Let's all dive into some of the Veronica's backstory!

And thank you for your patience hahaha, here are my answers:

3. Are they more “traditional” or do they break barriers?

no she isnt much of either traditional vampire nor toreador...

she is very humane and she likes people and she goes along with the technology update and people's fashion/habbits changes

she kinda looks pretty much typical for toreador but she isnt as full of herself and high art/high society as you'd expect typical toreador to be...

here i made little chart that i found for her

she actually never was accepted kindly by most of toreador clan in the city, she was embrased in (Chicago), halfly bc her Sire waslone wolf among toreadors, halfly bc she herself didn't fit their standarts and she didn't like their mean attitude

and after that and so on she kind of didn't get to join any other toreador group from other cities too

she has lots of friends and allies from different clans though! lots of gangrels and brujas among them for some reason XD

she also has friends in camarilia and anarchs, been there and there too, kind of playing in both feilds i guess

5. Who is their sire?

William Moore (he/him lesbian) in the past, changed to nowdays Kellen Moore (they/them nonbinary)

they used to be harpy of Chicago, they were looking after masqarade maintenance and getting rid of witnesses etc

6. What was their relationship to their sire? Were they close in any way or mere strangers?

First Veronica didn't like him much bc he dragged her into hell of being vampire, but overtime she grown softer and softer to him

then they became a couple, you could say they were close yeah... 😏

Veronica's humanity went lower from becoming vampire and learning how to hunt and be vampire and such, but over time when she learned that she wants to still know and understand humans well, her humanity went back up

Veronica and William were together for few dacades, untill the incedent around 60s

the incedent was when Veronica charmed some dude to feed on him in his apartment (charming humans for food didn't count as cheating for Veronica and William, as long as it is not long term relationship), and she drank his blood but he didn't forget as much, and whats worse, he turned out to be conspiracy and monsters entusiast, and he realized she is a vampire and he was so excited and over his head about it and wanted to call his friends entusiasts, Veronica panicked and didn't know what else to do but bite him again and drank him out to death

scared and shocked from what she did she called William to come and help clean this mess (especially since its his feild of expertese). William and his two ghouls arrived(he has old gay couple as ghouls btw... well they look young-ish but in modern days they are pretty old...) ghouls were cleaning the evidance and getting rid of the body, while William was trying to calm Veronica down and support her, bc she was pretty psyched that she killed an inocent man

William tried to convince her that she did the right thing, that saving the masqarade was more important, Veronica was still hysterical and said something about that it is easy for him to say, considering how many people he killed after embracing her (more of that here). William never told her about it but she found out herself... He said "I did this for you" and she answered "no. you did it for yourself." anddd... that was a break point in their relationship, they broke up

Both were mad at each other for a while

Veronica couldnt find a porpose for herself and was drowning into apathy and depression and was just slouching about for some time, then she met a group of anarchs who were passing by and stayed in the city for couple of days. One of them flirted with her, they talked a bit and he jokingly offered her to join them, she said she needs to think about it, and next night she really decided to put everything behind and run away with anarchs bc she was sick of camarilia anyway, and so she did

her Sir sure did get in some trouble for the fact that his childie joined anarchs, he was partly upset but partly thinking that maybe it is for the better, and considering if it wasn't fair to hold her on the leesh

after some traveling and more life experience Veronica still was thinking about William and experience that she had, and at some point she decided to write him a letter, to ask how is he doing and confess that now, after time passed she understands that he was partly right on that horrible night, about saving masqarade and all that, tho she wishes she could find a better way to resolve the situation back then etc

and so they slowly started talking again, little by little fixing their relationship into friendly

later on in 80s William helps her rejoin camarilia, when she asked for shalter from sabat in New Orleans. William called toreodor premogen of New Orleans - Adzone, and asked him if he'd accept Veronica in the city. After looking at Veronica up and down Adzone smiled and confirmed to other heads of New Orleans that she's worthy of joining (who know what he saw, or what thought he read! he is an ancient ass vampire who diablored A LOT of vampires in his past c: )

in 90s after apocalipsis almost happened, Veronica felt especially need to go see people she loves, so she visited Moore in Chicago - at this point after almost the end of the world, he quit his harpy job and was having existential crisis. They caought up pretty well (but only as friends) and Veronica brought them a gift - a computer! she started teaching them how to use it and convinced them that using new technologies is a great thing, also introduced them to some new gender terms she learned from newer generations of people

nowdays they are still friends and chat online more or less frequently

Veronica still feels romantic longing for her Sire, but she thinks that it is her bloodbound, and she is always conflicted about her feelings towards them, bc she doesnt like the thought of blodbound dictating her emotions and feelings and she worries about it not being sincere

She doesn't know that her bloodbound is gone long ago. she just still has aching heart for them, and probably alwyas will, but oh well 🤷‍♀️

Updates on our beloved Molly??

so many, so much stuff, everything where do i even start this is going to take me forever to respond i just know it

(so idk if this means like general updates or lore (not your fault) but think is already getting really long but theres so much i need to say so i think i’ll make this a summary and then a master post with everything and tag you if you like 👍 )

general updates: i wrote another little story! its a non canon crackfic where she goes to brunch with some of the tma avatars, its silly its goofy. its not super recent persay but idk how to advertise it. and it has an oc from a jmart fic i wrote, she was supposed to be a one and done character but the parasites, the parasites made me expand her lore.

