Supernova, Kon's new hero name since Jon took over the Superboy name now, wasn't expecting to be called out to... especially in the sky... by another floating/flying person and-

And he was holding a white haired, very similar looking toddler in his arms, only the toddler had longer hair that was tied in pigtails. And the toddler was staring at Kon with large, almost sparkling eyes.

The young man, around Kon's age if he guessed, smiled and floated a bit closer, his face friendly and warm. When the young man stopped he kindly asked "Hey, would it be any trouble for you to autograph something for my daughter? She's a huge fan!"

Okay yes, Tamlin's mom being a young girl sold in marriage to the High Lord because they happened to be mates, and she purposefully turned a blind eye to what he did because she couldn't help in any regard if she tried anyway.

But have you considered she was a Valkyrie General from Vallahan who fought in the long standing rebellion against the Black Queen, and formed an alliance with Tamlin's father (Elvin) but when the Valkyries were cut down, she was nearly killed (just barely saved by Elvin, because the mating bond clicked into place and his magic flowing through gave her the power to stay alive for him to find her) but in the end she lost the ability to walk.

Leaving her vulnurable and helpless to Elvin's will as the power of High Lord without the overarching threat of the Black Queen slowly corrupted him???

Have you thought of her being crippled with survivors guilt and longing for the days of the wind in her hair, when Kings would bow their heads and with a wave of her hand, armies would move mountains at her command???

Okay, lemme ramble about my lovely little gremlin for a short while (this is basically a chronological list). Fair warning though canon is a challenge and I intend to win with my '40 years post epilogue, gort never died trash fire of a durgetash bit'.

Suppose I should start simple. His name is Fionnlagh, his nickname Fine, his old alias (yk the one from Gort) is 'Elli/Ellifain'. Atp he goes by Fine. All of these names have meanings cuz I'm insane.

Hes ~200 years old.

Was originally created as a failsafe by Bhaal, in case the original Bhaalspawn fuck up. When yoinking a soul, Bhaal however, did not anticipate this one could fuck up as well.

Speaking of, you remember the throwaway line from Scel in Act 1 regarding a certain bet that is never eluded to? Yeah so I decided Corellon and Bhaal made a bet pertaining a particular stolen elven soul (they are finite after all). The winner is yet to be decided.

Regarding how the gremlin fucked up; got locked away in the Shadow Fell aka Shars domain for a hot century there. Pros; no Bhaal or Scel. Cons; it's the shadowfell.

He's a shadow sorcerer but not by creation. Rather he just acquired that while being exposed to the shadow curse for so long. Titans don't hold up well against curses of higher deities.

He knows the Flymms. He had encounters with one way back before Gortash was even a possibility. He's also not aware Gortash is one of those Flymms.

Upon eventually making his way out of a place that is death and decay in physical form he immediately dipped to Calimshan. Tis where the fucks first met, without knowing obv.

Cue a few decades of cult indoctrination, projecting his dead adopted sister onto Orin and the usual durgetash shenanigans. Except this Durge has a very twisted relationship with Bhaal and worship.

The reason for said relationship is that he remembers. He actually had a nice childhood and adopted family. Until he came of age, which, for elves, happens rather late. He's fully aware of how messed up it is what Bhaal did to him, but he is also his creator.

Shit with Gort is about as messy as you'd assume. He's the first person in over a century who sees him as an individual, a monstrous individual but something greater than just Bhaals creation nonetheless. People stuck in solitude and forced to kill everything they ever adored will quickly ignore all red flags to devote themselves anyway.

Gorts view on him is... Something. It's not soft or lovely, it's something between gaining a rare specimen to study and having someone who understands whatever little remains of your humanity constantly waging a war.

Oh right I should mention the miserable gremlin has a martyr complex. Losing countless people may result in you willingly destroying yourself over harming just another person you don't outright despise. He's exceptionally protective to the point it's nearly possessive.

Massive nerd too. Has ever since loved studying the arcane, medicines and poisons. You gotta know what can heal in order to kill and vice versa. Also comes in handy if you can read draconic script thanks to your Netherese creator.

Have your situationship pick up on your unique skills and absolutely exploit them for the Absolute Plot but go along willingly cuz of aformentioned issues.

Cue some bg3 shenanigans, Bhaalspawn loosing their memories, defying Bhaal but still having this slight flaw of a complex and deciding to spare the obviously horrible person but the person who knows you nonetheless.

Find out that person found you after being brutally tortured and experimented on by a mad necromancer and leaving you for dead.

On top of that find out the only reason you clung to the remains of your awful life and begged a god to spare you just a little longer was for the person that left you for dead.

Decide to leave the city after saving it and wander aimlessly for a few years, thinking a monstrosity such as yourself should've never existed in the first place and that a dull weapon without anyone to wield it is better left to rot.

Get discovered by the Drow you saved and who truly understood you when you couldn't even make sense of yourself and decide to join her cause, if only to repay her.

