any distractions.
Looking over the younger’s shoulder, he continues to gaze down the hall, as though searching for any movement. Hueningkai hesitates before he speaks again.
“Choi Beomgyu…” Hueningkai murmurs, the formality of his tone causing Beomgyu’s gaze to snap back down to him.
“I need your help.”

Chapter 3
[ 1 ] [ 2 ]
TW: Mention of animal death and violence (forgive my writing, i do NOT know how to write fighting scenes)
• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • •
It all started with a dead bird as a gift from Jimmy to get you both acquainted.
Unsettling, and unwelcomed. But Curly had persisted you to accept it, even though he himself was a little disturbed by it. That was how you met Jimmy, a kid who shared the same class as you and Curly. He was a quiet one, and acted up a lot.
You don't know how those two clicked and became best friends. Maybe it was because Curly's optimistic view of people, or Jimmy is an excellent manipulator who managed to take control of Curly. You and the latter had a rocky relationship, barely even counted as friends.
He was like a cat. Specifically a cat that has every worst possible trait it could have. He mainly brought you dead things, birds, squirrels, bunnies, etc. and claimed that it was some symbolic way to show his appreciation towards you. Yeah, even if there were those sort of traditions, you did not accept any of Jimmy's gifts.
You tolerated it at best, foolishly believing Curly's words that "He's just different than others" and with some time, you and Jimmy would get along like two peas in a pod.
It didn't get better. In fact, his behavior towards you became even worse, turning into something darker—more obsessive. Jimmy had a sick sense of pleasure when seeing you cry or be distressed. He also had a liking in seeing you bleed.
So he was a lot more rough when hanging out with you and Curly, purposely provoking you into throwing hands, only to fight back and give you a bruise or two. He loved the way blood looked on you. Sadistic bastard. But that didn't mean he came out unscathed in your guys' little fights.
To add more to his derangement, he was also a goddamn masochist. Not only did he love to inflict pain, he desired to be hurt back. And little ol' violent you gave him exactly just that. Now you're both covered in blood in the aftermath of your scuffles, and poor Curly had to be mediator and nurse for the two of you.
"C'mon, princess. You call that a punch?" He'd laugh, mocking you while bleeding from his nose.
"Fuck off."
🫧
In the present...
Red. All you could see was red, both figuratively and literally. Jimmy's face was a bloody mess, and your eyes were stained with both yours and his blood. You had caught him off guard for a moment, and you planned to just plant the axe on his leg so he couldn't move.
But the man had instincts, and he managed to narrowly avoid getting his limb chopped off and disarm the weapon from you. The axe was now a few feet away from the both of you, but you didn't care and turned the whole thing into a brutal fistfight instead.
A right hook delivered to his jaw, making him stagger back. He counters with a direct punch to your chest—which made you wheeze out the air knocked out. He took the chance to deliver another punch, aiming for your nose this time. It connects, but you didn't let the pain distract you as you retort with a left hook. It hits him once more, and the force was enough to throw him off balance.
"What the fuck do you think you're doing, Y/N?!" He yelled out through red-stained gums, struggling despite his bigger stature.
"What I should've done a long time ago," you muttered, and then proceeded to grab Jimmy by the hair and slam his face down repeatedly on the metal pipes on the wall.
BANG!
BANG!
BANG!
Now that you think about it, the Tulpar could use a nice shade of red.
You were sure that he had broken his nose by the sheer force you're putting your adrenaline-filled body in. "You think you can get away with shit like that, huh? Well you're dead wrong, Jimmy. I won't hesitate to kill you where you stand." You sneered, barely able to contain your anger.
You let go of him and he fell down to the ground, clutching his messed up face and groaning. "What... what the hell are you talking about, you crazy bitch...?!" He glared at you, looking like he didn't commit a heinous act towards a coworker.
You walked towards where the axe was and picked it up. You take your time walking back to Jimmy's fallen and battered form. "I'm the crazy one? Fucking hypocrite." You scoffed, almost sounding amused. "Oh, well. Think whatever you want, because those will be your last thoughts."
You ready the axe, and Jimmy tried to crawl away. But it was futile as you neared. You pressed the sole of your shoe on the back of his thigh, making him groan loudly in pain. Holding the axe up, you were about to kill him right then and there, but someone spoke up.
"Y/N!"