(btw the short story is ch.3 of her statement but im planning on making a separate series eventually)

Im also planning on writing other side stories aswell (ex: childhood, cats, outsiders pov, character analysis etc)

lore updates: i’ll start with the beginning. So ive been thinking about her childhood alot specifically with ms Gretchen and i have decided that they are (distantly) related like grandmothers sister or something because it makes more since on why Molly went to her. However Molly does really know/remember (she has a ton of stuff blocked out)

ms gretchen was in fair good health till she was like idk 10 so for a few years she taught her how to cook, read, write etc and home schooling her to the best of her ability

I’m excited to write with her more !! She’s a sweet person but is still sort of closed off after so much has happened

Aerie is definitely one of my oldest ocs!! Skyrim was really one of the first rpgs I played and honestly I feel like she’s both gone through so many iterations but also stayed pretty consistent!! Ethan Warren — Fallout: New Vegas

Some people deal with their issues in all sorts of ways; Ethan decided to deal with it by razing his hometown to the ground <3 Having his father be burned instead of crucified like the Legion normally would to not give him the satisfaction of dying like jesus is understandable given what an awful person Richard Warren was, but joining the Legion and staying for years is a bad move maybe 🤔

Merethel Lavellan — Dragon Age: Inquisition

This was tough between Merethel and Ophelia but I think he’s someone who’s got a quiet compassion to him. The role of inquisitor does chafe on him a lot with him being more comfortable behind the scenes and being with people one on one as a healer. But I think people tend to underestimate how intelligent he is at first with his gentle nature, because he definitely learns how to play the “game” of politics in his own right by the time of Trespasser (even if he is very eager to get rid of the Inquisitor title).

Endaryn Ravel — The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind

why do you tag your smaus x reader when they are basically oc x character in every way but the name? 😭

YEAH i was wondering when i was going to get asked this question. my smaus aren't x ocs, because yeah i have different smaus. my smaus are still literally x readers, unless you're reading another smau (i don't know if this is a good explanation help) which the other reader from another/different story is going to be an oc, because i can't write for 1 reader now in 2 different stories can i? 'cause it'd be considered cheating now would it 😁

unless this is about how ive written my smaus and it's actually about the [reader]'s backstory, or personality, then im sorry but considering there are literally multiple readers for the smau so i decided to make [reader]'s backstory more interesting more than make it more relatable because obviously everyone is different, and it'd feel biased and not including if ever. + which is why i made the stories connected so people can find out about other ones.

i purely only ever made ren and mina for fun and as a second thought, i just wanted to see how they looked like in the others story, and also because i wanted my other friend's oc to have someone to fw lmfao

Technicolour Nightmare is a kind of a surprise, because I don't think it's one of my better fics, and was a half-assed kinda throwaway story about a feverish HoK being rescued and cared for. For the longest time the top fic has been Flowers and Ice which never surprised me given that it's very much about Everyone worrying about Martin doing something stupid, and then descends into the HoK worrying about everyone, and ends with the promise things will be better. Avoiding the Emperor is also not a surprise, since it was the very first thing I posted on AO3.

5 – Do you respond to comments?

I try my hardest to, when I get them.

6 – What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

Of those posted, it's probably Bitter Winds and Rain, which is about Aderyn not handling Martin's coma well. Young Dagger, False Dream which is drafted but not yet posted, comes a close second with Alexis feeling forced out of the group she thought were her friends after an ideological split.

7 – What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

TIL a lot of my fics have an upbeat ending XD At First Blush takes the win, I think, with Methredhel and Rhiannon's kiss.

8 – Do you get hate on fics?

Gotta get comments to get hate, eh? The worst I had was on Tumblr for No Rose Without a Thorn, where someone was rude about the OC I was writing about (wasn't even my OC - I'd borrowed someone else's which might be why it made me angry).

9 – Do you write smut? If so, what kind?

Nope. I have tried and tried and decided it's not for me. It's never been published, because it makes me cringe at how bad it is. The most you'll get from me is some heavy petting and a fade to black.

10 – Do you write crossovers? What's the craziest one you've written?

Dinner Time is probably the wackiest crossover posted, with the main Trio from Oblivion and some characters from Fighting Fantasy World of Titan. I also started a crossover with the Trio from Oblivion and the main characters from Thunderbirds (2015), but that's unlikely to see the light of day

11 – Have you ever had a fic stolen?

Not to my knowledge.

12 – Have you ever had a fic translated?

No, but I'd be honoured if anyone ever wanted to.

13 – Have you ever co-written a fic?

Not a fic, no. I tried co-writing an original story and it did not go well, and has soured me towards the idea TBH.

14 – What's your all-time favorite ship?

That I've written, I suppose I have to say Martin/Baurus since I've written 26 fics about them... By fave to read though is Bilbo Baggins/ Thorin Oakenshield (Bagginshield). TBH though, shipping isn't something that I really bother with much; Martin/Baurus was for a friend.