Develop some sort of closeness with said Drow as you continue to fight in the civil war she instigated for a decade or two. New career branch unlocked; warmonger.

Forget that you're a monstrosity created by a god with weird kinks and accidentally continue a legacy of bloodshed and guilt by means of having a happy little accident with the Drow you've come to like.

Continue to have a mental breakdown over what you've just done and condemned them to while the marks left by wielding a curse, becoming closer to a mortal by defying your godly creator and decades of fighting start to show in your failing body.

Lose the drow. Cut away the thing she adored and lose one eye. Swallow your agony because you still have a singular, precious thing left to protect.

Return to the city and roots you barely remember hell-bent on exploiting them to keep your treasure safe and happy and finding ways to keep the curse gnawing away at you at bay for just long enough to see it through.

Meet the man who accomplished a great deal of his ambitions and grew somewhat restless over the years again. The only man who remembers how you were. The one who loathes you for abandoning him and what you had.

Oh also his adopted family was part of an elven house. A fallen house. A house of traitors who fucked around with Mythals. He does not remember. He goes back to using that name.

And from this point onwards, a lot of shit happens, and all of it is his fault. And he knows. Oh God does he know.

The purple dress is finally here and it’s nothing like I had expected. It’s so elegant, and it actually gives me slight villainess vibes despite her cute expression. AND HER HAIR IS SOOOOO—we’ve never seen this hairstyle on Penelope, I’m so happy we’re getting something new for her too ( ⌯◞◟⌯)♡

For context, it was mentioned how in the past, Penelope was embarrassed of being escorted by an ‘old man’ so the Duke didn’t expect of her to agree this time to be escorted by him. That’s sooo cute, he’s just happy to spend time with his daughter, they’re the cutest (◜ω◝)

Reynold and Penelope’s interactions were hilarious. And the fact that Penelope canonically kicked someone in the groin. Icon. She mothered again.

Also I like how Reynold remembered how Penelope asked him to remain with her during the hunting tournament’s opening banquet, so this time he made sure to stick around for longer. Now that’s a good character development

Callisto the man you are, he came and saved the day when Derrick asked Penelope do dance. Respectfully—Derrick go dance with a chair, release us of your presence.

Callisto nation we won. He gagged us bad.

You know a character is loved and done well when everyone freaks out at the mere appearance of his hand/leg.

ANOTHER DPxDC idea (as if I write prompts for anything else lol ✍(◔◡◔)

And once again, I think I might have a hyperfixation rn, another deaged Dani (Ellie) and Dan (Dante)! and Dad!Danny.

And you know what, lets make it another DannyxConner idea.

Danny is on a field trip with his class (NOT in Gotham though, LOVE Gotham but lets go with a different city) in like Central City or Metropolis (If Metropolis, Danny is SUPER excited to see the space sections they have at the museum they no doubt have, because well SUPERMAN is an alien and based in their city. If in Central City Conner is visiting Bart.)

During the trip he bumps into Conner and the two just hit it off. Conner enjoys listening to Danny rant about space and the stars and finds watching Danny's eyes light up in joy kinda cute. And if he got his new hero name Supernova from listening to Danny's rants about the stars well... no one needs to know how he got it.

Danny likes how chill Conner is and how the guy stood against Dash and the other jocks when Dash decided he wanted to mess with Danny during the trip, a rare thing nowadays but sometimes Dash does try, and how he respects/likes Danny's friends.

He didn't even say anything negative or hurtful when he found out Danny has two kids back home.

In the end the two exchange numbers, flirt hard, and maybe set up a date in the future. And then more dates. Becoming boyfriends. AND meeting the family. Conner is smitten with just out of toddlerhood Ellie and toddler Dante and adores them. And he loves how the Fentons just love him the moment he stepped into their house and was introduced as Danny's boyfriend, he made sure to bring over a pie Ma should him how to make.

Things get a bit complicated when Conner, Supernova, is at a reunion of YJ members and his phone lights up with a text message from Danny.

He's smiling with a goofy/soft look when he opens the text and see's its a picture of Danny holding a pouting toddler Dante and Ellie on his lap smiling with a notable gap in her teeth at the camera. The message he got was 'Ellie wanted you to know she finally lost her first baby tooth. Dan's been grumpier, I think he misses you.'

He is pulled out of his happy thoughts and musings when he hears Bart gasp hard and drop a bowl of snacks onto the floor. Conner turns to from the future Speedster and see's him about to have a panic attack.

Bart, Impulse, is having a freak out after catching a glimpse of the text picture Conner had gotten and being nosy wanted to know what got his friend to smile so smitten. He knew of Conner's current boyfriend and the kids Conner adores but haven't had time to be introduced to them or even see a pic.

He wasn't expecting to see the very MONSTER of his NIGHTMARES that basically destroyed the world in the FUTURE as a toddler pouting at a camera and surrounded by two smiling identical looking people either. People he never saw in the future or with HIM AND-

Oh.... OH!

Was that why he turned evil? Did something happen to his family?
