I know people are horny for some of these designs but I must stress I care a 0 amount about that. It's not my motivation, nor does knowing about it ruin these designs for me. I just like them. After being stuck in a dead-end job at Joja Corp, Jynx has decided to put it all behind her and start a little vinery at her grandpa's land of Crescent Hill Farm.

#414. Internal files found in Pokémon HOME shows unused cry data for second forms of both Jynx and Celesteela.

Although Celesteela's second form cry uses the default Bulbasaur cry, Jynx's second form has a unique cry and uses the same reverb as Mega Evolution forms.

This unused cry, as well as the fact that the cry's file name matches the naming convention as other Mega Evolution's crys, indicates Mega Jynx may have been planned at one point. (X)(X)