You didn't turn or move an inch, instantly recognizing the shocked voice of Curly's. "What... what are you doing?!" When you didn't answer, it only made him even more worried. "Put... put the axe down, Y/N. Whatever Jimmy did, surely it could be fixed in—"
"No." You cut him off sharply. "I already told you this, Curly. He is not someone to be trusted, he is not a good person," you glared down at Jimmy's writhing body below you. "I don't know what you see in him, but he is a monster that isn't capable of redemption."
"Y/N—"
"I'm going to say it again, I'm doing what I should've done a long time ago."
Curly sucks in a breath, his heart practically going a thousand beats per second. No, no, this can't be happening. So with no other choice, he pulls out the gun he grabbed earlier in the cockpit and aimed it at the back of your head. "Y/N. We don't have to do this."
You sighed. "Oh, but we do. Are you really pulling a gun on me right now, Curly?" You mused, tone dripping with false casualness. You still haven't looked back at him, keeping Jimmy on the brink of getting chopped off.
"Y/N," he calls out your name for the nth time. "Put down the axe, and tell me what the fuck is going on."
"It's simple. Just open your fucking eyes, Curly!"
He freezes for a moment, taken aback by your anger. "What do you mean...?"
"Do you know what this man did to Anya?"
At the mention of the nurse's name, Jimmy looked up at you with shock and anger plastered on his face. "The hell...? What did that whore tell you—?!"
You stomp on his leg, shutting him up. You meet his eyes. "That's right. I know what you did, Jimmy." Your grip on the axe tightened, so much so that your hand started to hurt. "And I'm going to kill you for it."
"Damn it," Curly places his thumb down the revolver's hammer. "Y/N, don't you dare make another move!"
Curly doesn't want to do this, but his job as Captain was to maintain peace and order in the Tulpar. But two of his most important people are at each other's throats right now, and he needed to make a decision before things get out of hand.
You suddenly swung the axe down.
Curly barely had the time to think, but instead of pulling the trigger, he froze.
...
...
...
"HAIYAA!" Daisuke pops out of nowhere, lunging at you before the blade could come in contact with Jimmy's face. "I'm super sorry about this, Y/N!" The former yelled, immediately wrapping his arms around your torso and keeping you pinned on the ground.
"What the fu—! Daisuke! Get off!"
Swansea appeared along with Anya. "Jesus, never in my life would I be running a marathon inside a spaceship," wheezed out Swansea. After catching his breath, he went over and snatched the axe from your hands with the help of Daisuke.
Anya had her mouth covered, body tense as she takes in the bloody sight. "Oh, Y/N..."
Curly snaps out of his stunned state, putting the gun down and rushing towards his friend. "Shit, Jimmy. Looks like she got you good, huh?" He tries to make light in the situation, but horribly fails when Jimmy glared and cursed at him under his breath.
The captain moved his head towards the nurse. "Anya, can you help me with this?"
Anya hesitates before nodding. "O-Of course..." she takes one glance at you before going to assist Curly with Jimmy.
Daisuke kept a firm grip on you as he and Swansea helped you up. His face shows uncertainty, and his head was probably filled with a hundred different questions on why you wanted to kill Jimmy.
"What do we do with her, boss?" He looked at Swansea.
"We drag her ass to the medical room, that's what." Replied gruffly Swansea. He was showing disappointment and exasperation as he looks down on your form. Bloody and high on adrenaline. For a moment, you looked just like his eldest when she got into her first cat fight.
"No..." you muttered through gritted teeth, struggling against their hold. "You guys don't understand, I need—"
"What you need are painkillers, bandages, and a damn good explanation to tell me what the hell you were going to do." Swansea interrupts you, his voice leaving no room for argument.
Anya's worried eyes flickered over to you, but she only pursed her lips together and continued helping Curly.
Swansea and Daisuke began dragging you down the hall, despite your attempts to break free. You and Jimmy locked eyes once more.
"I'm going to fucking kill you." You mouthed.
And the bastard had the audacity to smirk at your words.

Hiii!! Can you do a riki fic where the members give him and reader the “talk”, bc they are both young. But they never did anything so they are very embarrassed. And after a few days they do it?
tysmm
Spoiler: you WILL shed a tear in the end
The talk
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Requested?: yes
Warnings: a bit suggestive I think? And fluff at the end, if I missed smth tell meeee
You were sitting on the couch with Riki, already regretting whatever stupid decision led to this. Your knees kept brushing, and you swore your face was on fire. Across from you stood all the Enhypen members, looking way too serious for comfort
“You two are spending a lot of time together lately,” Sunghoon started, sounding like some overprotective dad
“And that’s great,” Heeseung added, his fake serious face making it worse, “but we think it’s time for...a conversation..”