15 – What's a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?

Her Lonely Shadow is currently the top contender. It's the 'what happens next for Alexis Dalliance' story, set after the end of her campaign and before Elo's campaign. I've been writing it since 22 Apr 2015, it's still on the 1st draft sitting at 174,266 words. I don't feel like it's ever going to be finished...

16 – What are your writing strengths?

Pacing, the balance of prose to dialogue, descriptions, and character voice.

17 – What are your writing weaknesses?

Plotting, subtext, and making sure 'c' grade characters still have some 3d-ness to them.

18 – Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?

All for it. I think it's fun for a character who doesn't speak that language to have to figure things out from body language or other social cues, or muddle through with their broken skills. In fantasy it's less risky though, because you can mash words out that sound good, but for IRL languages, you need to take a bit more care. One would hope, however, that if a native speaker has an issue with something I've used Google Translate for, they would mention it in the comments so I can fix it.

19 – First fandom you wrote for?

omgg thank you for asking!!! i’ve literally never actually talked about them on here except for randomly tagging post with their names lol. the ones for the short story I mentioned are kinda still works in progress (ig they all are but y’know) but i have another book series i’ve been working on with a whole cast of characters. so basically the main character is named adyen and he’s pretty much that archetype of “chosen’s ones best friend who gets killed off early in the book”. except he’s aware of that and actively tries to do something to change it. he’s human and good with a sword but that’s about it which in a world w magic and stuff is kinda hard for him. his (ex) best friend is lila. she’s the “chosen one”. she’s this super powerful elemental fairy who is being trained by lucien who is the head of the “revolution” (long story short it’s not quite as black and white as it seems) and she’s slowly becoming a different person than before and changing into someone adyen doesn’t know both by lucien and lucien’s right hand woman, jaya’s hand. they’re separated for a while and adyen decides to join one of lucien’s little war camps w a bunch of other “rebels” where he meets poe and piper who are twins. pipers a big fighter, really believes in the cause. poe doesn’t like fighting and they’re not a coward exactly but they just aren’t really built for fighting. while at the camp poe meets kol who’s a siren (but isn’t like seducing poe or anything). at some point they all find out lila has been kidnapped by the dark mages (the ones lucien is fighting this war against) and adyen and the twins come up with a plan to save her that involves adyen going in disguise into the dark mage kings castle. the dark mage king happens to be a guy around adyens age named kieran. the more adyen gets to know him the more he starts to wonder if he’s on the right side of the war. right now i have the series lined up as three books and ive been working on it for like 5 years now which is crazy. all of the characters have their own struggles and experiences that have been so cool to write and ughhh i just love them so much!!! i tried to keep this kinda short lol so consider this an introduction post to on a collision course with fire (the working title of the series) and i might have to talk about them even more in the future as they continue to grow and change!!!

[theyre both idiots there sorry seb] but then after that. he also failed to mention to his two sisters that he finally got in contact with his brother again after almost 20 years. it took. ???? a good handful of months for anyone to find out. and it was entirely by accident.

he's very stupid and his idea of what is and isnt important is Very skewed. but i still love him.

pretty sure i already talked about this one, it's not a long fic or anything, but i wrote it with a particular state of mind and i recommend that you take a good look at the warnings before reading it, it's not a bright story.. but anyway, it's here because this writing have a special place in my heart 🤍

okay i don't know why i only talk about angst here but listen : i was in my all of us are dead period and i really needed to write something about it. with my favorite boyz. and unfortunately, juyeon was the victim. but i promise it's good! heartbreaking, but good..!

3. yarrow, choi chanhee

this is from my discontinued serie “ sorry, for breaking your heart ” which consisted of letters that y/n wrote to all the boys she loved in her life before she died. and i think chanhee was her first love? can't remember honestly, and i'm quite sad maybe one day i'll write this series again, who knows?

okay so, this one is one of my countless entries in a collab created by yena, which unfortunately was cancelled, but which i decided to write anyway. i really like the plot.. and i hope to have the faith to finish it one day so that other people can read it..!

okay so, this one is probably one of my longest writing, even if i'm having trouble finishing it. it's mainly angst and full of trauma/drama, but i swear it's cool to read and i hope that one day i'll have written it all down 👌🏻

okay so, my enhypen' smau which is currently on hiatus but which i'm increasingly keen to continue. this is a snippet from chapter 4, but which i still haven't published.. what a shame-

being a varigo shipper to non-indoctrinated mutuals is so funny. like yes, remember that hit disney movie tangled? yeah well they made a TV show outta that and the entire fandom decided to fixate on a character who has a main role in like eleven out of seventy episodes and was publicly hated by the creator of said show and to make things even worse two storyboard artists took their dnd OC and started shipping him with this character and now everyone fights over who bottoms

we really took avengers (2012) for granted. thor had plastic armor. stony and clintasha were national icons. loki was full on in his tswift reputation era and it was so real of him. bruce was an absolute treasure and the only acceptable canon appearance of him in the entire mcu's run. tony built a tower for his friends and they never talked about it again