You blinked “What conversation?”
“About sex,” Jay said, straight to the point like he was ripping off a Band-Aid
Riki groaned, slouching deeper into the couch, wishing it could swalow him whole, you could feel you whole body stiffen “Guys, seriously?!” you managed to say, your voice almost cracking
“Oh, seriously,” Sunoo said with that smug smile of his “You two need to know the basics. It’s for your own good.”
“Basics?” Riki repeated, sitting up a little “We’re not even—”
Jake cut him off, walking in with a banana and a box of condoms like he was about to teach health class “Okay, so here’s how you—”
“Nononono.. NUH UH” Riki bolted upright, waving his hands “We’re not doing this!”
“Sit down, Nishimura.. or I'll call your mom.” Jungwon said, trying to stay composed but clearly fighting back a laugh
The next half hour felt like the longest of your life. The boys went all out, explaining way too much, asking questions you refused to answer, and somehow turning the whole thing into the most embarrassing lecture ever. At one point, Jake broke the banana, and Sunghoon almost choked trying not to laugh
By the time it was over, you and Riki were sitting in stunned silence, your faces so red you thought they’d stay that way forever. As everyone got up to leave, Sunoo leaned down, whispered, “Be safe, kids,” and gave you the cheekiest fucking wink before skipping off
★–——★———A Few Days Later———★——–★
The awkwardness didn’t go away for days. Anytime you and Riki were alone, you'd avoid eye contact like you were in middle school or something. But then one night, you were hanging out in his room, lying on the floor while he sat on the bed. The silence felt heavy, and you couldn’t stop thinking about The Talk
“You good?” Riki asked, glancing down at you
“Yeah,” you mumbled, fiddling with your phone “Just...ugh. You know..”
“The thing?” he said, making a face “It’s hard not to..”
You looked up at him, rolling onto your side “Do you think they really think we’d...I don’t know...”
He shrugged, scratching the back of his neck “They’re just dramatic. Honestly, though, we don’t have to do anything if you don’t want to. Like, I don’t care about that stuff right now. I just...like being with you.”
That made your heart flutter. You sat up, leaning against the bed “What if... I want more?”
He froze for a second, his eyes locking with yours “More?”
You nodded, feeling bold even though your heart was racing “Yeah...like, us.”
Riki leaned down, his lips brushing yours softly at first, and then—well, things just happened. It wasn’t like some perfect movie scene or anything, but it was you, and it felt right. You figured it out together, laughing through the awkward parts and holding onto each other through the rest.
And honestly? You wouldn’t have it any other way..

Keegan Russ X GN! Reader - Merry Christmas Baby

Keegan Russ X GN! Reader - Merry Christmas Baby
Notes: This is my first Gender Neutral Reader fanfic so please let me know If you see any mess ups where the reader has a gender. I don't even think I used (y/n) in this either. I did reread this multiple times but I don't always catch anything and I want to make sure it's available for everyone so don't be afraid to reach out if there is a mistake. This is just pure Christmas Fluff!
Word Count: 1,357
Warnings: None! Just a short little fluffy Christmas one-shot and more Holiday one-shots to come cause I love the holidays!
It was a crisp winter night, Christmas eve to be exact. It was the kind of night where snowflakes hung delicately in the air, each one gliding down to kiss the ground creating a white coating. The streets were lined with twinkling lights, and the smell of pine and cinnamon drifted from every corner. The world felt at peace, quiet, almost like it was holding its breath for something magical to happen.
Kids rushed around giggling and laughing as parents begged them to slow down but with a smile on their face. Friends handed each other gifts because it was the last time they would see each other before the holidays. You glanced around smiling, feeling the joy in the atmosphere around you. You walked out of the coffee shop seeing your partner arrive on the scene on the dot like he always did.
As you opened the door, Keegan stood there, framed by the soft glow of the street light, looking effortlessly handsome in the winter night. His dark hair, a little tousled by the cold wind, had a rugged charm that made your heart skip. He wore a thick woolen scarf loosely around his neck, its deep burgundy color contrasting nicely with the dark jacket he had on. The snowflakes caught in his hair and on the shoulders of his coat, adding an almost cinematic touch to his already striking appearance.
His sharp jawline was dusted with a few days’ worth of stubble, giving him a casual, but undeniably handsome look. His eyes—bright blue but warm—seemed to gleam as they met yours, filled with a mix of affection and a hint of mischief, as if he knew exactly how much he made your heart race with just a look. His broad shoulders and the easy confidence in his stance made it clear that, despite the chill in the air, he was perfectly at home in this moment, standing in front of you, his presence a perfect match for the quiet magic of the winter night.
Everything about him seemed to glow against the backdrop of the snowy scene, and for a brief moment, you almost forgot about the holiday decorations, the warmth of your home needing Christmas’ subtle touch—because the sight of Keegan on this perfect Christmas Eve felt like its own kind of gift.
“How was the work party?” You asked, bringing the hot chocolate to your lips.
“Ah, you know baby,” he paused, shrugging his shoulders as his warm embrace greeted you. You couldn’t help but nuzzle into his comforting embrace. “Boring without you.”
“I could only imagine,” you began to laugh. “There was no one to cause mischief with.” Your eyes softly stared into his.
As you walked further away from the busy streets the sound of children's laughter and friendly chatter died down. You gently held your hot chocolate enjoying the warmth of Keegan beside you.
“You abandoned me,” he teased.
You let out a bark of a laugh as you glanced up at keegan with a smile. “I would have gone,” you said. “But you know Cali needed a sitter and my sister called me.” You lifted the warm cup to your lips smelling the rich coco. “Cali missed Uncle Keegan, she couldn’t understand where her favorite Uncle was.”
“I missed Cali too,” Keegan smiled down at you as he tucked closer to you passing other couples on the sidewalk.
“It’s nice knowing I'm the favorite uncle and we aren’t even married yet.” Keegan smirked proudly. “I worked hard for that title, none of you will ever beat me.” he said proudly. “Not even Christian, he can buy all the gifts he wants—”
“—but nothing beats the mischief Uncle Keegan brings along.” You finished in a monotone voice and then laughed softly. “You're so cocky.”
“You love me,” he gave you an eskimo kiss, making you chuckle.
“I do, I do.” you confirmed.
The night air was crisp, but not too cold. The streets were quiet, save for the soft crunch of snow beneath your boots and the occasional distant laughter of people gathered around warm windows. Keegan walked beside you, his hands in the pockets of his jacket, a relaxed smile on his face as he turned every now and then to glance at you.
“You know,” he said, breaking the comfortable silence, “I think this might be my favorite part of Christmas—just… being able to walk around with you, no pressure, no rush. Just us, taking our time.”
You smiled, looking up at him. “I think you’re right. There’s something about the holidays that makes everything feel a little more magical. Even just walking down the street, it feels like the world’s a little slower. A little warmer.” You hummed looking around as you got closer to the shopping district. “Could just be the Christmas lights,” you snorted shrugging. “But I don’t care. It’s magical.”
Keegan’s eyes softened as he looked ahead, nodding. “Exactly. And with you, everything just seems… better. You make everything better.”
You couldn’t help the smile that tugged at your lips. “I’d love to say the same about you…” you teased.
“Hey,” he laughed softly. “Troublemaker.”
“My bad, my bad.” you snickered. “No…you make everything better,” you nodded.
As you both walked on, chatting about everything and nothing, you approached a small park decorated with a few lights, and as you passed under a little archway strung with greenery and twinkling lights, something unexpected caught your eye.
Above you, hanging casually from the arch, was a sprig of mistletoe—perfectly placed, just waiting for the moment.
You looked up, then glanced over at Keegan, who had already spotted it. His expression shifted to something playful, that familiar twinkle in his eye as he raised an eyebrow at you.
“Well,” he said, a smirk tugging at the corner of his lips, “I guess we’ve got no choice but to follow tradition.”
You could feel your heart pick up its pace, the air between you thickening with the kind of electricity that only a moment like this could create. You were standing right under it, after all.
“Guess not,” you replied, your voice quieter now, teasing, but with a hint of nervous excitement. Your eyes met his, a silent agreement passing between you. “Who are we to deny traditions?”
Keegan stepped closer, the playful smirk still on his face, but now his gaze was softer, more intense. “I’ve wanted to do this for a while now,” he murmured, voice low as he smirked at his own joke.
Before you could reply, Keegan was gently cupping your face, his thumb brushing over your cheek, his touch sending a wave of warmth through you. The world seemed to fade around you, leaving just the two of you standing under the mistletoe, the quiet hum of the night filling the space between you.
And then, as though it was the most natural thing in the world, he leaned in.
The kiss was gentle at first—soft, lingering—as if the two of you were savoring the moment, the magic of the holidays, and the sweetness of the shared connection between you. It wasn’t rushed, but it was everything you’d been feeling in the quiet moments leading up to this—everything you hadn’t been able to say, conveyed in the warmth of his lips on yours.
When you pulled away, your forehead resting against his, the world felt a little brighter. A little warmer.
Keegan chuckled softly, his breath mingling with yours. “Merry Christmas, baby.” He whispered, his voice hushed but filled with so much meaning.
“Merry Christmas,” you replied, smiling against his lips. The snow falling softly around you, the night air crisp, but your hearts full just as they are intended to be on Christmas Eve. “Now come on, we have a nice warm house to get decorated as Cali asked for Christmas day.”
“Cause the current decorations are just not good enough for that spoiled little girl.” Keegan smiled.
“I blame you for that.” you kissed him softly again. “Mmmm…”
“Mmmm,” he nodded in agreement. “Merry Christmas, baby.” he whispered again, kissing you one last time.
“Yeah, Merry Christmas, Sergeant Russ.”

omgggg i love this 😭🙏
Teen Touya x gn!reader hc’s plus a bit of a blurb at the end
warnings: language
Tumblr media
Touya introducing you to the todofam?
They either already know you
And he’s just bragging that he pulled you (💅💅💅)
Or they have absolutely no idea who you are
And everyone is shocked
Except Natsuo
Because Touyas been yapping on about you for ages
And Natsu is basically his therapist atp
So he just pats Touya on the back
Like “finally”
Fuyumi would be ELATED.
Her big brother finally sharing a close bond with someone who isn’t his siblings or his teddy bear? Score
She’s so proud
Shoto on the other hand would just be like 🧍
“Ok” *shrugs and leaves*
But he’s lowkey happy for his big brother
Lowkey
He’d most definitely take you to see Rei in person
And Rei would be almost on the brink of tears
Just glad her bby is healing yk 😭
She definitely invites you to visit whenever you want to
Bc you talk to her for five minutes and boom she adores you already
Future in-law ong 😭🙏
She’s planning your wedding mentally
But moving on before I start simping for Rei
Touya would never
And I mean NEVER
Let Enji meet you.
He can invite you to family dinners all he wants
He keeps you as separated from his family drama as he possibly can
Which means Enji probably has no clue that you two even know each other.
Till he walks in with you
To which Enji acts unsurprised
But is secretly like confused as hell cos like “I didn’t even know he had friends ☝️💀”
Buuut
If the two of you knew each other previously
And you knew about his family issues long beforehand
And he brings you home
NO ONE WILL BE SHOCKED.
THEY ALL HAVE NATSUOS REACTION
EVEN SHOTO
“Fucking finally!” Natsuo shoved Touyas shoulder playfully, grinning ear to ear “aww! So it’s official now?” Fuyumi fawned, giggling as she hugged you in greeting. “Does this mean you’ll stop threatening me when I catch you guys kissing-” Shoto tilted his head, everyone turning to look at Touya, who’d placed a firm hand over his youngest brothers mouth, a shocked and embarrassed expression painting his face. “You gotta be kidding me dude” Touya sighed, standing straight while you giggled. “Sorry” Shoto said, his voice muffled by Touyas hand. Touya stepped back, releasing Shoto as you and Fuyumi giggled behind him “‘s not funny” “it totally is” you grinned, Natsuo joining in on the laughter
(Vs they don’t know you)
“Fucking finally!” Natsuo grinned, putting his hands on his hips. Fuyumi gasped behind him. “A PARTNER? SINCE WHEN?” She shuffled over to you, the chatting beginning as Touya sneered slightly at Natsuo, who looked awfully pleased with himself. Meanwhile, Enji was sat nearby, a monotonous expression on his face as he watched the scene, saying nothing. Shoto looked up from his book, waving at you, before returning to his chapter. “Yeah, yeah, quit with the chatting, dinners ready!” Natsuo said, after returning from checking the food on the stove, still grinning at Touya. “You know if you wanna keep actin weird we can just leave!” Touya said, irritated by their sudden elated chatting, as he faced a response of laughter from his siblings, and even you, his empty threat clearly seen for what it was.
(Natsuos reaction to both being “fucking finally!” Had to be my favorite thing tbh)
(Was listening to this while I wrote so 🎀🎀🎀)
